Mid East Drums for War are Beating

Threats Fly, Flanks are Probed, and Trip Wires Galore. One False Move and Boom !!!              …by Jim W. Dean, VT Editor

Will Israel Launch Another Pre-emptive War - Or Is It Their Turn to Play Catch?

UPDATE: Israel and Greece have invoked the mutual defense pact they signed secretly only 12 days ago, before Turkish Prime Minister Erdogan made his recent comments on countering Israeli piracy on the Mediterranean. (More details at end of article)

In my Shifting Sands of the Mid East article I featured Eric Walberg’s analysis of Russia’s shifting gears on its post Gaddafi Libya policy. I waited a few extra days to get some of Turkey Prime Minister Erdogan’s reports from his Arab Spring tour before finishing this Drums for War.

Is it Game On Time for Erdogan?

Then the diplomatic tsunami hit. Netanyahu, citing ‘national ideals’, refused to apologize for the Flotilla killings, and the UN published its committee investigation report that although the Israelis had used excessive force the Gaza blockade was itself not illegal.

And to use an old and common phrase…the doo doo hit the fan.

Turkey, a long time close ally of Israel, began to say ‘bye bye’…sending the Israeli ambassador home, ending military ties and imposing sanctions. The diplomatic bullets began to fly.

Erdogan released a fuller English translation of an earlier interview describing the Gaza Flotilla raid as a ’cause for war’…a diplomatic bomb shell.

Quick to follow were his statements that the next Gaza humanitarian supply convoy would be protected by the Turkish Navy, and that Israel’s oil drilling ventures off the coast of Cyprus were infringing on Turkey’s front yard.

“Israel cannot do whatever it wants in the eastern Mediterranean. They will see what our decisions will be on this subject. Our navy attack ships can be there at any moment.”

This video clip, virtually no one in American has seen as our free press will not show anything like this. Americans have to be kept dumb and stupid so they are less expensive to manipulate. The subtitles are rough, but as you listen remember that this is an old friend of Netanyahu’s saying these things…that enough is enough… and Israel must pay a price for what it has done. I second that emotion.

Why can’t the American political establishment stand up to Israeli this way? The same methods of subversion were practiced on Turkey as are used here. Why is Turkey breaking free? More pride maybe…more decency?

YouTube - Veterans Today - – Erdogan Historic Speech

This was an incredible speech. As I was listening/reading, I had to pinch myself that it was not a dream, and what a shame it is that we Americans have never heard this from a top U.S. administration person, or anything close to it. So I have copied out the speech for you to copy and save. If you pass this story link around, maby some people will get some crazy ideas…like why not our government saying this?

A government that makes lying a government policy, and they don’t shame from the crimes they commit, cannot be trusted to perform an investigation.

The international community has to investigate this incident with all the details, and have to give the legal response.

Nobody has to attempt to compare themselves or to test the patience of Turkey. How precious Turkey’s friendship is, also the hostility of Turkey is very intense. There is no way to hide, cover, ignore the illegal acts of the Israeli government anymore.

Also the UN have not content with the condemnation. It is a sure thing that the Israeli government’s aggressive attitude comes from the power from somewhere.

We can’t let Israel with that what they did alone. We cannot say to the Israeli government whatever you do, you will get away it. Everything as a price. This government has to pay this price.

Today is a new day, a turning point. Nothing will be the same like old times.

An aggressive state that commits murder, a massacre in public…without showing regret, without paying the price, cannot introduce themselves, cannot look into the face of the international community.

Attacking innocent people with weapons, shedding blood, massacre is clearly State terrorism. Israeli administrators, we say to their faces that they know how to kill people very well…. show the world how good they know how to kill, how good they know to massacre once again. Israelis, no excuse, no reason can clean the blood on their hands.

From now on whoever tolerates Israel’s bloody attacks has to know that they are an accomplice. How opposite you are to civilians, innocent peoples in Gaza and Palestine are. We are so by the side of civilians, innocent peoples in Gaza and Palestine.

Even if everybody keep silent, even if everybody close their eyes, even if everybody turns their backs, we as Turkey will not turn our backs, will not close our eyes, Will not give up to shout for…to Palestine, to Palestinian people, to Gazza.

We cannot say to the Israeli government whatever you do, you will get away it it.

Did Netanyahu Make a Bad Situation Worse?

