Policy Failure Mexico – Illegal immigration and the Failed War on Drugs

US Policy Failure Mexico – Illegal immigration and the Failed US War on Drugs

by Mike Harris

To simply state that the US relationship with Mexico is terribly flawed is a gross understatement. The relationship with Mexico has been highly dysfunctional and runs contrary to the dictates of the US Constitution. The question remains is what to do about this broken relationship and the broken borders?

To recap the obvious problems with the USA/Mexico relationship, let us begin with the border. Mexico is the primary source for illegal drugs into the USA. Fully 90% of the illegal drug traffic entering the USA comes through Mexico. The majority of the drug traffic enters through the porous Arizona/Mexico border. The State of Arizona has made passionate and direct appeals to the US Federal Government at every level for Federal intervention to stop this problem, through effective Federal enforcement of the border; Arizona’s appeals for assistance are not only ignored but thwarted at every turn.

In addition to the problems and crime associated with illegal drugs entering the USA there is the problem of illegal aliens entering the USA. According to the group Americans for Immigration Reform, and other groups like the Minutemen, and even Wall Street Investment Bank, Goldman, Sachs, there is an estimated 35 million illegal aliens currently within the USA. The official US Government estimates of 12 million are blatantly false and low by design.

This lesson was learned during the Reagan administration when a “one time” amnesty was granted to illegal aliens then residing in the USA in the mid 1980‘s via the Simpson-Mazoli Act. The official US Congressional Budget Office pre-amnesty estimate of illegal aliens that was anticipated to take part in that amnesty was 800,000. In reality over 3.2 million illegal aliens were granted the gift and privilege of United States Citizenship. This is a margin of error of 400%. Skepticism is only natural of any official estimates of the scale of the problem of illegal immigration.

For many years Arizona and all of the States which share a common border with Mexico; have all requested effective Federal actions to deal with the illegal immigration problem. Nothing that is effective ever seems to get done, only meaningless platitudes from the current Secretary of Homeland Security, Janet Napolitano, who was the former Governor of Arizona. Secretary Napolitano understands this problem and she chooses to not only ignore pleas for Federal action and assistance, but actively works to thwart the efforts of Arizona’s State officials and her successor, Governor Jan Brewer.

One only needs to examine the Federal lawsuits filed by the US Department of Justice against Arizona and opposing SB-1070. Arizona passed a state law which makes being in Arizona illegally a crime. Arizona SB-1070 seeks to give police and law enforcement the power to ask the people under arrest for a crime, the authority to inquire about the suspect’s immigration status. This minimalist new law is being met with fierce Federal opposition, under the canard that this is interfering with Federal authority and jurisdiction. According the bill’s author Arizona State Senator Russell Pierce, SB-1070 was written to be directly compatible with the existing Federal laws, yet the Department of Justice under the direction Attorney General Eric Holder opposes this minimalist and simple common sense approach to enforcing the US Border with Mexico as mandated by the US Constitution. (Note to the reader: there is currently an active congressional investigation of Secretary Napolitano’s and Attorney General Holder’s involvement in “Operation Fast and Furious”, the BATF sponsored arms smuggling operation which supplied 30,000 military grade weapons and 20 million rounds of ammunition to the Mexican Drug Cartels, as a law enforcement operation that resulted in the death of US Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry).

It is easy to understand why Mexico favors the current dysfunction. Mexico receives over $600 Billion annually in reparations from the illegal aliens working in the USA. This cash flow into Mexico from the USA is tied for second place in revenue contribution to Mexico’s Gross Domestic Product. Alongside the money Mexico receives from the trafficking in illegal drugs. We have no accurate estimates of the contribution that drug trafficking adds to Mexico’s GDP, but it is enormous, the estimates vary between $300 Billion and $2 Trillion dollars per year.

