Back a long time ago when my wife lived in Happy Camp(?), Northern California along the Klamath river, there were guys that actually paid for their porta potties with Gold Dust panned from the river there. All we have to do is get a couple a hundred ounces of that stuff, sprinkle it along the river banks, then go to the news and state, " THERE'S GOLD IN THEM THERE HILLS!! And quicker than the complaints about the Swedish female military's person's 'combat bras' coming undone when they are just trying to exercise (wink, wink), it'll be just like California. Yes, I know, illegals everywhere, in monstrous debt, a movie star for a governor, movie stars parading up and down followed by the paparrazi, bridges falling down, earthquakes, mudslides, forest fires, Strip malls that go on forever, you name it but hey, the real California needs some of the heat taken off, Particularly around the San Joaquin valley (100+ every day in the Summer).
