AMERICA’S NEW “LOST GENERATION”

The calendar says 2010 but it feels like 1955, not the real 1955, not by a long shot, but a fictional, “Hollywood version” with Americans cowering under their beds from the Red Menace, “Duck and Cover,” and a bland, colorless ignorance is seeping into our souls. Instead of cowboy movies, where evil scalping redskins menace our forefathers, wagons circled and arrows flying, the cry is “creeping socialism” and imaginary terrorists. But it isn’t 1955, too much has happened, so much that we have blocked out the realities of 55 years of our history, a history meant to be a lesson, good and bad. We have replaced everything we believe with a continuing fantasy, and not a very nice one at that. Our fantasy is written by storytellers, the public relations agents for the massive organized crime syndicate that dwarfs any political leader or government.
8 years of Eisenhower produced one thing only, a warning about the “military industrial complex.” It was 8 years of poverty and starvation for many, decline in education, impoverishment of our middle class, decline in national defense and a massive growth in class hatred in America. The only uniting force for most “voting Americans” was race hatred. You see, African Americans, then called “Negroes” but actually seldom that, couldn’t vote, not in most parts of the country. Every American was raised to ignore that, that and a thousand other unAmerican abuses of our imaginary Constitution. Freedom meant freedom to do what you were told, when you were told or a cop would bash in your skull with a club.
Then one day, a man came and stopped the train. His name was John Kennedy. No, his dad was never a gangster, that is nothing but conspiracy theory, no, Nixon wasn’t beaten in a rigged election, Nixon stole more votes than Kennedy or he would have lost by millions. Americans have always hated Richard Nixon, a vicious paranoid now proven to have been right too often, one of the little surprises time gives us when we aren’t looking. Never have two influential Americans, Nixon and Kissinger hated and distrusted each other so much, but that is for another day.
America wasn’t ruled by politicians or labor unions. Our real government was the massive organized crime syndicate that controlled our political parties with the aid of mob enforcer J. Edgar Hoover. Mobs controlled labor unions, courts, police departments, entire cities, most of them in fact, and industry after industry from oil to agriculture to trucking. There was no federal law enforcement, Hoover had decreed that the Mafia didn’t exist. He was right in some ways, the Italian Mafia was never anything more than a boys club for criminals. My father explained that to me early on. We would sit up and watch The Untouchables. He always said, “Don’t let them fool you, Jews run everything, the Mafia is just a fable.” As my dad was a bootlegger and rum runner in the 20′s, nephew of Josef “Legs” Lehman of the Purple Gang and half the aging mobsters Detroit was famous for were in and out of our home, I had to believe him.
For those of us alive then, alive and awake, Kennedy was a game changer. Americans had lost faith, had come to believe their country would always be something they could wave flags about but be ashamed of too. America was a land of coal miners living in shacks, of sharecroppers and barefoot children wearing rags, of malnutrition and ignorance. It snowed brown in Detroit, sulphurous fumes filled the air. Everyone smoked so it didn’t really matter, cigarettes and alcohol were considered a rite of passage. Lake Erie, St. Clair and the Detroit River emitted a foul stench, devoid of fish, unsafe to swim in or even touch.
The only way out of poverty was union work in factories. My dad worked at Ford, having quit the Teamsters Union. “Little Jimmie” had been a friend of my dad from the old neighborhood until my mother forced my dad to break it off, not wanting to see him in prison again. My dad called the factory, Ford’s transmission division in Livonia, “the jute mill.” Every week it was one friend or another “carried out feet first.” Life expectancy for an auto worker was low, with many dying in their 40s of heart attacks brought on by a combination of smoking, fried foods and breathing poisonous 130 degree air during 12 hour shifts.
America has become a class society, workers and management, black and white, urban working poor and rural very poor. Few Americans had been on a plane, other than bombing Germany, Europe was still largely in ruins from the war, the “third world” was still ruled by Britain, France and, if you can believe it, Portugal and Belgium. If America got sick of a government somewhere, we simply “dealt with it,” usually an assassination or rigged election or both.
It was John Kennedy that told us we didn’t have to be what we were. When he talked, he didn’t sound like a cartoon. “Ike” had been one of the worst public speakers in history. There was a reason for that, he wasn’t very bright, had no vision and really didn’t give a damn about very much. He was the Ronald Reagan of his day, an empty hat “blowhard” and time waster. Leaders were supposed to be “place holders” who did what they were told while the inexorable went on, money flowed up, “crap” flowed down, low pay, dirt and filth, adulterated food, poor medical care, 4th rate education and a thinly veiled police state under the control of a massive crime cartel older than any of us would ever learn.
What would happen when the day came where Americans would no longer work for a dollar an hour, buy milk for their kids filled with chalk, hot dogs that were made of ground corn, rat droppings and suet or bread made from wood shavings. Oh, you didn’t know this? This was the real “good old days” you don’t hear about.