In a time when USA official unemployment is near 10%, which is high, but using the metrics used in 1983 around the time of the previous amnesty that was granted during the Reagan administration, that number jumps to a 24% domestic unemployment rate. The question that begs to be asked is: Can we afford 35 million illegal aliens living in the United States taking jobs from unemployed American workers? The answer is not no, the answer is HELL NO!!!

Which brings up the issue of wage suppression that accompanies these 35 millions of dirt poor, illiterate, peasant workers from Mexico and Central America, The obvious question to ask is: why do the labor unions condone this inaction from both Republican and Democrat elected officials? Why is there no hue and cry at every level of government from every jurisdiction in America? The benefits to the unethical employers who want cheap labor are obvious, why does organized labor remain silent? This issue directly affects the quality of life of union members and the financial security of their families. The silence of the labor unions is deafening. The distortion that illegal aliens bring to the labor market is directly harmful to American workers, who are struggling to get by in the current deep recession/depression.

The fact that the Government of Mexico publishes a manual for illegal immigrants to successfully invade the USA is incriminating evidence that there is a larger strategic plan at work. When this is examined under the lens of the Constitution of Mexico which states that children born to Mexican citizens while abroad, are still considered to be born as Mexican Citizens, this fact and point of law within the Mexican Constitution certainly gives the debate about illegal immigration a different angle. The effect of this is that all of the “anchor babies” born in the USA, who hold ill gotten USA citizenship through the criminal actions of their parents, are all dual citizens, with a constitutional priority in favor of Mexico. These Mexican Dual Nationals will be voting in the elections of the United States.

The more sinister implications come into view when examined with the social movement of Aztlan, and the charitable corporations which fund this movement, like La Raza and Chicanos Por La Causa. What the Aztlan movement articulates is the USA “Stole their Land” and the citizens of Mexico have a patriotic duty to reclaim these lands by any means possible. This territory was acquired by the USA when Mexican General Santa Ana was defeated and the peace accord set the existing international border in the treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo signed on March 15, 1843. This is one reason why we remember the Alamo.

The Mexicans who enter the USA illegally are doing their patriotic duty to Mexico and assisting Mexico in reclaiming their lost lands. In addition they make a better life for themselves and their families. They are well compensated for their illegal entry. The recent trend of using the illegal entry of these Mexican peasants as drug mules, by the drug cartels is remarkably successful. Most of those who cross illegally use the services of a “Coyote” a trail guide who knows how to evade the US Border Patrol. The Coyote charges a fee for this service. Now the cartels are paying the illegal crossers to work as mules to transport the drugs across the border. The majority of illegal border crossers now are carrying between 50 and 80 lbs of drugs in a back pack to pay the transport fee demanded by the coyote for his services. Today, the poor down trodden migrant looking for a better life is carrying the poison, the drugs that will addict and destroy the lives of American children, and ruin the next generations of American Citizens. The Government of Mexico publishes a handbook to assist the illegal aliens and the drug cartels instructing them how to be successful. This is a covert act of war upon the American people by the Government of Mexico.

A major hidden benefit to the Government of Mexico is the removal of the lowest performing and least capable from their society by dumping them into the USA and making them our problem. The illegal aliens who cross into the USA illegally are not the Doctors, Lawyers, Bankers, or Scientist and Engineers, they are not educated and productive citizens of Mexico; no they are the great unwashed masses, the uneducated, the illiterate, the sick, the criminals, the worst of the worst. Once in the USA, they get a free ride at US taxpayer expense, free health care, a quality education for their kid’s, food stamps, welfare, everything that the system was put into place for the benefit of the legitimate citizens of the USA, not for these illegal foreign invaders.

This is the great social relief valve that keeps the dysfunctional and criminal Mexican Government and elite in power. Without the surplus population of down trodden peasant, losers, criminals and misfits exported into the USA, the Mexican government should have fallen and the country should have collapsed a decade ago. The 35 million illegal aliens that occupy the USA could easily topple the current regime in Mexico, no wonder the Mexican Government sponsors, initiates and supports these acts of aggression against the USA.

