GORDON DUFF: AN OPEN LETTER TO PRESIDENT OBAMA ABOUT AMERICAN SECURITY
THOSE WHO STOOD BY YOU ARE NOW ASKING YOU TO LISTEN

Mr. President,
I am speaking for myself and the not entirely uninformed belief that I speak for some of our readership. We are mostly veterans and active duty military. We are not the majority of either group but we are a significant number, in the hundreds of thousands, and are unique in one way. We are your supporters. We worked in support of your election, when you were threatened, we defended you. This is easy to check, simple as getting a record of our publication, our readership numbers or even my own service record book. I am a combat veteran from the Vietnam War.
We are not ready to abandon you but we are very concerned and I believe it is time you listened to voices other than those that have managed to isolate you from what we see as “reality.”
Our most current concern is with what appears to be a growing pattern of abuse of American rights by Federal law enforcement authorities in recent days. It is our belief that agent provocateurs have, at the direction of our complex and burdensome state security apparatus, infiltrated groups trying to end the war in Afghanistan, groups asking for an honest investigation of 9/11 and, perhaps even more seriously, groups challenging financial policies that are undermining the future of the United States.
We have seen no indication whatsoever that these groups are in any way terrorist or subversive, far from it. These people voted for you, worked for your election, donated money to your campaign and believed your promises. We also suspect that it isn’t just these groups, constituting what is typically referred to as the “progressive left,” that are being targeted but also conservative and libertarian groups as well, including the Tea Party.
If there is a domestic threat, some group likely to represent a threat to the United States, I don’t see it coming from here. I am strongly suspicious that those around you who are warning you of such things are hiding a personal agenda inconsistent with the values you have often spoken of.
However, we are not saying there isn’t a threat out there. You don’t have to look very far beneath the rhetoric of the television and radio pundits with their powerful backing, many directly tied to the financial criminals who are so powerful they represent a “clear and present danger” to the security of the country, to see where the violence will come from. We do expect violence, perhaps even terrorist attacks, but not planned by peace activists in a church basement in Ann Arbor or a cave in Waziristan. Look for those who profit most from violence, terrorism, war and instability. Any genuinely qualified National Security Adviser will always factor this into your briefings.
We have our fears. We fear some, perhaps many within our military leadership have become addicted to war and have come to serve a private agenda counter to American values. We believe some in our intelligence organizations are with them. If there is a threat to the United States, look there.
While the FBI is searching homes across the country for “subversive” material, $65 billion dollars a year, the profits from the heroin trade in Afghanistan, is buying power, perhaps funding world terrorism and even undermining our own political system. Over $1.2 billion will be spent on the upcoming elections. Due to changes in campaign funding laws based on the recent decision in the U.S. Supreme Court, it will be impossible to track any of that money to its real source. The bales of cash leaving Kandahar and the negotiable instruments, some worth hundreds of millions, that are now floating around the world, go somewhere. Where better than to buy influence and control here, in the United States?
Perhaps the FBI could look into this.
America is facing threats, threats that may push the nation over the edge. We are all aware of it. We are facing a crisis, grinding poverty amid increasing wealth in the hands of a very few. Those few, those wealthy few, hardly Americans but rather a government of their own making, internationalists, buying influence, deregulation, advocating war, profiting from terrorism, are hardly invisible. You can see their trail in the $13.5 trillion dollar national debt. You can see their trail in the figures on your desk every day, poverty, unemployment, balance of trade.
We know you see this. We also know you may be powerless to oppose these massive evils, even as President.
What we do ask is that you stand by us as we stood by you.

Your letter is sincere but reveals a lack of understanding of who Obama really is and the powers which placed him in the WH. Many sincere, hopeful and increasingly desperate Americans have been deceived. There remain serious doubts about Obama’s legitimacy as president and Commander-in-Chief of our Military. Lt. Colonel Terry Lakin’s appeal on that issue is being squashed by a Military Judge, even though he has the written support of a retired 3-Star General.
I can assure you that your sincere appeal and that of other retired Service personnel will fall on deaf ears. It is FAR too late to hope for resolution of America’s DESPERATE situation through established mechanisms. ALL of those mechanism are under the control of a Foreign power – achieved after many years of treasonous activities by its agents.
Desperate times call for desperate measures.
There is not much time left to save America!
If Obama were to have a sincere “change of heart” (it’s possible) and start resisting his (Zionist) controllers, he would end up like JFK – or RFK – or Arafat – or BJ-Bill – or Wellstone – or Rachel Corrie – or any other, innumerable resisters, peaceful or otherwise, now pushing up daisies!
BJ-Bill was lucky – THEY only fired a warning shot across his open fly! Maybe someone in the Mossad had bad aim?

