Religion Is the Major Problem – The Major Down Fall of Humankind
Burn the books of religion every damned one of them. Religion has long been the killer of many humans as well as human spirit. Killings of the most horrific kinds as evidenced in our history books beyond a shadow of a doubt.
The glory and the glean of killing has only been highlighted for the purpose of carrying on these 100 percent insane doctrines of each and every religious book ever contrived and spoon fed to the desperate and the vulnerable.
Lets take a look at the reasons why this is so and why it has been allowed to continue to be the number one, and biggest influential factor that has had the biggest negative effect on human life. Control- control of another to effect gain by a perpetrator. Gain of a perpetrator to effect satisfaction of a desire or need of that perpetrator. Everything from sexual gratification to the comforts of hierarchy.

Yes this is what it is about. The need and desire to control the effects of another, including those who do not believe in the doctrine by those who preach any one of the many distorted religious ideals of the modern day.
Lets face reality. The believers can’t even agree as to what to believe so how can they expect others to believe in what they are portraying as “The Truth and Word of A God”? Put a bunch of them together in a big room and what do you have? You have a very confusing and very hardline attitude. This creates a very undesirable situation, much like , well exactly like, the world wide disaster that we have unfolding before our eyes right now on the planet.
This is a quote on the facebook page of the editor of a small town newspaper – it speaks volumes.
“Organized religion is but a tool of politics to divert attention and control the ignorant, and politics boils down to how to divide up resources. The roots of injustice and war and all that is attached is greed.”
So let’s get real here – there is no…. repeat ”NO” real hard, soft or even bits of evidence to substantiate the claims made by any one of the religious interpretations of what is fact and or fiction about any other religious doctrine. . If there was then we would not have this insane debating (warring and killing). One or the other would have this real evidence and the attention of us all.
This means that not one of the interpretations of God, Creation, Spiritual Realm….. would even come close to getting past a preliminary court process in any system that exists on the planet today. In reality there is very much evidence to prove just the opposite, and that not even one of these religious groups has it correct. Or the right to tell others that they do. As a matter of a fact you can and should ask any grade two student about the facts and they can most likely tell you ….yes, “From the Mouths of Babes” comes a kind of reality that for some may seem, well just too simple.
Many will say that “well this is a complicated issue” (religion) but in fact it is not. It is just a very convoluted issue designed to create a cloud, a veil, a smoke screen, if you will, to cover the truth. A truth that it is simple, as simple as a “Second Grader Will Tell You”. So tear down the veil, the smoke screen, clear up the air, and “Burn in Hell” the books that create this veil, this very poison that has been and is still killing this human creature, killing in the name of “Gods”. It must end….. today.
Unfortunately ego has a firm grip on the human/humans in control of these insane doctrines. A grip that won’t allow them to say, hey I could be wrong lets re-examine this, or hey I am sorry I was wrong lets start this again. Releasing this grip is the only thing that can come between the differences of Peace and Love to Hate and War.
As we now look at our ancestors and say, wow did they ever have it wrong, so too, will the future peoples look back in disgust and shame saying wow did they ever have it wrong.
It is not hard to say “I am wrong” or “I am sorry” – it is just egotistically unacceptable to be so therefore impossible to say so. However this is what the mature leaders must do to avert a complete “Mad Max” world failure. So please if there are any “Mature Leaders” out there among us step up now and do the right thing for the world citizens, and lead us not into temptation but deliver us from the evil clutches of the world wide religious beliefs, out dated by a long shot and truly unjust.
Find your soul beyond your ego and free yourselves from the chains that hold you steadfast on this path of death and destruction all in the name of religious freedom

“satan” (ie “stn” as there were no vowels in that language) was a an old Hebrew word meaning roughly “blocker”. It wasn’t a person, it was a particular job. When god saw that a person was wrong headedly pursuing a bad idea, he might send an angel down as a blocker, a “satan”, to stand in the way.. much as he supposedly did many times in that old book by having with an angel with a flaming sword bar the way.
But of course, human nature being what it is, greedy impious men objected to having their wills thwarted so they turned the stn into a personalized figure of evil.