These initial salvos were taking place with the backdrop of Turkey purging the Israeli wing of their armed forces with the arrest of a large number of retired generals and admirals over the past eighteen months. (See Video Below)

The head of their armed forces intelligence was arrested eariler this month bringing the total up to around fifty so far. The Israelis have lost their ‘coup card’ on the Erdogan government. Now Erdogan was ready to play his.

Do I think that Erdogan took down a Israeli/Turkish military coup prior to going on his Arab Spring Tour? I sure do. If you read between the lines he held off on a strong response on the Flotilla because he was not sure that his back was covered. The history of coups taking place while a head of state is overseas is legendary.

Israel had already been making flanking moves with visits to Greece and several Balkan countries, stirring up old Ottoman Empire memories. The cases of some of the top brass involve supporting this effort.

Backdrop number two is the UN Palestinian statehood vote, with the Turkey and the Saudis on board big time. They are also on board the dump Assad train, working with much of the West including the United States.

Have the Iran War Drums Boomeranged on the Israelis?

Turkey also just agreed to put in a NATO radar system  supposedly for the Iran missile threat. But the Soviets are trying to sell Turkey their advanced missile defense system to protect against who?…Israel?

The Obama/Clinton State Department seems intent on continuing the American hari kari  multi decade failed policy strategy of always backing Israel even when it is totally not in our interest to do so.

The legacy of Israeli issue political corruption spanning both parties is a sad saga of elite American treachery going back to Harry Truman’s last minute victory.

The Jewish Lobby here has played various Congresses and the White houses like a twelve string guitar. Watching the Netanyahu speech to Congress is the most embarrassed I have ever been as an American other than learning about the USS Liberty attack by the Israelis and the rigged naval inquiry.

A U. S. veto of Palestinian statehood could send our Muslim world relations to lows not reached before. This is being done so effectively I have to wonder if it is actually their goal. The Saudis certainly think so.

They dropped their diplomatic bomb in Sunday’s New York Times, compliments of Prince Turki Al-Faisal, titled ‘Veto a State, Lose an Ally’. What followed was a total break from the usual diplomatic double speak with smoke and mirrors. If Obama uses it’s veto the Prince said:

“Saudi Arabia would no longer be able to cooperate with America…the ‘special relationship….seen as toxic… would pursue policies at odds with those of the U. S….no embassy in Iraq…or support for Maliki government…Afghanistan and Yemen…70% of Palestinians think there could be a new intifada if deadlock continues.”

Why the Public Warning from Prince Turki?

Prince Turki then closes with the shocking statement that if Washington can come up with no new proposals other than the already worn out old ones, it should get out of the way and let the Saudis, Europeans and moderate Arabs to take the lead.

Turki was in effect telling bully Israel’s big brother to go jump in the lake. He was telling Obama that his administration is not a partner to peace.

Reaction was quick, some old date rape charges were rekindled on the Prince…who has something like a $100 billion dollars and collects supermodels like we did baseball cards when we were kids.

The Israelis, either due to their tin ear, or thrilled at the chance for a nice diversion war to stem domestic protests are gearing up for provoking the West Bank insurgents into launching reprisal attacks.

Settler attacks seem to be the weapon of choice for that. Mosques have already being attacked and threats are being made to Israeli peace movement leaders that it might be dangerous on the streets leading protest marches.

The last intifada was broken with IDF officer and sniper, two man teams who identified protest leaders during marches and just shot them dead in the streets, a war crime. This time they are taunting the Palestinians by leaking a report that radical gunmen are going to hide in protest crowds, using them as human shields to fire on the IDF.

Everybody in the Mid East knows what that means. The Zionists don’t recognize human shields, as they are just deemed to be terrorist supporters. They will be shooting them down in the streets again, and Obama’s name will be on every bullet.

Wounded IDF Soldiers From Negev Attack

Backdrop number three, back in Egypt an attack was made on an IDF transport bus in the Negev desert. American media left out the part that attack had obviously been on a military target.

The Israelis then pulled a mini USS Liberty incident by killing five (or three) Egyptian policemen ‘by mistake’ while pursuing the attacker gunmen.

That stupidity pushed an already simmering Egyptian situation into red line status…with the retaliatory people’s attack on the Israeli Embassy and running the staff out of town.

The Egyptian military twisted the knife on the Israelis by not taking their calls for hours during the riot, knowing they would have to call Obama, which they did. The six embassy security guards caught the plane home, compliments of Obama, who the Israelis have been crapping all over, and an Egyptian commando squad.

