She is the CA State President Associates of Vietnam Veterans of America, Southern CA Coordinator – Missing in America Project (MIAP), CA Veterans Benefit Fund – Board Director, Associates of Vietnam Veterans of America National Health Committee, Co-Chair – Sub-Committee of Veterans Benefits.

Elayne will be discussing Agent Orange and the effects it has on Veterans & Intergenerational repurcussions, Secondary PTSD, Missing In America Project and the Veterans Summer Celebration.

Joe Rosner is our Special World War II Guest of the Week.

Joe is an 89-year old World War II Combat Veterans, member of the Old Veterans Guard and a staunch activist to protect the Los Angeles National Veterans Home for Disabled and Disadvantage Veterans.