A good letter, but Gordon, no mention of the Israeli government, the deranged, I mean special relationship with Israel, the Mossad and Zionists in his administration. Perhaps these topics require a separate letter.
How about an endless chain-letter?
Based on comments from former CIA agent Philip Giraldi, perhaps the Israeli issue needs to be presented in a mass mailing to American citizens and not to Obama:

Nice style, to convey to others. Many such letters. Actually sending a letter would be self-demeaning, like voting, or writing your “honorable congressman”. The “puppet presidency” is a joke, of course, and can’t be taken seriously. It all fits, everything is nutso weird, and Barry if perfect.

I’m a Vet who did NOT vote for Obama. My reasoning was simple. He was caught in too many lies because of his lack of wisdom. Brains — yes. Wisdom — no. Wisdom comes from experience. Experience allows the candidate for what should be the toughest job in the world to build a team of “true believers” who are “truly capable and experienced”.
I may have well voted for Obama had he sat actively in the Senate for six to eight years, building that circle of wisdom around himself.
Unfortunately, he has put himself in the almost certain path of being one term and out. It has nothing to do with skin color. It has nothing to do with religion — or lack of. It has to do with the lack of wisdom and his inability to make decisions because he has a lawyer mentality, where right is only germain to the latest client who pays you.
John McCain may be a PTSD jerk to some leftist leaning circles but I voted for him because his very unpredictability is perfect for unpredictable times. He is a goal oriented, driven man. There would be no recession (or massive national debt) had he been elected. Terrorism would reside to being no more than a blink in the rear-view mirror of life. He would have trained the first woman President in our history.
What do we have instead? A load of crap spilling out of the back of a sewage disposal truck.

It shows me Gordon knows exactly what Obama is up against, and ‘the visit’ every president gets within a month of taking office. Just stuns me how Americans have been duped into the Muslim/Birther/Illegitimate battle mode in order to quell the wave of goodwill Obama had when he took office; its power had to be diffused as soon as possible. Had the country rolled with it, it could have quashed this long-term cancer that beset every president since they killed Kennedy.

I am sorry t disappoint you Mr Gordon Duff. The Obama you defended is not the same as the Obama of now. Before coming to power Obama had promised a real change in the system. He had promised to end the wars and concentrate on real threats and economy. He had promised a just medical care system. He had promised overhaul of economic system. He had promised to stop tortures and privacy violations. He had promised to charge the Guantanamo hostages and try them in a transparent court of law or let them go. He had promised to release the pictures and documents relating to hostage abuses by US forces. He had promised a new foreign policy based on friendships.
None of those things happened. If anything as per World Bank and IMF data the richest families came out richer after recession with such a huge jump in their private wealth which was unprecedented since 1980′s. Obama stopped the release of Guantanamo hostages and torture photos and documents, once he came to power. Some say he is a good guy under pressure from pressure groups in US. Others say, he was just deceiving people when he promised those things. Regardless whether he is in charge of white house or whether Ms Clinton and other groups are, he has failed. Not only that but he has lost his spine as well. If he had even a slight courage, he would have rendered his resignation in protest at being powerless as the president of United States, incapable of doing his constitutional duties. Such a resignation would have sent a strong message to American public awakening them to the fact that something is terribly wrong with the system. This would have been his greatest service to United States and perhaps the highest service any United States president has ever done. On the contrary his failure to effect any change and his mere continuation of his term shows that he is complicit to all that is going on or that he is spineless.
I do not think Mr Obama would respond to your letter. Neither he would change his ways. The system has become bigger than any president or congressman, unfortunately. Unless the public does not wake up the truth of system flaws, and the reality of pressure groups who are holding all the keys and all the power, there is no possibility of any substantial change.

I am sure that Gordon worded his letter to president Obama, the way he did, for good reasons, consistent w. the aims, he wanted to achieve. Letters/documents of high content, dealing w. crucial issues are ALSO to be read between the lines and often for what they seemingly do not express explicitly, but what transpires clearly from the track of of their writers. Good to have this fact present in mind. I am sure that Gordon knows what he is doing and how to proceed. Let us all back him up-stand behind him.

America lost Obama six months after his election. This was the only period that was open to him to do some good, recover some US values and he fluffed it. By that time of course, he had the empty suit Biden cheerleading for AIPAC, Clinton white-anting his every foreign policy thought and Emanuel keeping his master Netanyahu informed of the daily activities in the White House On top of that, he had a Congress and Senate who were being payrolled for their votes and AIPAC, the inhouse israeli fifth column doing what it does best, corrupting the media and the people.
So after six months, Obama became a lame duck, even more so right now.

There are more subtle threats as well. We won the first Iraq war on superior technology. It’s arguable that we’ve won every war that we’ve won since WWII on superior technology.
Fast forward to now. We’ve outsourced our technology to countries whose intentions can change in an instant. We outsourced our technology to places like *Pakistan*. We’ve outsourced the actual manufacturing of critical components to a few Asian countries close to China whose intentions can change in an instant. Anyone who thinks this can be contained or controlled in a wartime situation is a political fool. Any Taiwanese engineer who wants a bigger apartment can sell the technology to that loses use the next war to the highest bidder.
Outsourcing isn’t just an economic threat. It’s a security threat of the highest order.
