Remember this: Objective of Government is to “MARK EVERY MAN”. This is a dividing point, some say good and bad, while others say criminal and crook, and others just say no goods or have nots. The reality is to win a fight one “MUST DRAW BLOOD”. Even in sacrafice which is the foundation for all established law, IT is was not the “YAP” which cemented the foundation, IT WAS THE BLOOD DRAWEN FROM THE DEATH OF SACRAFICE. UNLESS MANY BILLIONS DIE THERE WILL BE NO CHANGE, IT WILL BE BUSINESS AS USUAL.

Jim is correct again, get orginized or stick your head back in the sand. For keeping silent, Hell no, I’ve been fighting the VA for 40 years and I’ve overturned most of their screw ups an am working on the others still. I will fight the system till i die at least they will know I was here. And as it turned out it helped noe of my kids out , as the VA labled her with the same condition as i have and I knew how to beat it and she won her disablity claim and didn’t have to fight for 30 years to win.
The VA still tries to label me as a wack job, but as I remind them my name is still clear and I ahve no polce records so take yopur best shot, A hole.
Keeping silent or just complaining is what they the VA want, so don’t give it to them.

Jim, you need to do some research. Most of the veterans organizations have an appointed Service Officer appointed by the Commander of the organization. If the service officer is not doing his limited part to get the veteran and all the documentation to the VSO, then the Commander should replace the officer and get a person in there that will do the job. Maybe the commander does not know his service officer is not preforming their duties. Just like in the military there is a chain of command. Post level, District Level and State level. To many Veterans give up to quickly because they do not know what to do next. In my area we have an excellent Service Officer who has assisted numerous veterans from all branches of the service with great results. Even though he is very limited in what he can do he still helps out the veteran within his limitations. The best advice he has given to all is never quit. Hint: Congressman can do a lot when the broke system fails the veteran.

Clearly you as most are stand clueless as to just how the system works. DOD dose not compensate veterans thru VA evualation (Need clarification, you know my e-mail) . Your statement is Igornent. I am not attempting to insult you. But your cow will not fly. If I were to break down the details here for sure those on the watch will act to close the holes. Right now It is better that all soldiers have the opportunity to stick in. But this opportunity is only for those in the know.

Veterans are required to give a 6 year committment of their lives when they enter the military. If a veteran files for service related compensation and he gave 6 years of honest service, then there should be no reason not to receive a reduced retirement until the VA receives the compensation request and acts on it. If the money is coming from the DOD, then I believe that they would speed the VA up in claims processing.

To JIM: The pot is being stured. It makes no difference who acts Reather it be KOREA or the abused Vet sleeping in the street or the Gansters selling drugs, the only important thing is that they do something, and “THEY” are. The “POWER OF 6″ moves much more than you could ever dream. Just pause for a moment to understand “YOU” are only 6 steps away from anyone leader in the world. My messages have moved around the planet over 20 times. This which I mention is only one of many windows available to any who “CHOOSE” . what is that old saying “KNOWLEDGE OPENS DOORS” well “WISDOM OPENS SPACE” and a special mark in Time is on the approach.

Then I’d say you’re quite happy with your benefits and treatment and won’t be seeking any additional help!

But for those who have no benefits, in pain, dying every day needlessly, or those who have very minimal benefits, these are the one’s who do need to speak out or have those who would speak out on their behalf!

I’ve helped quite a number of vets over the past few years, some have turned to the courts, and surprise…. they WON!

Where I am from (AMERICA) the one that makes noise gets SLAPED DOWN. Don’t fool your selves “IT” wants to know who we are individually ! REASON? To make their inducements more personel. SO YOU UNDERSTAND JUST HOW TH KEEP YOPUR MOUTH SHUT. REASON ? YOU WILL BE LAUGHED OUT OF COURT ! Then given a psych evual for free, to allow some free socialists to help for each VETERAN in a very special way…
