IS THE SILENCE OF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE COMPLICITY IN WAR CRIMES?

I am not against war. I am a combat veteran. I sit on my tail, watch TV, go to restaurants and have fond delusional memories about Vietnam. In my bedroom closet, I have a trash bag. It is never opened, it has been there for years. It has, along with other “military mementos,” a small green “government issued” address book. Marines, long ago, scrawled their names in it. Half of them never came back from Vietnam, never had children, grandchildren, got to finish college or even high school. Many, maybe most, had never had sex, owned a car or traveled more than 50 miles from home.
Their lives were stolen, stolen then and we are doing it every day, maybe not the numbers, not on such a grand scale, but the lessons of Vietnam have more than been forgotten. The brightest time in American history, another “greatest generation” may well have been the one that stopped an evil and corrupt war. That generation saw the cost. Only the young, the young and the parents of those the war destroyed knew Vietnam. America simply turned away, a nation of, do we call them, do we call us, cowards? Is there another term?
Of the two to three million that survived, a hundred thousand were seriously physically disabled and a million more suffered lifelong Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Not long after coming home, another 50,000 would die, some of mysterious illnesses, many by suicide. 50,000 or more went to prison, some for a few years, some are still there. One of my closest friends, LCpl. Daniel K. Staggs, winner of the Silver Star, would die in prison. A stabbing.
By 1972, only a few troops were in Vietnam, fighting a “rear guard” holding action while America pretended it had won “peace with honor” at the bargaining table in Paris. A monster named Henry Kissinger won a Nobel Prize for that farce. Have we no shame?
The vast majority of Americans didn’t have 30 seconds a day to watch news about the war, not a minute a month to think about it, much less do something, take a stand for what was right. These are the people that love to hear about hippies and airport spitters. These people love Ollie North and John McCain, cartoon heroes for a nation too dead inside to care. Scary terrorists and endless wars are bread and butter for the “drugstore Marine” and “Hanoi John.” You don’t know them by these names, the monikers they were tagged with by their fellow officers after Vietnam?
Carefully hear what they say, that pair of bloated peddlers of death. Are they continually undermining America through the fear and mistrust their every word sews while they rake in millions? Why are men like this whose pasts reek of the worst abuses imaginable, allowed to dishonor our dead while strutting around playing hero? Why has their real history been buried though the stench remains?
Vietnam had real heroes. They aren’t flying in private jets, eating at the finest restaurants, 58,000 of them came home dead, many in pieces, some burned to cinders.
It wasn’t just the 58,000 dead or the 50,000 soon to die or the maimed or damaged, the imprisoned or the endless thousands poisoned with Agent Orange. Oh, did we tell you that Agent Orange may have killed more Vietnam veterans than total combat deaths in World War II?
According to Israeli officials, there are more holocaust survivors than living Vietnam veterans.
This isn’t news, no more than dozens dying each day from Gulf War Illness,no more than the Iraq/Afghanistan vet than commits suicide every 36 hours.
Vietnam was a scam. The South Vietnamese government was brutal and corrupt, hated by all. North Vietnam was never part of a communist conspiracy to infiltrate America and force the evils of communism on our children.
When more documents are declassified and the lying slows down, I am absolutely certain that the first Gulf War is going to turn out to be a scam also. It is out there, the reason Saddam invaded Kuwait, and when it comes out, the Americans responsible for misleading us into war after war after war will will die of old age, honored and respected with their offshore bank accounts brimming with blood money.
The countless dead were forgotten long ago being the “un-newsworthy” lot they were.
We already know, we and our gutless British cousins, that Bush and Blair and their cronies sent hundreds of thousands to war in 2003 based on, not only lies, but a plot to undermine the democratic freedoms of both governments and prestage the western world in their own image, totalitarian, interventionist and totally owned and operated by an international cabal of financial criminals.
Take a look at politics. The same criminal empire controls, not only each party but they “throw the bums out” gang as well. Billionaire Bush crony David Koch, a shadowy Israeli-American is underwriting the “grass roots” movement to restore our constitution. He is also the same person who funded those who tore it apart.
Those who think they are electing “Tea Party” candidates will have a rude awakening. When the bill comes due, they will be dancing to the same tune.
Recent as it was, few Americans realize what the Gulf War really brought us. We got that “New World Order” that “Pappy” Bush promised us in his “points of light” speech.