Given the scale and scope of these foreign policy challenges to the United States, what is to be done? How is the US Government to respond in the best interest of the citizens of our country?

I offer the following as a solution, unconventional by today’s standards, but not unprecedented. Given the clear and present danger that Mexico poses to the United States, strong and decisive actions are required. The USA has been playing defense with Mexico and losing badly. It is time to go on the offensive and stop these threats to National Security of the United States of America, and the physical threats of drugs and violence to our citizens.

The United States needs to declare a state of emergency along the US/Mexico border. The US Military needs to be deployed into Mexico. Not on the border, but at least 100 miles into the interior of Mexico, to create a safe zone where the drug cartels and their operations and staging areas can be permanently dismantled. The local Mexican populations who reside near the border will need to be relocated, and resettled in the interior states of Mexico. All illegal border crossings will stop and martial law will be in effect. Violators will be shot on sight, no exceptions, legitimate business and commerce can continue under the direction of the US Military Commander for the area. This was done when General Blackjack Pershing was deployed to quell the banditry on the border caused by Poncho Villa; it is past time that the US Military is deployed again.

Domestically, all illegal aliens within the USA will be deported to their country of origin, as was done most recently during the Eisenhower administration. All assets and property owned by the illegal aliens will be seized and auctioned. The proceeds will go to reimburse the State governments who have provided benefits to these illegal aliens during their occupation of the USA.

All children of the illegal aliens will be deported with their parents, according to the Constitution of Mexico; they are considered as Citizens of Mexico and have legal status within the Country of Mexico.

Will there be resistance to this plan, yes, of course, because it will work, those within the USA who profit at the expense of our collective National security will howl. By this howling we will be able to identify them for the traitors and scoundrels they are. We already know the too big to fail banks are involved with the drug trafficking, the money laundering scandals speak volumes. The Bank of America and Wachovia come to mind. Who and what else crawls out of the woodwork remains to be seen, they will come crawling out, you can bet on it. We have only seen the tip of this iceberg, there is a huge mass of corruption that is yet to be detected. This plan is a workable solution to a nasty and corrupt problem that confronts the United States. There are solid legal precedents for all of the required actions to protect the National Security and citizens of the USA.

The Government of Mexico will object to this plan, because it will force them to deal with the ugly reality of their internal problems, instead of dumping their poorest people onto the United States. Social reform is needed and the extreme concentration of wealth needs to be addressed. Corruption at every level of Mexican government will need to be eliminated, or the drug cartels will be the next ruling party governing Mexico.

It is time to use the US Military for its only proper constitutionally mandated purpose, the defense of the borders and the citizens of the United States of America, instead of fighting illegal wars in Afghanistan, Iraq and now Libya.

  1. Quaratine the “JEWS”, do a DNA test. How many bloated BILLIONAIRE Economic Terrorists “JEWISH” parasites are there in Mexico ? I’d feel a whole lot more “Christian/Texan” about solving the problem by first ROUNDING UP the Children of the Devil, and the source of the Economic Terrorism, than wasting good Righteous – http://disc.yourwebapps.com/discussion.cgi?id=149495;article=138313- hatred on poor peasants fleeing JEWISH TERRORISM, wadda bout you ? *90% of “Jews” don’t have to be.

  2. “The Government of Mexico publishes a handbook to assist the illegal aliens and the drug cartels instructing them how to be successful.”

I would like to see this.

One more thing, not all of the 35 million illegal aliens you speak of are mexican, did you know that they also come from south-america places such as guatemala and venezuela? 100 miles into the country? American guns are used by mexican drug cartels, before you try to be the good example to the world, clean your own act.

  3. By popular demand, a copy of the manual published by the Government of Mexico, to aid illegal border crossings:
    INTRODUCTION

    Dear Countryman:

This guide is meant to give you some practical advice that could be useful if you have made the difficult decision to seek new labor opportunities outside your country.

