		<description>Yes, Mr. Schurs death is tragic and should not have happened. The fact remains, however, that there are questions which, to my knowledge, have not yet been asked. Primarily, WHY did he not pay his electric bill? Was he suffering some for of disability? Were his other bills also going unpaid? How did he get food?

The fact that it took FOUR MONTHS for the power company to cut his power completely, clearly proves that they didn&#039;t just disconnect him without a second thought.

Mr. Schurs death should not have been made public until ALL of these issues had been addressed. This smacks of sensationalism, designed to sell newspapers, and is irresponsible journalism. Hopefully, this &quot;investigation&quot; will yeild the WHOLE story.</description>
