Israel Under Retaliatory Threat?
Russia Prepared for Conflict Over Iran If Necessary, Sources Confirm

Below is my translation of a report about Russian troops being put on high alert, as it appeared on Russia’s polit.ru site.
The Kremlin is being updated about the upcoming US-backed Israeli attack on Iranian nuclear facilities, according to “Nezavisimaya Gazeta”, citing sources in the Defense Ministry. Strike will be sudden and inflicted very soon.
A full-scale war is possible. This issue was discussed at the Russia-EU summit in Brussels with the participation of Russian President Dmitry Medvedev. Russia’s permanent representative to the EU Vladimir Chizhov stated that the Israeli / the U.S attack on Iran. would lead to “catastrophic development of events.”
According to the newspaper, the military preparations of Russia to minimize the loss resulting from such a military action against Tehran were launched a year ago and are now almost complete. According to sources in the Defense Ministry, Russian 102nd military base in Armenia was fully optimized during October-November 2011.
Military families were evacuated to Russia; Russian garrison stationed near Yerevan was reduced in size; military units stationed there were transferred to the district of Gyumri, close to the Turkish border. U.S. strikes on the targets in Iran are expected from Turkey’s territory.. Since December 1, 2011 Russian forces at military bases in South Ossetia and Abkhazia’ have been put on high alert combat readiness; and Black Sea Fleet ships now cruise near the border with Georgia, which in this conflict may take the side of anti-Iranian forces.

Today, Hans Blix, former Head of International Atomic Energy Agency (1981 – 1997), told RT from Stockholm, Sweden, that:
“Threats by hawks in Israel and the US will not succeed in scaring the Iranians.”
Former Chief of the UN Inspections Commission on WMD in Iraq (2000 – 2003), Blix sees ominous similarities with the fake search for weapons of mass destruction in Iraq.
Yesterday Sergei Ryabov, Russia’s Deputy Foreign Minister, warned against US constantly increasing pressure on Iran; Russia favors a diplomatic solution, as we are trying to convince our Israeli friends of the enormous risks Israel would be taking, said Ryabov.
The Israeli public is far from being united behind the Right-Wing’s plans for a “pre-emptive” attack.
In addition to Ephraim Halevy, former Mossad chief, Israeli Minister of Finance Yuval Steinitz, Strategic Affairs Minister Moshe Ya’alon, Interior Minister Eli Yishai, Intelligence and Atomic Energy Minister Dan Meridor and Minister-without-Portfolio Benny Begin remain firmly opposed to any action against Iran.

That’s the $50,000.00 question. And a related question would be: Why didn’t Russia (or China for that matter) veto the UN resolution authorizing the Empire to destroy Libya?
I wish I knew the answer(s).
As far as the refusal to deliver the S300 system, I figure it has to be one (or some combination) of the following:
(1) Sheer stupidity.
(2) Incredulity or inability to accept/comprehend the depth of “Western” treachery and depravity.
(2) Calculated appeasement.
(3) Jewish influence.
If I had to speculate, I’d say “calculated appeasement” – based partly on Jewish influence, but mostly on an inability to accept/comprehend the depth of “Western” treachery and depravity.
The Russians probably assumed (wrongly of course) that the threat of an attack on Iran was intended to apply psychological pressure to force Iran to make concessions on its so-called “nuclear program”.
The Russians probably believed at the time that an attck on Iran, under the circumstances, would be insanity, and that “the West” would never do it.
That view might be starting to change. After what “the West” mercilessly did to Libya, and in light of the breathtaking treachery against Pakistan, supposedly an “ally” (if that’s how Washington treats a “friend” what happens to an “enemy” or a neutral party?); and with the deployment of an anti-missile system aimed at Russia; and with the blatant interference in Russian politics; and lastly, with the overt campaign to destabilize/destroy Syria now underway, only a fool would not see the agenda here.
Russia and China better take a stand, and soon, or they will wake up one day in the near future to find themselves completely isolated, surrounded by bases and missile systems, and surrounded by unfriendly governments in neighboring states, with every other independent country in the world having been smashed, and under intense subversive pressure from within.

