BREAKING: Texas City Terror Scare

HOUSTON, 9/23/11 – Late last night I received this report from a reliable source inside the mammoth BP refinery in Texas City, Texas:
“This morning at 0930, the fire alarms went off at BP, causing an evacuation. Normally BP announces in advance when it is going to have an emergency drill, but in this case employees said that they were surprised. Many said that they were reminded of the unannounced nuclear exercise of 2006, and believe that something is up.”
Nine hours after the emergency drill there was an emergency: the BP, Marathon and Valero refineries experienced power outages. Strange flashes, officially dismissed as flares, lit up the sky throughout Galveston County. It was certainly strange, and the strangest thing of all is that it mirrored identical events involving the same three refineries on April 26 — and again on May 27. Big Oil representatives say it’s merely coincidental, but concerned residents see a highly suspicious pattern, perhaps a set of rehearsals for a staged event.
Other coincidences could suggest that something afoul may be afoot:
- Israel faces a United Nations General Assembly vote on Palestinian statehood sure to highlight it as an apartheid nation – unless an act of Muslim terror should occur. According to a former Marathon security official, speaking on condition of anonymity, Israeli Mossad and Shin Bet veterans set up the Texas City counterterror program in the wake of 9/11.
- Both stock and precious metal markets plummeted yesterday, making outsiders wonder if insiders know that something is up. That’s what happened on 9/11, after all, an event that both allayed world criticism of Israel and enriched Wall Street bears.
- NASA, ten miles north of Texas City, has mobilized for the freak freefall of a huge satellite today, the first such occurrence in over three decades. Abu Salem sofyan of Islamic Intelligence and I posted an August article in Veterans Today on the coincidences of NASA activity with both political and ecological catastrophes. The same article warned of September 22 as a danger date.
My involvement in the Texas City terror scenario has been documented by mainstream media, from a story published in The Galveston County Daily News to a broadcast carried on Portland’s Pacifica affiliate, KBOO-FM. My live broadcast with Canadian Internet radio program Cloak and Dagger is the only account of the BP explosion of July 28, 2005, an event coincidental with a NASA shuttle mission, and which involved a terrifying flashing suggestive of what was reported over Texas City last night.
All soldiers develop intuition for their area of operations, and mine is my home ground in the Houston region, which includes Galveston County. My most recent article referring to the Texas City scenario was posted in Veterans Today on Tuesday. Now a quadriplegic depending on a ventilator to breathe, I am a patient at the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center in Houston, which makes my situation tenuous. In the event that I become incapacitated, incarcerated or incommunicado, my friend Abu Salem will continue my work. His courage, commitment and candor make him uniquely qualified.

We have serious intel the last 48 hours there is something in the making, intel is coming from Germany to Algeria, and the US.

I phoned the VA hosp. at noon to be put through to his room, but did not get through. Message was that the nurse says he is asleep, try again later. I have also asked some people in the Houston area to go visit him; no answer yet on whether they will.

There seems to be no way to visit him. The front desk hours are on the weekdays and we can only visit with the patient consent. The Captain does not know me so I would certainly be turned away. I provided a link anyways to the Visitor center.

Please don’t laugh at this question…Is it possible that Congressman Ron Paul is also a target? There have been many terror attempts in the area, which happens to be in his 14th Congressional District. He’s been a gadfly on financial matters for a long time, and is continuing to make waves as a Presidential candidate, during the current never-ending financial crisis. A disaster in his district would keep him occupied for a while, and could derail his campaign. I guess we could also consider the reverse, that he might be in the loop, but I don’t think that scenario makes any sense. Just wondering…

It’s true, Ron Paul wouldn’t be in the public eye unless he were one of them. Auditing the Fed doesn’t do anything for us if we still have to pay back money that is stolen from us.

Looking up Lew Rockwell confirms that. One thing to always remember, “they” will always place their money and people within every political front that has a possibility of obtaining the reigns of power. They even tried this with Uncle Adolf, but of course that didn’t work out for ‘em.

I wouldn’t be surprised if MOSSAD hits another BP facility after their work at Deepwater. They want to get back at the UK for the Murdoch entrapment and as a warning shot against any further moves to dismantle the Zionist death hold on the UK media system.

if banksters are deciding that they will squeeze more the pentagon budget then some of the military might use Ron Paul as an arrow to pass their messages making Paul a target of rival clans fighting and a possible target… are we at this stage of the battle ?