So the game score ended up three or five dead border Egyptian policeman and three rioters…and zero Israelis. It was a demonstration of who considered foreign lives cheap, and who did not. The Israelis lose again, even if they don’t know it.

Turks Voted Overwhelming to Put Troops Into Northern Iraq to Combat Israeli Supported Kurdish PKK Insurgents

Erdogan continues his Arab Spring victory lap with a Libya stop next, arriving after the British and French visits. The money and trade spigot will be turned on, and I suspect some military cooperation and training agreements being discussed. How about a mutual defense treaty where an attack on any of them by Israel, would be considered an attack on Turkey. Remember that one?

The Turkish Navy might like to visit now and then after their stop in Egypt. What can NATO say to a key ally about that? Did anybody expect to even think that card might be played by Turkey?

And as the situation heats up to where one false move, or a black flag incident triggers a war, whose intransigence do you think will suffer most? Will our Isareli policy continue to be a foreign policy disaster on the scale of what the Banksters did to us? China is already offering Pakistan military and nuclear cooperation to counter the Israelis working with India.

Israel Has More Nukes Than Everybody

The Saudis are talking about joint nuclear defense with Pakistan. Why? What rogue nation has been the main nuclear threat in the Mid East, the bully that has caused all of this, and who has been their protector while they inflicted this damage?

Iran? Oh no. They must be watching all this and not believing what they are seeing. They are laying low…and smartly so.

While the Iranians have withstood sanctions for many years now, the West is enduring their own home made brand of self imposed sanctions, thanks to letting their mega crooks run wild.

There was no secret detention center and water boarding for them, and they were a much bigger threat. Big mistake.

Does Turkey have nukes? We hear they do. Had them a while. We also hear the Indians are working with the Israelis to supply them intercontinental missiles that can carry ten warheads.

Where is a broke Israel getting the money to by nuclear subs from Germany and long range missiles from India? Are they bartering something, like what they are stealing from us?

Is American aid part of the funding for this. Is our three billion in aid freeing up money for the Israelis to have a first strike capability?

Are their secret agreements with our government, or our shadow government to support this effort? Remember that British cabinet members were shocked to find out that secret agreements had been made to commit Britain to a Continental war AFTER the war started.

Israel's WMD Will Force Others to Have a Deterrent

Will the Saudis nuke up? Sure they will. And they will probably buy their missiles from…ahhh China? Why not? They can pay cash or barter directly for oil, and China loves barter deals.

Gordon Duff’s piece the other day, Israel and the Upcoming Nuclear War gave a good briefing. Those of you who have even sat in on one of these past paced, jam packed briefings will recognize the style. VT readers were not the first to get this, but you did.

And by the way, if Israel gets into any kind of a shooting war against real opposition, guess whose taxpayers will be paying for it?

That is what we are here for…and our Congressman will bend over on command to shell out the borrowed money that we don’t have, to a country that is a major national security threat, not externally, but internally.

Americans and the Palestinians have more in common that we realize.

UPDATE: Israel and Greece have agreed to post Israeli Navy and Air forces at Greek Mediterranean bases and their intelligence agencies are sharing information. The purpose of course is to operate in the rear of Turkish forces in case of a conflict. Bankrupt Greece has made itself a trip wire for something the Israel has offered in return. What could that possibly be…a percentage of the oil?

As usual rather than negotiate oil rights Israeli is doing a sea version of it settlement policy in the West Bank. You establish ‘fact on the ground (ocean) and then negotiate with a gun to the otherside’s head. Can you feel the love? The Palestinians can’t either.

Monday, Sept. 12, Ankara dictated conditions for Israel to obey in order to keep its navy afloat free of Turkish aggression:

1. Israel vessels are prohibited from taking action against Turkish ships heading for the Gaza Strip. Prime Minister Tayyip Erdogan has declared “null and void” the UN report confirming the legality of Israel’s blockade of Gaza.

2. Israeli warships crossing the 12-mile line bounding its territorial waters will be challenged by Turkish warships, which are instructed to approach them to within 100 meters and “disable their weapons.”

There is nothing unusual about these actions. If the United States wanted to deliver food to Gaza and the Israel navy attacked them, the event would not go down like the USS Liberty did. And keeping little Israel’s Navy outside your territorial waters after it has killed your citizen’s on the high seas could hardly be considered an act of aggression.

