Bob Dylan Retains Same Illuminati Law Firm as George W. Bush in Fifteen Year Plagiarism Law Suit. Also suppresses Plaintiff’s First Amendment Rights acquiring a protective order designating all video taped depositions that are incriminating to Dylan confidential

Bob Dylan & his law firm acquired a confidentiality order in a fifteen year plagiarism law suit designating all discovery materials including fifty hours of incriminating video taped depositions as confidential suppressing Plaintiff James Damiano’s first amendment rights to warn the public of Judicial favoritism and corruption.

Camden NJ June 2, 2009 -Few artists can lay claim to the controversy that has surrounded the career of songwriter James Damiano. Twenty-two years ago James Damiano began an odyssey that led him into a legal maelstrom with Bob Dylan that, to this day, fascinates the greatest of intellectual minds.

As the curtain rises on the stage of deceit we learn that CBS used songs and
lyrics for international recording artist, Bob Dylan. Bob Dylan’s name is credited to the songs. One of those songs is nominated for a Grammy as best rock song of the year. Ironically the title of that song is Dignity.

Since auditioning for the legendary CBS Record producer John Hammond, Sr., who influenced the careers of music industry icons Billy Holiday, Bob Dylan, Pete Seger, Bruce Springsteen and Stevie Ray Vaughan, James has engaged in a multimillion dollar copyright infringement law suit with Bob Dylan.

As per court papers it is judicially uncontested by Bob Dylan and or Bob Dylan’s law firms Manatt, Phelps & Phillips , Parcher Hayes & Snyder, Gibson Dunn & Crutcher, Heck Brown and Sherry and Sony House Counsel that Bob Dylan and people in Bob Dylan’s entourage have solicited James Damiano’s songs and music for over ten years and eleven months.

Interestingly enough Judge Jerome B. Simandle decided “This court will accept as true Plaintiff’s allegations that Sony represented to him that he would be credited and compensated for his work if Dylan used it. Judge Simandle also stated in his decision “Plaintiff has demonstrated a genuine issue of material fact as to whether defendants had access to his work.

Glenn: Thanks, and you are right on all counts. When billions of dollars of property are at stake, greedy and powerful people will go to any length to do anything against anyone who might get in their way in exposing their malfeasance and corruption.

This is hardly "made up by those who oppose the selling of the Army Reserve property." To the contrary, this is in part about three Army "soldiers" who harassed, challenged and assaulted us after one of our Sunday Rallies to "Save Our Veterans' Land." And "our" land includes the 10 acres where the Army Reserve is, as this was part of the the land grant Deed of 1888 "to be permanently maintained as a National Home for Disabled Volunteer Soldiers." The VA "gave" the 10 acres to the Department of the Army in the mid-1950's and now the Army Reserve wants to "swap" this half-billion dollar parcel for larger facilities outside LA county where land is "dirt cheap." Right across the street from the Reserve is 16 acres of Veterans land valued at nearly a billion dollars and it is being "given" away by the VA for a public park. This is about Veterans land that was a "Gift" in perpuity from two patriotic families and everybody but America's Veteans are benefitting from it. Lest every one has conveniently forgotten, "TODAY'S TROOPS ARE TOMORROW'S VETERANS." We oppose anyone who has taken away this sacred land exclusively deeded for a National Veterans Home while 20,000 of our fellow Veterans are homeless. Give us back our Land!

Mr. Rosebrock, on the matter of being stalked and spied upon may I direct you to one Randy Mucha of the Oak Brook IL police department. SGT. Mucha, at the behest of the mayor, started a harassment campaign against two township residents, Casey and Fran Gaik. Their crime? Why, pointing out corruption, of course! Good news is, the Gaik's won a $2 million settlement that will eventually pan out to $4.6 million. The couple plan to sue the local prosecutor as well, who knows how many millions they will clear on that one and any subsequent lawsuits. Mucha, local politicos, and of COURSE an *army* of boot-licking snitches got really sloppy in the end. The cat got out of the bag when Mucha began to attack two of his cop buddies after they told Mucha to quit being a fruitcake. If you have evidence you are being stalked, harassed, tail-gated while driving, or you suspect your phone and banking records are being snooped on, maybe you could call the lawyer that won the case in Oak Brook? The precedent of official harassment, and the techniques used, are now public knowledge. Me, I have moved to a larger city so as to make "evidence gathering" easier. I never leave the house without a hidden microphone and hand-held video camera. The corruption goes all the way up to the top, as well. Take a look at FBI agent Carl L. Spicocchi, who ran the Joint Terrorism Task Force in Toledo. For nearly six hours, a senior FBI official terrorized his Arlington County girlfriend, at times holding her at knifepoint in her closet, dragging her around the apartment by her hair and forcing a gun into her mouth in a jealous, drunken rage, police allege in court documents. And the fun part? Even in this recent battery case, the FBI agent threatened his girlfriend that *he was keeping a file on her with the intent of ruining her if she left him*, no doubt gathered using federally taught techniques, paid for by your tax dollars.

I sent the link to this story to a friend of mine a retired general that was involved with this unit and this is his reply

Thanks Tim,

I saw this, it's totally hosed up. Steve Patric retired 8 years ago, Castella was the commander of the COSCOM until it inactivated in 2005 and became an ESC. This is all made up by those who oppose the selling of the Army Reserve property, not Veterans Property to developers (actually it a land and building swap). Don't you just love politics

I can believe this man, He was one of the good ones AND ALWAYS LOOKED OUT FOR HIS TROOPS

Somebody asked if this was being done all over the country? I would
bet it is and all under the disguise of the so-called BRAC and Cares
commission. A VA hospital in Central Iowa is being closed and it is
a mental facility (established for just that purpose in 1930 or so).
The elected Senators and Congressmen from this state have done
nothing to assist in keeping it open, but have offered to help the local
community find a tenant for some of it as least. The whole damm
thing is a scam all over the country.

After 74 consecutive Sundays of peaceful demonstrations and being stalked, assaulted, spied upon, lied to, challenged, threatened, scorned, persecuted and cited, I think you may be right. John F. Kennedy said: "Those who make peaceful revolution impossible will make violent revolution inevitable."

Maybe what we need is to create a big riot. Fight with whomever comes to drive the Veterans away. This way, our plight will be on the national news. We can call attentiion to our plight this way. Let's go for it.

Being peaceful does not seem to get us anywhere.

My recollection is that it is an ILLEGAL act for the U.S. Military to attack
U.S. Civilians (which Veterans are). I won't lay this at the feet of Bush
or Obama, but it would seem Leavenworth should be the new home for some of these Log Command dishonorable uniform wearing assholes.
They should be wearing stripes. Where's that Arizona Sheriff when he is needed in California?!! He would dress them in pink and put them on a road gang.
