Tin Foil Hat Award: Reporters Claim Gaddafi Wins – Torture Evidence Suppressed

What role did “Gaddafi Embeds” play in this carnage?

Video by “Gaddafi Embed” Claims Gaddafi Won

By Gordon Duff, Senior Editor

When we learned that David Welch, personal envoy of a former US president, George W. Bush, was directing efforts for Gaddafi, on the part Bechtel Corporation, Exxon, Chevron and arms giant, the Carlysle Group, we had conclusive proof that phony news supporting Gaddafi was pure New World Order.

Some bloggers and jouranlists put out stories at the behest of Gaddafi’s military declaring “safe zones,” drawing in both revolutionary troops and civilians to areas “zeroed in” by Gaddafi rockets and long range artillery.  Hundreds died, part of joint military operations on the part of “embeds” and Gaddafi efforts that specifically led to war crimes indictments by the International Criminal Court and Amnesty International.

Other orders given imbeds, bloggers, reporters and activists, some by Liibyan intelligence and others by Israeli operatives working with them are outlined below as we learned from Gaddafi loyalist defectors.  Stories with the following subject matter were “cooked,” a term supplied by VT editor Jim W. Dean:

    1. Invent stories about Al Qaeda ties to revolutionary groups and continue these fabricated terror claims using phony witness statements and including updates supplied by Libyan Intelligence.
    2. Accuse revolutionary leaders of ties to “Jewish bankers” and “big oil.”
    3. Fabricate evidence of atrocities by NATO and revolutionary troops while suppressing reporting of real atrocities by Gaddafi loyalists.
    4. Fabricate stories stating the rebellion was planned by “the Jews” or western intelligence agencies, even stories, if believed plausible to internet audiences of Al Qaeda factions working with “the Jews.”
    5. Try to suppress evidence of thousands of captured African mercenaries, claiming they were actually brought in by the revolutionary groups.
    6. Fabricate reports of non-existent Gaddafi peace inititatives.
    7. Fabricate reports of Gaddafi troop withdrawals, in order to dupe revolutionary troops and civilians into zones falling under loyalist artillery and rocket range.  (A war crime)
    8. Fabricate reports of Gaddafi’s plans to hold real elections after 42 years of dictatorship.
    9. Fabricate reports that Gaddafi had already planned to leave office.
    10. Exploit tribal divisions, issuing reports of tribes loyal to the revolution planning atrocities against those still loyal to Gaddafi to bring on a civil war. (A war crime)
    11. Fabricate reports of Gaddafi humanitarian efforts and NATO attempts to disrupt these.
    12. Fabricate reports of Gaddafi support in Tripoli, including inventing a non-existent militia.
    13. Suppress reports of mass arrests and executions in Tripoli.  (A war crime)

With documents flooding in, some from former Gaddafi loyalists, others among the truckloads abandoned at Libyan intelligence headquarters, one history is established;  that of oil companies, the Mossad, CIA and MI 6 working with Gaddafi, his French equipment, his Israeli torturers and over 40,000 “disappeared” with relatives hoping they are still imprisoned somewhere and haven’t suffered the fate of so many others over the years.

We began following the Gaddafi money trail to his friends in Washington and London as early as March.  The video below is typical of many strewn across the internet, now considered jokes, but not to the families of the “disappeared.”  Were you a jouranlist, how much would you wish you had never made this video?  As Jim W. Dean so often says, “You just can’t make this stuff up!”

These reporters and bloggers, then as now, took direction from requests we now have a copy of, written by Representative Dennis Kuchinich, long a favorite of Veterans Today, now shown to be tied to Israeli intelligence and working directly with oil and defense firms partnered with Gaddafi, facts established conclusively in the links and videos below, which include top government officials who have come forward at great personal risk.

Gwenyth Todd, VT contributor and former member of the National Security Council, head of their Middle Eastern desk under Paul Wolfowitz, explains to ABC (Australia) the hidden facts behind Gaddafi and his ties to Washington, ties that finance his friends in the press:

A very real video, unedited and suppressed, is a good partner to the tearful entreaties by the Gaddafi “embed” above:

YouTube - Veterans Today -

Included is a list of names, some very well known, some less well known,
including records of payments, email correspondence and lists of specific
articles.