What changed with Kennedy was America’s expectations. Everything we know about America, everything hated by some, started then, college education as a reality for millions, safe medicines and safe food, clean water and air and a decent lifestyle for working people. American workers began to move out of poverty, “wage slavery” and into a social class where children could move beyond their station without selling their souls.
We can’t have a talk about culture without mentioning Kennedy and the Beatles. An entire era, America’s real golden age, has been repackaged by our media morons and fabricators as a few anti-war demonstrations and the mini-skirt. What happened, what was real was a total rejection of what the idiots loved to call “convention.” What was “convention?” It wasn’t just “Negroes” that were supposed to stay in their place. Education meant 2 years of highschool or graduation and some sort of trade, maybe teaching but more likely some sort of factory skill, even for the best and brightest. Life was planned, work, buying, eating garbage, finally getting sick and dying or retiring in poverty. The only way of sidetracking this was being killed in Vietnam, in Vietnam or “by” Vietnam, something that “did in” a quarter million Americans.
Everything good that happened is now described by our media, yes, the media controlled by the same mob J. Edgar Hoover protected his entire life, as “Marxism” or “elitism.” Not wanting your job shipped to China or blaming all the wrong people for oil spills, false flag terrorism, market crashes, rigged elections, massive “white collar” crimewaves that have “disappeared” most of our country’s wealth while we jail millions of drug users and poor….
The charade, of course, is the house you own belongs to a crooked bank. The job you may still hold could blow away like a leaf in the wind. The education you can no longer afford for your child, affordable education is “elitist” don’t you know, doesn’t matter anyway. Nurses, teachers and engineers are being laid off by the thousands around the country while Wall Street bonueses paid out of America’s massive debt go through the roof.
We can’t even go back to being slaves. The factories are gone. Even if they were there, nobody could afford to buy anything they built. Try to find a newspaper that will tell the story of the collapse of American industry. What is the single biggest reason our jobs went overseas? Our workers have long been the most productive in the world but, with $9000 worth of health care costs tacked on to a car, building in the US became impossible. Organized crime running insurance companies, the “outfit’s” drug scams and the medical monopoly, the “non-profit” hospitals that funneled a generation’s livelihood into numbered accounts in foreign banks are why we are on this rollercoaster ride.
Drive down any highway. See cars with flat tires and empty tanks along the road? Wonder why that is?
Are we paying for things we did wrong? Did too many buy in on Reaganesque “greed is good” baloney or the phony “war on terror?” I think a better focus is “deregulation.” Every industry that has been deregulated has collapsed under massive criminal wrongdoing. Does this mean organized crime runs every financial operation in the US, from the Federal Reserve to every “house” on Wall Street? What do you think?
We couldn’t have done anything about it anyway, even if we weren’t being manipulated to blame each other. I love it when I hear about conspiracies. Our entire financial system is a conspiracy, always has been. Conspirators wrote our Constitution. Federalists were nothing but agents of the British banks, working phony currency games to make sure America would remain a colony of Britain forever. Britain, of course, is a colony of the Rothschild’s and has been since the 1700s. Is any of it a conspiracy or is the fact that the actual world financial system is a criminal conspiracy, the World Bank, the IMF, the EU, the Federal Reserve.
Phony money, debt, massive counterfeiting by every world government, games meant to keep the world in chaos, war and poverty isn’t a secret, certainly not theory but very definately a conspiracy.
Back when we had so much money, so much wealth, when American “productivity” could sustain economic security for working Americans, we could ignore the obvious questions. How often did you ask yourself why America bought its own money from foreign banks? Who, in the name of all that is holy, thought up the monstrosity we call the Federal Reserve System? Now that everything has collapsed, with all major currencies in “free fall” simultaneously, it has to be obvious.
Will your next tank of gas be paid for by a credit card you will never live to pay off? When will your home be worth what you owe? Should you walk away? Is there anywhere to go? Where are the safe communities, the economic “hot spots” with all the high paying jobs? California is bankrupt. Texas is dead. Can we all move to Washington and become lobbyists?
How can Americans explain the Federal Reserve system when none of us understand Afghanistan, our current war, where we are now supporting opium growers and spending billions arming people to fight us who are fighting us only because we are, curiously enough, paying them to. Why would Americans arm the Taliban, protect poppy fields and prevent Afghanistan from establishing a democratic government? Is America, just maybe, run by organized crime?
Check your bank account, check your mail, check the job section in your newspaper. It ain’t no conspiracy, it is simply a pack of criminals like it has always been. They just got too greedy and have finally killed the golden goose, us.

