ROGUE PROSECUTOR DECLARES WAR ON VETS
These are Dangerous Times to be an American Veteran!

Sharon McCaslin, prosecuting attorney for the United States Department of Justice, officially declared war on America’s Veterans when she defiantly pronounced in federal court that it is “desecration” and a “crime” for a Veteran to hang the American Flag in the “Distress” mode alongside the POW / MIA Flag.
She declared her act of warring defiance even when Veterans are in full compliance with the VA’s approval and the U.S Flag Code, and while lawfully protesting against the U.S. Government for abusing and misusing their sacred and sovereign land for the benefit of commercial and non-Veteran special interest groups, which is a flagrant violation of the Congressional Act of 1887 and the Land Grant Deed of 1888.
U.S. deputy attorney Sharon McCaslin officially declared this to be “desecration” and a “crime” as these noble and patriotic Flags are apparently nothing more than “placards and material” to her. The billion-dollar parcel of Veterans’ land behind these locked gates was recently given away rent-free by the U.S. Government to a wealthy homeowner group for a public community park. Now that that’s desecration and a crime in the most disgraceful sense!
On October 21st, I appeared before the Honorable Judge Frederick F. Mumm in the United States District Court in Los Angeles for the hearing and arraignment of a criminal citation issued to me via U.S. mail by the Los Angeles VA police.
Fraudulent Charges and Malicious Prosecution
The trumped-up charges were for a purported “unauthorized demonstration” held on July 26, 2009, during what would have been our 71st consecutive Sunday Rally to “Save Our Veterans’ Land.” No such "unauthorized demonstration" happened then or on any of the previous or following Sunday Rallies.
In Case 2085602 in the United States of America vs. Robert L. Rosebrock, Judge Mumm officially ordered the charges dismissed.
It’s quite clear that the VA’s citation for “unauthorized demonstration” was malicious and discriminated against me when the VA police, directed by VA bureaucrats, to single me out personally and trample all over my First Amendment Rights with a fabricated and unwarranted “unauthorized demonstration” charge.
Moreover, this fraudulent citation not only disenfranchises me of my Constitutional Rights to peacefully protest, but it undermines the Civil Liberties of all fellow Veterans and every American citizen and fellow human being around the world who believe in freedom and justice and the Right to lawfully protest against their government.
Warrant For My Arrest
By a motion of the U.S. Government, Judge Mumm ordered the “unauthorized demonstration” charges against me dismissed.
In an amazing act of defiance, Ms. McCaslin unilaterally ordered a Warrant for my arrest on that very same Case after the Judge had already dismissed the “unauthorized demonstration” charge. Moreover,her fraudulent Warrant on behalf of the Department of Justice was ordered and postmarked by U.S. Mail on October 21st, immediately after my hearing.
This was not a “clerical” error. No, this was a calculated and an illegal act in a flagrant and cowardly attempt to harass and intimidate me even more.
Ms. McCaslin is defending the wrong people and she has dangerously retaliated against me for exposing the serious violations of the Congressional Act of 1887 and the Land Grant Deed of 1888. This land was exclusively deeded to America’s Military Veterans "to be permanently maintained as a National Home for Disabled Soldiers," but the powerful politicians have aided and abetted in taking this land away from Veterans and giving it to special interest groups.
U.S. Department of Injustice
Clearly, issuing a false Warrant for my arrest immediately after the charges were dismissed by the Judge is fraud, amongst many other charges, yet Ms. McCaslin continues to pick up her paycheck in spite of breaking the laws that she is getting paid to enforce. Where is the justice in the Department of Justice?
Even though Ms. McCaslin was forced to dismiss the fraudulent charges against me and our peaceful Sunday demonstrations, she arrogantly refused to dismiss five separate citations that are also falsely trumped-up for “displaying placards and material on property.”
Clearly, Ms. McCaslin couldn’t try me on the VA’s fraudulent “unauthorized demonstration” charges but she then turned around and issued a fraudulent warrant for my arrest in an attempt to put me in jail on false pretense.
Ms. McCaslin is supposed to be representing the Department of Justice. If that is her idea of “justice,” then our judicial system and our Constitutional Rights are in very serious trouble and the Civil Rights of every American is in serious jeopardy. Clearly, it is Ms. McCaslin that should be on trial, and not me.