“Some named are still in Tripoli while others have are in the US, Britain and
Western Europe.  Received from representatives of the National Transitional
Council, the recognized government of Libya:

We’ve received a number of documents detailing rates for articles published
and blogposts posted, with the highest rates being paid for articles that make
it into the mainstream media (2,000 USD per article) and the lowest (500 USD per
item) for blogposts of more than 700 words.  Those who
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX are paid 15,000 USD per day spent there, plus 3,000
USD per article datelined Tripoli or another Gaddafi-held area.”

Other records have come forward as well.  Meetings where plays to pay off bloggers and “journalists” to file phony reports, money laundered through Palestinian charities long funded by Gaddafi but now known to be under Israeli control.  Saif Gaddafi arranged the payments for activists and the “embeds” during March when he visited Tel Aviv.  He also bought weapons and arranged for African mercenaries.

These mercenaries, the ones the paid “embeds” claim never existed are being sent home now after being filmed, their passports copies, home to Niger and Chad where Gaddafi’s Israeli allies hired them, a story even the Israeli new service Haaretz put on the front page.

However, Gaddafi’s millions are still out there, now being distributed, as written proof shows, by America’s ‘neocons” under Bechtel Corporation and David Welch, who met only 2 weeks ago, in Cairo with Gaddafi’s intelligence operatives and representatives of the CIA, Mossad and the remainders of Mubarak’s infrastructure still in control of much of daily life in post-revolution Egypt.

One of the most outrageous claims the “wingnut brigade” has made is that the “Libyan Rebels” captured Gaddafi’s family nanny, spent a day torturing her, simulating injuries and made her go to the press.  This was reported dozens of times, particularly by those who fled arrest and fled to Malta.  Then doctors came forward with  medical records proving this story as with the outrageous idiocy in the video above, were simply made up, the fantasies of people simply unable to resist temptation, no matter what the cost.

Gaddafi torture of his own servants, unpaid slaves bought from human traffickers as were thousands kept prisoner in Libya (Arabic):

YouTube - Veterans Today -

To this day, the dozen or so in Tripoli, the record of correspondence with Gaddafi death squads now in government hands, peddled press releases, some written in Tripoli by Israeli advisors, some in Washington by Gaddafi’s army of neocon/Big Oil partners.  The corporations claimed to be plotting against Gaddafi now proven to have been allied to him all along.

In fact, if anything, the rebellion against Gaddafi was a fight against control of Libya by the corporations Gaddafi, overtly clownish, now shown to have been a psychopathic killer with a family of mental defectives.

Gaddafi, as documents by the truckload show, as witnesses by the hundred corroborrate, was the tool of the Mossad, the CIA, the Oil companies and the Bush cabal.  Gaddafi, hero of Voltaire.net, owed enough stock in the Carlysle Group to have a seat on the board with George H. W. Bush if he chose.

And, somewhere in Washington and Tel Aviv, checks are still being written for his “fellow travelers.”

  1. Very funny Gordon – but sorry to report…..

Qaddafi’s loyalists in their stronghold, the town of Bani Walid, has refused to put down their weapons and surrender to the NATO-supported rebel National Transitional Council (NTC). On the other hand, a senior rebel military commander has demanded that NTC get rid of all Qaddafi’s former officials who are now distributing Libyan oil and foreign assests ($30 billion) in Paris. Watch RT video below.

Yesterday, NTC negotiator Abdallah Kanshil after his meeting with pro-Qaddafi tribal leaders – said at a checkpoint 60 kilometres outside Bani Walid that talks with the tribal leaders were over as they had refused to agree with NTC demands.

“As chief negotiator, I have nothing to offerright now. From my side negotiations are finished. They said they don’t want to talk (with traitors). They’re threatening everyone who moves. They’re putting snippers on highrise buildings and inside olive groves. They have a big fire force,” said Kanshil.

In other words, Kanshil was telling the NATO commanders that NTC rebels need carpet-bombing to be resumed to destroy Qaddafi’s last stroghold at all cost – before the French, American, British, Italian, Canadian and Israeli sharks can eat-up Libyan natural resources and reverse Libya to a 15th century country.

