Years of Deceit: US Openly Accepts Bin Laden Long Dead
BIN LADEN NEVER MENTIONED IN McCHRYSTAL REPORT OR OBAMA SPEECH
“HUNT FOR BIN LADEN” A NATIONAL SHAME

Conservative commentator, former Marine Colonel Bob Pappas has been saying for years that bin Laden died at Tora Bora and that Senator Kerry’s claim that bin Laden escaped with Bush help was a lie. Now we know that Pappas was correct. The embarrassment of having Secretary of State Clinton talk about bin Laden in Pakistan was horrific. He has been dead since December 13, 2001 and now, finally, everyone, Obama, McChrystal, Cheney, everyone who isn’t nuts is finally saying what they have known for years.
However, since we lost a couple of hundred of our top special operations forces hunting for bin Laden after we knew he was dead, is someone going to answer for this with some jail time? Since we spent 200 million dollars on “special ops” looking for someone we knew was dead, who is going to jail for that? Since Bush, Rumsfeld and Cheney continually talked about a man they knew was dead, now known to be for reasons of POLITICAL nature, who is going to jail for that? Why were tapes brought out, now known to be forged, as legitimate intelligence to sway the disputed 2004 election in the US? This is a criminal act if there ever was one.
In 66 pages, General Stanley McChrystal never mentions Osama bin Laden. Everything is “Mullah Omar”now. In his talk at West Point, President Obama never mentioned Osama bin Laden. Col. Pappas makes it clear, Vice President Cheney let it “out of the bag” long ago. Bin Laden was killed by American troops many many years ago.
America knew Osama bin Laden died December 13, 2001. After that, his use was hardly one to unite America but rather one to divide, scam and play games. With bin Laden gone, we could have started legitimate nation building in Afghanistan instead of the eternal insurgency that we invented ourselves.
Without our ill informed policies, we could have had a brought diplomatic solution in 2002 in Afghanistan, the one we are ignoring now, and spent money rebuilding the country, 5 cents on the dollar compared to what we are spending fighting a war against an enemy we ourselves recruited thru ignorance.
The bin Laden scam is one of the most shameful acts ever perpetrated against the American people. We don’t even know if he really was an enemy, certainly he was never the person that Bush and Cheney said. In fact, the Bush and bin Laden families were always close friends and had been for many years.
What kind of man was Osama bin Laden? This one time American ally against Russia, son of a wealthy Saudi family, went to Afghanistan to help them fight for their freedom. America saw him as a great hero then. Transcripts of the real bin Laden show him to be much more moderate than we claim, angry at Israel and the US government but showing no anger toward Americans and never making the kind of theats claimed. All of this is public record for any with the will to learn.
How much of America’s tragedy is tied with these two children of the rich, children of families long joined thru money and friendship, the Bush and bin Laden clans.
One son died in remote mountains, another lives in a Dallas suburb hoping nobody is sent after him. One is a combat veteran, one never took a strong stand unless done from safety and comfort. Islam once saw bin Laden as a great leader. Now he is mostly forgotten.
What has America decided about Bush?
We know this: Bin Laden always denied any ties to 9/11 and, in fact, has never been charged in relation to 9/11. He not only denied involvement, but had done so, while alive, 4 times and had vigorously condemned those who were involved in the attack.
This is on the public record, public in every free country except ours. We, instead, showed films made by paid actors, made up to look somewhat similar to bin Laden, actors who contradicted bin Ladens very public statements, actors pretending to be bin Laden long after bin Laden’s death.
These were done to help justify spending, repressive laws, torture and simple thievery.
For years, we attacked the government of Pakistan for not hunting down someone everyone knew was dead. Bin Laden’s death hit the newspapers in Pakistan on December 15, 2001. How do you think our ally felt when they were continually berated for failing to hunt down and turn over someone who didn’t exist?
What do you think this did for American credibility in Pakistan and thru the Islamic world? Were we seen as criminals, liars or simply fools? Which one is best?
This is also treason.
How does the death of bin Laden and the defeat and dismemberment of Al Qaeda impact the intelligence assessments, partially based on, not only bin Laden but Al Qaeda activity in Iraq that,not only never happened but was now known to have been unable to happen?
How many “Pentagon Pundits,” the retired officers who sold their honor to send us to war for what is now known to be domestic political dirty tricks and not national security are culpable in these crimes?
I don’t always agree with Col. Pappas on things. I believe his politics overrule his judgement at times. However, we totally agree on bin Laden, simply disagree with what it means. To me lying and sending men to their deaths based on lies is treason.
Falsifying military intelligence and spending billions on unnecessary military operations for political reasons is an abomination. Consider this, giving billions in contracts to GOP friends who fill campaign coffers, and doing so based on falsified intelligence is insane. This was done for years.
We spent 8 years chasing a dead man, spending billions, sending FBI agents, the CIA, Navy Seals, Marine Force Recon, Special Forces, many to their deaths, as part of a political campaign to justify running American into debt, enriching a pack of political cronies and war profiteers and to puff up a pack of Pentagon peacocks and their White house draft dodging bosses.
How many laws were pushed thru because of a dead man?
How many hundreds were tortured to find a dead man?
How many hundreds died looking for a dead man?
How many billions were spent looking for a dead man?
Every time Bush, Cheney and Rumsfeld stood before troops and talked about hunting down the dead bin Laden, it was a dishonor. Lying to men and women who put their lives on the line is not a joke.
Who is going to answer to the families of those who died for the politics and profit tied to the Hunt for Bin Laden?

