KMS can’t hire or fire its own employee; GLS has to do that for it. GLS gives orders and KMS just execute these orders then collect money at the end of the year. In order for GLS to get the linguists’ contract in Iraq, it needed to partner-up with few minority companies such as KMS. After getting the $4.65B contract, KMS became just a figure and logo printed on our contracts. GLS decided to fire me and keep my unpaid wages knowing that I was an employee of KMS. GLS gave an order to KMS’ vice president how, without knowing that I was already fired on 02/08/2009, send me a letter to inform me that KMS has fired me, again, on 03/06/2008. Now I was fired twice; by GLS on 02/08/2009 and then by KMS on 03/06/2009. Did KMS vice president knew what he was doing when he signed that memorandum? I don’t think so.