But in the world of Jewish Supremacism, all refusals to submit to Zionist domimation is considered and act of aggressive and gets you put on the pre-emptive strike list. These people are just lovely neighbors, don’t you think?? We should organize a lottery or something so everybody gets a shot a having a few in their neigborhoods where they would bring theat special community spirit the are so proud of.

  1. Israel will just play even dirtier, it’s the only way they know. I can just imagine their ideas for possible next steps:

    - release of a biological virus weapon within Turkey
    - a major false flag terrorist attack, maybe nuclear, in the US or Israel, or both, followed by a war with Iran and multiple other perceived regional threats
    - assasination of Erdogan
    - another coup attempt in Turkey with the help of elements in the military

Their thinking is never “how can we make peace”, it is always “how can we maximise our power through whatever means available”. These people operate with no moral compass whatsoever.

  2. Oh I think Erdogan has nailed the door shut on a coup. If there is anyone they have not caught yet, they must be shaking in their boots.

    • You nailed that. They are mesmerized and immobilized since all those associated with the arrested generals can’t possibly imagine carrying out any coup when they can no longer rely on anyone who had been in the network still willing to go along with any kind of coup since any of them may have been turned. Most important, however, the Israeli connection was a key communications hub through which Turkish officers plotting a coup could safely communicate since they could be sure the israelis would not expose them as traitors. Without that secure hub, they can’t dare discuss treason with anyone without fear of being arrested.

      Prien

  3. It will be interesting to see if we go blundering into this with our already poor attempts at foreign policy management. We have an opportunity to turn the tide by siding with Turkey and not using the veto on the Palestine statehood. Doing that would be amazing and instantly restore our credibility in the world and set us back on track to restoring so much that has been lost – however, the current population of whores in congress are not going to let that happen,

So, let’s all sit back with our bowls of popcorn and a few kegs of beer and watch the unfolding story whose ending we already know. Try not to remember that it is your country that is being destroyed – and oh, if you happen to have a fiddle lying around in the attic, this would be as good a time to play it as any, while our house burns down.

  4. An American abstention in the UN Security Council vote on Palestinian statehood would dramatically increase American stature in the Middle East and in the world. Also, it would be a declaration of independence from Israel.

    • Yes is would. But just think what the histroy in general is where there is an uppidity president who needs a spanking. The best example is daddy Bush wanting to tie I think it was Soviet Jews emmigration resettlement loan guarantees to stopping settlement construction. The Lobby went nuts and countered him with Congress…big time.

Do you think Obama wants a war with Congress when he has a tough jobs bill on the table? Do you think the mainline Vet orgs will stick their noses in the Pal statehood push, when the Congressmen have already told them in past things like the USS Liberty that their whatever pending vet legislation they are trying to get through would be get ‘hung up’. The paper over term they have for this is ‘it’s just a political reality’.

The American Legion passed huge margined USS Liberty resolution once calling for an real investigation. It was reversed the next day with a quick executive committee explanation that it had already been investigated three times. And yes…they had a lot of ‘pending legislation.

The independence is going have to be declared by the American public. The good news is the the normal solid pro Israeli polls here have slipped a good bit in the past year. They have taken a big hit in among veterans with some of their stupid moves like the returning vet terrorism threat from folks like the ADL and Morris Dees. And they are not done paying for that as there are good people looking into some espionage involved there, which is their Achilles heel.

    • If it comes to a vote and the “U.S. government” abstains, the abstention likely will have been nothing but a tactical move to save face (since a 2/3 vote in the General Assembly would override it anyway) and an attempt to preserve the “legitimacy” of the Arab collaborator governments.

Regardless, the “U.S. government” will simply do what its Jewish supremacist Masters tell it to do, nothing more and nothing less.

  5. Great article. Maybe Erdogan is trying to do what Kennedy and de Gaulle attempted?

    Dean wrote:

No, Its because Turkey doesn’t have 7 million ardent Jewish Zionists living in their country. The US has more Jews than Israel does. There is no where near the kind of “Jewish Community” in Turkey that is in the US. Not to mention the Jewish Zionists have infiltrated and bought off most of the Evangelical Christian Churches….

To put it more simply: wayyyy more Zio Jew boots on the ground in the US….More middle class “Joe Jew” types that act as the attack dogs of the “elite Jew pigs”…. Mindless drones…Jewish Robots…Jewbots.

    • Someone we all know just told me today it was 14 million, which caught me by surprise. But I guess it all depends on how you determine who is a what. It’s so easy to quadruple count. I am Polish, Russian, English and Scotch.