The safe way to enter another country is to obtain your passport from the Mexican foreign ministry, and a visa from the embassy or consulate of the country to which you wish to travel.

Still, in practice we see many cases of Mexicans who try to cross the northern border without the necessary documents, traveling through dangerous terrain, which includes deserts and rivers with strong and sometimes invisible currents.

By reading this guide, you can also find out about basic legal issues concerning your stay in the United States of America without the appropriate immigration documentation, as well as about the rights you have in that country, once there, regardless of your migratory status.

Always keep in mind that there are mechanisms so that you may enter the United States of America legally. …

    DANGERS OF CROSSING …

Crossing the river can be very risky, especially if you cross alone and at night.

Heavy clothing grows heavier when wet and this makes it difficult to swim or float.

If you cross the desert, try to walk during hours when the heat is not so intense.

The highways and towns are very spread out, so it will take several days to find roads and you will not be able to lug food or water for such a long time; you can also get lost.

Drinking water mixed with salt will help to replace lost body fluids. Although you will feel thirstier, there is a much lower risk of dehydration if you drink salt water.

If you get lost, use power lines, train tracks or dirt roads as guides.

    BE CAREFUL WITH ‘POLLEROS’…

They may try to fool you with assurances that they will take you across in a few hours through mountains or deserts. This is not true! They can risk your life leading you across rivers, irrigation canals, desert zones, train lines or high-speed highways.

If you decide to resort to “polleros,” “coyotes” or “pateros” to cross the border, consider the following precautions:

Do not let him out of your sight; remember that he is the only one who knows the terrain and, therefore, the only one who can lead you across.

Distrust anyone who offers to take you to the “other side” and asks you to drive a vehicle or carry a package for him. Those packages often contain drugs or other prohibited substances. For this reason, many people have ended up in prison.

If you transport other people, you could be confused with a “pollero” or “coyote,” and they can accuse you of smuggling people or stealing a vehicle.

DO NOT USE FALSE DOCUMENTS …

If you try to cross with false documents or ones that belong to another person, keep in mind the following:

Using false documents or those of another person is a federal crime in the United States, for which you can be tried and sent to prison; the same is true if you use a false name or say you are a United States citizen when you are not.

    IF YOU ARE DETAINED

    Do not resist arrest.

Do not assault or insult the official.

Do not throw stones or objects at the official or at the patrol car, as this is considered a provocation of the officials.

If the officials feel assaulted, it’s probable that they will use force to detain you. Raise your hands slowly so that they see that you are unarmed.

Do not run or try to escape.

Do not hide in dangerous places.

    Do not cross high-speed highways.

It is better that they detain you for a few hours and repatriate you to Mexico than that you get lost in the desert.

    YOU HAVE RIGHTS!

    Your rights are:

    To know where you are.

To ask permission to communicate with a representative of the nearest Mexican consulate, so that you can get help.

To refuse to make a declaration or sign documents, especially if they are in English, without the advice of a lawyer or a representative of the Mexican consulate.

To receive medical attention if you are injured or sick.

To be respected and treated well, no matter what your migrant status.

To be transported in a safe manner.

To have water and food whenever you need it.

Not to state your migratory status when detained.

Not to be hit or insulted.

    Not to be held incommunicado.

To ask for a receipt, so that you can reclaim your belongings if they are taken from you.

    [No translation.]

    AVOID

Avoid calling attention to yourself, at least while you arrange your stay or documents for living in the United States.

The best formula is to not alter your routine at work or at home.

Avoid loud parties; the neighbors might be bothered and call the police and you could be arrested.

Avoid getting into fights. If you go to a bar or nightclub and a fight breaks out, leave, for in the confusion you could be arrested even though you did nothing.

Avoid family or domestic violence. In the United States, as in Mexico, it is a crime. Domestic violence is not only blows, but also threats, shouts and mistreatment.