What we got was an end to America as we know it, a government taking orders from Tel Aviv and a “New World Order” economy now openly looting the world, eating away even America’s standard of living and flushing it down the toilet, turning the United States into a debt-ridden third world hell hole.
The Romans gave away bread and amused the public with blood drenched spectacles in the arena. Our “bread and circuses” game is Islamophobia, phony “self induced” terrorism and exploitation of sub-human racial hatreds thinly veiled under the childish misnomer of “conservatism.” Anyone who isn’t suspicious of 9/11, the TV spectacular whose original cast of “19″ now includes thousands, as years

of credible research and investigation has proven, will gladly send others to die in their name around the world. Ignorance is complicity. Anyone who doesn’t realize that the Bush cover story, now being resold under the “Ground Zero Mosque” label, is the most outlandish “conspiracy theory” in history is capable of cheerleading for any sociopathic political clown from Caligula to Hitler to Cheney.
We have to end our war because America can no longer trust itself. With all of Americas media outlets owned by defense firms, lets call them “war profiteers” and be honest about it or citizens of the State of Israel, a “huckster” nation, smaller than Vermont that is the third largest weapons exporter in the world, no American can be certain about anything, what is true or false, what is fact, what is myth. Every day every American is told two things. Don’t trust your government. Don’t trust your press. Both things are correct.
The problem, of course, is that those that control the message control both the government and the press. The “new” government they continually offer is always the “old government” and the new lies are always the old lies, enemies, new plots, new fears.
If what you believe is based on what you hear and see, whether it is an airplane crashing into a building or someone telling you that ending years of corrupt tax abatements for billionaires is going to end the world, something is always being kept from you. That something is what is true, what is real. “But I saw it!” Yes, you saw something then someone explained it all. What you want to do is ask yourself, who made money from this? Who can control the news?
Where do the real conspirators live, caves in Afghanistan or inside the Beltway in Washington or the coffee shops of Tel Aviv. Did I forget London?
A few months ago, we learned that 824,000 Americans have top secret security clearances. How much do you think those nearly one million people know that would shock or sicken you? Are only 10,000 involved in illegal conspiracies? What if every Israeli spy flushed at the same time, would the Great Lakes suddenly disappear?
I hope this isn’t news to you, but most of history’s wars were started with a “false flag” attack. A government attacks its own people to justify what it, out of delusion, tells itself is going to be best for everyone in the long run. The fact that billions, even trillions is made, not made, really stolen, is never spoken of.
Nobody attacks a nation with 70% of the world’s military might. It would only attack itself, “with a little help from its friends.”
How is America dealing with Afghanistan? Though a few lunatics are still running around talking about poor dead Osama bin Laden and imaginary Al Qaeda, the mysterious worldwide conspiracy of cab drivers, waiters and dishwashers, most Americans have forgotten Afghanistan.
Wasn’t there a Brad Pitt movie about Al Qaeda? Think about the terrorist masterminds we manage to catch. Doesn’t this remind you of something?
Didn’t we see this in the movie Fight Club? What is the first rule of Fight Club? I am not allowed to tell you.