It is disgraceful beyond comprehension that Ms. McCaslin has declared war on the Constitutional Rights of the very men and women who have pledged their lives to defend the U.S. Constitution, the very Document that she has taken an Oath to uphold, but has failed miserably.
For the Record
This is to serve public notice that on Sunday, October 25, 2009, I fully abided by Ms. McCaslin’s “other condition” in the “release bond” that she ordered upon me personally: "not post anything on gate or anywhere on VA property and not demonstrate / unlawful without permit."
She ordered this malicious stipulation in the order of the U.S. Department of Justice on the “Central District of California Release Order and Bond Form,” at my October 21st U.S. Court hearing.
Contrary to my legal Rights as an American citizen, I sadly followed Ms. McCaslin’s malicious directive that trampled on my First Amendment Right to peacefully demonstrate this past Sunday, and I did not post anything on any gate or anywhere of VA property, because I was not there.
Let the record reflect that this is an outrageous and discriminatory order by Ms. McCaslin, because I had heretofore lawfully, legally and peacefully demonstrated with my fellow Veterans and friends of Veterans for the past 82 consecutive Sundays, and a "permit" was never required, nor is one required because we demonstrate on the Los Angeles County sidewalk, which is completely out of the VA’s jurisdiction.
VA’s Shameless Sneak Attack!
During Sunday’s demonstration, several VA police snuck up from inside the VA gates and ordered the Veterans who were in attendance, all in their 70s and 80s, including 86-year old World War II Veterans Steve Palmer in his wheelchair, to remove the U.S. and POW Flags, including the Flags with the five Branches of the U.S. Armed Forces that were posted far away from the “fence.”
These elderly, senior citizens are American Veterans, and all they did was simply and honorably post America’s most revered Flags in front of the largest VA in the nation, yet they were treated like criminals by armed VA security police.
Fear For My Safety and Well-being
There is no doubt that the political corruption, power and greed that’s run amok in West Los Angeles regarding the National Veterans Home property are seriously retaliating against me personally, and Veterans as a whole, for challenging to expose the fraud and corruption behind all these egregious land deals that seriously violate the Congressional Act of 1887 and the Land Grant Deed of 1888.
Make no mistake; I fear for my personal safety and well being, and for my fellow Veterans as well. I am also in fear of the orchestrated abuse and serious violations of my legal and Constitutional Rights as an American citizen, and these violations have been perpetrated by those in political power and the special interest groups they kowtow to, and those employed by the U.S. Government to facilitate their greed and corruption.
If the Department of Justice and Ms. McCaslin had spent as much time prosecuting the real criminals who have flagrantly violated the Congressional Act of 1887 and the Deed of 1888 with the ongoing confiscation of BILLIONS OF DOLLARS OF VETERANS’ LAND, as they are in trying to prosecute me over a fraudulent $15 citation by legally demonstrating against these land heists and posting the American Flags upside down in protest, we wouldn’t be demonstrating every Sunday to begin with.
Following are only a few of the unscrupulous leases of Veterans’ deeded land that the VA has facilitated to benefit a few of the wealthy at the burden of the many Veterans, including 20,000 who are homeless in Los Angeles.
• The WLA VAMC entered into a 20-year agreement with Brentwood School, one of the wealthiest private schools in the nation, for 21 acres of Veterans land to build an athletic field that is off limits to Veterans. The sharing agreement expires in 2020
• The WLA VAMC entered into an agreement with Breitburn Energy. The land use agreement is for drilling oil on Veterans land and the Department of Interior controls the mineral rights agreement.
• The WLA VAMC entered into a 20-year enhanced sharing agreement with Richmark Entertainment Group, Hollywood / New York entertainment business, for the Wadsworth and Brentwood Theaters, the only two theaters at the National Veterans Home. They are no longer available for Veterans use but have become readily available for a “cultural community center” for the wealthy neighboring residents. The agreement expires in December 2025.
