i served two tours in south viet-nam.now i receive 100 per cent disability,from the veterans admin. the problem i had with the v.a. ,is getting a home through them. i do not have perfect credit,and i know of other veteran that do not have perfect credit,and has used,their certificate,to obtain housing.if you can help me,or know ,who i can talk to about this problem,please let me know, it would be greatly appreciated. thank you,willie finch
I was told by a VA mortgage broker that VA will not count any rental income as income to qualify for a loan. Is this true? If so then why would one have to pay income tax on it? Income is income….right!!!
