ARE YOU A DEAD BEAT PARENT?

How in the world can society lump all divorced men into the same disgusting category as DEAD BEAT DADs?

Lack of education and job loss are prime considerations to think about when men have the inability to pay child support. Of course, we mustn’t forget physical and mental limitations are other factors in the scheme of things. As you can see there’s many issues determining why men can’t meet their financial obligations concerning the support of their children.

Do you really think sending so called DEAD BEAT DADS to jail is punishment? While there they receive a roof over their head and get three meals a day. For some of them that beats sleeping in a car or tent to keep out of the harsh elements. Can you imagine sleeping in a tent and eating pork and beans because YOU don’t have anywhere else to go?

It doesn’t make any sense to me why our legal system jails men for not being able to pay child support. Our less than compassionate government should provide a program for the re-training of so called DEAD BEAT PARENTS. This is a far better solution than locking up displaced human beings in my opinion.

Another consideration in the mix is some brainless women go to bed with the first guy that comes along. Children are now having sex fully unaware of the the fact that they could become parents at the tender age of twelve or thirteen. Rampid drugs and other mind altering substances only add fuew to the fire. Of course if children and young adults would just say NO! tremendous pain and hardship could be avoided in the end.

Unfortunately, some females use pregnancy to milk the welfare system. As far as they’re concerned it’s much easier to lay on their backs and produce children rather than get an honest job. Of course the exhausted tax payer ends up flipping the bill for these childish girls in the end.

Child support divisions are just as ruthless as the IRS! It wouldn’t surprise me if they trained child support employees the art of putting the shaft to non- compliant parents. This evil institution constantly hounds DEAD BEAT PARENTS until they’re mentally or physically dead. I had one child support employee tell me a few years ago I had to either pay the support off or be put six feet under in order to resolve the issue. Of course child support never tells the high pressured parent that a STATUE of LIMITATIONS exist in most states. Google your state to find out the laws for child support.

Because of my ongoing mental and physical handicaps I’ve only averaged around $12,000 a year in income. Don’t think for one minute child support gives a damn how much money one earns. They want their piece of the action because they charge an extra fee for handling the money. It’s additional revenue for the state and there’s no way they’re going to let the money pass by them.

I had a nervous in 1969 while in the Navy. After my discharge I fell into a deeper depression and got hooked on drugs for awhile. In 1984 I had another nervous breakdown and was treated for electro-shock therapy at Indianapolis Methodist Hospital. While under heavy medication I tried to escape and fell nearely three stories from a hospital window. I had to learn to walk all over again and it was a very depressing time for me.

We are moving from our apartment complex because of a large rent increase. Adding insult to injury! I received a letter from Social Security last week and they’re deducting $216.66 from my check each month. The ruthless child support office in Indianapolis laid claim to some of my disability money feeling no compassion for me! I just don’t understand it! My oldest boy is 36 years old and my middle son is 32. My daughter is 27 and will turn 28 in July. All of them are married and have lived away from home for sometime. Still Indiana child support is busting my chops. My only saving grace is the statue of limitations will run out in July since my daughter will be 28 years old at that time. Do you think for one minute Indiana child support gives a damn that I’m a Vietnam Era disabiled Veteran?
HELL NO!

These BLOOD THIRSTY SAVAGES are par excellent at torturing disabled people like me. I hope when they draw their last breath here on planet earth God curses them! If that wasn’t bad enougth the VA determind I was non-service connected. How in the world do they come up with that rating in spite of the fact I was discharged from the Navy for a nervous breakdown? They claim it was a pre-existing condition. That’s a laugh! I signed up for
the Navy 6 months before I graduated from high school. No one thought I was nuts at that time. Evidently the VA had ESP when they determinied I was crazy when in fact I was perfectly sane before I entered the Navy. They’re the ones who made me nuts by the underhanded tactics they used to brainwash and sexually attach me.

In contesting their ruling and filing for a VA pension I discovered a married couple couldn’t earn more than $14,000 a year. Did you know the VA counted my wifes social security in determining my qualifications for a VA pension?
WHO IN THE HELL CAN LIVE ON $14,000 GROSS ANYWAY!
Needeles to say I won’t be getting a VA pension. The only reason why the VA treated me in the first place was
up until then I was out of work. My wife and I were considered indigent before that time. It’s a funny thing!