• The WLA VAMC entered into a 10-year enhanced sharing agreement with Sodexho Marriott on Building 224 for laundry services for their hotels. The agreement expires in March 2010.
• The WLA VAMC entered into a no-bid, rent-free enhanced sharing agreement with Veterans Park Conservancy, which is not a Veterans organization but a wealthy neighboring homeowners group, for a 16-acre billion-dollar parcel of Veterans land to build a public community park. The agreement was signed on August 24, 2007 and is a 20-year contract with a 10-year option.
• The WLA VAMC entered into a 10-year enhanced sharing agreement with UCLA for a baseball diamond and the agreement expires in 2011.
• The WLA VAMC has entered into a 20-year enhanced sharing agreement with the Salvation Army for Building 212. The agreement expires December 2025.
• The WLA VAMC has entered into a 10-year enhanced sharing agreement with the Salvation Army for building 207. The Agreement expires April 2015.
• The WLA VAMC entered into a 50-year federal lease agreement with New Directions for Building 116. The agreement expires August 2045.
• The WLA VAMC entered into a 5-year memorandum of agreement with a five-year option with New Directions for Building 257. The memorandum of agreement expires February 2012.
• The WLA VAMC is negotiating a 75-year lease on building 209 with a New York-based nonprofit developer (an oxymoron if ever there was one). Mr. Tillman chose Common Ground of NY and McCormack Baron Salazar, a national developer of mixed-income urban neighborhoods to operate a homeless housing service, with no guarantees that a resident has to be a Veteran.
• The WLA VAMC entered into a 20-year enhanced sharing agreement with Westside Services for parking lots on Veterans land that includes the Brentwood Village lot. The agreement expires in 2020.
• The WLA VAMC entered into a special agreement for Community Soccer Leagues to use MacArthur Field on Veterans land.
• The WLA VAMC has operated a Veterans nine-hole golf course that allows the public to "pay to play" and more than $200,000 has been stolen / embezzled from employees working at the course. The VA attempted to negotiated an enhanced sharing agreement with a “non-profit” organization with an individual proclaiming to be a direct family member and spokesperson of the original donor of this land, even though Arcadia de Baker, the benevolent donor died in 1912, had no children, and left no will.
Where’s Congressman Waxman?
The major question amongst fellow Veterans and concerned citizens is where has Congressman Henry Waxman been during all of this land grabbing? After all, he is the elected steward of the largest VA in the nation that is included within his 30th Congressional District, and it is his fiduciary responsibility to prevent the abuse and misuse of any Veterans land here, not facilitating it.
Compromises at the Highest Levels of Government
When Sue Young, the executive director of Veterans Park Conservancy (VPC), was asked by the “Brentwood News” how she was essentially able to acquire the 16 acres of Veterans land (valued at nearly a billion dollars) for a public park, rent free, she responded: "Because this arrangement was unprecedented, it required lengthy discussions and compromises with Veterans Administration in Los Angeles and Washington. The agreement also called for approvals at the highest levels, i.e., Secretary Nicholson, and the involvement of the Congressional delegation."
There you have it; Ms. Young’s coveted public park on Veterans sacred land required unprecedented compromises at the highest levels of government to swindle a billion-dollar parcel of land from Veterans, and Congressman Waxman didn’t stop it. In fact, he actually supported it!
It’s Time to Prosecute the Real Criminals
Veterans must continue to keep fighting for their land and demand the Department of Justice prosecute the real criminals who have pillaged and plundered our’ sacred and sovereign land for their personal gain and benefit.
While these criminal thugs continue to go free, never forget that in our lawful defense of this land, we have been subjected to harassment, intimidation, discrimination, slander, defamation, stalking, spying, been accosted, challenged and insulted, retaliated upon, faced persecution, the victims of fraud, conspiracy, filing of false police reports, selective enforcement and malicious prosecution, just to name a few of the egregious violations perpetrated against America’s Veterans, and me in particular.
An Act of War
These are dangerous times for America’s Veterans to stand up for truth and justice, particularly when the Department of Justice has declared war upon us.
It’s time to awaken the sleeping giant of 25 million American Veterans and stand up to defend our sacred land from our government.