    • Rehmat, It has been widely reported since Tripoli that the Gaddafi forces would be holding out in strong points…so there is no ‘sorry to report’. This could go on for weeks, and it can also drag out for months. The G forces could do terror attacks to incite retaliation strikes by the rebels. That is the usual game they play at this stage.

With all the weapons around and stay behinds they can be doing IED’s for a long time. They will try to force the Rebels to ask for NATO help with drones protecting the roads catching bombers doing their thing at night.

The Rebels seem to be betting that focusing on the higher officers and letting the others go home will break up the Gaddafi chain of command down to the throw-a-way troops they would use in such attacks.

Remember that up until recently these soldiers and their families lived off the Gaddafi largess. There is a new paymaster…and folks are naturally loyal to whose paying…and all Gaddafi’s helpers are extensive proof of that. In Bani Walid they have a few hundred hard core in the opposition, probably folks that know their signatures are on a lot of stuff to earn them life sentences.

They are trying to save their skins via getting an amnesty by surrendering. They will use slaughtering the town and making the rebels look bad as their last card. The town is split…very dangerous if and attack goes in because the G boys would kill the ‘unsupportive’ townspeople right away and claim the rebels killed them all in a war crime. Welcome to the real world. It what people with that track record do.

And Rehmat…you just gave up the ghost dude with the carpet-bombing term. You are working for them. You screwed up…and you are caught now. I caught another phoney this morning promoting the ‘carpet bombing’ of Sirte, and one bombing that killed a 1000 during a end of Ramadan celebration. I wrote her…”What, only a thousand??? NATO must be slipping.”

Rehmat….You are shilling for the Crimes Against Humanity family…so you know go on the doo doo list for aiding and abetting. I’ve had my suspicions about you all along. But you know how are are here…we give folks lots of rope.

This ‘eat up the resources’ is also part of the professional Intel disinformation program. You should not have put both of these in the same post.

No senior commander is going to rule over the NTC. He is a savvy politician. He pitched this knowing they would obviously decline. This guy is starting his campaign for elections in 20 months. He’s no dummy. Welcome to democracy and the wild and woolly campaigns ahead.

Can you imagine the election rule/law ethics of some of these folks? They can’t be any worse than it is everywhere else, which is pretty crooked. And oh…you left out that the NTC was early off the mark on their anti-corruption program (they are running for office, too). Smart. But you goofed dude. You’re caught.

    • Remat,
You were busted weeks ago as working for trucking back and forth between the ruskis and israelis, hat in hand, selling your services.
You are now discredited, useless and gone.
      Don’t come back.
Be aren’t blind, we gave you enough rope and you hanged yourself with it.

  3. In regard to the first video, I thought it was well established that the CIA did pan am 103?and the Mossad was behind the nightclub bombing?

  4. Sorry the second video.

  5. g With regard to your earlier comments on RT not reporting the tortured nanny there is still no mention her. To save you blowing your own trumpet.

  6. Gordon,

As I have commented previously, you, and most of your VT group really need help on the political front. I know that you have stated that VT has on the ground information, but my 30+ years of HR work have taught me that no one tells the “truth”. They tell their own version of what they understand/believe the truth is. There are 3 sides to a story, yours, mine, and the truth. The truth may not be anywhere close to your story or my story.

It’s really no different than watching a football game on TV. You may see penalties “missed” by the official, or disagree with a called penalty. Try watching a game without sound some day, you will be surprized at the difference in your perception. People absorb and convey information through their own biases, life experiences, and psyche.

Of course Gaddafi was a bad guy. Is he any worse than a string of Israeli prime ministers going back 60 years? Is he any worse than Bush 2? Blair? Degaulle? Roosevelt, Churchill, or Stalin? For that matter is he any worse than the current WH occupant? All of that depends on your point of view.

Given that “documents” released mnow claim that Gaddafi was in cahoots with the CIA, and that one of the rebel leaders was renditioned to Libya, does that not make any US president in office, duriing Gaddafi’s alleged crimes, an accomplice? Doesn’t that make your statements about no Al CIAda members in the “rebels” false? Are all those documents false, but other captured documents true?

Get with the programme guy. War is big business, and Smedley Butler had it nailed.

