AppleBees Veteran Offer NOT AVAILABLE in Ohio
Wow as a service member it’s sad to hear that the applebee’s in Ohio doesn’t support the troops. Makes me wonder if I’ll ever go there again.
im pretty sure i can feel my skin burn every time i drive through ohio anyway… hillbillies…
I did not find any Applebee’s listed in Colorado, but I called one and they said that they were honoring it. Maybe call yours and see what they say. Good luck!
you should visit the website becuz they only have 6 choices for meals and its only an entree not including your drinks or anything
to the first reply…
so you’re complaining about a free meal??? what are you a submariner??
just because they limit it to a few choices to make it easier on them to stock up on the food – and to keep them from going bankrupt by all the military personnel ordering alcohol.
if not for those reasons – i’m sure there are more. i’m in the navy, and i’m a submariner….and as they say – we would complain about a free blow – - – – - – - -
Outback steakhouse is doing free onion and beverage…
i am a vetern of the navy
I also heard that Famous Daves is doing free meal for Veterans Day. If you haven’t had Famous Daves, you are missing out! The best barbeque that I have ever tasted!
Check out Zaxby’s if you have one in your area. I believe they are doing free meals on Veterans Day.
I work with Zaxby’s and just wanted to correct Angela’s comment. The free meal for Veteran’s Day today is only available in the Raleigh, NC area. Also, this event is for all community heroes – past and present police, fire, EMT and Military. We are also collecting packages of new gym socks to send to the troops until Friday. For each donation, we’ll give you a free Nibbler. Here are the participating locations:
4150 Fayetteville Road — Raleigh
8812 Harvest Oaks Drive — Raleigh
2901 Hillsborough St. — Raleigh
1341 N. Main St. — Fuquay-Varina
12857 U.S. Highway 70 W. — Clayton
501 E. Jackson Blvd. — Erwin
1405 Walter Reed Road — Fayetteville
3015 N. Main St. — Hope Mills
6702 U.S. Highway 64 E. — Knightdale
1410 Jefferys Road — Rocky Mount
1703 E. Market St. — Smithfield
Just an FYI, Although Lowes publicies the Veteran’s Day offer, they actually Honor the discount all the time. For the Last year and a Hlf, since I found out I simply show my retired ID card and get 10% off…not just today but every day. That’s real support and recognition.
Only some Lowes must do this. The one in Lafayette, In. does not offer a year round discount; at least not to active duty when we’ve been there. They told us only on Memorial Day, $th of July and Veteran’s Day.
Krispy Kreme offers a free doughnut of your choice.
Home Depot also offers 10% all year.
Pimsleur Language Programs is offering 25% off for Veterans today through November 25th.

brown bear car wash for a free basic wash
colorado sucks. no one is participating.
I wish to extend appreciation to Applebee’s for their commitment. Consider the cost of doing this free meal of azppreciation for us large Veteran population, yet they have thins commitment. Very gratifying! I will consider Applebees for dinner in the near future!