A little bit of humor…Well, what they are doing to the Vet center IS a crime (was it Nixon that said if the Government does it, then it’s not a crime?) and I am amazed that all that VA land (is it ‘owned’ by the VA or is it leased from the Government?) has been leased or given away with no benefit to the Veteran or the VA. That is a crime. It is also a shame.
I’m reading about the VA shredding the claimant’s documentation, (probably mine too) some of the workers not cleaning the colonoscopy equipment and infecting Vets with HIV or AIDS, a nurse that overdosed at least one vet which killed him, the list goes on and on. Read a continuing article that since the VA repeatably makes the same mistakes over and over and invents new ones to deny a Veteran his benefits until they die, and they not being accountable to anyone do not ‘pay’ for the mistakes, maybe it’s time to tear it down brick by brick. I don’t believe that we should tear down the buildings but the VA should be held accountable (Hmmm how far back?). Having only visited LA since my brother lived there for 14 years, I’m not too familiar with all the ins and outs. I know they used to have many bases there which closed down back in the BRAC during the 90s. Every base had a hospital so what’s the problem with using the base hospital as a Vet center except that probably the rich businesses JUMPED on it before? Got a lot of empty buildings all over LA now that the economy is dismal, why doesn’t the Gov’t look em over and have the government to take them and make em into Hospital CBOCS? Now here is an idea.. when they take over a bank in the LA area, turn it into a hospital. That way all the dangerous med.s can be in the bank vault and hard to steal. The safety deposit boxes contain, oh I don’t know, we’ll think of something. Can you imagine going to the Bank, er VA and the check in procedures? (“what is your account number sir?”). Hmmm. dare to think that every bank taken over from now on becomes a VA CBOC?
Oh yeah long time ago in 2004, when I cared about what I was doing (and enjoyed working at more than minimum wage), I was working at a military base and I was called me to the front gate. Seems there was a Dept of Justice girl there which showed me her badge and asked me did I have two wives and did I know that both were trying to get on TRI-CARE. I told her that I had divorced one in 99, could show her the papers and told the EX to give up her spouse ID, hadn’t spoken to the first one in 5 years, had moved far, far away and didn’t know nothing about nothing cept what I was doing at work. Then I went back to work and told my boss that since I was a famous criminal now (wanted by the Dept of Justice) could I go to the break room and sign autographs, sorta like Al Capone? He said NO! But eventually where I worked got what they wanted, with a hostile work environment, they eventually got me on a constructive discharge, except I went out on a disability retirement and they don’t have anyone there that has worked and lived overseas and very few that know how to read schematics and wiring diagrams. My disability? MY integrity and honesty is my handicap, along with broken back(s), knee, hand(s) SC and some not SC. But I ramble too much. How bout we ask Waxman for some money so that since he stole the VA land he opens up a couple of the bank CBOCs?
If you look at this McCaslin women, a DOJ attorney, it’s pretty apparent she does not have a life. she wore a 30 year old tan checkered jacket and a black unmatched skirt in court. She appeared to be the “other sister” in a 1960′s two sister spinster movie with Betty Davis. The point is, when you feed a starving dog he’ll lick your hand off. When you pay money or attention to a starving human they will do the same thing. This women is “starving’ for TLC. It’s like the runaway teenage girl from Minnisota arriving at the bus station in Los Angeles… This women will do anything for anybody as long as they say her name. It’s people like McCastlin that the Dept of Justice lets out of her cave to do the dirty work no one with a concience would do.
Yes,all that is an out rage and my heart goes out to those of you that are being prosecuted (persecuted)for standing up for your rights and the rights of american veterans.But this goes on all over america,not just in WLA,consider the fact that local judges almost every day order disabled veterans to pay egregious sums to ex spouses out of thies va compensation,consider also that county court clerks can refuse to give a free copy of documents needed by the va to adjudicate claims,consider that the varo’s act in illegal manner by using scare tactics to get veterans not to file claims and offers bonus’s to those employees that turn down the most claims,I know this is not BIG NEWS,but any attempt to erode veterans rights and willfully by pass federal laws by any federal,state county or municipal entity should be considered serious by ALL veterans.

