Mikey Hicks – American Terrorist. No kidding, this is a real story.
This is Mikey Hicks as he looks today. I should point out that Mikey Hicks is an American terrorist and has appeared on all TSA terrorist watch lists since he was two years old. I am not kidding. This is a real situation.
Look how dangerous this desperado looks! I would pick him out of a crowd anywhere, anytime as a real national security risk. Yes sir, we have some government watchdog group taking care of our security! Yes-siree-bob!!
In a story posted on the Sphere blog today and entitled 8-Year-Old Mikey Stuck on Terror Watch List we learn that terrorism is a lot of things like job security for tens of thousands of government workers, hundreds of thousands of mercenaries and hundreds of thousands of troopers, government wonks and contractors of all types. But one thing that our anti-terrorism infrastructure certainly is not is this: it is not reasonable in many ways.
Ask that hardened criminal Mikey Hicks and his frustrated parents. This is no joke.
I don’t know what else to say. This picture pretty much says it all for all of us. Can someone in the vast American government infra-structure that monitors terrorists please remove this young felon’s file from the terrorist list?
He is going to need that help to get into Weeblos and then onto the Boy Scouts. They won’t accept felons or hardened criminals.
I know one thing, after reading this story, I certainly feel safer. Yep! My government has the terror situation well in hand!

Don’t worry kid. Its all pretend.
Shucks that ain’t nothing. One time I transferred to a base overseas and the base Commander and I had the EXACT SAME name (even down to the ‘jr.’ at the end). So they took me aside and asked me to write my name and we both had the EXACT SAME writing too! Onliest thing was I was enlisted (E-5) and he was a Captain (0-6). I walked a VERY fine line there staying out of trouble, not saying nothing about nothing, and just trying to do the best that I could. All to no avail. Some of the higher ups got to practice Voo-Doo rituals (couldn’t get even with the ‘Boss’ so they got me instead). Was I ever glad when he finally left, till the replacement turned out far worse than he did. Moral? Careful what you wish for, you may get it….