Many years ago, there was a popular TV series called Dallas. The underlying story was about competition between two brothers one evil but fun and one good but boring as hell. After a couple of seasons, one brother, Bobby Ewing, the boring one, tragically died. The actor playing the part, Patrick Duffy, wanted to leave the show, thus his character was killed off.
The next season, Duffy reconsidered his decision. The network simply raised him from the dead, begining an episode where he is suddenly alive again, taking a shower.
DEAD, NOT DEAD, WE'RE THE NETWORKS, WE CAN DO ANYTHING WE WANT
The BBC coverage of Building 7 at the World Trade Center is another “Bobby Ewing returns from the dead” thing. Two episodes later, viewers will forget. More Americans remember the shock of seeing Bobby Ewing alive in the shower than “accidentally” hearing the report of a major disaster than hadn’t happened yet.
What do you say of a generation of Americans who can’t say Palestinian without adding “terrorist” but watch cluster bombs being dropped on playgrounds in Gaza and are willing to accept it as “poor frightened Israel” protecting herself. This is the kind of ignorance that begged 9/11 and was amply rewarded. This is the kind of ignorance that will burn an American city to the ground with a “terrorist nuke” simply to remove Iran from competition in the oil and gas pipeline business.
Oh, newspapers don’t report such things, not on the sports pages anyway.
Millions of Americans are in a rage about an Islamic center being built in lower Manhattan because of sabre rattling by an Israeli run news organization commonly known as Fox. Hundreds of hours have been spent railing at terrorists funding the project. This week, a competing network, on a very popular news program, the genuinely humorous Daily Show with Jon Stewart, pointed out that the primary funding for what Fox News calls “the terrorist mosque” is one of the primary owners of Fox News.
I keep seeing Bobby Ewing in the shower and the lame BBC reporter telling about the building withering to the ground, as CBS News anchor, Dan Rather described it, “as though someone had planted dynamite.”
Over 40 years ago, Americans of conscience went to the streets to end a war. They saved more than just the lives of American soldiers and Vietnamese civilians, they restored Americas honor.
Control of American education and media, whether by Zionists, right wing fanatics, thieving banksters or a coalition of “evildoers” combining all three, has attempted to rewrite history. We are told mobs in airports attacked returning soldiers. We are told thousands of Americans died because of protests, not because of Kissinger’s lies.
Those who know better are still alive, some still awake and too many silent.
A generation of soldiers, now men and women, return from war, maimed, crushed and thrown away. 21st century America sees nothing, not the corruption, the narcotics, the lies, the evil in what has gone on so long in the name of the people of the United States.
What is war? All war is class struggle. If we still had more communists around, they would remind us. Rich people start wars, poor people die and resources are stolen, banks emptied and all of it hidden behind flag waving and childish scare tactics. War is part of the grander plan. Is war politics or is it economics?
At one point in the last 2 years, it was estimated there there were as few as 12 “potential Al Qaeda suspects” in Afghanistan.
The person reading my water meter is a “potential suspect.” To a paranoid or law enforcement officer, anything that moves is a “person of interest.” A “suspect” is a person of interest who isn’t sleeping or dead.
Thousands of such “suspects” have been kidnapped and tortured by the United States over the last decade. The vast majority were released, some with millions in cash to shut them up, some died and a few were railroaded to criminal convictions based on false testimony and phony evidence.
Who would want to protest against that? Would you want to die to defend that? Your children already have.

The only prayers I recite these days are for our troops, their families and our veterans. Everything else is left to the chaos theory. A hopeful corollary is that enough VETs from Iraq & AFGN get their degrees on the GI Bill, have productive and
basically fruitful lives in the aftermath of all that they have endured and witnessed. From there, its a leap of faith that enough of these highly skilled veterans enter the political arena and clean up the mess left by so many “Chicken Hawks” from the VN Era who have mucked up so much of what the rest of us have had to endure for the better part of four decades. AMEN !
Senators Ron Paul and Barnie Frank are currently passing around a letter for members of Congress to sign to agree to cut one trillion dollars of military spending. They obviously realise that the USA war machine will be misused by Israel and its stakeholders and also the USA is will go bankrupt unless it cuts it debt.
These two guys are the best that the USA Congress has.

I will not be participating in the massive rallies that are expected in New York City due to a plan to build a synagogue near Ground Zero. The Mossad, high ranking members of the Israeli government and other Jewish Zionists that did 911 do not represent the vast majority of Jewish people. I agree, I was browsing for late news one night and came across what turned out to be a branch of that Trinity television owned by the Robinson group. It blew my mind, I thought it was some prop for a Victorian movie with a fat lady that looked like Louis the XVI wife and her “let them eat cake” fame.
But it was what the various minister preached that got me. Mesmerizing, hypnotizing people until they moved up with cash and checks. It was a con game!
I wrote about is in my newspaper informing the police to take a look at those obviously very poor people parting with their $20.00 they could not afford to give. This was in Santa Ana CA. and evidently I brought enough attention on them Robertson and Falwell cooled down the most obvious scoundrels.

