Thank god for the Patriot Act… now law enforcement officers can search a home or business without the owner’s or the occupant’s permission or knowledge, the FBI can search telephone, e-mail, and financial records without a court order and there is expanded access of law enforcement agencies to business records, including library and financial records and much more to keep this country safe. If you think that this wrong, you are not a patriot and want this country to become a weak target for our enemies! Not.

This story is nothing more than baseless claims, wrapped into a story of COMPLETE BULLSHIT, not ONCE throughout the entire article have you offered ONE fact from a reliable source. Al Jazeera is hardly a reliable news source, since they have been proven to be time and again extremely Anti-West, and specifically Anti-American. It is truly sad that you can completely degrade the service of the prestigious units you slandered in this fictional story. My background is none of your business. However, I have worked with many elements of the US Military for many years, and the men and women who compose those units are among the most Patriotic Americans this country could have placed in its service. They have ALL sworn an OATH to defend the US Constitution, not a One World Government as you fraudulently claim. If anything ever was to happen to that sacred document the first people to run to its defense would be the men and women of those units. Since you have never taken the time (or interest) to talk to us directly, you of course do not know who we are, or what principles we use to govern our lives daily.

Here is the real story: the American Socialist Liberal Democrats for years have looked at the US Constitution as a hindrance, rather than a blessing, because it is the one document standing between them and the implementation of an American Socialist Dictatorship. The watchdogs over that document are the members of the US Military and they will defend that document with an ARMED resistance. Mr. Jeremy Scahill ironically has long standing ties to several Anti-Military and Anti-American organizations such as: the American Socialist Workers Party and the American Communist Party to name a few. For years those groups have advocated the destruction of the US Constitution; currently, they have the means to slander the people who defend that document daily by way of the internet. So YOU my friend are either to naïve to figure out who you are ACTUALLY working for, or YOU are knowledgably working with them. So which one is it?

Hey it’s like I said before. One of the ‘collateral duties’ of the Congress and Senate should be that they must join the National Guard (only exceptions are arm or leg missing or at least 6 years active before). OK, each state has two senators so they switch off who goes first for combat (in case they should get killed it doesn’t really change the state government that much) and each state has so many representatives so they can’t take them all at once to the battlefield. I would like to see some sleazy Congressional Aides get shot at so let’s throw them in. Maybe we can have the losing party have the frontlines too. I bet this will REALLY spice things up at election time and I bet it would slow down the ‘hanky panky’ of traveling to foreign countries and/ or getting caught using taxpayer’s money for illegal purposes. Heck, it might even stop this business about quitting at mid term for no good reason (you can quit, but you’re still in the guard for the full six… GI”. “Ohhh, sailor, such a manly voice” . That don’t work with me maam, I’m a democrat”.
You know at first I thought it was funny, but the more I think about it… I mean if we saved all them no good Banks that even with a college diploma, don’t know how to read a house sale contract with all that money last year, (which they gave to all their execs bonuses with at chrispness time). Why not give this a try? The world famous ‘POTOMAC SHUFFLE’ takes on a whole new meaning after this.

Take the shackles, and fetters off of our lagitamit military and the need for mercinaries would not exist. As you say politics do not belong in this equation. The vultures in public office need to be purged, and replaced by true patriots. The true patriots need to stand up. Maybe this is what we need to avoid a repeat of Vietnam. I think as veterans we all know that when politicians, most with no military service at all, are the reason Vietnam was a perceived as a loss for the United States. The politicians need to give the Military leaders their intent and goals, then move the fuck out of the way and let the professionals do their jobs. As a leader it’s frustrating having to follow some of the dumb ass concepts the civilians come up with in combat. I.e. the ROE in Iraq and Afghanistan. Too many men have been killed carrying out combat operations with such restrictions. While I don’t condone what those three NCO’s did in killing those insurgents at the canal in Baghdad. I can see their point. When your hands are tied, you get tired of being shot at by the same men day after day. Maybe PMC’s are what we need to side step the politicians in Washington that are again, with their incompetence leading this country to another Vietnam.

I find the mere suggestion that United States Special Operations need training form Israel laughable. These highly trained soldiers already have the skills to hunt down and kill he enemies of this country, so why not let them do their jobs. Take off the handcuffs. And while some in the media would say that the American public has the right to know what is going on with its young men fighting in Iraq and Afghanistan, they don’t. Secrecy is key to keeping these men safe while serving this country. The morons in the press only care about selling papers or TV time to see the big picture. Reporting on covert mission’s weather being being carried out by a PMC filling a vital hole in the system or Special Operations Forces fighting far behind the lines in a country we are not officially in gets soldiers killed. Allowing the media to embed with combat troops is the worst idea I’ve ever had the misfortune to be settled with. These vultures need to stay out of the business of men and stay where they are safe, chasing ambulances in the states.

As for the PMC and its dealings with the CIA, I think someone is finally using their head and figured out a way to get things done despite the incompetence of the civilians in the government. This country needs men like this, war is a nasty business and we are the only ones playing by the rules, while the other team is anything goes. We are doomed to repeat the problems of Vietnam by allowing this kind of thinking to continue. By covertly going into Pakistan and other countries. Hunting down and killing the bad guys, we might just win this war. By killing them we avoid the problem of where to house them and weather they deserve to be tried by military or civilian courts. There terrorist don’t deserve the rights afforded to American citizens, point blank, again let the professionals worry about war, all we need from the money hungry, corrupt and clueless masses in the congress and senate, is TASK AND PURPOSE, then just step aside and watch. But thinking that we can make an omelet without breaking a few eggs is asinine.

There was also a lot in there that described my good Christian ‘tea-bagger’ friends that have differing passions from my own due to listening solely to some of the ‘mass media products and outlets’ out there.