If you are accused of domestic violence against your children, partner or some other person you live with, you could go to jail.

Do not carry firearms, knives or other dangerous objects. Keep in mind that many Mexicans are dead or in prison for this reason.

If the police enter your house or apartment, do not resist, but ask for the search warrant. It’s better to cooperate and ask to be put in touch with the nearest Mexican consulate.

    • Mr. Harris, you fail to realize in your biased rant that the real problem stems from the laws in your USA, rather than send your troops here to Mexico, do something about the addiction problem in your land. Decriminalize your drug laws an most of your problem will go away, the prices would drop rapidly, along with the crime. An added side affect would be the law here in Mexico would follow suit, so then your FBI and your DEA boys would be out of work, along with the cartels financial advantage.
There have been numerous attempts here by the higher highers to out date the current laws concerning drug laws. Just think of all that extra money the Feds would have to promote education, jobs an infrastructure. As for the border agents give them jobs of picking your grapes and your lettuce. Take this from one who has been living in Mexico for 6 years.
Your invasion idea is a detriment to us people living here, as if the draconian laws of Arizona haven’t already killed the tourist trade here your concept has put us in a difficult position.

  4. “The local Mexican populations who reside near the border will need to be relocated, and resettled in the interior states of Mexico. All illegal border crossings will stop and martial law will be in effect.”

Why don’t YOU relocate the US population 100 miles “up” from the border???

PS. It is “Pancho” not Poncho…. and Pershing never caught him, you racist sonofabitch

  5. I originally typed in Pancho when I wrote the article, but spell check self-corrected, mea culpa..
The USA population is not illegally invading Mexico, like the Mexicans are illegally invading the USA.
Perhaps they should stay within their own country, everybody wins.
Please do not confuse Nationalist with racist, they are two different subjects.
With 40,000 Mexican nationals killed in recent years as a direct result of the drug wars, even Mexicans will admit there is a problem.

  6. In general, neoconservatives advocate maintaining the social welfare, immigration, and civil rights policies typical of liberalism (and the wider Jewish community) up to about 1970. Some of these policies represent clear examples of Jewish ethnic strategizing—in particular, the role of the entire Jewish political spectrum and the entire organized Jewish community as the moving force behind the immigration law of 1965, which opened the floodgates to nonwhite immigration. (Jewish organizations still favor liberal immigration policies. In 2004, virtually all American Jewish public affairs agencies belong to the National Immigration Forum, the premier open borders immigration-lobbying group.

    Kevin MacDonald Understanding Jewish Influence

    http://wake-up-america.net/Understanding_Jewish_Influence-Immigration%20Policy%20Archive.htm

  7. Contrary to policies they advocate for the United States, American Jews have had no interest at all in proposing that immigration to Israel should be similarly multi-ethnic or that Israel should have an immigration policy that would threaten the hegemony of Jews in Israel. Indeed, the very deep ethnic conflict within Israel is an excellent example of the failure of multi-culturalism. Similarly, while Jews have been on the forefront of movements to separate church and state in the United States and often protested lack of religious freedom in the Soviet Union, the control of religious affairs by the Orthodox in Israel has received only belated and half-hearted opposition by American Jewish organizations (Cohen, 1972, 317) and has not prevented the all-out support of Israel by American Jews, despite the fact that Israel’s policy regarding immigration is quite the opposite of that of Western democracies.

  8. I don’t understand why “anchor babies” are. A baby born in the US to illegal immigrant parents is a US citizen, and, as such, is entitled to live in this country. The illegal immigrant parents aren’t.

The parents should be given two choices:

    1) Be deported, and leave your baby here, or

    2) Be deported, and take your baby with you.

