Osama bin Laden – The Fight over Pulling the Trigger
in the White House
The Battle For bin Laden. Who would take the blame for a failure almost botched the mission.
When the first White House press briefings by phone took place after his Sunday night talk, the first thing that rocked the retired Intel community back on its heels is their finding this house in August of 2010.
Standard operating procedure would be to assume that he would not be staying in one place a long time.
The scenario presented by the White House was that it took most all of that time getting confirmation he was there. They spent years trying to run down his couriers. But once they did you would have expected faster action, anticipating he would be moving.
We received a report today that provides some answers. This is a one source piece so take itas such. But those of us who have had access to the internal battles that can go on inside an administration saw some of the age old familiar signs.
Number one is always fear of a failed mission damaging the President. And with civilian casualties already a raw sore with our Pakistani allies, blowing up a big house full of people could be the trigger for a major change in our already strained relations.
So again, we know who sent this to us…but not who they got it from. We wanted to put it out now to ask our people to verify what they can of it. The long drawn out battle over what to do, how and when, and who would fall on their sword if it blew up in our faces is a replay of Michael Scheurer’s days under Clinton. His bin Laden unit had chance after chance to get him and the White house overruled for a variety of reasons.
At the end you will read where the ‘what to do’ battle having gone on for so long, that CIA head Leon Panetta played the card that when it eventually leaked that they had been sitting on a live or popcylce Osama the blowback would be public and the doo doo would hit the fan anyway.

In some later articles I will go over some Bill Gulley stories, White House Military Affairs Office for Johnson, Ford, and Nixon, 1966 to 1977.
He had 2000 people working directly under him and 1500 more on call. He had control over Air Force One, Camp David, and the White House Communications Agency.
And yes, he had a safe with with several million in cash in it for those times when receipts were not necessary.
Only two people were allowed to spend this money, the President, and Gulley. That’s what you call being close to power. What was Gulley’s rank? He was a Marine senior old salt NCO in a slot always held by generals. Let me give you one quote and then move on.

Who Pulled the Trigger?
As Obama continues to politicize and mine the take down of Osama Bin Laden and the outrageous “Islamic burial” that followed, new details emerge of his reluctance and refusal to sign off on the mission.
It is the height of hypocrisy and crass opportunism to draw out the release of the death photos so as to prolong the news cycle on the story, and to neglect the tornado-ravaged parts of the country. [Editors Note: A bit of a cheap shot here...jd]
Instead, Obama campaigns at Ground Zero on Thursday for an “O-victory lap,” while it appears that in fact Obama had to be dragged kicking and screaming to the OBL operation.
The story that follows is deeply disturbing, but hardly surprising. When news broke that Obama rejected bombing the complex last month, one had to wonder why. It was reported that Obama feared collateral damage, despite being assured that the walls of the complex were high enough so that no civilians would be killed.
Instead, he risked losing Americans in a mano-a-mano raid. [Editor's note: This is a bit sketchy of a claim. If we bombed, then the Pakistanis would have control over the ground story in terms of who the bodies were. The media reported that no local security showed up until after it was all over...a strong indication that they were told to stay home for an hour. And if they got the right guy the Seals would have wanted all the Intel in the house for their trouble...jd]

Who Dumped the Body - and Why?
RE Osama Bin Laden. Significant push to take him out months ago. Senior WH staff resisted. This was cause of much strain between HC and Obama/Jarrett. HC and LP were in constant communication over matter.
Both attempted to convince administration to act. Administration feared failure and resulting negative impact on president. Intel disgusted over politics over national security. Staff resigned/left. Check timeline to corroborate.
Now Intel already leaking to media facts surrounding how info obtained. Namely from enhanced interrogation efforts via GITMO prisoners. Obama administration placed in corner on this. Some media aware of danger to president RE this and attempting protection.
Others looking for further investigation. We are pushing for them to follow through and already meeting with some access.
Point of determination made FOR Obama not BY Obama. Will clarify as details become more clear. Very clear divide between Military and WH. Jarrett marginalized 100% on decision to take out OBL. She played no part. BD worked with LP and HC to form coalition to force CoC to engage.

