Canadian air force commander charged with two murders – BBC News

February 9, 2010 by John Allen · 8 Comments

The BBC News is reporting today in a story entitled Canadian air force commander charged with two murders that the base commander of one of the largest Air Force bases in Canada is being held by police and has been charged with two murders and the sexual assault of two other women.

And I thought we had maniacs running things in our armed forces!  This makes our sociopaths at field rank look absolutely saintly!

And trust me, we do have sociopaths at field and flag rank.

I worked on too many admirals’ staffs to be swayed by rank and fancy uniforms with a chest full of phony medals and service ribbons and long, semi-true press releases concerning the mythical careers of flag rank and field grade officers who spent most of their careers deeply in love with themselves.  I knew many senior officers who were downright scary.  My two and half year old grandson is more stable than some of these nuts.

How in the name of reason and sanity do these unstable anti-social criminals ever get into these positions?  The Western armed forces seems to attract these morons, psychopaths and sociopathic and delusional little Napoleons like honey attracts flies.  The Coast Guard was filled with them when I served from 1975-1999.  I even remember a few from my Marine Corps Reserve time (1973-1974).

It is time for a true, honest, straightforward and completely transparent assessment of the mental health of the leadership in the various armed forces of the West to take place.  We don’t need self-involved and completely delusional high-ranking self-appointed “heros” who see themselves as some sort of Crusader.  These jackasses see themselves as above the law. They truly do.  I have a lot of experience with that unfortunately.  The stories would curl your hair.

We need professionals at field grade and flag rank who are mentally stable and have their feet firmly planted on the ground.  This guy is a type that is a lot more common than anyone who has no knowledge of the military mindset could ever imagine.

This man is by no means alone in his insanity and psychopathic tendencies.  The military seems to breed this type of behavior when the “military mindset” is left alone for years to stew in the juices of its own delusions.  For the love of all that is holy, we need an immediate reassessment of the mental health of all field grade and flag rank officers now.

The findings of such an assessment need to be made public to the taxpayers.  We don’t need to release the names, but we do need to release the findings.

Our own nuts in charge of these ridiculous wars are “yes men” who seem to have no problem sending these young working class kids into combat over and over again for the sole purpose of making American banksters and other Western elites even wealthier than they already are.

These wars have no purpose that is reasonable, sane, connected to national defense or rational thought.

Hundreds of thousands of American and NATO allied soldiers have been killed, wounded, maimed, driven crazy, or made highly unstable so that senior officers could see their careers move forward unimpeded with new wars being generated all the time to give them more promotions.

Lives being taken, crushed and ruined mean nothing to these people.

Is that really any different from what this high ranking  uniformed nut did in Canada?

We still have no clear reason or explanation forthcoming from these highly decorated “heros” as to exactly why we are in western Asia.  But that does not stop them from moving forward with this insanity day after day.  Lives are at stake here and I am sick to death of “heros”.  They are all phonies, and in this Canadian case, dangerous psychopaths.

Do you really think this guy is all the different from the rest?

Think again.

You hit the nail on the head when you said, in essence, losing the lives of these young men means nothing to these guys who are power tripping!!!!

Thank god I don’t have any one serving in the military.

I was told by my Commanding Officer not to talk with any media. Having said this I choose not to identify myself, and anything said below is entirely my opinion and not necessarily the opinion of the DND/CF. Nevertheless I will say that I am an Officer in Canada’s Air Force.

I have to tell you that I am straight out of basic Officer training. I haven’t even been in the Canadian Forces for a year. This has struck me in a odd way, I obviously feel “shocked” as what everybody is saying, but the odd thing about this is that I do not understand how this is possible.

I always believed that the Military made people more disciplined and more gentlemanly. I thought that the Military turned men into brothers, and helped to increase the standard of man. I joined the Military to get these characteristics, because I know that I want them.

I will be looking to the Bible for answers, as I have non here. I can tell you that the Officers that I know are family men. I would wish that there was more community involvement here though, again I haven’t been in that long, so I don’t necessarily know what most Military people do on their free time.