It is a small world. I did a 6 year stint in Motown (down river Trenton baby) like a fish out of water.
Worked out of Jefferson street near Greek town, couldn’t wait to get to the golden fleece for a lamb shishkabob. Then there is Taylortucky which is another story.
Having a southern accent there, well people notice you! know what I mean cousin? I used to tell them my hands were so knarled from the inbreeding I could hardly type sometimes!
We used to joke if your car breaks down, take out your stuff, locker up and run to the nearest phone because your car won’t be there when you get back.
Stand up and tell’em you’re from Detroit! Our office had a poster of a man in swat, weapon laden with that caption under it.

This one never gets old for me. Americans pacified the native Americans took their land and then made sure most of the gold, silver, oil profits and other resources were socked away in the vaults of Europe.
We still have work to do however, there is still some silverware, teapots and scrap gold chains to be melted down and shipped, then we won’t be of any further use. Are we there yet?

Yeah Mick! My wife was talking just the other night about how wealthy she is with all her broken gold jewelry… most of it made to break in planned obsolescence by JEWelers. Now they want to buy the pieces back cheap (to send to Europe?). Sort of sounds like Detroit’s planned obsolescence, only nobody but Mexico wants to buy (or steal) the old cars.
Now, I beat the system though. I married a Native American. A cute little Cherokee, she is.
BTW G, Texas isn’t dead. It got a little sad down here once you left, but we’re recovering. Watch California (yes, California), New Mexico and Texas join Arizona along with Oklahoma, and Utah. All within the next year. Texas would have done it already but our legislature doesn’t meet until January 2011. Pennsylvania is about to jump on board, as will New Hampshire. After the oil spill cleanup (which you guys get to help pay for), Louisiana, Misssissippi and Alabama will have Arizona type legislation. I’ve heard Ohio is next. Then we’ll recruit Mike up in lily white Wisconsin — though I’m sure he’ll be kicking and screaming in Public.
Now, all the sudden, Obama, Holder, Neopolitano, her ICEcream and all the rest of that sad gang will have more than Arizona’s 10 pages to read. That’s a good break for that bunch of clowns. Obama will have to stop playing golf, basketball and raising money and losing elections for the Democrats for awhile.

I loved Shillelys Irish Pub, on St. Patricks Day they sometimes had a band from Ireland, kilts and the whole show. They would blast away all night with songs generally about drinking til you fall down and then getting up and drinking some more, until that was precisely what they did, fall down on the floor!
LOL you are bringing back some old memories. It was the fad at that time for some to throw concrete blocks off overpasses through the windshields of cars, killed a few people.
Dodge city had nothing on that place and I was in shall we say law enforcement!
There was one place you probably know the Dakota Inn. It was a German gasthaus in a place where the parking lot had a chain link fence around it, giant beams of priceless wood columns inside. The owner used to say I don’t care how bad it gets I am not leaving.