My position is that to live involve different works including work on your feelings, emotions, traumas, etc. The others don’t have to care my PTSD (I am concerned by this difficulty, I quite well know it). It is my duty to heal it.
In France, it is terrible. Very many Jews for example think Jean Bricmont shoudn’t have told European people must stop to feel culprit because of the holocaust. But the whole world faces difficulties. No one, not any group has to ask others to care of their difficulties, except the ones who engaged their lives for the country like veterans did.
To think about a way other countries should cure the sickness of traumatised or brainwashed Jews seem to me as a provocation, when I think to all the false flags they did. Therefore, having PTSD experience, I would say that if so many of them were concerned, they would surely not have the abilities to stay in key positions as they do, even using lies or deceptions.
So, first of all in my opinion, they are also responsible concerning the next step which is to stop playing the never again card, and stop to consider the whole world has to behave differently with them.
I forgot one precision ; when people like Palestinians have suffered what they TRULY suffered, of course I think every one is concerned. What I can’t accept is the way of thinking more than 60 years after a tragedy which has been shamefully used, that Jews still must be considered as having special rights because of their supposed PRSD.

You said it all, and no one ever said it better. Once upon a time I believed that the United States and Israel were two noble countries in a world filled with evil. Rita Katz of the world renowned SITE, said she had found a vidoe of al Qaeda immediately issued a communique taking credit for the explosion, rejoicing that they had killed the “Great Satan.”
At press time, we have learned that five Israeli subs, carrying nuclear tipped ICBM’s have been positioned off the East Coast of the USA, but we have been reassured by the Israeli Prime Minister that the subs are there to make sure America stays free with the rally cry of “We’ve got your back America……… You can depend on us to do the right thing, even if that means loss of American life!”
Also, the Stock Market crashed more than 2,000 points the morning after Obama’s broadcast, but Wall Street insiders said it was just a computer glitch.

Another missing piece of the conspiracy to rape the American people is the probability that there is nothing at all like the 8,200 tons of gold the US Treasury and Fed claim they hold in trust for the American people. You may want to look at the GATA site for articles leading to this conclusion. As you no doubt know, Ron Paul is introducing a bill to force a real audit of our gold, and the fanatical resistance is telling.
After FDR confiscated all privately owned gold from US citizens in ’34 (except for small amounts like jewelry), this country possessed many times the official 8,200 tons today. Most, I believe, went out the window to cover our balance of payments deficits, much of it spent to rebuild the world after WW II, and was legal. There is much speculation among insiders, however–not just “gold bugs”–that certain Americans using foreign national banks as fronts were able to take advantage of the huge difference between the official price of $35 an ounce and the market price, and so transfer our gold to themselves. And, of the remaining 8,200 tons, the speculation is that as much as 80% of that gold was physically delivered since Nixon closed the gold window in ’71 to cover the Fed and Treasury shorts to depress the price of gold, mostly within the past decade. This gold, too, has probably ended up in the hands of certain Wall Street insiders and the cabal of international criminal bankers working in conjunction with foreign national banks. I’m no expert, but simply want to alert your attention to at least one source, GATA, that claims they’ve even stolen our national treasure of gold.
P.S., this may also explain the rabid opposition to a return to anything like a gold or partial-gold standard. ALL the Fed’s and Treasury’s economists are Keynesians, and Keynesianism, according to Keynes himself, is the preferred non-violent method of eliminating the middle class and imposing a totalitarian regime led by geniuses like himself. Spengler predicted nearly a century ago that “they” would end up creating money our of thin air. The past quantitative easing and Bernanke’s assurances of a massive QE2 is a perfect example of that, as the banksters–who will take good care of gov insiders since it’s a revolving door anyway–get to speculate with trillions while the average American gets runaway inflation as early as next year. The impossibility of the US participating in anything like a gold standard on top of the near certainty of the total collapse of the dollar means they must create a diversion, like a false-flag emergency here or WW III to “postpone” elections, declare martial law, prevent an uprising, etc.
Dan, thanks for this highly relevant comment. Rest assured, most of the gold in the world is no doubt somewhere under jewish control. After the total collapse of the American dollar it will be used to buy up America for a song.
Perhaps that is the only good reason to restrict ownership of it. Restrict only jewish ownership of it and all will be well. Of course, they will buy through straw men, like Chaney, Bush,and that awful Christian Ruppert Murdoch to circumvent that law too, but at least it would be a move in the right direction!