    • Cur, “Given that “documents” released now claim that Gaddafi was in cahoots with the CIA, and that one of the rebel leaders was renditioned to Libya, ”

This news has been out for ages. The only thing new now is having the Libyan docs. But it is not new information. The rendition story is old news and part of the WOT carnage…as is all the people picked up after 9-11 and almost no prosecutions…hence the Homeland Security folks went into gear with their entrapment cases to justify their budgets, another huge scandal. But so are those released from Gitmo who went back out to be Jihadii cmdrs.

The irony of theTripoli Rebel commander would be one of these guys, he will probably get a movie deal…the fluke that that is. His personal story made in it news. The real heores are still under cover, and that is the folks that organized the internal Tripoli revolt with not secuity leaks. One of those is our guy…and we hope to be able to introduce him someday.

    • ok..you may be right
      a recent ass kicking i got…
i hadn’t realized that the russians had kicked in their assets in syria along with Israel….
      why?
to put the stink for UN action that they allowed on NATO because of their anger at NATO expansion
      thus..the childish reporting on RT
and the use of former Soviet spies in the US…certain well know “african americans”
Jim Dean takes credit for this one.
I hoped Putin was above this kind of stupidity….though, frankly, I am not in a position where I am allowed to criticize him.
      long story
      end of explanation

  7. Excerpts from an article:

    It’s a TOTAL war, monsieur
    By Pepe Escobar

    Securing the loot
Hours before the Paris bash, French daily Liberation published on its website a letter written only 17 days after UN Resolution 1973. In the letter, the TNC ratifies an agreement ceding no less than 35% of Libya’s total crude oil production to France in exchange of Sarko’s “humanitarian” support.

The letter is addressed to the office of the emir of Qatar (the go-between for the TNC and France from the beginning) – with a copy to then-Arab League secretary general, Amr Moussa. The letterhead is supplied by the Popular Front for the Liberation of Libya.

The promise totally matches what an official from an oil company in Cyrenaica said last week – that the “winners” in the oil bonanza would be the nations that supported the TNC from the start.

As expected, denials piled up. The Quai d’Orsay – the French Foreign Ministry – said it had never heard of such a document. Same for Mansur Said al-Nasr, a TNC special envoy to the Paris conference. The TNC’s man in Britain, Guma al-Gamaty, added that all future oil contracts would be awarded “on the basis of merit”. And even energy giant Total had to muscle in; its chief executive officer, Christophe de Margerie, swore he had never discussed oil deals with the TNC.

As if Sarko and Total were altruistic, Rousseau-style humanitarians who would never spare a thought for 44 billion barrels of oil. Total was in Benghazi discussing business with the TNC already last June. A bitter intra-European “oil war” between Total and Italy’s ENI is already in effect.

ENI – active in Libya since 1959 – has already signed an agreement with the TNC to be back in business and immediately supply fuel to Libya – in exchange for future payment in oil. Total’s push is to secure a much larger piece of the Libya energy pie than it already

Perhaps Africans have been the only ones to listen to the Vietnam-era threat by TNC member Ali Tarhouni – very cozy with Qatar – who said, about the few towns and regions still loyal to Gaddafi, “Sometimes to avoid bloodshed you must shed blood – and the faster we do this the less blood will be shed.” had – as in future contracts.

Brian: I don’t know if the letter is legitimate, some say it was created by Gaddafi, but obviously any negative documents about Gaddafii found in the Gaddafi compound are legitimate! :-)

    • brian
we have a million documents, about 40% are israeli, done over years
imagine this..gaddafi hiring hundreds of workers to spill matzo ball soup on documents and age the paper…

      ?

  8. Oops! Total’s push is to secure a much larger piece of the Libya energy pie than it already had – as in future contracts.

    Also from the article:

Or perhaps Africans see right through the FOL’s agenda; the new Libyan status as a barely disguised Western colony; and the neo-Orwellian fable of humanitarian imperialism.

The winners of that “kinetic” thing in northern Africa (the Barack Obama administration swears it’s not a war) – collectively described as Friends of Libya (FOL)

    • Brian, This is just another part of the flurry of straw man argument. European got 95% of the Libyan oil before the revolution. They will have probably the same 95% now that it is over. And as for new contracts, the Russian and Chinese probably won’t do so well.

There is not big deal here. This is another part of the smokescreen effort of the pro-Gaddafi shills trying to bury their past shilling by taking the game onto new territory. The will claim that Europe will get the oil, which they will, and then claim they were right all along. Left out is that they will be paying for the oil.