The VA at 275 Chestnut Street Manchester NH cuts (to a complete stop) and then limits my medical health care to stop my opinion letters. Last week a VA doctor told me that the medication that I was taken stopped my liver function by ten Percent, stop taken the pill and throw the rest away. A VA clerk calls me up about an hour after getting home to tell me to keep taking the pills the VA will renew the prescription and send me more of the pills that are killing me. The VA is like a rogue government that uses veterans for experiments. The VA refuses to treat my service connected 100% combat related disabilities but will waste tax dollars by sending the Lee NH police to harass me. Last night the Lee Police showed up at my door (and yes they were pleasant even laughed at the occasion) because the VA called them to check if I committed suicide yet. The VA is openly trying to murder me and there is nothing that I can do.
Things like this do not happen in the U.S. so naturally the people will not believe the truth. What truth; the newspapers refuse to even print my opinion because it is unbelievable. U.S. Rep Shea-Porter is using my service connected medical condition to stop my opinion to help criminal judges like Peter Fauver. Facts exist and are documented in the NH Supreme Court records, which the NH Supreme court covered up. I am a 100% disabled U.S. Marine that volunteers every day to help others labeled by the editors as a danger to enable elected officials and the VA to dominate the people. Fauver and the others could take me to court to stop me but this would bring out the truth to the public. The truth exists but it is silenced by government wrongs. Where does a U.S. Citizen go when things like this happen?
Volunteer and help others has allows been my life. Last week I helped a legally blind disabled in Canterbury NH just because. Yes my head and body pain got intolerable at times and I sometimes became delusional but he needed help to keep his farm going. In the Marine Corps volunteering to help others gave me a chance to learn that what my amnesia took away. Volunteering on the out side with just the UCMJ as my guide helped me learn. I have not violated the law and will not because I wear the Uniform of a U.S. Marine proudly. This is our country and we must work to keep it so our Constitution protects every U.S. citizen equally.
The people that work at the VA hospital are caring people that work to do the best that they can for the veterans. The people in administration are acting as criminals to use veterans medical care to control and punish. The VA and NH government tell the newspapers and public what I am saying is not true. The fact is yesterday my new deadly prescription arrived. The Lee Police entered my home. I was delusional yesterday yet the only thing that happens was later in the day my mind went back to like everyone else and I did not commit suicide. I may have tried but I have no memory except to being on convoy deep in the Bush during the VC conflict. If the VA did not wait the Police may have seen my military medical condition and stopped my attempts to come home by ending it. 275 Chestnut St does not want to medically treat me they are trying to kill me this confirms it.
This is an official complaint but where does a dead U.S. Marine go?