THE GOLD IS ALL LONG GONE
Gordon: Thanks for writing another powerful and thought-provoking piece. Your subject, “IS THE SILENCE OF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE COMPLICITY IN WAR CRIMES?” makes me want to answer “yes absolutely”.
Where is the outrage? Your article on “Special Forces Death Squads” posted on Monday, had a photograph of two dead little Afghan girls…someone’s daughters or granddaughters. They were “collateral damage” from a military action. The one little girl looked peaceful, but the other one…not so much. Her eyes were open and the bullet holes which penetrated her skull were clearly visible amongst the gore. Maybe every soccer-mom in America should be forced to look at that picture and asked how they feel about what their country is doing over there in their name.
In the Vietnam war era, the Mi Lai massacre of innocent women and children by American troops deeply shocked the American public and intensified anti-war sentiment culminating in a demonstration in Washington DC by 700,000 protesters demanding an end to the war.

there is nothing worse in the world than a nation under siege and the citizens of that nation are clueless to thier situation. At least in Gaza they KNOW they are under siege. The world knows they are under siege. In America we are under seiege but 90% cannot understand that we are.
Our siege is economic, social and political in every way. Our good paying jobs have been shipped away. Our schools turning out brain dead children who are akin to zombies. Our middle class…the very backbone of the usa…just disappearing.
I know I am not free. I live paycheck to paycheck. That’s not freedom. And our entire economic system is designed to make more and more people live paycheck to paycheck as our dollar inflates and finally burst.