And when it comes festival or buffet time, I have no problem remember who I am. It comes to me automatically :-)

      • Yeah, I think its way higher than the official wiki number also. It’s advantageous for “them” to paint themselves as a tiny minority.

I would think there is 7 million Jews living in the NY city tri state region. Add LA, San Fran, Chicago, Boston, South Florida, Philly, DC/Baltmimore and Detroit metro areas to the mix and it probably comes out to 14 million.

        Total scam…as usual.

    • //Its because Turkey doesn’t have 7 million ardent Jewish Zionists living in their country.//
Actually they do. They are called Dommeh Jews, the Jews that Spain expelled some five hundred years ago. They acturally established the modern Turkey after their half brethren Rothschilds “pulled” Ottomans. Their Lenin version Ataturk and Boshevik version Young Turks wrote the constitution and have ruled Turkey till today.

      • Yeah, I know about Donmeh Jews. I read Bjerknes’ book. I don’t think there are 7 million Jews in Turkey in the year 2011. Even back then there weren’t that many Jews. The fact that they were disguising their Jewish roots should tell you that Jews were not openly accepted in Turkish culture.

  6. Yes the drums for wars are beating.

America has realised that the Iraqis do not intend to continue having American troops on their soil after December 2011, and good on them. America is try to sell Iraq a heap of F16s and I hope the Iraq’s pull out of that deal at the last moment as well. It is time for Iraq to be an independent democratic country.

America is trying to mount a ‘coalition of the willing’ to put UN peacekeepers in Iraq – no doubt this is a request from Israel and they will try and include India as a stooge. The Indians have brown faces and they are stupid but they are not that stupid!

The economies of the European Union will continue to do the Foxtrot for the next decade; they will continue to go sideways and America’s economy will go sideways with them. America does not have the political will to increase taxes or cut military spending (because of Israel) and therefore should continue to incur 1.6 trillion dollars of debt each year over the next decade as well.

My prediction – In ten years time the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation will include India, Pakistan, Afghanistan and Iran. The USA will have about 30 trillion in debt – not including the rest and will look like Argentina after the Falklands war.The European Union will have sorted out their problems with the Euro and will be looking sound.

    • Louise, don’t forget Americans are armed. “They” have been desperately trying to take away that right for 60 years. It’s not going to be easy to rape the US. Wait until people get really uncomfortable. People are still riding around in SUVs and going to the supermarket. Things are from unraveling here. I know that’s an unpopular opinion in the “conspiracy” community but it’s the truth. My friends still go golfing every weekend and hit the local sports bar for the football games. If things get bad enough that your average middle class American “suffers”, the shit will hit the fan for the bankers. Why do you think they are doing this ridiculous routine of propping up the economy with toy money? They are scared…

There is an urge to give Americans the standing 8 count before the fight has even started.

Europeans can’t do much. They have been disarmed and now have a world government and world currency that they are obligated to honor. Europe has already been knocked out and butt raped by the zio bankers.

      • Things are going to get bad in the USA and I hope that the American people turn into a lynch mob and hang their traitors one by one.

America has been taken over by a foreign government – Israel and their backers need to be purged from the country.

I hope Americans wake up before the 2012 election.

      • “It’s not going to be easy to rape the US.”
        ==============
Sorry but the US has already been raped. The full impact may not yet have hit the ‘average’ person – although the median wage has barely increased for decades whilst the income of the top 2% has exploded – but the country has transferred gigantic amounts of wealth to the banks, Israel and China, and has spent a gigantic amount fighting wars for Israel.

In the space of just a couple of decades the US has gone from being absolutely dominant economically, politically, culturally, militarily and financially to being rapidly caught up by China. The long term interests of the US and the American people have been thrown away for the short term interests of the Zionists.

It’s great that you still have guns, but unless you use them they are useless.

        • Why would people “use” their guns when life is still bearable? I don’t think you understood my point. Things are still not that bad here. Revolutions happen when quality of life for your average citizen becomes unbearable. It hasn’t yet. No where near an Argentina situation yet.

People act as if it’s mad Max world in the US. The rhetoric is why are “Americans doing nothing???” It’s because people are still fat and happy for the most part. Lets see what happens if there is food shortages and the government tries to really crack down on the middle class. Let’s see what happens then. I guarantee Americans aren’t going to play nice when that happens.