And it won’t stop us from using the International Sign of Distress, especially as to the state this country fell over the previous 8 years, plus as to Congressional Power with little oversite!!
By the way,when did it stop being dangerous times for veterans that it started up again, it just seems that way now as we’re going through the same that happened, as to the VA, as we did after ‘Nam and for many since. Though I will say I believe for the first time, possibly ever, we finally have someone appointed to run the agency, and he’s bringing in others, that isn’t a political appointee and what he wants to do doesn’t have a political agenda, Unlike the Previous Administration as they waged two occupations even!!!!!!!!!!
Can’t wait for the California Supreme Court to get a hold of this one.

I don’t know the laws that well to say here (like some of you shit house lawyers do and claim so) to say what is legal in that state or not.
I have seen the Flag flown upside down before and it suppose to mean distress and mostly flown by Anti-War protesters and cowards. (Damn sure wish there was a draft again, that would bring them out and some run to Canada, get rid of the cowards and unAmericans), send them to Iraq, Afgan, and other middle eastern countries and try the bull crap there that they do here.
If it wasn’t for the “BRAVE” men and women who fought and die for our country, these cowards who not be doing that. Thats for sure.

I feel the public needs to see that in fact, many veterans are in distress
when it comes to obtaining their benefits from the VBA.
With the continuing and increasing backlog of VA Claims,
most RO’s – the BVA and COVA should probably be flying
the flags out front — upside down.

They have declared war in more ways than one. The U.S. is now under the law of the sea and U. N. Agenda 21. If DU, agent orange and other substances don’t finish off veterans the new vaccines should do the trick. It will certainly cut down on reitrement benefits.
They placed it right on the Georgia Guidestone monument a world population of 500 million is ideal. The current science czar Holdren has written a book in which he outlines population reduction is Job one. He wants to put sterilization chemicals in water and vaccinations. Squalene is in the new flu vaccine that the U.N. has announced they have the authority to mandate even if it means abrogating national governments. There are on going lawsuits in N.Y. over the state mandating the vaccine which is already killing people world wide. Squalene forces the immune system to attack itself.
It is really frightening the number of Americans who are totally unaware of Agenda 21. It is not surprising however as most Americans rely on a news media that never bothered to inform them fluoride, aspartame, thimersol mercury vaccine along with the newest tool squalene is designed to sicken and kill them.
The reason the U. N. will succeed is due to the total lack of awareness of most Americans whose world view could be compared to an actor in hey dude where is my car.

There was a guy in Crivitz WI, a veteran, that could not get a liquor license from the town board. He did not have any infractions or the like and started flying his flag on his business up side down. The village supported him almost ninety percent. He eventually got the permit. This happened this past summer.
Somebody put that bitch out of our misery.
This lady has more respect for a flag than those who bled for it. The flag is covered with the blood of many of our friends who died, not so much for the flag but those who stood by it and defend it. She has no business being in any position that gives her the authority for intimidate veterans and uses her position to embelish her own interest. Her actions surely need to be review by a judicial panel. What does she know about Freedom and the price behind all the sacrifices by veterans?

I Remember during the Viet Nam era they would arrest us for having a American Flag patch on our Jean Jackets, Then in 1976 The Bi Centennial They painted the Fire Hydrants Red white and blue ( like flags) and Dogs Pissed all over them. get it together America Freedom?

Since the judge had dismissed the case, and the prosecutor having knowledge of this still issued a arrest warrant isn’t this an illegal detenton. If so laws exist for a civil law suit for civil rights violations. I would file a suit just to teach someone who abuses his or her authority a lesson in humility.

How about everyone sending a letter of protest to the above mentioned prosecutor whose name and address is listed above? Surely Veterans could do that much for their commrades. The author of this story discredits himself, and belittles the fact of the story, by persistently overstating the evidence and using inflammatory language.
Don’t get me wrong. It sure sounds like the prosecutor started the war of overstatement. But the significance of that story is completely lost in the authors anti-government hate speech.
There are, maybe 150 of us at Veterans Today with 60 being staff writers. Over a period of time, no group in this country has stood against tyranny like the group protesting the Veterans Park Conspiracy.
A few have stood up for many.

I am not sure many people realize just how the army was exploited in Vietnam. They were literally thrown into a meat grinder while the average officer there did a six month tour and was far away from what was going on.
It is not surprising as Heinz Kissinger who is still running his mouth for the government called soldiers dumb beasts to enforce state department policy.