I’m still wondering who the FED gave away that 24 TRILLION it printed up to? Or did the pick it off the “Magic Money Tree” that grows in DC and sprouts millions of 100 US bills each day?
The Fed, those Wall Street “Too Big to Fail” banks and most of the US Treasury are nothing more than a bunch of damned thieves, liars and con artists that are stealing us blind.
A lot of that theft occured after 9/11, when most of America was still in a state of shock.
I’ve got more respect for someone who breaks into your house and sticks a gun in your face and demands money, at least that thief is being honest about what he’s wanting to do.

You may be from Detroit and your dad may have worked for Ford but I think I know the real story of Henry Ford better than you. I have been studying it for well over twenty five years. I’m amazed when I encounter Ford employees or former employees bitching about Ford Motor Corporation. I will be posting a short article on WordPress I hope within a few weeks.
You have it mostly right about the current condition of this country regarding it’s current condition and imperfect past but you are a little short on HOPE which is not surprising since the Defamation League has taken great pain to dirty the reputation of many of our greatest leaders.
Henry Ford is one of them because he made the mistake of calling a spade a spade. The History (fabrication) Channel is one of the tools of the Defamation League and they hate Henry, not so much because the “anti-semitic” stories in Henry’s “Dearborn Independent” but his creativity, business theory of “service before profit”, apparent lack of need for Jewish financial “help” (and control), and leaving millions (billions in today’s value) on the table for customers and employees.
A million nasty stories have been told about Henry but I believe he had and was always ready to give away all his “secrets” for “making money”. My Life and My Work” co-authored by Samuel Crowthers, 1922 gave all his “secrets” away free of charge. His third autobiography is the bible of the “just in time inventory” movement which is HQ’d in Japan.
Fact is Henry was an idealist not a money hungry monster and the only idealist I know who proved his ideas correct. There is reason to hope and the ideas are right under our noses.

I’m surprised you didn’t mention he was such a creep he couldn’t get along with son Edsel!!!!! (a favorite Defamation League arrow, which is refuted by the fact that Henry gave 50% of Ford Motor to his son about 1918 after after the investors were bought out— the Defamation League answer to that is that he bought them out to MAKE MORE MONEY!

Michael, I’m a Henry Ford fan as well. I’m sure my grandfather and Mr. Ford were friends. I certainly enjoyed seeing the Ford Company say, “No Thanks” to the bail-out money; while the other auto makers held their hat out-stretched toward the U.S.’s Jewish bankster-controlled “gangster government”. ‘Ol Henry musta been proud!!!
I’m sure he was proud as his legacy continues today. God only knows what Ford Motor could have done if estate tax hadn’t forced the creation of the Ford Foundation and the selling of stock outside the family.

The Ford Corporation did it’s patriotic duty in WWll despite Henry’s dislike of war with the B-24 and everything else it could do. It’s big mistake was hiring the wiz kids. Sorry Mr Mcnamara, (just my opinion). My Uncle George Alan Carroll loved you!
Mike, Ford’ man Taylor gabe us what we call “Taylorism”, a way of getting the maximum out of a worker ust short of killing him, not at least until he was 50. The assembly line was efficient but inhuman. I’m sure that, with enough workers, they would have been happy to work them non-stop on the line and throw them a piece of bread now and then until they dropped and were replaced by the next expendable worker, much like the Nazis did. That was very efficient. Taylorism (Fordism) at it extreme. Even my 11bravo days were more humane.

Henry Ford eliminated more human toil and put more money in other people’s pockets than any other person I ever heard of, including the brilliant economists like Robert Rubean, Alan Greenlust, Paul Voelker, Ben Bernake, Moe Greenberg, Bernie Maddoff and the rest. (NOT EXPERT AT SPELLING, BUT HAVE A COLLEGE DEGREE UNLIKE HENRY).

