Unlike traditional career fairs that require travel, and only allow for a few moments of interaction between the recruiter and the candidate, the Milicruit event lasts for an entire month, and veterans can participate from the comfort and convenience of home.

Employers have 26 different booth styles to choose from, and all virtual booths are customized to the employer’s colors and culture. Each booth can include: Videos, Presentations, Jobs, Chat, and even video interviewing.