He complied, but did not originate. Independent military contacts have confirmed. Stories corroborate one another. This is legit. The killing of Osama Bin Laden was in fact a Coup within Obama WH.

Note: This update comes some 24 hours after our longtime Washington D.C. Insider first outlined shocking details of an Obama administration having been “overruled” by senior military and intelligence officials leading up to the successful attack against terrorist Osama Bin Laden. What follows is further clarification of Insider’s insights surrounding that event.
Q: You stated that President Obama was “overruled” by military/intelligence officials regarding the decision to send in military specialists into the Osama Bin Laden compound. Was that accurate?
A: I was told – in these exact terms, “we overruled him.” (Obama) I have since followed up and received further details on exactly what that meant, as well as the specifics of how Leon Panetta worked around the president’s “persistent hesitation to act.”
There appears NOT to have been an outright overruling of any specific position by President Obama, simply because there was no specific position from the president to do so.
President Obama was, in this case, as in all others, working as an absentee president. was correct in stating there had been a push to invade the compound for several weeks if not months, primarily led by Leon Panetta, Hillary Clinton, Robert Gates, David Petraeus, and Jim Clapper.

The primary opposition to this plan originated from Valerie Jarrett, and it was her opposition that was enough to create uncertainty within President Obama. Obama would meet with various components of the pro-invasion faction, almost always with Jarrett present, and then often fail to indicate his position.
This situation continued for some time, though the division between Jarrett/Obama and the rest intensified more recently, most notably from Hillary Clinton. She was livid over the president’s failure to act, and her office began a campaign of anonymous leaks to the media indicating such.
As for Jarrett, her concern rested on two primary fronts. One, that the military action could fail and harm the president’s already weakened standing with both the American public and the world. Second, that the attack would be viewed as an act of aggression against Muslims, and further destabilize conditions in the Middle East.
Q: What changed the president’s position and enabled the attack against Osama Bin Laden to proceed?
A: Nothing changed with the president’s opinion – he continued to avoid having one. Every time military and intelligence officials appeared to make progress in forming a position, Jarrett would intervene and the stalling would begin again.

Hillary started the ball really rolling as far as pressuring Obama began, but it was Panetta and Petraeus who ultimately pushed Obama to finally act – sort of. Panetta was receiving significant reports from both his direct CIA sources, as well as Petraeus-originating Intel.
Petraeus was threatening to act on his own via a bombing attack. Panetta reported back to the president that a bombing of the compound would result in successful killing of Osama Bin Laden, and little risk to American lives.
Initially, as he had done before, the president indicated a willingness to act. But once again, Jarrett intervened, convincing the president that innocent Pakistani lives could be lost in such a bombing attack, and Obama would be left attempting to explain Panetta’s failed policy.
Again Obama hesitated – this time openly delaying further meetings to discuss the issue with Panetta. A brief meeting was held at this time with other officials, including Secretary Gates and members of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, but Gates, like Panetta, was unable to push the president to act.
It was at this time that Gates indicated to certain Pentagon officials that he may resign earlier than originally indicated – he was that frustrated. Both Panetta and Clinton convinced him to stay on and see the operation through.
What happened from there is what was described by me as a “masterful manipulation” by Leon Panetta. Panetta indicated to Obama that leaks regarding knowledge of Osama Bin Laden’s location were certain to get out sooner rather than later, and action must be taken by the administration or the public backlash to the president’s inaction would be “…significant to the point of political debilitation.”
It was at that time that Obama stated an on-ground campaign would be far more acceptable to him than a bombing raid. This was intended as a stalling tactic, and it had originated from Jarrett. Such a campaign would take both time, and present a far greater risk of failure.
Were They Protecting the President
The president had been instructed by Jarrett to inform Mr. Panetta that he would have sole discretion to act against the Osama Bin Laden compound. Jarrett believed this would further delay Panetta from acting, as the responsibility for failure would then fall almost entirely on him.
What Valerie Jarrett, and the president, did not know is that Leon Panetta had already initiated a program that reported to him –and only him, involving a covert on the ground attack against the compound.
Basically, the whole damn operation was already ready to go – including the specific team support Intel necessary to engage the enemy within hours of being given notice. Panetta then made plans to proceed with an on-ground assault.
This information reached either Hillary Clinton or Robert Gates first (likely via military contacts directly associated with the impending mission) who then informed the other. Those two then met with Panetta, who informed each of them he had been given the authority by the president to proceed with a mission if the opportunity presented itself.
Both Gates and Clinton warned Panetta of the implications of that authority – namely he was possibly being made into a scapegoat. Panetta admitted that possibility, but felt the opportunity to get Bin Laden outweighed that risk. During that meeting, Hillary Clinton was first to pledge her full support for Panetta, indicating she would defend him if necessary. Similar support was then followed by Gates.

