ASSOCIATES AND SUPPORTERS ALL SAYING “SGT WHO?”

Former Marine Sgt. Charles Alan Dyer, continually featured on patriotic videos supporting the Teabagger and Oathkeepers movements is currently jailed for sodomy with a 7 year old. Dyer, “bigger than life” enemy of “socialist” President Obama and major supporter of Glenn Beck, Rush Limbaugh and the GOP, the darling of YouTube videos featuring weapons demonstrations and endless violent threats is now trying to raise $50,000 dollars for his bond.
It is reported that Dyer faces federal charges for possession of a 40mm grenade launcher and state charges for sexual abuse of a minor. He will be transferred to the Stephens County Oklahoma jail pending arraignment as soon as Federal authorities turn him over.
One of the most massive internet cleansings in history is going on as Oathkeeper, Militia and Teabagger websites are searching for the hundreds of entries “July4Patriot” had made. Dyer’s following among domestic “resistance” and “militia” movements may number in the tens of thousands. It has been confirmed from multiple sources that death threats have been made against any news agency that reports Dyer’s arrest.
Facts and rumors because of lack of proper reporting are flowing every direction. Steward Rhodes of Oathkeepers claims Dyer, perhaps the best known member of Oathkeepers was never really a registered member. We are waiting for verification of this.
The Oklahoma Constitutional Militia is claiming the Federal government used MKUltra brainwashing techniques, like those used on 9/11 hijackers to force a 7 year old to testify against Dyer for child rape and sodomy. We are hoping that President Obama will order an immediate investigation based on the claims of this august body of patriotic Amerricans.
No statement has been issued by Glenn Beck related to this attack on one of his most prominent “912″ supporters. One will be coming, we are sure. Dyer is also a major supporter of Sarah Palin. We are certain that she will want to offer her support to help see Sgt Dyer cleared of all charges.

BREAKING NEWS: January 16, 2009 Charles Dyer, a/k/a the July4Patriot, has been arrested in Marlow, OK for child rape allegations and has been charged by the ATF for possession of a grenade launcher. On Friday Dyer was transferred from the Stephens County Jail into federal custody where he has been interviewed by the ATF and FBI.
The Colt M-203 40mm grenade launcher has been identified as being stolen in 2006 from Fort Irwin, CA – two other launchers that were stolen from the same shipment bound for Iraq remain missing. Dyer is a former marine, who had been stationed in California. In recent months he has been training near San Diego after re-establishing his rural residence on Hope Road between Marlow and Duncan, OK with another person identified only as illchemist07, who operates the West Coast camp. You can view a video of one of the paramilitary training sessions he conducted in California here. Before entering the Marines, Dyer was an employee of the Stephen’s County Sheriff’s Dept. where he worked as a jailer.
Dyer maintains memberships in the American Resistance Movement and Oathkeepers. He has become somewhat of a folk hero in the patriot and militia movements and was an invited speaker at a Broken Arrow teaparty event last summer. He was taken into custody Tuesday by his former employer, the Stephen’s County Sheriff’s Dept, after being charged with committing forcible sodomy on a child in early January. A search of his home uncovered a weapons stockpile and a tip led authorities to search a storage unit rented by Dyer. A specially trained canine alerted on the presence of explosives in the storage unit, but none were found. It is speculated, however, that Dyer had stored explosives there in the past. Special Agent Brett Williams of the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF) filed a weapons complaint against Dyer in the U.S. District Court of Western Oklahoma. Dyer was charged with first degree rape and two counts of forcible sodomy in Stephens County. Now in federal custody, Dyer is claiming the stolen grenade launcher was given to him by a friend in California.
Currently Dyer is only accused and stands convicted of no crime. Dyer, sometimes identified as “Captain Dyer” is also said to have met with militia types in an attempt to buy fertilizer in quantities sufficient to become a major force in domestic agriculture. This same fertilizer was used by Timothy McVeigh to destroy the Oklahoma City Federal Building.
These are also only allegations.
Most curious, of course, is the lack of national reporting on what should be a juicy scandal, domestic terrorists, child rape, explosives, all the things the news loves to exploit. As for Dyer, patriot or patsy, we will find out the truth or, as is so often the case, not.
With the long history the Bush administration had for silencing critics with illegal prosecution or “accidents” we hope that Sgt Dyer is not a victim of a continuation of the despicable policies he himself had supported for so long when used against others. The irony would be unbearable.

To be a little fair I believe that home grown militias like the Minutemen Movement have tried best they can to distance themselves from more radical fringe elements but just can’t.
Case in point the Minutemen National Organization tried to distance themselves from the San Diego chapter that was just getting too anti-Mexican to the point of clearly showing not only were they racists, and white supremacists, but illegally organized militias.
Remember Gordon I did the expose on how our active duty Armed Forces trains to not only recognize foreign terrorists threats but to also ID home grown right-wing (and left-wing) extremists groups.
Jon Stotz of Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of American (IAVA) even pointed out how the Army training power point presentation uses the case of Timothy McVeigh to highlight how right-wing extremists groups will try to infiltrate and recruit our active duty and young Veterans from Iraq and Afghanistan.
I’m glad they got former Marine Sgt. Charles Alan Dyer off the streets at least temporarily before he and his friends blow up and abortion clinic, assassinate an abortion doctor, or do harm to some federal building somewhere because they hate the FBI, Bureau or Tobacco and Fire Arms, and any other federal agencies that keep tabs on unauthorized militias or people moving in that direction. Mark my words Vets like Dyer, though thank God few in number, will be watched closely by the FBI, Homeland Security, and so on regardless which political party runs it. All folks like him need to do in one oh shit, and membership or spokesperson for Tea Braggers or wanting our active duty troops to take and Oath not to disband unauthorized militias is MEANINGLESS.