    • You raise an excellent point about anchor babies. There is a bill that has been introduced in the Arizona State Legislature that will force the US Supreme Court to adjudicate this matter. The 14th Amendment was written to address to issue of freed slaves after the Civil War, since all the freed slaves are deceased by now, the matter requires clarification. regarding application of the 14th Amendement to the children of illegal aliens.

    • Mexican Government does not recognize “anchor babies”

  9. The article is racist and sucks.

  10. Every nation has a right to decide whom they let into the country and who must stay out. We certainly do not need immigrants who are illegal, uneducated and eventually end up on the list of relief agencies.
I always found this law stupid giving US citizenship to babies whose parents are either illegals or are here only to visit. There is a whole industry making money by bringing pregnant indian and other women into the USA, they concentrate on Florida, and after the birth they demand the right for family unification.

It is not anti-semitism if you rightly criticise jews, it is not racism if you do it to blacks or latinos.
The mafia also tried that by shouting racism against italian, although only the criminals were ment.
We should not keep all those illegals in prison, it costs billions every year, all non-citizens should be deported immediately after sentencing. Keep the USA safe and clean.

  11. @ Tomer

“…and after the birth they demand the right for family unification.”

How does the birth of a baby to an immigrant de-unify the family? Doesn’t a baby born to an immigrant have dual citizenship — that of the country of birth and that of the mother’s home country?

Deporting the mother and her baby together would keep the family unified, wouldn’t it?

    As you stated, it’s a money-making scam.

  14. Mexico has a radical idea for a rational immigration policy that most Americans would love. However, Mexican officials haven’t been sharing that idea with us as they press for our Congress to adopt the McCain-Kennedy immigration reform bill.

That’s too bad, because Mexico, which annually deports more illegal aliens than the United States does, has much to teach us about how it handles the immigration issue. Under Mexican law, it is a felony to be an illegal alien in Mexico.

At a time when the Supreme Court and many politicians seek to bring American law in line with foreign legal norms, it’s noteworthy that nobody has argued that the U.S. look at how Mexico deals with immigration and what it might teach us about how best to solve
our illegal immigration problem. Mexico has a single, streamlined law that ensures that foreign visitors and immigrants are:
    •in the country legally;
    •have the means to sustain themselves economically;
    •not destined to be burdens on society;
    •of economic and social benefit to society;
•of good character and have no criminal records; and
•contributors to the general well-being of the nation.

    The law also ensures that:
    •immigration authorities have a record of each foreign visitor;
    •foreign visitors do not violate their visa status;
    •foreign visitors are banned from interfering in the country’s internal politics;
    •foreign visitors who enter under false pretenses are imprisoned or deported;
    •foreign visitors violating the terms of their entry are imprisoned or deported;
•those who aid in illegal immigration will be sent to prison.

Who could disagree with such a law? It makes perfect sense. The Mexican constitution strictly defines the rights of citizens — and the denial of many fundamental rights to non-citizens, illegal and illegal. Under the constitution, the Ley General de Población, or
General Law on Population, spells out specifically the country’s immigration policy.

It is an interesting law — and one that should cause us all to ask, Why is our great southern neighbor pushing us to water down our own immigration laws and policies, when its own immigration restrictions are the toughest on the continent? If a felony is a
crime punishable by more than one year in prison, then Mexican law makes it a felony to be an illegal alien in Mexico.

If the United States adopted such statutes, Mexico no doubt would denounce it as a manifestation of American racism and bigotry.

We looked at the immigration provisions of the Mexican constitution. [1] Now let’s look at Mexico’s main immigration law.