Those oldies, the Cary Grant genre for example, are thought of as wholesome entertainment for the family, but they exemplify Hollywood’s intentional war on principle and virtue by extolling hedonism and materialism as the “good life.” Those to whom this appears a subtle or silly point were won over without having so much as a clue.
I agree with you about the re-writing of old movies. I was appalled by the remaking of the movie Rollerball. The whole thing was about the world being run by corporations. They changed the whole thing. Instead of a movie that makes you think, it became just another mindless “extreme sport”. I’m sure the younger generation is interested in more than “extreme” anything. History repeats! During the Vietnam war there was rampant corruption at all levels of the government and the military. Those appointed to Province and District chief owed their jobs to officials who appointed them and demanded to be paid off, or else. That was the nexus for political corruption. Worse, the District chiefs were selling the grain imported in gunny sacks emblazoned with two hands shaking, signifying America’s commitment to the Vietnamese People who were supposed to be getting the food stuffs for free. Still worse, the Province and District Chiefs were selling guns and munitions on the Black Market to pay of the Chinese Money Launderers so they, in turn, could pay of their bosses for giving them their jobs. At the same time, American financial folks were trading US dollars on the Black Market because they had access to all the money traded in my the hundreds of thousands of GI’s who were not authorized to have US money in Vietnam. The standard rate for conversion was 70 Piasters to one US dollar. The finance wizards were giving Military Payment Certificates for an equal amount of dollars. Then, a twenty dollar bill would fetch 220 Piasters at the Turkish Rug Merchant. This became a multimillion dollar crime syndicate (racket) and the banks in Switzerland were flush with cash which would be the result of converting the Piasters back into dollars at the rate of 72 per dollar with no paper control. When the cops finally walked into the finance offices and saw all the piles of “green”, the gig was up.
Much worse, the Province and District Chiefs had to be notified when a B-52 Strike, called Arc Light, was going to be made, where and when. Is it any wonder that 99% of the Bomb Damage Assessment Teams found no evidence of anyone killed or wounded, no weapons found, no food storage, no medical units, literally no signs of any humans at all. This fiasco lasted throughout the war, till 1972 for the Americans. Even worse, the CIA shifted their responsibility for Civilian Irregular Defense Groups to the US Military, Special Forces in particular. Worse, in 1963 the Agency claimed to have washed it’s hands of all cross border operations into Laos, Cambodia and North Vietnam. But for that to occur, the Embassy should have been shut down, which didn’t happen for 12 more years. John F Kennedy had removed all paramilitary operations from the CIA as a result of the Bay of Pigs foul-up. If the US Embassy had closed it’s doors (where the CIA held forth) the war in Vietnam would have been over with in a few years. Even worse, the coordinates for the commando landing sites in North Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia were telegraphed by North Vietnamese spies working at the highest levels of US “intelligence”. These coded messages were intercepted by the National Security Agency who were ordered not to attempt to locate the source of this treason and it continued for the duration of the war. Virtually all of the commando teams launched into North Vietnam were captured, killed or wounded as they landed and those that survived (Operation OP34Alpha) remained in Hanoi’s prison system for years after the American POW’s were released as a result of Henry Kissinger’s Paris Peace Talks with the North Vietnamese. The subject and fate of the South Vietnamese POW’s was not mentioned in Paris which resulted in their imprisonment for fifteen to twenty years. Worse, the CIA had notified the families of the men imprisoned in Hanoi that their husbands, fathers, brothers had been killed in action and their monthly pay was cut off to the dependents. This resulted in Radio Hanoi broadcasting live of those incarcerated in North Vietnam which in turn caused the National Security Agency to jam the frequency from the North. But the treachery was not limited to the South Vietnamese officials nor the CIA in South Vietnam. The worst treason and treachery was committed by none other than the National Security Council who blatantly defied the presidential directives issued to the NSC during their meetings with Lyndon Johnson, who ordered that absolutely no support was to be given to the Cambodian government in Exile located in South Vietnam, the Khmer Serie (Free Cambodia) because in June 1966, LBJ did not want the Vietnam War expanded into 65,000 square miles of Cambodia, did not want then Prince, now King Norodom Sihanouk assassinated. The top secret State Department documents were unilaterally declassified and placed on the Internet in 2000, much to the chagrin of the CIA. Now we know why: Treason In Wartime.
LBJ announced in March, 1968, that he “would not seek nor accept my parties nomination for reelection as your president”. History does repeat itself. All one has to do is read of the corruption in Afghanistan so eloquently put in the article this comment is related to.
The next potential, even worse, is for the current National Security Council to be repeating the treachery of their predecessors and operating as the government inside the government, again.
What began as a war crime, Crimes Against Peace, continues as a war crime in Afghanistan, a country which did not attack the USA but was preemptively invaded on what turns out to be rogue intelligence from the CIA who absolutely contended that Osama bin Laden was responsible for the crimes of 911. The FBI Special Agent in Charge of Counter Terrorism told reporters three years ago that “the FBI had no hard evidence that bin laden was responsible for the events of 911.” That statement eliminates the “justification” for the preemptive attack against Afghanistan which results in the most infamous war crime, Crimes Against Peace. We hanged folks for that after WWII.

What history book are you reading? Ia Drang Valley 1965, they NVA were defeated, TET Offensive 1968, they were defeated (the NVA were there in 1968), Easter Offensive 1972, they were defeated always by American firepower. Defeating the Australian forces with their tanks, that would have not happened, the Australian and American choppers and ground forces would have turned them back without fail. There is one trick that is used most often to get the masses to fight and it does not matter which country it is. “We must get them before they get us”. This is now being played out with Iran, the next target on the list.
As soon as WWII broke out my dad joined the RAF and spent the whole of the war somewhere in North Africa. An uncle was already in the army and stayed in it for many years after the war. A grandfather was in WWI, was gassed and spent two years in a camp. Many grand -uncles were in WWI too but I never knew them because they didn’t come back.
None of the men would talk about their experiences so i really have no idea what they did. Only my mother and grandmother would occasionally talk about the bombing raids and how they got bombed out.
They all thought they were doing their duty for King and country and fighting against a perceived enemy that had to be stopped. This is what they were repeatedly told in their newspapers and on the radio.
At school in the sixties I learnt virtually nothing about the war as nobody wanted to talk about it. We got our education from comics and war films on TV. The holocaust was never mentioned. The marketing of this particular event began around 1973.
Through much research over many years and experience of working in the financial district (THE power centre) I have found the official reasons for the world wars to be complete nonsense. The main reason for both was to push the masses into accepting more centralised control and an eventual world government with one currency and central bank. Other secondary reasons included getting the West into as much debt as possible, destroying German Nationalism, establishing the zionist state and killing lots of Christians. Another goal was to weaken the European Empires and prepare them for dismantling.
One of the most difficult aspects of history for me to accept has been that certain groups of powerful Jews have always been prepared to sacrifice other poorer and less influential Jews to achieve their long term goals. It is not about THE Jews. There is in any case no such thing for they are not a race and never have been. But at the top of the Money Power are primarily Jewish families but they are not zionists. Zionism is merely a tool for them just like Communism and Fascism. They play all the ism’s off against each other.
The answer to this complex game is to support peace and speak out against war, government control and the influence of the money changers who 2000 years ago Jesus quite rightly threw out of the Temple. War begets war and peace begets peace.