The following day, and with Panetta’s permission, Clinton met in private with Bill Daley and urged him to get the president’s full and open approval of the Panetta plan. Daley agreed such approval would be of great benefit to the action, and instructed Clinton to delay proceeding until he had secured that approval.
Daley contacted Clinton within hours of their meeting indicating Jarrett refused to allow the president to give that approval.
Daley then informed Clinton that he too would fully support Panetta in his actions, even if it meant disclosing the president’s indecision to the American public should that action fail to produce a successful conclusion.
Clinton took that message back to Panetta and the CIA director initiated the 48 hour engagement order. At this point, the President of the United States was not informed of the engagement order.
It did not originate from him, and for several hours after the order had been given and the special ops forces were preparing for action into Pakistan from their position in Afghanistan, Daley successfully kept Obama and Jarrett insulated from that order.
This insulation ended at some point with an abort order that I believe originated from Valerie Jarrett’s office, and was then followed up by President Obama. This abort order was later explained as a delay due to weather conditions, but the actual conditions at that time would have been acceptable for the mission. A storm system had been in the area earlier, but was no longer an issue. Check the data yourself to confirm.

Jarrett, having been caught off guard, was now scrambling to determine who had initiated the plan. She was furious, repeating the acronym “CoC” and saying it was not being followed. This is where Bill Daley intervened directly.
The particulars of that intervention are not clear to me beyond knowing he did meet with Jarrett in his office and following that meeting, Valerie Jarrett was not seen in the West Wing for some time, and apparently no longer offered up any resistance to the Osama Bin Laden mission.
What did follow from there was one or more brief meetings between Bill Daley, Hillary Clinton, a representative from Robert Gates’ office, a representative from Leon Panetta’s office, and a representative from Jim Clapper’s office.
I have to assume that these meetings were in essence, detailing the move to proceed with the operation against the Osama Bin Laden compound. I have been told by more than one source that Leon Panetta was directing the operation with both his own CIA operatives, as well as direct contacts with military – both entities were reporting to Panetta only at this point, and not the President of the United States.
There was not going to be another delay as had happened 24 hour earlier. The operation was at this time effectively unknown to President Barack Obama or Valerie Jarrett and it remained that way until AFTER it had already been initiated. President Obama was literally pulled from a golf outing and escorted back to the White House to be informed of the mission.

Upon his arrival there was a briefing held which included Bill Daley, John Brennan, and a high ranking member of the military. When Obama emerged from the briefing, he was described as looking “very confused and uncertain.”
The president was then placed in the situation room where several of the players in this event had already been watching the operation unfold.
Another interesting tidbit regarding this is that the Vice President was already “up to speed” on the operation. A source indicated they believe Hillary Clinton had personally made certain the Vice President was made aware of that day’s events before the president was. The now famous photo released shows the particulars of that of that room and its occupants.
What that photo does not communicate directly is that the military personnel present in that room during the operation unfolding, deferred to either Hillary Clinton or Robert Gates. The president’s role was minimal, including their acknowledging of his presence in the room.
At the conclusion of the mission, after it had been repeatedly confirmed a success, President Obama was once again briefed behind closed doors. The only ones who went in that room besides the president were Bill Daley. John Brennan, and a third individual whose identity remains unknown to me.
A Happy and Relieved Obama
The president then returned to the war room, where by this time, Leon Panetta had personally arrived and was receiving congratulations from all who were present.
In my initial communication to you of these events I described what unfolded as a temporary Coup initiated by high ranking intelligence and military officials. I stand by that term. These figures worked around the uncertainty of President Obama and the repeated resistance of Valerie Jarrett.*******end of report.

