VA patients need some kind of rights. I submitted a grievence to the patient rep in Pueblo, Co and I had to call to find out that it was still being investigated. The rep did not bother to keep me informed. I am still waiting and it been 3 months. Denver VA Hospital treats the patients like cattle.
Try contacting your congressman and keep bugging them until its resolved. Works for us over here at Perry Point, MD.
Another one; Shall have the right to choose the treatment veteran feels is right for them.
Shall be able to continue said treatment until satisfied with the results
