The damage in Joplin is extensive. The large grey building is the town’s hospital. It’s severely damaged and no longer taking patients–but still standing. Entire neighborhoods were flattened by the storm. At one truck stop, tractor trailers were tossed around like toys–after the tornado, they lay warped on the pavement.