My image of an Officer in that high of a position, was someone who should be community oriented. Someone who should be concerned about the welfare of citizens, weather in his Country or not. I would have thought that these characteristics would have grown into the man after so long in the Military.

Maybe you’re right, maybe there are some who join wishing the opposite of what the Military and the Canadian Forces is suppose to represent. Again I will be looking for answers by reading the Bible or speaking with my Wing Padre.

    Take Care,

    Some Officer

Good luck, the answer is …… be a loyal, humble man with integrity. The Bible may be a start for you, but don’t be a man of one book. You have to genuinely care about the people who serve under you, and for those that you serve. All issues have to be faced head on, without prejudice…I think that’s called COURAGE.
The fact that Col Williams may be a serial killer was shocking and have an emotional impact all of us, but I am sure that the impact has been unthinkable for he victims families, including the Colonel’s.
As for some of the previous comments, I must disagree. This guy is different, as most wing commanders are not spending their spare time killing women.

He is the worst example of a very common, self delusional, egoistic and sociopathic mindset that I have seen in over 24 years active duty in the U.S. Coast Guard among “professional officers”. He is not all that different from many of the megalomaniacs that I worked for.

He is a nut for sure. There are plenty of them in the officer corps. It is filled with them. This guy is an extreme example of a common character flaw. He is nuts.

you haven’t been in the military long enough if you think there’s a sense of comraderie or brotherhood. it’s just a bunch of self serving mother fuckers ripping each other apart to get themselves ahead. my advice is don’t trust anyone, and always cover your ass

well written chief. i hate to tell you this but it would be a complete waste of time and money to have leaders undergo any type of psychiatric evaluation.they have the answers to the tests. they, like some of the priests in the catholic chrurches, volunteer organizations like peace corps, etc have infiltrated our organizations. they have done their homework by studying us just as we do our enemies. they know what it takes to get in. they know that large organizations are a place to go. they listen and learn. they know what it takes to climb to the top. they become our so called, “pillars to the community,” our “pride and joy,” our, “war heroes,” our “beyond the call of duty” our run to “our beckoned call,” etc. once numerous titles have been established how could they do wrong? how dare anyone accuse a graduate of a prestigous university who has been to many wars and has numerous medals and awards be accused of anything? this is why the military and other large organizations are in a tizzy. we have been infiltrated by the enemy. to add salt to the wound, problems are kept quiet because it is an embarrassment. the enemy knows this and continues to do his dirt. (yes we have some skank azz women who do dirt to,)
the only time it is publicized is when wayyyyyyyyy toooooo manyyyyyy people know the secret. the organization has to do damage control and that is how the public finds out. Canada? their pansy laws are so weak, that i doubt if anything serious happens to him.

Hundreds of thousands of servicemen were exposed to asbestos over decades, especially during the period from 1940 to 1980. Asbestos was used in construction of naval vessels as well as shore facilities. All branches of the military used asbestos, which was also widely used in civilian applications. Asbestos can cause mesothelioma. Because this cancer has a particularly long latency period, many servicemen who were exposed years ago are now developing this disease. - Mesothelioma Patient & Family Resources: Mesotheliomahelp is provided by Belluck & Fox, LLP as a comprehensive resource for mesothelioma victims and their families.  The site provides up-to-date information on the latest news and treatment options as well as an easy to use search feature to find local mesothelioma doctors and health care clinics.  - We fight for veterans harmed by asbestos: Veterans with mesothelioma or asbestos-related lung cancer should know they have options: the opportunity to bring a suit against manufacturers and sellers of the asbestos that caused their illness. If you were harmed by asbestos exposure, for example, in ships or military housing, contact Weitz & Luxenberg to get a free case review. - Important Information for Veterans: Asbestos products were often used on military ships and within military housing, and Veterans may have been exposed. Previous exposure to asbestos is the only known cause of mesothelioma, a fatal cancer that has no cure and affects countless Veterans and loved ones.