OBL came out days after the attacks on NYC and said he and his rebels had nothing to do with 9/11. He died in December 2001 of renal failure.

Your “Class Action Lawsuit” against the “Fed” is a good idea, but the Supreme Court ruled recently that people cannot file “Class Action Lawsuits” anymore. Unless I am mistaken about this. It would not be the first time!
Then again I personally believe 911, was done by the same people that did both the “Lavon Affair” and the USS Liberty, among others since!
I do not like the idea of the “Fed”, and what it is ILLEGALLY doing to this country, but I don’t understand how you tie that into 911. Please educate me on this. Thanks.
While I’m at it I want to let you all know that I was visited by an “Agent” from the Dept. of Homelend Security yesterday, suppsedly about some comments I had made. I am not sure what comments, etc. because I slammed the door on him because I did not know if he was even for real, and I have heard and seen too many things about what they do now (Patriot Act, etc.), and because I had the idea that he was here to arrest me. I would not even open my door (chain lock) to give him that opportunity. Yes this scared the shit out of me, and I even contacted a writer from here (VT) to ask his advise, but I have had some time to think about this, and I am now of the thinking of why should I be afraid because I HAVE NOT done anything wrong! I called this “Agent” today, and asked him what the deal is, but was only able to leave a voice message. I hope to hear back from him on Monday, but I did tell him not to come to my home because I would not open the door! I have been threatened, and assaulted by friends and family of a VA employee (covered up) in the past, as well as another so-called friend I told to get lost after him telling me about sleeping with his best friends UNDERAGE little sister, so yes I am careful, and maybe even a little paranoid, but with good reason! I also told the “Agent” that he should not try to scare the hell out of someone like he did me, but I think that was the point! I can tell you more about how he did this if you want, just ask me, but for now I want to tell you a little about me so you know who I am also.
I am a 100% Disabled US Army Veteran, non combat, but injured in the line of duty through no fault of my own. I receive VA, and SS Dis. pay at 100% (got lucky). Most days I am barely able to get out of bed, much less get out of my house. I take Morphine daily for a Severe Chronic Pain Condition (service connected). I love my country, and what it is supposed to be for/about under the US Constitution that I also swore an Oath to, and I am still willing to give my life for it and my country to this day!
I will say that I now DISPIZE my government, and many of the things it is doing against my/our country. One of those is how it IS NOT properly taking care of veterans! I even have indisputable documents to prove violations of VA Policies and Procedure, HIPAA, fraud, illegal drug usage, medical mal-practice, etc. etc. by the VA System, and it’s employee’s, and the total lack of help from Elected Offcials, etc.! I have even been told that if I continue to seek justice I will find myself in prison, etc. for anything they can pin on me! Since seeing these things first hand I have “WOKE UP”, and started questioning everything, and I don’t like what I have found!
It sickens me to see our countries young, loyal men and women dying for FALSE reason’s, and other countries agenda’s, etc.!
Other than another voice as to what I believe in, and have found to be true, I am not a “THREAT” to ANYONE, only to those who seek to decieve myself and my fellow citizens, and hurt my country, but with my voice, not through acts of terror or the likes! I will defend myself as best I can if it comes to me personally!
I want to make this all very clear in-case I am “smeared”, or dissappear in the future as a way of shutting me up! As I have personally learned recently with the VA, the best way to deflect from the actual problem is destroy the reputation, etc. of the person making the complaints!
Anyone want to know anything else about me feel free to ask me! I am as loyal an American as anyone can be, but at the same time I am sick of what my “government” is doing to “OUR” country!

