I cant really say I understood the article that well. I suffer from sic sinus syndrome, and have a slow heartbeat. I received a pacemaker in 2003 and I have felt like I was in slow motion ever since. I have real-time problems with acceleration.

I have never served in the military, but recieved extensive injuries as a crime-victim. I believe that a lot of the problems I have with Arythmia has resulted from Post Traumatic Stress. I am still afraid of my own shadow and seldom leave the house without someone with me. Almost eight years have gone by since I got my pacemaker. I'm still alive, but I'm not sure how useful.

I dont know exactly how it works, but some of the autonomous things that make our body work are hugely affected by how we experience things.
