DOD Announces Charges Sworn Against Five Detainees Allegedly Responsible for 9/11 Attacks
(Armed Forces News) – The Department of Defense announced today the office of military commissions prosecutors have sworn charges against five individuals detained at Guantanamo Bay: Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, Muhammad Salih Mubarak Bin ‘Attash, Ramzi Binalshibh, Ali Abdul Aziz Ali, and Mustafa Ahmed Adam al Hawsawi.
The prosecutors have recommended that the charges against all five of the accused be referred as capital. Capital charges may only be pursued with the convening authority’s approval. Under rules governing military commissions, the accused will have the right to counsel learned in applicable law relating to capital cases.
The charges allege that the five accused were responsible for the planning and execution of the attacks on New York, Washington D.C. and Shanksville, Pa. that occurred on September 11, 2001. Those attacks resulted in the deaths of nearly 3,000 people.
The charges are allegations that the accused committed offenses that are chargeable under the Military Commissions Act of 2009, 10 U.S.C. §§ 948a, et seq. There are eight charges common to all five of the accused: conspiracy, murder in violation of the law of war, attacking civilians, attacking civilian objects, intentionally causing serious bodily injury, destruction of property in violation of the law of war, hijacking aircraft, and terrorism. The accused are presumed innocent and may be convicted only if their guilt is proven beyond a reasonable doubt.
These charges go beyond what is necessary to establish that the 9/11 co-conspirators may be lawfully detained under the 2001 Authorization for Use of Military Force, as informed by the laws of war — an issue that each Guantanamo detainee may challenge in a habeas petition in federal court.
In accordance with the Military Commissions Act of 2009, the sworn charges will be forwarded to the Convening Authority, Bruce MacDonald. The convening authority will make an independent determination as to whether to refer some, all, or none of the charges for trial by military commission. If the convening authority decides to refer the case to trial, he will designate commission panel members (jurors). The chief trial judge of the Military Commissions Trial Judiciary would then assign a military judge to the case.

Another scam ‘Kangaroo Court’ by the secret ‘military commissions tribunal’. The evidence and testimony, if any is credible, will never see the public ‘light of day’. This violates every principle on which this country was founded.

Very nicely put about the TSA, which makes a lot of sense considering one could say the US was conquered by Israel’s attack on 9/11 and that the ensuing, fraudulent War on Terror is, in practice, the occupation by Israel through its despotic Vichy Government in DC, in turn under the direct supervision of Israel’s fifth column, which together are criminalizing our former rights and terrorizing the citizenry through the gestapo-like DHS. Will the five charged tell us how they got military grade nanothermite into the buildings, and how two airplanes knocked down three buildings? But I think they will take those secrets to their grave.
Or how they turned off the transponders on the four aircraft which takes multiple classified access codes…or how they got Flt 77 to disappear ( no wreckage of a 767 at the Pentagon…just ask Army Spec April Gallop who crawled through the hole made by the missile w/her injured baby..or watch 9-11 footage of Mark Harris of CNN who puzzled on air about the lack of aircraft wreckage…Flt 93 we now know was shot down by a NORAD fighter out of Fargo…Ted Olson lied about talking to his wife…the FBI admitted those cell ph calls originated fm the ground…Lies..lies.
If anyone missed it, VT recently had the video of both Rumsfeld and 9/11 Commissioner Tim Roemer inadvertently let slip on camera that the Pentagon was hit by a missile. If Rumsfeld and Roemer said the Pentagon was hit by a missile, and all the evidence on the ground says it was hit by a missile, what kind of Orwellian nightmare are we living in when the media suppresses this critical evidence? Of course it was hit by a missile and all three Trade Center buildings could only have come down in the way they did through controlled demolition.
The media is owned by the Zio’s, part of what we get for allowing them to run the FED, and use our money to gain a strangle hold on all the key assets that made their crimes on 9/11 possible.
…before the Gitmo 5 disappear I would like them to explain:
- What type of bunker buster devices they used prior to the thermite sequencing?.
- How they managed to keep cell phones working in-flight?.
- What were their motives for kick starting a new industry called ‘The Global War on Terror’ if they would ultimately be the victims?
- Lastly, I would be grateful if they could explain that they did this for a greater reason than just ” they were jealous of our freedoms “.

The government knows full-well they had NOTHING to do with 9/11. Remember those that did plan and execute 9/11, know they will all go to the gallows if the 9/11 true story gets told. And we must be getting close, why else the sudden finding of the fake Bin Ladin, and now this. They, the Israeli’s and their traitorous friends in the U.S. and London must really be worried and that is why were getting more of this nonsense about framed Muslim plotters.
The barbarous Jewish child murdering swindlers need to have these show trials from time to time to fool the boobs. Dislodging them won’t be easy but if the economy really hits the skids it may lead to a general revolt. The last revolt by a population against a Jewish government happened in Hungary in 1956. That country had suffered Jewish rule for over 10 years and suddenly people simply began shooting at them. Eventually even the Hungarian Army joined in and even handed weapons out to the protesters and even showed them how to use the weapons.