Mexico welcomes only foreigners who will be useful to Mexican society:
•Foreigners are admitted into Mexico “according to their possibilities of contributing to national progress.” (Article 32)
•Immigration officials must “ensure” that “immigrants will be useful elements for the country and that they have the necessary funds for their sustenance” and for their dependents. (Article 34)
•Foreigners may be barred from the country if their presence upsets “the equilibrium of the national demographics,” when foreigners are deemed detrimental to “economic or national interests,” when they do not behave like good citizens in their own country, when they have broken Mexican laws, and when “they are not found to be physically or mentally healthy.” (Article 37)
•The Secretary of Governance may “suspend or prohibit the admission of foreigners when he determines it to be in the national interest.” (Article 38)

Mexican authorities must keep track of every single person in the country:
•Federal, local and municipal police must cooperate with federal immigration authorities upon request, i.e., to assist in the arrests of illegal immigrants. (Article 73)
•A National Population Registry keeps track of “every single individual who comprises the population of the country,” and verifies each individual’s identity. (Articles 85 and 86)
•A national Catalog of Foreigners tracks foreign tourists and immigrants (Article 87), and assigns each individual with a unique tracking number (Article 91).

Foreigners with fake papers, or who enter the country under false pretenses, may be imprisoned:
•Foreigners with fake immigration papers may be fined or imprisoned. (Article 116)
•Foreigners who sign government documents “with a signature that is false or different from that which he normally uses” are subject to fine and imprisonment. (Article 116)

Foreigners who fail to obey the rules will be fined, deported, and/or imprisoned as felons:
•Foreigners who fail to obey a deportation order are to be punished. (Article 117)
•Foreigners who are deported from Mexico and attempt to re-enter the country without authorization can be imprisoned for up to 10 years. (Article 118)
•Foreigners who violate the terms of their visa may be sentenced to up to six years in prison (Articles 119, 120 and 121). Foreigners who misrepresent the terms of their visa while in Mexico — such as working with out a permit — can also be imprisoned.

Under Mexican law, illegal immigration is a felony. The General Law on Population says,
•”A penalty of up to two years in prison and a fine of three hundred to five thousand pesos will be imposed on the foreigner who enters the country illegally.” (Article 123)
•Foreigners with legal immigration problems may be deported from Mexico instead of being imprisoned. (Article 125)
•Foreigners who “attempt against national sovereignty or security” will be deported. (Article 126)

Mexicans who help illegal aliens enter the country are themselves considered criminals under the law:
•A Mexican who marries a foreigner with the sole objective of helping the foreigner live in the country is subject to up to five years in prison. (Article 127)
•Shipping and airline companies that bring undocumented foreigners into Mexico will be fined. (Article 132)

All of the above runs contrary to what Mexican leaders are demanding of the United States. The stark contrast between Mexico’s immigration practices versus its American
immigration preachings is telling. It gives a clear picture of the Mexican government’s agenda: to have a one-way immigration relationship with the United States.

  15. “April 4, 1997, President Zedillo of Mexico stated that “We will not tolerate foreign forces dictating and enacting laws on Mexicans. Our contention is that we are not enacting or dictating any laws on the Mexican illegal alien children born by illegal alien females in the US territory. Further, he states that “he was going to use all diplomatic and legal forces at his disposal to….protect Mexicans living in the United States.”

“A birth certificate is not in itself anything but a piece of paper. Just like a marriage license! Until you go to the church and get the blessing from your church then and only then is that “Marriage License” a valid marriage. The birth certificates that these illegal alien mothers have acquired are nothing more than a piece of paper without the full authority of allegiance to the United States of America. These illegal alien infants born in the USA are unable to swear allegiance to the USA and are unable to be automatically bestowed and granted something that they have never sworn allegiance too!

    • Senator Howard of Michigan stated it best and with great clarity when he proffered that

      “….it takes a citizen to make a citizen….”

      • A child cannot pass down citizenship! A parent, a legal US parent bestows those rights unto their children.

  16. Now we have these illegal anchor babies MARCHING down our streets in Arizona demanding rights for their parents and FIGHTING against the rule of law! Why you ask? Because THEY KNOW THEY ARE NOT LEGALLY A US CITIZEN. If they were they would not have to FIGHT for their parents.

Show me where in the Constitution it states that an infant or a teenager can pass on citizenship to their adult parent? You won’t find it!