I always get a kick out of hearing workers at Ford Transmission bitch when nearly every one they know would die for their job there.
Henry organized work to eliminate work and he sold his product cheap and left plenty of money on the table for his customers (including his workers). If it wasn’t for Henry showing and forcing Chevrolet to copy all his methods, you would never have heard of General Motors.
He didn’t have to enslave anybody when he paid wages several times the going market. There was no shortage of takers and still isn’t. Henry had nothing to do with slave labor. He hated human toil and that was probably his primary motivating factor in automobiles. He really started out in labor saving farm machinery to eliminate farm toil—- something he had first hand knowledge of. Resign from the Defamation League, open your mind and study Henry Ford——– of course they don’t teach about him in USA schools unless it is some negative twisted dismissive and defamatory comment.

Issuing currency directly from the USA Treasury was a good move too until they killed him for it (and other reasons).
I was fortunate to miss Vietnam by one year. I graduated high school in 1972. My indoctrination didn’t take too well as I was one of the gifted few that about went stir crazy during my school incarceration driving teachers and students alike to drink. Anyhow, after a few years out I started reading and came to the realization that we have been lied to about EVERYTHING. Well, maybe not the color of the sky, but just about everything else. Churches lie, teachers lie, government workers lie. The Constitution is ignored. The system we have is based on lie after lie after lie. Eventually you end up in an I don’t give a shit state and learn how to use a firearm figuring that one day you are going to have to use it to defend your life, liberty and property from these lying, thieving sacks of crap and most likely will end up finding out just how accurate your religious upbringing was after the fight that will ensue.
Oh, WTF…we are all going to die anyhow! Might as well be fighting for freedom than in my own piss at an old folks home. I have four sons that I would like to see grow up in the world run by NORMAL people instead of the PSYCHOPATHIC nutcases that are running it now. Do you think that there is a chance?

Great article (again). Eisenhower’s famous warning about the “military industrial complex” was sadly DECADES late…worse yet he was likely part of the problem.
Regarding criminals Orson Wells said it pretty well. “Criminals are never very amusing. It’s because they’re failures. Those who make real money aren’t counted as criminals. This is a class distinction, not an ethical problem.”
Please keep turning over the dirt piles. That should keep you VERY busy for a long time to come buddy.

So much territory covered in this provocative essay. I’d say that the attitude toward African Americans was not uniformly oppressive in the 50s. I grew up on Long Island, where the African Americans in our town were generally poorer, but had the respect one would extend to any neighbor. Obviously the situation was different in the South. Yet, in “Losing Ground, American Social Policy 1950-1980,” Charles Murray, a statistician, proves that before LBJ’s social programs, African American men were fast reaching pay parity and gaining equal access to good jobs, which trend was stopped and reversed by the thugs in Washington who saw the value in creating a dependent voting block. Dr. Daniel Patrick Moynihan wrote about it from a different angle, eerily foretelling the destruction of African-American families due to the debilitating effects of social programs.
As for the unions, there can no longer be any doubt that they were infiltrated by bona fide communists who sought the overthrow of the American economic and political system. The leaders of the merchant marine and waterfront unions, auto, steel, and trucking unions were generally dangerous enemies of not just industry, but the nation itself.
As for our politicians and their meddlesome social programs, most people will agree we’ve been lied to, used, and now enslaved by an elite operating behind the scenes. Kant famously noted that “Making plans is often the occupation of an opulent and boastful mind, which thus obtains the reputation of a creative genius by demanding what it cannot itself supply, by censuring what it cannot improve, and by proposing what it knows not where to find.” This nicely sums up the qualifications for elective office in this country. Our politicians are mostly imbeciles, frauds, louts, and above all, narcissists, taking their marching orders from seriously bad men with evil intentions lurking in the shadows. But, this is obvious to nearly everyone, so how explain such utter corruption among our political elites?
The answer lies in total control of the election process through access to public discourse. Go ahead, run for office in the remotest mountain district, and see how far you get without publicly genuflecting before you-know-who. Elective office in this country, therefore, is almost everywhere a process of serving, not a constituency, but those with the power to fabricate a public image. Narcissists who can be blinded with flattery fit the bill nicely, like that imbecile, Dubya.
This invisible enemy, through its control of Congress, the White House, and our courts–as well as academia, publishing, and entertainment–manufactures “public opinion.” Its allies control banking and finance. Let’s not quibble about whether the unions or management should be blamed for this or that when these shadowy figures are meanwhile “tricking a profit,” as Spengler put it, off every piece of honest work in this nation. He also noted that there could be no greater caricature of freedom than the notion in the head of the average citizen than he thinks for himself. No animal trainer has his charges more under his control than this shadow government the mind of the average citizen. People think about what they are told to think about, on command, and “truth” is what they’ve been spoon fed by the media for the preceding few weeks.
The Fed is their creation as well, and every American who seeks the truth about our current financial crisis needs to read “The Creature from Jekyll Island” by G. Edward Griffin. I apologize for pushing this book again, but it reads like a spy novel, exposing the cabal that perpetuates itself on Wall Street, in the NY Fed and Washington, which will take this nation down before exiting with what’s left of our wealth with nothing more than a few keystrokes. Americans are waking to the truth, but it’s nearly too late. In the words of Russell Kirk, when the donkey no longer follows the carrot, out comes the stick. What do we think’s going to happen now that the carrot’s turned rotten to the core? An American Renaissance? How about a living hell unless we speak the truth at any cost.

