Is Canada a Safe Haven For War Criminals?
OPEN LETTER TO THE SURREY, BRITISH COLUMBIA POLITICAL LEADERS

George W. Bush, former US president and notorious accused war criminal, is scheduled to come to Surrey British Columbia on October 20th 2011 as the guest of Mayor Diane Watts and the City of Surrey Councillors.
As a person accused, on reasonable grounds of torture, war crimes and crimes against humanity, Canada is legally bound to ensure that George W. Bush does not receive safe haven from prosecution in Canada.
Therefore, Canada’s elected representatives—including those of Surrey—must fulfill this duty either by ensuring that George W. Bush is barred from entering Canada, or if he enters the country, taking measures to ensure he is prosecuted in Canada or extradited to a country willing and able to prosecute.

We remind you of the statement of London’s mayor Boris Johnson that if George W. Bush were to come to the U.K. or any other European country, “he might never see Texas again,” due to the risk of a lawful arrest for authorizing torture.
We urge the mayor and councillors to take action to ensure that George W. Bush does not receive, in violation of the law, safe haven in Surrey BC from prosecution for torture and other grave crimes.
We call on the Mayor and Councillors to:
- Advise G.W. Bush that, as a person accused on reasonable grounds of complicity in torture and other war crimes and crimes against humanity, he is not admissible to Canada unless and until such accusations have been tried and dismissed by a competent court; and,
- Advise G.W. Bush that the City of Surrey is withdrawing the invitation to speak at the October 20th 2011 event in Surrey BC; and,
- Remind G.W. Bush that if he enters Canada, he risks arrest and prosecution in Canada or extradition to another country for prosecution and that the Surrey Council will promote this application of the law.
We remind you of your duty as elected representatives to uphold the law and the rule of law, to ensure the equal application of the law and to oppose efforts to flout the law to benefit political or economic allies such as George W. Bush. Your failure or refusal to apply the law coupled with your efforts to shield George W. Bush from the law, effectively provide license to other heads of state to engage in widespread and illegal acts of war, war crimes and crimes against humanity: acts that have caused the death, injury, displacement and enforced disappearances of millions of innocent people in Iraq alone.

I live in Surrey BC and I am appalled at our Mayor’s poor choice to invite this war criminal into our City. Mrs. Watts was nominated Best Mayor in the World two years ago but this bad decision may seal her fate. She has lost my vote and support. As for the war monger Bush, we will be there to perform a citizens arrest if our government breaks it’s own laws and allows him entry. Tonight,
Dick Cheney is visiting Vancouver BC to sign his book of fables and we will be there to arrest his sorry ass too. Canada is not a safe haven. We will let our zionist influenced leaders know that we the people still own this land and they are our representatives only. No one is above the law so I would advise Nazi Bushy to stay in Texas where his world is getting smaller by the day. Maybe one day, the USA administration will grow the kahunas to try him and his group of zionist thugs in a court of law for 911, for the death of 1.4M Iraqis, for destroying Iraq, for the death of every soldier who has fought his fake war on terror and every dollar he has stolen for himself and his squad of parasites, until then, the rest of the world will hound him into a hole in the ground.
It is a safe haven for selected war criminals. Remember the “good guys” never commit war crimes, only the ones we say that we don’t like, commit war crimes.

Canada sure is a safe bet! It’s run by Stephen Harper, zionista extraordinaire up there. They have now morphed into a police state almost as bad as this one we live in here, and the military spending is off the scale there now just like it is here. So, look at the rest of the globe real hard too, and you’ll see zionist puppets in charge in other locations such as is France, with Nicholas Sarkozy, another Rothschilds boy. We knew Britain always has been home base for them (Rothschilds) but now you have these I have mentioned, and Australia run by zionist P.M. there too. The only one who seems to be bucking the system is Germany, although the mossad sure did send her a little love note when her helicopter plunged out of the sky after it had deplaned her not too long ago. About the only countries not controlled or ruled by these zionists are Venezuela and Libya and Russia, and there are days I have my doubts about Putin when he makes statements that support the zionist agenda.
Canada is merged with the U.S. now, the only thing left for the U.S. to do is tell the HawPuh (shalom) government that no need to have all this stuff at the border, just leave it open, the two nations are ideologically identical in virtually every way, and the people in Canada, though not quite as thick between the ears, are also scared shitless to open their mouths against the zionist regime that controls their country as well.
