The problem is that the media is in the pocket with the new generation veterans that have the bridge and the ear of the President. The are harming prior generations of veterans in their success’. No such thing as non-partisan VSO’s any more. The New-Gen vets will do NOTHING about this, because the fact they believe only they rate. Only they are professional. Only they deserve to be treated well at the VA. They fight for themselves and do not care about previous generation vets that have been shit on so badly. They have serious access today and are steering legislation in their favor and are creating a new class of vets that serves their self interests. The money and VA bennies we earned, and have been shunned, spit on, locked out, doesn’t matter we saved the world. Were is rock star Reickoff? He will save us, won’t he, nope sorry!

Is anybody reading this connected to the media in any way? I mean radio, tv, newspaper, whatever, of major proportions. We need to get NBC or some such organization out there to film the vets flying the flag upside down and interview them………..on camera. Then, it would be great if, while that were happening, the VA Gestapo came and threatened them…………….on camera. Wouldn’t that look great on the 11 o’clock news?

Very good, George. We honor our veterans and are so proud of them, these people who are supposed to be taking care of our veterans, must find out that those of us that honor our veterans are not just going to sit back and do nothing.

I too feel ashamed our country and the VA treats veterans with so little respect!

To pillage away sacred ground such as this is disrespectful, dishonorable, and disgraceful!

Veterans all wore the uniform proudly and served with pride and dignity without hesitation, question or pause.

They’re all owed more than a damn debt of gratitude, they’re owed a place to heal, and live peacefully!

While standing on public property the Va. police have exceeded there authority.

In the future make sure you have a video record and inform them you will do as you please as long as you are not in violation of any state or federal law.
Ask the police to cite the law they suspect you have broken.

If the Westboro Baptist Church can dance on a American flag on the streets of Washington DC , as Capital police take no action,
I am sure you can rest assured you are within your legal rights.

As a retired NC Police Officer I would not want to find myself holding a court order to appear for charges I acted to prevent you from enjoying your civil rights.

If arrested you have a case for false arrest as long as you submit to arrest without resisting by physical force

Never bow to Big Brother.

Next time tell him to go f#*@ himself federal property stops at the side walk . The sidewalk is city property and is maintained by the city. If they give you trouble call the city police and have them sited for harassment. I know they won’t arrest them. Oh and get a recorder or film the encounter.
