ITA offers many different training courses throughout the year and prospectS including a 40-Hour Cultural Competency Course designed to provide students with;

- Interpersonal skills necessary to successfully communicate with, foster trust, and support decision making with counterparts of different cultural, religious, ethnic, socio-economic, and regional orientation.
- The ability to understand how cultural factors impact the operating environment.
- An overview of International Governmental Organizations and Non-Governmental Organizations (IGOs and NGOs).
- An overview on the role and function of the American Embassy/U.S. Country Team.
- An overview of the organizational structure and charter of the United Nations.
- Information for prospective students

* Detailed country studies based on client needs.

* In-depth country analysis of potential mission areas.
* Tailored to customer deployment schedule.

* Language Training will be 4 weeks of intensive classroom instruction with immersion activities.