This is hilarious if it weren’t so sad. We are going to be virtually barbecuing the major on scene ‘independent’ media shills. Some of the worst are already in hiding. The Libyan people are going to be interested in them, also. Tin foil hat Lizzie could end up for the gold medal in the female category.

Cynthia McKinney is a close runner up, her communist dreams now dashed that her eternal funding source is now cut off and bringing ‘direct Gaddafi style democracy’ to Ameica…well we are going to have to wait a little longer for that. But that said, what we have now is bitter pill as it is.

You may have noticed that among all the Gaddafi documents stories so far…none has touched the press office….yet. It is a lower priority with the Rebels, of course. But those stories are coming. And we will be right in the middle of them, sharing our love for our fellow shill Net phony journalists.

      • Well to me it does matter if the NTC had a deal with France. Jim you mention that 95% of Libyan oil had gone to Europe before the war but you left out some information about the oil and Gaddafi.

        Excerpts from an article:

The Truth About the Libyan Conflict and Consequences for the Continent

        By Charles Abugre

Staying out again means, an important source of oil, gas and minerals deposit cannot be relied upon in strategic planning. It also means, leaving a crack for other non-NATO countries, especially China, Brazil, India and Russia to find serious footing in the region. In effect, staying out constitutes a serious geopolitical risk.

The problem is that, Gaddafi has refused to privatize the oil wells and so exercises effective control. That is dangerous, in the same way that Hugo Chavez is. Gaddafi keeps an open door policy with regards to foreign companies. Such a policy risks letting China into Libya in a big way, thereby complicating the strategic security question. As George Bush once said, “if you are not with us then you are against us”. Obama has merely retained this view.

If you look at the World Bank’s World Development Indices, you will find that Libya has not borrowed from the World Bank and the IMF in years, even after the sanctions were lifted. Libya’s economy is heavily state owned. It has a life expectancy and quality of life comparable to the richest countries. This is against the grain.

But perhaps, the most significant and long-term means of inducing capital out of Libya will be in the form of reparation payments for the war. The cost of every munitions that was fired wildly or on target by the Libyan rebels and by NATO/France; the cost of every missile fired from the air or seas; the cost every spy plane that flew over Libyan airspace; the cost of every soldier mobilized for the war effort; the cost of intelligence gathering, special analysts, contractors etc. will be paid for by the Libyan people, with their oil and gas decades into the future. And this will not be cheap.
I have no idea if he’s going to be right about the reperation payments.
Deputy Director UN Millennium Campaign, Africa

A Ghanaian national, Charles Abugre Akelyira brings to the Campaign over 20 years of anti-poverty campaigning and is a leading intellectual from the African continent. Prior to joining the Campaign, Charles worked at ChristianAid, where he was the Head of the Global Policy and Advocacy Division, based in the UK. During that time he was a visiting gender and macroeconomics lecturer at the University of Utah and the Levi Institute in New York and was also a lecturer and research fellow at the University of Wales in Swansea.
Charles holds a Masters degree in development economics from the Institute of Social Studies in The Hague, Netherlands, a Bachelors degree in economics and geography from the University of Ghana in Accra, and is a Doctoral Candidate at the University of Wales, Swansea, UK.

Well I hope you don’t have paperwork showing he’s paid by Gaddafi.

  9. Reagan asked a question that would resonate with voters in 1980 and beyond: “Are you better off now than you were four years ago?” Now that Gaddafi has been deposed, will Libyans be better of than they were before the US/NATO attack on Libya?

The 2010 UNDP Human Development Index placed Libya at 53 — the highest standard of living in Africa, and ahead of Saudi Arabia. Compare that to Norway 1, United States 4, France 14, Italy 23, UAE 32, Bahrain 39, Saudi Arabi 55, Iran 70, South Africa 73, Jordan 82, Egypt 101, Indonesia 108, India 119, Afghanistan 155.

Gaddafi was no saint, but Libyans had a lot to be thankful for — http://www.twf.org/News/Y2011/0401-Paradise.html.