James told me more than once, that he and his family NEVER experienced racism until he moved North, first to Washington DC and then to the Boston area. False prosperity brought about by robbery and theft is the reason we are so much “better off” than the rest of the world. I have no idea whether or not Simmons is right. The government should immediately either debunk or admit his claim.
If accurate, the bigger leak could have been caused by the destruction of the well casing when the oil rig exploded. That is Simmons’ theory.
Or it could be caused by a natural oil seep, although the odds of a seep of that size occurring right around the time of the Deep Horizon disaster is nearly zero.
There is another possibility.
It is well-known that there were previous accidents at the Deepwater Horizon rig. For example, as AP notes:
From 2000 to 2010, the Coast Guard issued six enforcement warnings and handed down one civil penalty and a notice of violation to Deepwater Horizon, agency records show.
On 18 different occasions during that period the Coast Guard cited the vessel for an “acknowledged pollution source.”
It is therefore possible that there has been another ongoing leak which BP has tried to cover up.

Two Minutes to Midnight

Regular visitors to this website will have noted its been down recently. This is the result of cyber attacks, which may well foreshadow the approach of something far more ominous.
Throughout March until mid-April, 2009, this website experienced similar attacks, although not so much down time. This was no coincidence. At the time Russia warned Iran that its surveillance satellites had spotted Israeli preparations to strike a large military air-show north of Tehran.
Iran promptly cancelled the display and dispersed its aircraft; thereby preventing a repeat of the 1967 Arab/Israeli War when Israel destroyed most of Egypt’s Air Force while it was still on the ground.
Had those strikes gone ahead in April we would now be engaged in a full blown global conflict. And whoever was behind the cyber-assaults wanted to ensure that few were alerted to its approach.
That was not the end of it for although the attack on Iran was postponed it is still very much in the pipeline. And whenever it starts it will not be confined to a bust-up between Israel and Iran.
A psychic friend, who accurately foresaw the invasion of Iraq and the aborted April attack, still sees war with Iran ultimately leading to a world war.
Given that its continued emergence as a global power depends on Iran’s oil and gas, China has every reason to ensure that they don’t fall under Western control.
Likewise, Russia has growing ties with Iran and as we’ve outlined elsewhere, Western military chiefs met secretly late last year to draw up contingency plans for large scale military operations, somewhere, in the near future.
So the clock is still ticking toward World War III.
Together with the start of a rapidly escalating conflict with Iran, anticipate a widespread civil clampdown on both sides of the Atlantic. With the possible imposition of martial law leading to opponents of the war being rounded up and interned.
Along with this we may also see a program of compulsory vaccination. Indeed moves are already underway for enforced vaccinations across the U.S..
The prospect of epidemics is being used to promote this while natural preventative measures are being ignored. And real or contrived, the threat of epidemics could very easily be used to impose mandatory inoculations.
Coupled with this there is a growing recognition that our political leaders do not serve the “will of the people”. As this realisation spreads they are upping the ante. Hence moves are underway to initiate war with Iran and use the escalating conflict to impose a clampdown.
Despite the best efforts of their spin-doctors however, the REAL face of political power is becoming evident. Our leaders are not ‘servants of the people’ but actors in a charade staged in collusion with the corporate media.
This is now obvious in the likes of Obama and Brown, who are effectively no different from their predecessors. Media pundits may make much of supposed political differences but essentially they all follow the same game plan.
There is however one new element in world affairs that few have recognised although it was prophesied long ago.
Muslims refer to him as Dajjal, literally the impostor messiah, while the ancient Persian Zoroastrians foretold of a dark and destructive messiah they referred to as Ahriman.
In the early 20th century, Christian esoteric teacher and researcher Rudolph Steiner also spoke of Ahriman. He would, said Steiner, emerge in the early 21st century in North America and his incarnation would be in distinct counterpoint to Christ’s.