The recent Supreme Court ruling is not definitive and will no doubt, be tested by all sides. By extending rights to the Corporations, the Supreme Court has illegally attached the Corporations to the Constitution, which if understood in its’ current form, does not contain the word Corporation at all. As I know it, the Constitution is for the people, of the people and by the people, the Corporations are not even at the table in the document. The Supreme Court has erred in its’ primary role to secure the rights of the people first and has betrayed its’ own legitimacy by courting the Corporations’ favor.
With regard to the events of 9/11, the above article I posted on collateral damage, leads to the financial crimes that took place on 9/11 and bears further prosecution by patriots within our government. By extension, those continuing acts of financial warfare being conducted by the Federal Reserve are evident in the diminished American dollar which has been systematically destroyed on their watch for nearly 100 years, the looting of our Treasury and the gross financial fraud of derivative debts they have illegally laid upon the backs of the American people in the form of an Odious Debt that needs to be fully repudiated by the people. Furthermore, those in the Federal Reserve and our own government who have conspired to ruin this nation by financial means, should be revealed, prosecuted and subject to criminal charges.
To now watch the Soros’ movement into a “global” Federal Reserve by which the I.M.F. becomes the worlds central banker, we are witness to a hostile takeover of the United States of America by which our Treasury is turned over to this foreign bank for further looting is treason. The entire episode is working on the assumption that all of these officials believed in the false premise that OBL was responsible for the attacks. But they were all debriefed that he wasn’t. Why go through all of this to bomb a compound of innocents?

Good, that makes it just a little easier to read, because for this all to be accurate, it must have come from about forty flies on many walls.

Now something is blocked in a gray outline,, who is writing this, you? And someone is quoted in that gray part, but who? Then there is a question and answer series, but who is asking the question, and who is answering ? Could you have possible made this more difficult to process?
This is absolutely one of the most poorly constructed articles I have ever taken the time to read. It was frustrating as hell to read it. I have seen better logic, rhetoric and exposition from 14 year old writers. I am not saying this to be nasty, or to hurt your feelings, but it was frustrating to make any sense of what voice I was reading.
Now about your “source” and their claims. For a person to have all these details about those various meetings,, and especially our most secret plans of our CIA director,, well, let me be candid ,,,, this is just not possible. This article is the most poorly written piece of fiction I have ever read on the Veterans Today pages. This “source” that supposedly chose you to relay the message, must have had access to insider information at the highest levels at the CIA, the Pentagon, and every other office in between. Actually, I don’t think that a writer who had been invited in to be the Presidential Historian could have had access to all this information,, with a “go anywhere you want, ask anybody anything you want” hall pass, and Top Secret security clearance.
In a nutshell Mr. Dean ,, I call bullshit on your entire article, and I remark once again that this was one of the most poorly written pieces I have ever forced myself to finish reading. Quite frankly I’m a little surprised that you didn’t mention that it was a missile that hit the Pentagon on 9-11 . I’m not saying that these events could not have happened just as you “relay” how they occurred. I’m just saying that you did a damn poor job of convincing me. I highly recommend one small book to you ; ” The Logic and Rhetoric of Exposition” , by Willian B. Strunk.
This was required reading at Hampden-Sydney College . College is where one learns to write clearly, and examine information thoroughly , before deciding if it is true and accurate.

And I suspect one more thing to be true; that if a person was in possession of such detailed insider information, they would have most certainly had the wisdom to choose a better writer to relay the information.

To which I can only comment, “My oh my! How fucking convenient. What a goldmine of information!”
I expect that bit by bit we shall hear more of these nefarious plans, and perhaps see some of these horrific and terrifying events as they occur from time to time in the next ten years or so.
This will be explained by the USG as the fact that, although they have stricken the head off the Hydra, the body continues to exist, and still spreads terror through the land.

All very fishy. The original story of the raid was a good one and made sense so did Pinetta then torpedo it? By changing the story he completely discredited it.

…they have known for years that when advertising,…making a speech, whatever,…if they wish to influence your beliefs, which will influence your behavior,…they target their message at the right brain section,…for example,..a politian running for office might say,…
“the federal deficit will rise by two-hundred billion dollars in the first quarter of the year(neo-cortex). This will make it neccessary for us to cut welfare, and your grandmother will be eating (reptillian)cat food for the rest of her life. We need to pass this new tax, so that our parents can live in dignity” (mammilian)….
…so the game will just continue, until we understand how to stand up to it, react to it and stop the lies…