I lived in Michigan for many years and know some of the people who originated the miliita movement. There has never been as pack of cowardly and dishonest pieces of S%$& than them. This is the biggest pile of whining crybabies, snitches and morons on earth.
Their primary funding was from the “tobacco institute”…and their only political activity, other than to kill a bunch of people in Oklahoma, maybe with their half FBI membership, was to fight against anti-smoking laws, which of course, killed even more.

Our “oathkeeper/teebugger” is an obvious sociopath. He is accused of crimes a sociopath would commit but, yes, you are right. On the other hand, I would personally “deal with” anyone who follows him. Following this terrorist, and calling him anything different is bull, makes you a terrorist.
There is nothing involving freedom or America in a single word he says. He is simply a tool of the tyrants and oppressors he claims to stand against. He is a monster and should be put away, by that, imprisoned or committed to a maximum security mental facility with anyone who follows him.

There is credible evidence that the Obama Administration is more aggessive in supporting these black ops programs than past administrations.
I have been a Targeted Individual, TI, and Victim since 1987. In 1987 I blew the whistle on an international defense contractor, International Signal & Control, ISC, who was selling arms to Iraq and was guilty of a $1 Billion dollar Fraud. They were founded and headquartered in my hometown of Lancaster, Pennsylvania. I was a shareholder and was solicited to help finance some of their operations.
My father was part of U.S. Navy experiments in the 1940′s and experienced synthetic telepathy in the 1970′s and 1980′s. My brother was in the U.S. Air Force and a victim of the LSD experiments. He was murdered on Christmas Day, December 25, 1984 in Santa Barbara, California while under a Guardianship with the County of Santa Barbara. My youngest brother committed suicide in 1996 after a local bank embezzled some $70,000 from his mortgage banking operations nine months before his death.

Salt Lake City attorney Jesse Trentadue recently sued and won a million dollars
from the FBI for torturing to death his brother in a Federal Prison a few days after the Oklahoma City bombing. During the trial Trentadue obtained FBI documents that show they were handling Timothy McVeigh before the Oklahoma City bombing.
Terry Nichols, the co-defendant in the Oklahoma City bombing has identified FBI agent Larry Potts as McVeigh’s handler.Trentadue got a court order allowing him to take a video deposition from Nichols . The FBI refuses to allow him into the prison.

A generation so devoid of patriotic fever that they would stand by and allow a burgering Fascism to place a Wartime Deserter in the Presidency, and allow his PNAC Think Tank to stack the Supreme Court with their sorry legacy, then to proceed in fury of Constitution Dissolution! This last golpe by the Supreme Court is just beating a dead horse! The Bush Adminsitration: Art. 1 para 9 Habeas Corpus; Art III Supreme Court trisl of Citizens of Foriegn States: Art 5 arbitrarily changing the Constitution outside the pervue of the State Legislatures, The Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth,Amendment. There is no Separation Clause appended on our Constitution so the deletion of one part nullifies it in entirety. However, after happening upon your websight I am encouraged! Dear Gordon,
When I read reports like the one up above, I have about three thoughts immediately: (1) Was this guy a “mind control” victim? (2) Was this person an infiltrator who got caught by the few remaining good guys or (3) If he really did these things, how come nobody “detected” something weird about him?
The problem is that psychotronic weapons can put a memory, create habits and desires and promote actions that don’t actually arise from the person themself. These things are completely artificial. According to the Russian scientists who were involved in Project Zombie, after the fall of the Soviet Russia, Dick Cheney travelled to the country explicitly to buy these weapons.
I have seen way too many criminal prosecutions in a nearby town. When I say “criminal,” I mean that the local judges and corrupt constabulary do drum up cases against people that they want to harm financially and emotionally. Most of them are staunch Bush supporters although they hide that fact these days. While he was in office, they were completely out of control. It has not improved much until recently when they got scared about FBI investigations into their behavior.
Having trained as a journalist with journalist friends, I know that what is being reported these days is not necessarily the truth. Good experienced reporters with ethics and investigative skills have been replaced with virtual youngsters without the background in history and other subjects to be able to discern “tall tales” when they get them. This does not mean that all publications aren’t trying to tell the truth. This one seems to be trying to do a good job. I know others that are trying to report the truth as they discover it (which is getting more and more difficult to do these days).
I hope that we begin to see more busts of illegal CIA black ops and ‘BLACK BAG TEAMS” everywhere. Maybe we can get our country back.

The difference between Dyer and yourself, is that he came home prepared to defend the Constitution against tyranny because an unjust war in Iraq. You on the otherhand, came home from Viet-nam, and climbed in bed with the feds.