In fact most Christians now know him as the “anti-Christ”. So here it is appropriate to outline some of his characteristics as described by Steiner because, yes, we think we’ve spotted him.
Otherwise known as Satan, Ahriman is distinct from Lucifer. Although the two often work in tandem their methods are different. Whereas Lucifer works in ways suggested by words derived from his name – illusion, delusion and the false light of counterfeit spiritual illumination – Ahriman seeks to entomb mankind entirely in the physical realm.
Hence, Ahriman is in his element in hard scientific materialism, which at its most extreme claims that there is nothing beyond physical reality. He is at home in statistics, quantitative proof, material greed and rampant consumerism; while intellectually he can be found in a literal interpretation of religion, in technology and in the sphere of commerce and business, particularly in banking and high finance.
According to Steiner, Ahriman’s incarnation is only part of a cycle spanning millennia. Lucifer incarnated in China in the third millennium B.C. then came Christ and now we are about to witness the third and final act, although many will not live to see its finale.
Nonetheless Steiner was at pains to point out that we should not flee from what is approaching. Instead we should learn from it because what about to unfold is a coming of age lesson for humanity.
Just as we cannot entirely dismiss the qualities embodied by Ahriman – hard logic, monotonous and routine reality, sensory bound materialism, quantifiable science – we cannot reject those expressed by Lucifer either.
Luminous imagination, subconscious wisdom, flights of fantasy, gnosis and other impulses inspired by Lucifer play a vital role in human life. The critical point, said Steiner, was to find a balance: in effect create a synthesis between those qualities embodied by Ahriman and those expressed by Lucifer and to do that a third force is required – the Christ force.
Here it should be noted that most of what is called “Christianity” today – be it the papacy in Rome, “Christian Zionism” or the Church of England – is now so divorced from its roots as to be detrimental to genuine Christian impulses.
Even so, real Christian impulses will be vital in dealing with Ahriman in his current incarnation. Nonetheless at the risk of disappointing readers, I’m not going to name him – that’s for you to fathom. But I am going to leave a couple of pointers.
First of all expect the pace toward conflict with Iran to quicken in the coming months.
Obama has done his reaching out toward Iran, acting the role of the ‘good guy’ while studiously ignoring Israel’s own nuclear weapons, which is what prompted Iran’s alleged nuclear weapons program in the first place.
IF indeed it has one.
And make no mistake: Israel is pushing relentlessly to eliminate the supposed threat posed by Iran.
We may even see another false flag like 9/11.
Whatever happens, the pace of events will quicken along with a change in the tone of diplomatic dialogue. The talk will no longer be about discussions and negotiation but of ultimatums with the looming threat of a military showdown.
In fact this has already started. Carl Bildt, Sweden’s Foreign Minister, a key player in the European Union and long time Bilderberger, has declared that if Iran wants confrontation then “confrontation will happen”.
When it begins expect to see a relative unknown step-up to a key position in the U.S. administration. The post may not even exist yet, just as the Department of Homeland Security didn’t before 9/11. Whatever it’s called though he will be responsible for coordinating the war effort, overseeing internment camps, vaccination programs and the like.
It’s here that Ahriman will come into his element. Watch for someone relatively young (35 to 40) with a background in science and finance. Be alert to the possibility that initially he will also be acknowledged as a saviour of some sort.
Although not acclaimed for spiritual achievement, he will almost certainly be hailed for putting together a scientific or economic rescue package. He may even be credited with helping reverse the current economic downturn.
Like any conjuring trick though it will be an illusion, a ruse used to elevate him to higher levels of power.
Ahriman’s underlings have now assumed pivotal positions around the world and he’s already appeared briefly in the public arena. This was simply to establish him, subliminally, as a figure of authority. Although few recognised him he will soon reappear to do what was ordained thousands of years ago.
Instead of a promised economic revival he will bring only profits for the arms industry. This is a particularly fitting given that it is an area of activity where Ahrimanic leanings are prevalent, especially in the high tech sector.
For centuries his disciples have secretly prepared for this incarnation. From the birth of an industrial revolution driven by science and desire for profit, to a consumer society founded on greed and materialism; the ground has been readied for Ahrimanic impulses to take root and flourish, as unwitting humanity has been set up for his arrival.
Now on the eve of his grand debut a huge war is being prepared: a suitable backdrop for him to step up and take command as, almost literally, all hell breaks loose.
Finally let me repeat: look for someone with a background in banking, economics, science and advanced technology.
Across the world things are moving. We are heading to a war of unprecedented magnitude, bigger than the last two world wars put together. The world as we know it will be transformed and presiding over the carnage will be a “dark messiah” long foretold.

