		<description>You are right. One of the republican in Florida that voted for the increases made the statement that driving is a privilege, not a right so people need to pay the fees. I wonder if he realized that getting elected is also a privilege not a right. I guess since our taxes pay them so richly, they can afford the fees without complaining.</description>

		<description>Good article about cost of living in Florida.  As a resident and veteran living there, at the local level, add in the cost of utilities as in water, sewer, electric increases.  Add in property taxes which have increased while the property values have decreased.  Add in the stock market listed private prisons who pay no property taxes and Florida is no bargain at all.  Also need to point out that all of these increases have been placed on the residents of Florida by the Republican controlled Florida State Senate.</description>