Isn’t it time to repeal ALL the executive orders the unlawful and illegitimate president Bush made!! Thsi guy and his cronies were all crooks “proven” and so that ends all of this nonsense regarding “homeland security” the Patriot Act” etc. Just scrap the whole works and dump Wall Street at the same time. This is all just thuggery and riff raffery. Some great ideas here. Many executive orders are illegal since they violate the Constitution…. Also, the oligarchy is working to “end borders” and end all wealth and liberty that is held by the middle class. A “one world government” would further remove control of government from the people and concentrate more power in the oligarchy. I believe in national sovereignty to protect the various natural cultures in each country. We have a great constitution and anti-trust laws. These things must be enforced to preserve liberty and prospertiy for the majority of decent people. There are many wealthy people who use their wealth in positive ways to invest in businesses, infrastructure, education, etc. It’s just the bad guys who need to be put in jail.
And it specifically puts All Authority to make and pass laws in the hands of Congress. The President HAS NO LAW MAKING ABILITY WHATSOEVER, Constitutionally. As part of the checks and balances concept, the legislation, which could only be created and passed by congress, would need the Presidents signature as a final check on the congress.
In the federalist papers, basically the cliff-notes for the Constitution, its specifically stated that congress, being elected every two years, was considered the most representative branch of the people, which is why it was given this power alone. So the PEOPLE, theoretically, would be the ones making the laws.
Given this truth, ALL EXECUTIVE ORDERS SHOULD BE ABOLISHED AND HELD FOR WHAT THEY ARE, UNCONSTITUTIONAL. Even the good ones that really sought to help the people (as rare as they were).

The article has good intentions. It is an editorial piece that begs for a disgussion but unfortunately it does not provide the tools to accomplish what the author wants it to.
What is needed are the tools and the process necessary to prosecute Bush, Cheney, and company for their crimes.
The author uses the lack of mention of bin Laden in McCrystals report as proof of his death. He also uses a statement by a single person and gives a specific date of December 13, 2001, again, specific, as if there is evidence, but there is none.
Still, there is strong evidence that Bush’s war in Afghanistan was criminal before it even started. There is strong evidence that he committed treason and caused the death of Many Americans and foreign civilians.