One of the major events of this period was of course the Vietnam War. Not only was it fought with throwaway soldiers, as has been previously mentioned, (which includes a lot of us) but it was also the first major US war in modern times that did not result in wartime tax rates. Wartime tax rates were typically 90% on high personal income and 70% on corporate income. Does anyone seriously believe that the movers and shakers of America would have tolerated a war in Vietnam that dragged on for over a decade if they were forced to pay these wartime tax rates? Would the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq still be raging if big bankers had to part with 90% of their bloated salaries and obscene bonuses and hand them over to the tax collector?
If we want to stop needless wars then those who want them must be made to pay through the nose for them. It is still not a fair exchange for the death, destruction, maiming and suffering of the victims. The ownership and managerial classes love money so much however that they would no longer see war as a good investment.

About the loss of human life and crippling of human beings, most of them young men and women, I think that the soldiers have the right to object to go to war and the right to know without any doubt THE REAL REASONS and in plain English why they should risk THEIR LIVES and for what. Wow! Love this piece with all my heart. Yes, of course this is “organized crime” and I am so glad you used the appropriate turning point… the execution of JFK. That of course WAS the coup and WAS the official takeover of the US Gov. An execution in plain sight of hundreds of witnesses, live, thousands by proxy, and millions by the media, such as it was. JFK was the “last American president.” He tried with all of his heart and soul to do, to be, and to project the right thing for his beloved country, and we can all see where that got him. I’ve heard all my life that the “truth will out.” I don’t think it is so, and in fact, believe that the saying itself is another fabrication used to control us. The “truth” will do nothing of the sort as long as it’s owners are meek, weak, and seeking permission of the “protectors” for it’s dispersion.
The truth is, in and of itself, a revolutionary construct, given the distortion of it by the dispensers.

We have lost enough of our soldiers already. Enough have been killed–enough have committed suicide–enough have got maimed and injured–enough have got exposed to depleted uranium–enough families have been destroyed and could this all be by design according to a plan just like the oil spill and the total financial collapse, the job losses, mortgage crisis etc we are about to experience?