I heard with disgust the statement by President bush in China encouraging the Chinese government to allow Christians to practice their faith freely.

It is an absolute farce for the president to call for the Chinese government to open the doors for the Christian evangelists and Christian Zionists to proselytize their brand of Christianity in China when the Palestinian Christians cannot even reach their churches to pray and celebrate their holidays.

The state of Israel has long maintained political power in the US Congress, especially among Democrats. Its brilliantly conceived lobbying rocket ship has an American coat of paint and lots of US citizens fuel it. We have published a book about AIPAC, One Nation Under Israel, by Andrew J. Hurley. The title describes the problem. (1) But, other, more clever and ominous Zionist fronts operate within US Christian circles. Israel’s vast influence with Republicans has been accomplished through its influence over the so-called “Christian Right.”
Long before there was an Israeli state, a fledgling and much ridiculed religious movement was being cultured around the notion of a predictable end to the present world. It became generically known as “evangelicalism” or “dispensationalism.” It called for a political state of Israel in Palestine as a Christian imperative, and it did so even before Zionism was formalized as the World Zionist Organization in 1895. Later, Zionists used an American pastor-pretender Cyrus I. Scofield to add hundreds of new pages to the old Authorized King James Version of the Bible by 1908. (2) Ingenious Zionists transplanted their agenda into many Christian denominations amidst the ashes of the two world wars.
The new Zionist friendly religion was to rewrite the Bible to establish the future racially pure Jewish state called Israel as a vital precursor to Christ’s return to earth. Israel was to be a sign of Jesus’ “second coming.” The coveted real estate was to be the ancient land of the Philistines; provinces of Syria. Zionists correctly perceived that American Christianity would someday be strong enough to give the land to them over the objections of the owners, providing enough Christians could be convinced that Jesus expected them to do it.
Unity Coalition for Israel Is new. Its stated purpose is to help control and direct the sprawling “Christian Right” by controlling how churchgoers view current events in Israel. It is an umbrella organization of American Christians who are for Israel, right or wrong. Writers at American Israeli-patriot think tanks, including Ed Lasky, Editor of American Thinker, generate UCI’s “educational” fodder for the public.
The best way to deal with the outrageous dishonesty of Judeo-Christian thought is to quote it, and expose its error. A recent article by Lasky in American Thinker, “Splitting the Evangelicals from Israel”, was republished by Unity Coalition for Israel on January 30, 2007. We quote from Mr. Lasky extensively, and link to his complete story (3). Mr. Lasky seems to be worried about Israel’s declining image. He has good reason for this concern. We have taken the liberty of emphasizing some of his text with italics.
Ed Lasky: “A new strategy seems to be emerging that seeks to weaken American support for Israel.
While there has been much attention given to challenges Israel faces on college campuses, in the media, and increasingly in the halls of Congress, the historically solid and vitally important support given by Evangelical Christians towards Israel is now being threatened. How is this happening and who are the actors?
Evangelicals support Israel for a variety of reasons, among them a belief that Israel is a fellow democracy with which we share a common Western culture and that we value as a friend. Israel has also been victimized by Islamic terrorism, as have we. Israel is also a strategic ally in the war against Islamic radicalism- a lone Western outpost in a faraway land that gave birth to two major religions: Judaism and Christianity-the foundation of Western civilization.
Editor WHTT: We hope we have been a part of “threatening” Israel’s evangelical support. It is one of our goals. We will not devote space debating Lasky’s self-serving claims of a “democratic Israel” and an “ally” against Islam except to note that many have done a good job of defrocking each claim. “Judeo-Christianity” is a synonym for Christian-Zionism, which is certainly not the foundation of “western civilization.”
The following statement by Lasky is a greater abuse because it is a lie that some 70 million Judeo-Christians have come to believe:

What may surprise people is that the foundation of this support has nothing to do with end-of-days scenarios or the desire to convert the Jews. Instead, there is a belief that God has a covenant with the Jewish people and with Israel.
Christians have a religious mandate to support Israel. Throughout the Bible there is language that calls upon Christians to honor and cherish the Jewish people. The New American Idol

Israel has become the new American Idol. The mantra of “We will always support Israel” is disturbing enough coming from our President and most of the Congress and Media, but when many of the Christian Evangelical Churches across America are the loudest voices in the chorus, it’s time to investigate.
The most-quoted Biblical “proof text” that I have heard referenced by Christians who believe we must unconditionally “bless” the modern day state of Israel is as follows:
“The LORD had said to Abram,…
‘I will make you into a great nation, and I will bless you.
I will make your name great, and you will be a blessing.
I will bless those who bless you,
And whoever curses you I will curse;
And all peoples on earth will be blessed through you.” *
Genesis 12:1-3 NIV
Assuming that scripture interprets scripture and that the New Testament writers often quote, and under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, explain the meaning of Old Testament passages, let’s take a look at the Bible’s New Testament book of Galatians. The entire book should be thoroughly studied in context to delve into this subject in depth, but for the purposes of this article, I will quote only a few passages.
In Galatians 3:8, the Apostle Paul quotes a portion of this same scripture:
“The scripture foresaw that God would justify the Gentiles by faith and announced the gospel in advance to Abraham: “All nations will be blessed through you.”
Notice that Paul refers to this expression as “the gospel.” And what is the gospel message that God is proclaiming to Abram in advance? Is it the current political state of Israel that God is saying will be a blessing to all nations? Paul goes on to decisively answer that question in verse 16.
“The promises were spoken to Abraham and to his Seed. The scripture does not say ‘and to seeds,’ meaning many people, but ‘to your Seed,’ meaning one person, who is Christ.”

When churches take the verses from Genesis 12:1-3, and apply them to the present day state of Israel, they are distorting the very gospel itself. (Jesus Christ, the promised Messiah, is the Seed through whom) “all nations will be blessed.” That is, and always has been, the only gospel message of both the Old and New Testament.
Paul closes Galatians 3:26-29 with these profound words,
“You are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus, for all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, slave nor free, male nor female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus. (If you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham’s seed), and heirs according to the promise.”

I try to convay your message to others as well as vet’s and am told that they can give me medication so I don’t get bothered by these thing’s, like people that just don’t give a flying fig about what happens to their rights or thier country because they don’t believe a word of what I am saying. I have seen and I continue to see this evil in my own experience. Mossad is using a young Chinese woman to spy on me because I exposed the Zionist Jewish crimes at Brown University. This woman now lives where I live–in the same apartment complex owened by a Jewish family in Providence, RI on Ives Street. I really enjoyed this piece of yours. You have covered so much material, one major rant! It’s all about the corporations and what they want. People don’t count but corporations do. Our political system is so corrupt that you can’t tell a Dem from Repub. The Internet helps to get the ideas out there but how does anyone really protest today and make anything measurable happen? You would think all of the unemployed would take to the streets and demand jobs but even that isn’t really happening. Our economy has turned into war goods and service goods. We don’t make anything any more and we are sucked in to buying cheap junk from Wal-Mart to satisfy our need for some “stuff” to own. War is hell and we stand to lose another two. How can the troopers do enough when they go back to hot food and a roof over their heads. Most not all. Where are the large amount of troops that have to stay out in the open and really fight for days w/o much sleep or food. I have a grandson who served in Iraq and Afghanistan. Thank you for your answer. I do know they had a hard time in Iraq with the sand and other things that went wrong. What about WW2 with all the tanks in the deserts of Africa? Must have been a problem there to. Can’t win em all, but I still would like them there. What does the money amount to now? Too late as the powers in DC has already got us broke.