Thank You!!! However, I am afraid that families that have lost loved ones to this current farce are not going to want to accept this and will reject it vehemently. We have to prosecute Bush and Cheney. Then we can begin to truly heal as a nation. If Obama continues to let Bush and Cheney get away with this, he will be just as guilty as someone who knows of the abuse of a child or someone elderly and says nothing, but with a millions-fold more consequences. And that makes someone guilty. Obama needs to strap some on when it comes to this issue, or be counted as guilty as well. No, we are not all children, elderly nor helpless, however we are not the President of the United States and we don’t have the authority and power to do what is within Obama’s ability to pursue. What we do have is the power of being “We, The People” if we could only remember the power that lies there. But that would take the people coming together with a single focus, will and determination. I believe we collectively may be already too fractured in our ability to have free choice and opinions mixed with an abundance of apathy and complacency. Out of sight, out off mind. There’s Christmas decorations to be put up, shopping and wrapping of the gifts, cookies to send to be made and sent to the troops as we turn the channel when the commercials of starving children come on. Free choice and different opinions are great – that’s why the settlers first came here. The Cheney machine and others before have exploited human nature and manipulated it – changing us into something that if we truly stepped back and looked in the mirror, we’d have to ask ourselves, “Is this what our forefathers dreamed of, fought for and died for?” America was united right after 9/11 while career politicians and for the most part – only the wealthy and connected can afford to run for office… hidden alliances and manipulated psychology through perverted media to control the masses? Greed and Power on one side and the obedient followers on the other? Hell, if the first Americans were ‘obedient’… we would never be here! Where’s our American Spirit?
Duff, there is so much that I agree with you with… there is ONE area I totally disagree with you or I don’t fully understand your position… and that is the subject of ‘unity’.
I truly believe that for normal everyday Americans to make a difference is through unity…. somewhere, somehow.
Crap, Cheney used it… look how America got all united for a moment after 9/11? It works both ways.

With so much evidence at hand of lying and wrong doing by the Bush-Cheney-Rumsfeld Gang and manipulation from the AIPAC MAFIA and its agents in Congress and Senate, there is enough material to prosecute those characters for treason to the Nation and to the American People.
How? –Collecting signatures from the people and consensus from Congress and Senate to do so and get a good team of lawyers to help with the process.
My perception is that we all know that the above mentioned GANG & MAFIA MEMBERS lied and violated the letter and spirit of the US Constitution, they cheated and are guilty like hell for the loss of thousands of young US women and men lives (and over a million iraqi and thousands of Afghans, most of them civilians). The US and Coalition soldiers have been lied to and told that they were fighting against evil and to bring democracy and prosperity to the Iraqi and Afghans, to liberate them from tyranny; but what is missing is structured and concrete action at least to use the legal channels and sue them.
I know that to win is not easy but at least many now unanswered questions will have to be clarified in the course of the process, and this, by itself, will be a great victory for the American People, it will open many eyes and draw the attention to many issues that until this moment have been neglected, like: who rules America? Who controls its politicians, public affairs and foreign policy and to the benefit of whom?
About Osama Bin Ladens death, on December the 16th an obituary was published in the Egyptian newspaper Al-Ahram (???) stating that he was dead of kidney function insufficiency, as far as I remember.

You are absolutely right that the winner writes HISTORY. Even though I read it, this country no longer operates under it.
This, however, is not a recent occurrence. The USA went bankrupt as a country back in 1933. By 1938, we were no longer under a common law jurisdiction, which the Constitution is built and based on and this is law going back thousands of years, and we now function under an Admiralty jurisdiction. This is why the plethora of laws repugnant to the Original Constitution are tolerate. We all live under the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), not the constitution. This is why ALL your interactions with your government are on a commercial basis. Even the concept of you traveling in your car and being a driver; which is legally defined as one who operates a motor vehicle in commerce and is paid for it. If you’re not operating a truck, bus, train, or plane, for money, your not a driver. You are a traveler, and therefore not subject to anyone’s taxation, license, or restrictions on your movement-under the Constitution of course. Under the UCC, you’re taxed, licensed, and regulated.
So if you want to know “Who rules America”, find out who put these things in place, then find out who they were working for. I think it may very well lead you right to the people running that Copenhagen Shindig this past week.

