This is What Direct Nonviolent Action looks like
* By Joseph Dana *
More video from Al Walaja and the direct nonviolent action that the village is creating in order to stop the construction of the wall through their farmlands. This is what direct nonviolent action looks like in Palestine. This video was taken on 27 April 2010 by Activestills photographers.
Below is a report from the Popular Struggle Coordination Committee:
Palestinian, Israeli and international demonstrators managed to stop the construction of the Wall in the village of alWalaja, south of Jerusalem for the second time this week. If completed, the path of the Wall in the area will surround the village completely, isolating it from all its lands, the cities of Bethlehem and Jerusalem and essentially the rest of the world.

JUSTICE DOES NOT EXIST UNDER THE CURRENT “CRIMINAL CODE” LOOK FOR JUSTICE IN ABOUT 2000 YEARS FROM NOW MAYBE THEN MAYBE NOT ……NOBODY IS BLINDED TO THIS STUFF THEY JUST WILL OR CAN NOT MAKE THE SACRIFICES THAT OTHERS ARE WILLING TO TAKE IN THE NAME OF SANITY FOR ALL……
Why is the world so blind?? is it that as long you live and your family has meals and some designer clothes and partying and drinking that you forget the suffering of others. Who is the terrorist in this video??? will their be justice ever????
The peoples of the world are NOT blind. However, and with great sadness, the majority of the USA peoples are blinded due to massive mainstream media bias towards Israel and the fake Christian Right Zionists who perpetuate myth on real good Christians that Israel is the promised land for a few.
In the end, the suffering is real. The protests are real. But with the continued blank check given to Zionists by the U.S. Taxpayer, in my view, I do NOT think the suffering will end until the Zionists exterminate, deport, remove, and cleanse every single Palestinian from it’s borders and within the occupied territories.
The USA people paid for and thus own this ethnic cleanse with blood on it’s flag no matter how much they try to mask it under some fake Christian lunatic dogma! Ethnic cleansing is ethnic cleansing no matter how you present it!
JUSTICE! Hum? I do not think so!
Stupid sand niggers! Theyre all phukin primates!
Mr. Mehoff, your vulgarity is eclipsed only by the extreme level of your ignorance.
MEHOFF YOU ARE THE TYPE OF THING WE NEED TO BUILD A WALL AROUND… A WALL OF CONCRETE WITH OUT AN EXIT .. NO AIR HOLES …..THIS PERSON AND OTHERS LIKE THEM ARE THE BLIND SPOT THAT NEEDED TO BE CHECKED ….. IT IS JUST FAR TO LATE NOW ALL IS IN MOTION …….
Ghandi is alive and well in the spirit of Palestinians. Unfortunately, that BULLDOZER was made in America and paid for by U.S. Taxpayers. Why are we on the wrong side of freedom, liberty, and justice?
Peacelily says: It’s not the Americans on the wrong side of freedom, liberty, and justice. It’s the American politicians who are corrupted by Israeli lobbies (over 200 of them) buying votes and opinions, undermining our democracy, alienating the American voter. Stop all lobbies from bribing the corruptible politicians by letting politicians and the Obama administration know the cat is out of the bag.