I believe the primary target was and continues to be Texas City, and the refineries. But of course, there are other things and people in the Houston area, like NASA’s Johnson Space Center, the home of President GHW Bush, the Port of Houston (which opened in 1914, just in time for WW1), etc. Let’s not forget Hurricane Rita in 2005 which was set to strike Houston but hit the Port Arthur area instead, which also has a lot of oil platforms and refineries. Coming 1 month after Katrina, Rita led to massive evacuations which were a mess. Then we had Hurricane Ike in 2008, which made a beeline for Houston/Galveston/Texas City, and was the 2nd-costliest hurricane in US history, as well as the largest search and rescue operation in US history.
Houston’s refinery capacity is critical to the US economy, and to oil/gas prices. Wikipedia says this about Hurricane Rita: “The storm threatened a large amount of oil infrastructure that was left undamaged by Katrina. The Texas Gulf Coast is home to 23% of the United States’ refining capacity, and numerous offshore production platforms were in Rita’s path. A direct strike on Houston could disable more than a quarter of the United States’ fuel-making capacity.” When you have razor-thin capacity margins, the loss of more than 25% of refinery capacity would lead to sky-high price increases overnight.
Wikipedia says this about Hurricane Ike: “Due to its immense size, Ike caused devastation from the Louisiana coastline all the way to the Kenedy County, Texas region near Corpus Christi, Texas. In addition, Ike caused flooding and significant damage along the Mississippi coastline and the Florida Panhandle. Damages from Ike in U.S. coastal and inland areas are estimated at $29.6 billion (2008 USD), with additional damage of $7.3 billion in Cuba (the costliest storm ever in that country), $200 million in the Bahamas, and $500 million in the Turks and Caicos, amounting to a total of at least $37.6 billion in damage. Ike was the second costliest Atlantic hurricane of all time, only surpassed by Hurricane Katrina of 2005 (not adjusted for inflation; if adjusted, Ike would be the third costliest storm). The hurricane also resulted in the largest evacuation of Texans in that state’s history. It became the largest search-and-rescue operation in U.S. history.”

Please also watch the dates Sept. 28-30. Rosh Hashanah, “the day of judgment”, starts at sunset Sept. 28 and goes through to sunset Sept. 30 this year. This is one of the traditional days to settle accounts with enemies. In 2008, my spouse and I were attacked on Rosh Hashanah, and it resulted in a trip to 2 different hospitals.
I would definitely recommend that Captain May get OUT of hospital by sunset next Wednesday.
Captain May should be running for President.

Germany has been the de facto ruler of Europe through the EU and Euro, but now that structure is strangling its own members, Germany included. There has been talk of its division into 2 entities (northern Europe and southern Europe) and other possibilities, but the longer they wait to decide, the fewer options that remain.

Heard a strange explosion the other day up here in northern Michigan. Yesterday a four engine passenger liner was flying very low overhead (5,000)? or less? Flew directly over my house and turned to the south east…. very strange as there is no service for this size plane out of Traverse City.
Have seen black helis outside Charlevoix and over head a month ago.

Captain May, I’ve read several of your articles over the past year and until recentely I never knew you were a quadriplegic with ALS. I did some research on it back in college and it is an absolutely devastating illness. I have to say you’ve done some amazing work while being undeterred by that horrendous affliction. Just out of curiosity, even though you’re a quadriplegic are you still able to move your fingers? How are you able to type up your articles and put them on the internet? Are you still able to talk?
Thanks for your kind interest. I am no longer able to either speak or move my body, except for my eyes and face. Ii write my articles (very slowly) with an eye-commanded computer. My recent series “The VA in 3D” offers a revealing view of my illness, and of the harsh treatment I receive at The Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center in Houston.
Capt. May stated in a published interview, January 23, 2008:
The odds of contracting ALS in any given year are around one in 50,000. For former military men and women, the odds of contracting ALS are two in 50,000. In other words, former military personnel are twice as likely as the remaining population to contract ALS.
This could be the cause of the many injections given military personnel to vaccinate them against various illnesses. It could be because of inadvertent exposure to neurotoxins in the course of our service. It could be because of government experimentations on its military personnel, something that has become routine in modern times. In my own case, I believe that my ALS has been brought about deliberately as a means of silencing me.