I stand by the questions as stated, there are no run-on sentences here. Fact is, wouldn’t it be great cover for Iran to sue over it? Also, it’s fairly well known Lybia got screwed in the end, but not before they proved worthless to the CIA, just like Saddam. You aren’t very quick to understand, read again. Again, how didn’t you know Lybia agreed to be the whipping boy for the CIA for 40 years jackininny? They’ve had the mossad false flagging them since the 80′s and never made a peep about their innocence. They didn’t make a peep about the lockerby frame up, when it’s well known they were set up? And you think it’s an accident? Jesus. That coherant for ya? This is all admitted…..
First: Your second question doesn’t make sense. How can I properly respond to something that makes no grammatical sense? And to the extent it does make sense (after your feeble “clarification”), it’s not only irrelevant to the point I made, but it’s factually incorrect (e.g., Libya did deny responsibility for Lockerbie).
Second: Maybe you’d be taken more seriously if you at least knew how to spell “Libya” correctly.
Third: You assertion that Iran got the S300 anyway, is just that: an assertion. A bare assertion, that isn’t supported by any facts, and makes no sense. What would be the motive to conceal Iran’s possession of the S300? You haven’t suggested any kind of motive. So far, with regard to Iranian weapons systems, they’ve done just the opposite. They seem to want “the West” (and Israel) to know what they have, apparently as a deterrent. They don’t want to be attacked. They’re always showing off and demonstrating new weapons; so your assertion not only lacks any factual support, but it goes against Iran’s established practice of showing off any new weapons deployments.
Lastly, what do you mean by “they proved worthless to the CIA, just like Saddam”? It seems you’re just making meaningless statements.
Libya was the price they paid for admittance to the WTC!

In case you haven’t noticed, the Israeli’s don’t seem especially afraid of the repercussions from their attack on IRAN. It’s not that they have extrodianary courage, or even an average amount, just a calculated assessment of what will happen.
The reason, I believe this ,is that the “Jews” that control the situation are in other parts of the world. They think that since they have always prospered, even after being chased from country to country, they can regroup afterwards, and since their primary strongholds are in the US – NYC and Britain – London they will be away from the fray, still have their bases of power and support, and skate through unharmed and intact,…at least the controlling Jews, too bad for the rest, another holocaust story to whine over and exploit. They were completely willing to sacrifice many in WW ll, just so they could press the US for sympathy and a country afterwards.
It’s a wonder these countries (including the decent part of America and Israel) don’t get together and send in some crack teams to visit all these Zionist monsters in Israel , America and Europe and circumvent all this bloodshed , destruction and possible Nuclear pollution to our beautiful planet . What do they bring to the table for our sake? Oil? We have enough and will have total electric cars sooner than most people think. So what if all of that region was gone…what happens in America tomorrow? As Gordon Duff and others have posited here, Israel can’t attack Iran, except for (perhaps) small-scale strikes. It doesn’t have either the airspace access or long range fueling capacity needed for an all-out war.
I’m sure Israel IS under retaliatory threat, but this is a matter of course and standard operating procedure. Russia, China and others can’t take Israeli belligerence for granted.
The constant and well-publicized Israeli warmongering is a setup for Israel’s next false-flag attack on the US, IMHO. It will be easy for the zionist reptiles to point the finger at Iran, saying that Iran knew they would be attacked (by Israel and/or US) and therefore acted “preemptively” with a nuke or six in NY, Chicago, wherever. My guess would be Seattle, with it’s coastal access and relatively low Jewish population.
Jim, the Press TV clip you included at the end is excellent and worthy of watching several times. But you need to make a slight correction. The clip is of Mark Bruzonsky being interviewed, not Krasnow.