There is a bit of as false perception being spread by sensationalist international internet bloggers that doesn’t quite match the reality on the ground here.

          • When millions of people from around the world stop crashing the gates of the US borders….then I will say the fat lady has sung. That clearly hasn’t happened yet. There is still a great potential for upward mobility here. It’s been stifled by the bankers but there is still alot of potential to make a great life here.

          • Over the past couple of decades the US has been taken over by a tiny, racially self identifying group who are running the country for their own good. Their agenda has done and continues to do great damage to the interests of both the nation and the majority of the American people.

That IS a desperately bad situation, it is just that the majority do not know or understand what has happened.

It shouldn’t be a question of waiting for food shortages before taking action (and many in the US are already on food stamps etc).

If all the Zionists need to do to keep in power is to prevent mass starvation then they are laughing. The US is a massive food producer and even if the dollar collapsed could still feed itself.

          • “It shouldn’t be a question of waiting for food shortages before taking action (and many in the “US are already on food stamps etc).”

Ummmm,….. yeah dude. They are on food stamps which means they eat like a king? Why would people start acting against a government that gives them generous amounts of food and clothes their family? Do you have any knowledge of how this system works in the US… or are you just shooting from the hip?

  7. TURKEY WARNS IRAN OVER SYRIA
    http://english.alarabiya.net/articles/2011/09/16/167154.html

Turkey has warned Iran “not to spoil” the Syrian leadership whose security forces have been cracking down on protesters since mid-March, a Turkish daily quoted Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan as saying Friday.

Erdogan told the daily Hurriyet, “I cannot say there has been tension with Iran but we warned them (the Iranians) that ‘the Assad administration is getting spoiled with your encouragement.’”

Erdogan said he had discussed the matter with the Iranian president, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.
    ———————————————————————————————————–

    Wow. This is getting heavy…

    .

    • This reads to me like zionist propaganda. Tactic no. 1.) of the zionists is to force two adversaries to fight each other, like Turkey and Syria and / or Iran. It may be real, but I’d be willing to bet this is a load of media hooey. Remember the Georgia /Russia conflict where the zionist media turned the thing totally inside-out and gave us a complete BS story designed to demonize their old nemesis, the Russians and make their Khazar bloodline brothers, the Georgians, look like innocent victims?

Americans will not be passive much longer. But it’s a race against time to convince Joe Sixpack who our REAL enemy is. That would be Israel and the zionist traitors in this country.

Me, I just hope the world someday forgives US for our colossal Jew-problem. Americans aren’t bad people, just stupid. Zionists are exactly the opposite: pure evil and VERY smart, at least in the ways of deception and subterfuge.

      • Dave, I think you have some wires crossed here as your lead in conflicts with what followed. Please fill me in. There is nothing in the piece about Turkey fighting Syrian or Iran. I laid this all out with the ‘background’ aspects. Erdogan is going with the Arab Spring to be on the right side of history and become more of a regional power. Turkey did not get EU membership so it is creating a new slot for themselves now, taking advantage on all the unique cards it is holding.

The ‘media hooey’ does not compute either. The foundation of the story is public record, what has happened. Media did not anticipate much of this nor are they reporting enough to clue Americans in. That is why I threw in the Turkey nukes, India’s building Israeli ten intercontenintal ten war head ballistic missiles, the US pressure on a broke Pakistan creating fertile ground for China to move in there.

And we are learning as we go. I just picked up last night that even UN observer status would allow the Pals to have claim on the offshore mineral rights, the fishing grounds of gaza, their air space, war crimes investigations against the IDF. Can you imagine all the actions that the Saudis could fund for them on all this? Look how late in the game we are on this issue and it is only coming up now. That…is an example of ‘media hooey’.

And Obama is in a lose lose situation here. Everybody knows the Israelis have no intention of negotiating in good faith, so the Obama’s position that there has to be a negotiated settlement basically puts him backing a no solution. The Zios just added two caveats to renewing talks, one of which is they want troops stationed in the Jordan valley at the end of the day. Sure!! Everybody knows there are PR deal breakers so the Zios can tell us all they don’t have a ‘partner to negotiate with’.

        • JIm, my comments were directed to the link that reamonk posted above, not your piece. I should have made this more clear, but I was kinda tired and I suck at typing so my comments are often quite terse! I don’t think I disagree with anything you wrote. I should have said that I thought your piece was excellent, which I do!