  17. Mike Harris,
A very good article. I only wish more people would open their eyes and see this issue the way you and I see it. It angers me greatly to see what this nation has become. I served honorably in the Marine Corps Infantry with 2 tours in Iraq. I currently live in Texas, which is overwhelmed with illegal imigrants. I find the invading mexicans more of a threat to our society than any Islamic terorist has ever been. I am not a Racist, I have nothing agianst Americans with Mexican decent. I have everything agianst this mass exodus of foreign nationals that are destroying our great nation. We can barley take care of our own people, and I don’t expect the goverment to take care of me personaly, but we have our own people that are on wellfare and what not that could do the jobs that these invaders are doing. I personaly would pick fruit any day rather than accept food stamps or wellfare. I am white and I love my country but I hate my goverment. Some might call me a racist, but I tell you the truth; the hardest thing to be is a working white man. There is no special intrest groups for us, but when we see an injustice being done agianst this nation that our ancestors founded, and we speak out, we are called racist.

  18. Adam,
Thank you for your kind words of support. I am as frustrated as you are about this situation. If you read my follow up article you will understand how our own government has contributed to this problem. Since elections don’t work in the USA any longer, a new strategy must be employed. Stay tuned, I am developing some ideas.

  19. In 2009 I lost a good paying job because of the economy. I live in Wash state and I signed up for the state health program which I would have paid $100 a month for (based on income). I was ok with that. So, I got put on a waiting list. I heard a rumor that illegal aliens were on the waiting list too (Mexicans). So I called and asked if this was true. The state worker said she could not answer me, but to call the governors office. So, I called Governor Greggoire’s office and talked to one of her assistants. I was told “yes” illegal “immigrants” were on the waiting list.

To me this means that these kinds of orders are coming from high places. My name has never come up for the program to this day. So, I went to community health facility to see if I could get on a sliding scale and I was able to get on that, but its really limited care, and I have to pay still. When you go in there it is almost ALL Mexicans in there.

Every job I’ve had since 2009 (a few) has been temporary, low paying and mostly Mexicans working in them. I hate it because they are so rude…and for no reason other than I’m white. Some of them are so ignorant, one gal I worked with had never heard of Hitler and she is raising her children to speak only Spanish.

In the past, migrant workers came here and worked and applied for citizenship and were accepted…and they assimilated into the community. No problem. But, now, it’s like we have to tip toe around these people and submit to THEM.

I don’t see a good ending to any of this. When the elites purposely started ramming very different cultures together, there will be problems. Nobody can say anything, yet a Mexican can treat you like shit on the job and get away with it.

One temp job at an agriculture plant, a Mexican sent around derogatory jokes about Norwegian/Swedes which is part of my heritage. When I said something about it being racist I was the one that got yelled at. If I had sent those kinds of jokes thru email at work regarding Mexicans, I would have been fired on the spot.

Meanwhile, recently another young woman was grabbed by a couple of Mexican men and hauled off in their car. She lived, but has head injuries. Another woman a couple years ago was coming out of a convenience store and 4 Mexican men abducted her in her own car. They drove three hours to Seattle, raping and beating her the whole way, and left her for dead by dumping her out of the car when they were finished with her. She lived. These are only two stories here in Washington, plenty more….

Nobody is doing anything to stop this. The left liberals, like the Nations’ Vander houvel (?) go on about the immigrants and the terrible laws that prevent them from staying in the US (hello? we have millions here living openly and knowingly by law enforcement), yet, Ms Vander Houvel lives in a gated community with a posh job and lots of money. She doesn’t have to work with these people or get put on waiting lists with them.

  20. Hi there would you mind letting me know which webhost you’re utilizing? I’ve loaded your blog in 3 completely different internet browsers and I must say this blog loads a lot quicker then most. Can you suggest a good internet hosting provider at a reasonable price? Cheers, I appreciate it!