  10. we’re number 4, we’re number 4

  11. When humanitarian “NATO” (composed mostly of OUR American boys, according to Duff) starts bombing Venezuela, to FREE the “suffering” wealthy minority, the Oil & other Corporations and Banksters from the “Tyranny” of Chavez – will VT’s editors support “NATO?” Like Gaddafi, Chavez has also been distrubuting oil revenues to the NON-wealthy majority. A “crime” in the eyes of Rothschild Banking Cartel controlled NATO, U.S., Israel, Britain, France etc. (I’m being sarcastic of course.)

Again, WHO are those PAID “journalists” in America’s totally Zionist/Israeli dominated “Major Media” who’ve been “shilling” for Gaddafi? None I’ve read. Reporters and websites in the ALTERNATIVE internet media (who’ve opposed your beloved “rebels”) are read by a TINY number of Americans. (That includes Veterans Today readers.) Why has Israel passed up using the MAJOR MEDIA which it dictates to? Doesn’t makes sense!

Our (Israeli dominated) MAJOR news media reporters and jouranlists are read by 95%+ of Americans who’ve now been brainwashed to BELIEVE any pro-rebel, anti-Gaddafi tale. Why isn’t that considered by VT’s editors? Is it also possible your “trusted” contact INSIDE the rebels has been (at least partially) DECEIVING you guys?

    • Dick, Nobody would believe that Venezula silliness for two seconds.

And for your information the NeoCons were quickkly onboard the ‘Rebels are Al Qaeda’ silliness…orchestrated through Gaddafi’s well paid Rudy Guliani and Repub special interests. We have named them all over the last week’s articles.

And journalist are crawling all over the place now…more embassy and Red Cross and UN people…so we are going to get the whole story. Did we not say that the documents were going to be a treasure?? Did we show any fear that our goose would be cooked??

They are forming a constitution comittee by the end of the month, and elections are set for 20 months out. And I am sure it is going to be quite a ride.

  12. Mr dean. president Chavez has to stay. the projects at hand would be destroyed if the opposition was to come back. the opposition that would come would be post sept 11; EXTREME RIGHT. there is too much corruption here and he is fighting it but its too old, too strong a problem to be solved over night. corruption is a culture down here in southamerica. and in all of latin america, actually. Chavwez is truly a blessing to venezuela. the day he kills the first person.come and invade. he never has and never will. if he does neo con america will have their excuse.
I went to the interior and later the foreigner affairs and justice ministries the other day. very clean and professional. The depuration process is slow, sometimes upsetting but he is doing it the legal way. he cant leave because 5-10 years are just not enough. Venezuela has tried to extend its hand to the us, specially with obama but it looks he is just an extension of bush who- please understand chavez anger at the us- who, was behind the coup that took him out for three days. they brought Chavez back after they realized Venezuela was gonna burn. you cant take democratically elected presidents out “for a ride “in the middle of the night in their pajamas and dont expect anger. Venezuela got a lot to learn from the us in many aspects, thats true and i keep repeating it here, but the us would have to offer better deals than Russia and china. but its this greedy new world order people that wont rest who are trouble. the seed of rebellion has been planted here and it germinated and its too late for the nwo people to come here. too busy with other issues. i would think that the solution between this quite row is that the us needs to change its approach, but the paranoia is to large. time can change things. and a new president. over there :)

  13. also, and regarding high crime -the second big problem we got here – the president is doing it all thru legal means. the second option would be to use paramilitary and parapolice groups that would engage in “limpieza”" (cleaning) of the “desechables” (disposable) and then we would have another Colombia here.and you know what happened there. Crime is another trend here in latin america. its horrible, but its not happening only here. there are actually worse places in this continent, including sometimes, the us.Its a world crisis actually. the opposition keeps beating on these drums and crying the death of the poor when they actually want them all dead without offering any miracle solutions. thank you

  14. You are allowed your own opinion not to to be the opinion of the world. You dont know the facts. You werent there. Your site is full of hate and bias and negative slander against Gaddaffi. I am not going to waste my time giving you all the proof with sites, names, phones, evidence, documments proving your mistakes, and I dont want you to even know who I am or know who other people are because if you are any connection to the military you or the military may harm me or them so you will just have to stick with your opinion. Most military are in the military because I find they are losers in life and no good at anything but violence and killing and I sure you are no different so talking of war and a site on war by a war addict is what you are.
