I’m responding to all posts written on this forum thus far; While I appreciate your firstrations and negativity in regards to obtaining an SBA loan, I assure that they are real and withing reach.

Those who were refused did not have a good business plan to support the idea of their business. In other words, when you are submitting your application, you need to accompany the initial application with a business plan that details revenue and earning projections, as well as a successful model of future growth. Most vets who apply overlook the significance of a solid business plan.

If the banking committee is not convinced that your business is going to make money, why should they give you a loan?

I have assisted my friend Tim Haley in getting an SBA loan to start a publishing company; he is a retired professor and loves to write. He has already published 2 novels. I wrote his business plan and prepped him for the panel interview. I can help you as much as my time would allow. I love to help vets; it’s a humanitarian service that I do, 4 to 7 hours per week.