I have, however seen several pieces (not on VT, BTW) which seem to be stoking tensions between Turkey and Syria and or Turkey and Iran, which I believe fall squarely in the divide / distract propaganda column. Unfortunately, I don’t have much to go on in refuting or agreeing with these pieces, particularly with regard to Syria, which is a mighty dark unknown, kinda like N. Korea for most of us. We’re all learning as we go, like you say.

Sorry Jim,, you’re doing exceptional work. I sometimes get so angry at the OTHER propagandists in the media and “alternative” media, like the ones who sold us the bogus Orange Revolution in Georgia story, that I forget there are SOME credible writers, like you and Gordon and VT in general.

          • Ahh…tired…I should have suspected. Maybe I was tired when read it, but it was only morning :-) Comment responses are easy to mix up sometimes in how they are lay out.

This is always a work in progress. Just saw a BBC interview with our ambassador Rice, who trotted out that this UN attempt ‘won’t change anything on the ground’…and the interviewer let her slide on that.

The Zios have a boot on the Pals neck there, but here…Israel support is going down. Mainstream media is not covering it…and 15 points is a big drop. It’s worse in the military where we have been doing some damage…the vets coming back as terrorist threats a good example of how low they will go to waste our counter intel resources to make things easier for their spies.

But even observer status lets the Pals lay claim to fishing rights, air space, the international courts for war crimes, etc. I would call that some changes that the Rad Zios don’t want, and neither does Rice.

What is going on here is the Pals want to conduct Lawfare on them, like the Lobby people think it is such a cool thing to do, like with the Carter suit. But as always, they think the rest of us should accept the double standard.

And you are right about the phony Alt media. We are drawing a long term bead on them and they will be a permanent target here. We already want to invite Cynthia McKinney back to Libya for the mass graves TV show tour.

    • Why do you think those who cheered Iraqization of Libya have shifted gears to Iraqization of Syria now? This is the whole point of marketing Turkey as the new anti-Zionist secular democracy power house.

  8. I ran into some Turkish “exchange troops” when I was stationed at Redstone Arsenal in Alabama back in the mid ~60`s. They were very personable, and professional, cool people. I have friends that were in Korea during the “police action” there in early fifties, and they told me that the Turks were the bddest asses over there. I totally respect them for the stance they are taking, and I am totally embarrassed for the capons that we have “representing” us in our Gov`t. Everybody should remember that Turkey is a member of NATO, Israel is not. Israel isn`t even an ally of the United States, you have to have international borders for that, and Israel doesn`t.

    • “Israel isn`t even an ally of the United States, you have to have international borders for that, and Israel doesn`t.”

My, my…and interesting tid bit here. This is what we love good comment boards for and makes them worth the time. PR, pleae fill me in directly on whatever you have on this please at my bio email address. Thanks.

      • look it up on google, sport.

      • It is a critical, but simople point, I believe. An alliance (at least for military purposes) has to be lined to maintaining the independence and territorial integrity of the allies ho promise to defend each otgher against attack by named or unnamed adversaries. If a country lacks the deliniated borders the violatiion of which is the triggering mechanism for effectuating the alliance, there is no way of pinning down when the breach calling for action has occurred. An alliance with such a country would be like singing a blank check.

    • I think you are confusing being an ally with having a treaty. Borders are required for the latter and not the former.

Having said that, Israel is no ally of the US, but not for legal reasons.

      • There cannot, however, be any kind of formal alliance without a treaty that spells out its terms. Without a treaty, an alliance would be an empty phrase committing nobody to anything.

The real reason no one has ever sought to make a genuine alliance with israel is that it would require some kind of treaty that would speel out what each party is obligated to do and would have to go to Congress. The Israelis don’t want written down what they can get for free with political pressure.

  9. As an American and a veteran I believe that for better or for worse US foreign policy in the ME the isteli zionist and their supporters in the US have been able to make Americans believe in absurdities and thereby accepted with no opposition by any of the two political parties. Whatever the eventual outcome we Americans will end up paying a much bigger price for “our actions”.

  10. This man spoke alot of sense!

Mind blowing speech by Robert Welch in 1958 predicting Insiders plans to destroy America

  11. Can anyone take this jew Zionist criminal state seriously anymore? After being told to screw by the proud Turks who at least have some sense of national honor, what do the Israhellis do? Sign a secret military pact with the country’s historical enemy..Greece. A country run by a corrupt NWO Zionist stooge Papandreou. The Israeli state, with this action, has demonstrated that it possesses not an inking of morality or virtue whatsover. The tide has changed though and they will have a brutal awakening very soon…..the honeymoon in Hell Aviv is over.