Will he ask if women have learned to obey their men?

Will he be the Old Testament God of destruction or the New Testament God of compassion and forgiveness?
Now that we are on the dialog of what a God might be or think. What kind of universe is there that promotes war, aggression, righteousness, tyranny and oppression? Do you think that advanced beings seek out the resources of others and the expense of others? Do you think they nuke or annihilate whole world’s because the simply do not agree with or obey them?
Now let’s suppose there are levels of Gods that run sectors of the whole universe. Do you think they will have a dominate dogmatic approach to ruling the universe or do they simply place everyone far enough apart so that everyone can live out their destiny as they see fit without jeopardizing another?
Perhaps you need to start asking what God you serve and stop believing what others say about their God or what is right or wrong. Try a little critical thinking for yourself of what works and what does not, perhaps one day you might be asked to write a book like those might be asked 1000’s of years ago. Maybe your book will stand the test of all time or maybe you to might try to alter it to favor an outcome or interests of yours. Be the God that you believe in and see the world transform.

we are like people who have never seen nor heard of the ocean but have a test tube of sea water and think we can by debating the test tube, ascertain the nature of waves, tides, whales et al. Your emphatic rejection of Christ puzzles me therefore. We are like goldfish asked to explain how a Boeing flies. See that and be more humble about unknown and unseen things.
Consider rather two basic facts when assessing the existence of Jesus Christ.
1) There is a spiritual world we cannot see or explain. If you cannot believe the Bible’s word on that consider the reality of demon possession. Scott Peck (A Road Less Travelled) was a world renowned psychiatrist who trashed the idea of demon possession and challenged the church to show him an example of the same. 2) In all these cases the name and power of Jesus Christ is demonstrable. His name is the only one that every demonic entity fears. Why if he were a fable and not alive?
Less vitriol against spiritual matters would be good.

Hardly are any of the so called “leaders” we have religious. Soldiers dying: well you can’t blame anyone but them for going voluntarily in the line of fire. You can blame religion all you want for all the bad things in the world if that makes you feel better about yourself. Also you say that religion is a cloud of smoke that hides the “truth”. There’s no such thing as “the truth”, never was, never will be. There is your truth, mine, his, hers, theirs, etc. There are almost 7 billion individual truths on this planet. Good luck trying to force “your truth” on them. And if that fails , then what?

Because a lot of wars have been fought over religion. Assuming you have served, you put your life on the line for tyrants, thieves and liars. There are also many brainwashed fundementalists signing up for the military to fight muslims that they are brainwashed to believe are terrorists. The biggest terrorists sit in places of power, government as well as clergy.

One look at our world and our world as it has been for thousands of years should convince us only an insane god would have left the total rule of earth to man. And since the “major” “Abramistic” religious tracts all have set man above women proves to my satisfaction that “man” alone had a hand in writing them.
There are two stories of Eden in genesis: in the first the verse reads: “Male and female created he them.” The second was written 200 yrs. later (called strings by Biblical scholars, the use of knowledge as to how language is constantly changing to date different segments of the Bible), and this second version was the rib story, delegating women to a lower status then man, should tell us totally who had a vested interest in inserting this revision. Men not god wrote the Bible, and wrote it to give themselves more power.
That is not to say there might not be a spiritual force of some kind in the universe, but I think it is useless to seek such in the words of “man”.
How can any look at our politicians prating of god and patriotism when we know their lives give this a lie, or look at the institution of the catholic church and what they have allowed their followers to do, protecting them, how can any possibly believe these are “godly” men and not just men seeking to glorify themselves.

He was a prideful and violent guy who once began hitting me over our arguments re the Holohoax! He was very pro-Establishmentarian about the Hoax, I was arguing Revisionist points, in vain. This guy also denied that there is any “invisible government” in Washington DC., calling believers in such “nutcases.” What a dreadful piece of work this Newell guy was/is.
