I entered the Army Aug. 1968 S
I entered the U.S. Army in 1968 went to Veit-nam 1969-1970 Phu-Bai
After 21 years of good service I was accused of a positive urine test ON Feb. 1987
524th Mt Co. Mannheim,Germany I was station in Wiesbaden,Germany from Aug. 1987-Mar. 1988
I have a letter from The Army Center For Substance Abuse Programs signed by George P. Chagalis that I never tested positive in my 21 year tenure in the U.S. Army.
Also, I have medical records that prove that I was in Wiesbaden Germany at that time.
This course began January 1988 to Sept. 1989 I was given a BCD reduced from SFC e-7
TO pvt. E-1 went through two court-maritial for alleged positive drops.
I recently been told that I have cancer from agent orange and I have PTSD.This is noted in my medical records.I have been receiving care for both from my doctor’s.
I need a lawyer to present my proof to the federal court.I have been fighting the United States Government and Army in court pro-se and the Army Review Board for the last 15 years and even wrote Vice -President Dick Chaney and received a letter from his office stating that he has requested the Army to reopen my case because of the evidence I sent his office. The Review board said, no I can only come before them only two times.How can you tell the Vice-President NO.Before I die from the Veit-Nam health problems I want justice. I fought and served this country for all my young life with honors,5 good-conduct metals,Army Gold Badge w/3 Diamonds,Army Commendation Metal for being top Recruiter for three years,Viet-Nam Presidential Citation for Valor w/ oak leaf cluster. I have a letter in to President Obama but I have not heard from the White House yet. I need help now I don’t have $35,000.00 for a lawyer. Can any one help me.I have solid proof that I did not test positive in writing.I wish that Vice -President Cheney was still in office because he got back to me right away with the only positive hope.