  12. The Turks have a very good reson to be angry to the hilt with Israel they murdered there sons and they will not stand by and do or say nothing.Israel has been an ally of the US far far to long they take and take and never give back.
The US elected officals get on there knees for Israel, Israel is first in there minds not America it should be a crime what they have done to this once great nation.
I have felt the heavy hand of ISRAEL they almost MURDERED me on the high seas and did MURDER 34 of my shipmates and wounding another 174 others including me.The MURDERS were commited in cold blood as our own country refused to give us aid when they new we were under attack by the State of Israel they left us out there to die at the hands of the ISRAEL.
If ISRAEL can ghet by with MURDERING AMERICANS on the high seas they can and will get by with any thing.
To add to this true story is that our Government orderd the crew to keep there big mouths shut or we would end up in prison or dead. Thank you LBJ and every one else that have walked in his foot steps ISRAEL comes FIRST no matter how many Americans die for the State of Israel we are in three wars now all for the sake of Israel and they can”t wait to get us in another one.
What else can I say other than I thought I would see the day that this country our country would stand up to Israel and it is never going to happen very sad to say.

    • Don’t give up yet, Phil – you have been waiting a long time, but the time is almost here. Standby a little longer, sailor.

    • I wish I could make things right. You have been thru hell.

    • Well, ya see, they had that old thug Johnson by the balls because he was up to them in the Kennedy murder.. and they knew it and had the goods on him. Also honey-potted him bigtime with hollywood whores provided by movie thugs, amply recorded and photographed. Etc etc. Texas is a great state but she sure has produced some terrible politicians. There has been some gibberish that LBJ was a crypto.. a marano.. whatever.. but that’s gotta be hooey. If he was there wouldn’t be any need to blackmail him. He would just have automatically gone along with the con like the rest. Also, the fact that he lived out his last days in an agonized hell of guilt and shame indicates it as well.

    • I read your book. Great stuff. The officer who ordered you to remove your ribbons should have been court-martialed.

Don’t lose hope, though. The times they are a changing. The clearest sign of things to come is that I have been participating in weekly demonstration for Palestine in Union Square in NY for about ten years. At first the Zionist supporters were always there denouncing us and defending Israeli policies and hurling accusations at the palestinians. This led to lively discussions and arguments. Then a shift came, and fewer and fewer showed up. The real change occurred after operation Cast Lead and the attacks on the flottilla. The Zionists have become quiet as mice. Weeks go by without them seeking to defend Israeli policies. They have no arguments left. They also know it. That’s why the most they can now muster is hurl epithets as they hurry past us.

All they have left now are bullets. They have truly become paper tigers.

WE just have to keep the pressure on by exposing their lies with the truth about them.

    • Phil, We have to get the Liberty folks on tour in Turkey. That will twist a few shorts !!!

  13. Behold Amerika as she stumbles upon the floor of the General Assembly at the United Circus. She did not see herself, but others saw her, and reflected: a mumbling, drunken, overly made-up, bankrupt, demoralized, loud she-swine; heavily armed [be careful!]. Slouching to the beat of an updated version of the Star-Spangled Banner [sing along!—O’er the land of the crook and the home of the slave!], swift, hi-heeled Amerika makes her way to the speaker’s stand. Shocking! She wears a scandalous G-string made out of her national flag, and one cannot help, but to overhear the frequent self-congratulatory remarks she makes regarding her own perceived beauty: “O me so beautiful, and you all so ugly!” she stutters. Afraid, no one dares say a word [just like no one wants to start a fight with the cook, you know]. A tiresome diatribe for others to follow [she is exempt] on human rights, the rule of law, social justice, the protection of civilians, et al, egualite, liberte, fraternite, [et merdre], ad nauseam, follows. She praises Socrates, but surely, she is Trasymachus’ disciple. She is held in a very tight leash by her pimp (the most vicious of the hyenas) [also exempt], a certain crappy little nation in the Middle East, which barks orders at her with rapid and astonishing succession: Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, Pakistan, Syria, Iran…! The pimp’s commands are more like ultimatums, and there are credible rumors [the pimp publicly slaps her on occasion] that Amerika is frequently beaten on account of not following orders concisely.

  14. The Israelis wrote the book on how to f**k friends and piss off the whole world.

  15. excellent article