Pappas makes an excellent point but stops short of outlining the implications.
Anyone with the sense god gave a snail knows that bin Laden hasn’t been heard from since Dec 10, 2001. Unless he grew a new face, got 6 inches shorter and began disagreeing with himself, maybe the bin Laden you know is an actor.
Read the real speeches of Osama bin Laden, made before he was dead. If you can’t find them, maybe you have been looking in the wrong place.
Note that the Hasan murders at Ft. Hood are taking on some odd aspects as Jeff Gates will gladly explain. That situation is ready to explode.

I had been told he had been wounded, either gunshot or bombing at Tora Bora and had died December 13. The fatal wound was on his chest, right side.
Now I am told it was a gunshot but by a warlord leader offering him safe passage who took a payment from the CIA for the killing.

I like this story, There is only 1 inaccuracy that I point out, not because it changes anything to the story, but just because it is not exactly accurate.
I just rewatched the speech and he does mention Bin Laden 1 time.
Because I was writing on how the attacks were not even planned from Afghanistan, so how could you justify attacking there…. aha…. that’s how…. (of course I don’t mean that, but you know what I mean).
Gates and Jones just contacted Pakistan about bin Laden again.
We are now looking for someone ready to die…we can have turned over to the US.
I don’t care if he is a he or over 5 feet tall.
The DOD wouldn’t know the difference.

They laugh at peoples stupidity and think they have you trained like seals. They have some built in mental hurdles that people can’t seem to look at, or look over. After studying and following the 9/11 story for at least five years I have come to the conclusion that it was very dangerous or impossible for the Bush/Cheney (secret)government to carry out the whole 9/11 terror plot in the name of Osama Bin laden when at the same time letting the great Satan stay alive and be an active player in the world wide media game. I can’t imagine the Bush/Chaney planners of the attacks would have taken the risk of being checkmated by Bin Laden in an unsuspected clever move that they would not be in control of. I mean: after the whole world has been conditioned day in and day out to the fact that Osama is the great mass murderer and enemy of the free world, and then letting him keep the opportunity to come from behind the woodwork on the world stage with a very clear Hi-Def video and in which he openly, with a lot of solid information and evidence proves that he and Al Qaeda are totally innocent to the largest foreign attacks on the hard land of the USA in history.
Or to make it even worse for the US administration and include the information in a dramatic deathbed confession, becouse there was a lot of evidence that Bin Laden was in the final stages of his kidney disease.
Isn’t this not very similar to the Kennedy assassination, were lee Harvey Oswald was denied to prove his innocence and expose the real perpetrators?
Go to the FBI’s top 10 most wanted and you will still see bin Laden there. But the strange thing is that there is no mention of him being wanted in connection to the 9/11 terrorists attacks. It is thrown in a catch all generality of other terrorists acts around the world. The most horrible terrorist attack on American soil is brushed under the rug with numerous other terrorits attacks around the world.
And if that’s not unbelievable enough, when the FBI was asked why the 9/11 attacks are not listed, they replied that there was no eveidence connecting bin Laden to the attacks.

They are both communists and capitalists, thriving in both systems, as they control them. They do prefer communism because it’s ultimate control. They love to promote democracy, as this is where they gain control over a nation. After this comes communism, then despotism.
They know how powerful the net is, and they have their agents all over it trying to get people going in all directions to confuse and scare people.
Unite with fellow Americans, and citizens from other nations that know very well who this enemy is. They are not a new enemy by any means, and they use the same gameplan over and over because it has worked so well in the past.

It just seemed that this story concluded Bin Laden was dead because McChrystal didn’t mention him in a previous document. If he’s conveying that Bin Laden is dead by not mentioning him, them in a sense, you believe him then.
I think you only believe what you want to believe, rather than objectively considering the actual information available. Why would you immediately count one thing as a lie and another as a hidden truth from the same man?

When 9 / 11 happened Bin Laden denied any involvement. When we chased the taliban and al Qaeda out of Afghanistan, and captured mnay lap tops,not one hard drive had a word about 9 / 11.
Bin Laden more than likely is dead, or, he is living in total silence behind walls in a svelte Pakistan house that is safe for him. That is a possibility.
I have always held the view that in a court of law he could not be convicted because 9/11 was a crime he did not commit, nor can it be shown that he even knew about the coming attack in advance.
