Iran Crisis: Something Fishy

Contrived?  Is That the Word I am Looking For?

        by Gordon Duff,  Senior Editor

From the sound of it, the US stands ready to attack Iran any day now.  Now for the funny part.

Two days ago, I took my wife down to get a replacement ID card.  We go to our local Air Force Base, headquarters of the 180th Fighter Wing, more or less the “tip of the spear” as for American air power.

This is our local boys, family to our town, this is “our” military.  They are quietly home, alive and well and not relocating to the Middle East.

You can’t even count how many times they have been deployed but they aren’t deployed now.

I tend to not believe in the current crisis and the threatened attack.  I have intelligence sources in most governments in the region, safely, the equal of the CIA, perhaps better.  I am more “likeable” even on my grumpy days.

Back years ago, 9/11, the first thing I asked was “who makes money off this.”

By 2006, we had enough witnesses come forward we could prove our suspicions that, essentially, America’s government had fallen in 2000 and a cabal, the same that orchestrated the Afghanistan invasion, the Iraq invasion, the phony intelligence for both, those pulling the Bush/Blair “strings” planned and executed 9/11.

In the end, we have stood for years now ready to arrest Americans and Israelis and not one single Muslim.  This would be the easiest criminal case in history.

After 11 years, covering up 9/11 is more Zionism than the “wailing wall” or bulldozing homes in the West Bank.  Israel has screamed “we did it” even to the point where, on a personal basis, they don’t even deny it.

Nuclear Bomb Core Model that Vanunu Photographed at Dimona - Many Years Ago

Only Julian Assange and, oh, I forgot, George Galloway deny it.

Now, George Galloway, the “spotted zebra” of the “left” in Britain is crying out against war in Iran.  This is a guy who is still trying to sell the old 9/11 report, you know, the one with the plane that hit the Pentagon after we finally got ahold of the video of the missile?

This is the same George Galloway that says Israel has no nuclear weapons when Mordechai Vanunu has done so many years in prison proving it to us.

Israel has admitted to having nuclear weapons so many times, threatened so many people with the “Samson Option” and still good old George Galloway is crying about how Mubarak was going to throw the poor Jews into the sea for so many years.

Now, of course, Mubarak faces execution because it turns out he was an Israeli agent for those 30 years, only one of the many Israeli “lapdogs” that made up George Galloway’s imaginary army of fanatics.

Now Galloway is defending Iran. That brings me to the obvious question, who is making money off the current crisis?

The answer is simple:  Iran. Who else? Israel?

Demand way Down - New Reserves Way Up, Yet Prices Don't Come Down - Are We Getting Scammed?

Back at the end of October, we stumbled on buying patterns in oil futures.  With oil usage down 10% or more in the US, 20% in most of Europe, with China’s buying going “soft” and world oil stockpiles up 40%, oil futures would be worthless except in the case of the Straits of Hormuz being closed by Iran.

The buying was traced down to Israel.  They bought the futures and if oil went under $50 per barrel, not only would that help bring back the economies of the EU and US in a major way, Israel would lose billions and, oddly, so would Iran.

97% of Iran’s money depends on oil exports and the prospect of $50 dollar oil would collapse the current regime in Tehran in two months.

Instead, the current crisis, which has taken oil to over $100 per bbl for no rational reason has been a life saver for Iran.

Who would want that? Israel?

Did they cut a deal with the Mullahs like we said so many weeks ago, a deal to stage a crisis, Israel would buy up futures, Iran would crank out oil and the economies of the US and EU would have to go to the “banking system,” read “Rothschilds” for more money to keep things glued together.

The victim of all this?  Is is America and the EU?  Is the exact same thing being done, world wide, with natural gas as well, another commodity that actually has crashed at the wholesale level but has avoided any retail price drops?

Normally, for there to be a crisis, something should happen.  In this case, the crisis seems to have been driven by a potential crash in oil prices, which, of course, would be a blessing for the West.

As many know, the US, formerly an importer of gasoline is now the world’s largest exporter of gasoline.  There is nowhere to store gasoline anymore, every tank farm in the world is full, there is no one to buy it, no money, no jobs to go to, same as with natural gas, no heat for abandoned homes, empty factories and closed stores.

Scam.

Say Hello to One of the Big Boys

Extremely reliable sources in the former Soviet Union informed Veterans Today some weeks ago that Iran had purchased 6 nuclear warheads, thermonuclear actually, 550 kt each.

These were bought from one of 37 missiles left in the Ukraine by Russia, sold to Iran by the previous government.  Our sources are the highest levels of military and intelligence with confirmations inside Iran itself.

These bombs were bought, an embarrassment in itself for a country that, years ago, had a failed nuclear program.

They are huge bombs, each big enough to blow up Paris or Rome or destroy half of Israel.

Their initial purpose?  They were to warn off the US when Iran received proof as did VT that PNAC, the mysterious group that gets blamed for everything nowawdays, had submitted plans for an invasion of Iran to the Bush White House even before the unelected president “took” office.

Our sources read the plans, sat through meetings with President Bush on several occasions going over the proposed invasion and so many other criminal activities in the White House.

The FBI knows also.  Certain members of the Bush staff at the pinnacle of power agreed to “wear a wire” for the FBI’s investigation of Israeli spying on the US, spying done by members of the Bush advisory staff, Rand Corporation, PNAC, State Department and National Security Council.

The “highest of the high” were taped for hours, as some may  or may not remember, arrests were made, as they so often are, charges were dropped because of “national security” as they so often are, and few Americans learned how their country was run by Israel, how it was spied on and how Israel had orchestrated the theft of a presidential election, the planning of 9/11, the invasion of Afghanistan, Iraq and Iran.

Iran didn’t work like it was supposed to.

Spy Mics Are Very Tiny Now

Part of the deal was to loot the US and EU economies.  How has that worked out?

We talked with people who “wore the wire” and were debriefed each week by the FBI, top White House officials.  Oh, they have come forward, were there to be anyone to listen.

There isn’t.  Everyone, almost, has come forward, or would, were there anyone or anything to “come forward” to.

Then we return to “Iran,” the crisis without a crisis.  There is no new “hard intelligence” on Iran.  There is no “smoking gun.”  There are no witnesses though such things no longer mean anything since torture can get anyone to say anything.

All of it is “fluff.”

America has sent out 3 carrier battle groups.  Iran is playing along, testing missiles, running their little boats in circles.  Iran has little military other than 13 million militia that make them impossible to invade.

In fact, the only thing propping up their government now is the huge “blip” in oil prices that America has been ordered to bring about by whoever orders America about and the “foreign threat” thingie.

This may be the biggest joke of all.  Iran, or a newspaper of some kind anyway, seems to have notified the world that Iran has now opened a very small nuclear enrichment site under 300 feet of rock, which would, of course, require a 30 megaton nuclear weapon to destroy.

This Expensive Baby Will Not Do the Trick - You Need a Big Nuke

America has no 30 megaton nuclear weapons in its arsenal anymore, with treaties being such.

One might ask, why announce that now?  Who benefits?

Is it real or just a phony target to push up oil prices more?

Are you beginning to understand yet? It takes two to tango.

  1. Gordon, here’s a guy who claims to have aliens connections, saying that the ETs/EDs (extraterrestrials/extradimensionals) have been pinching the NWO’s hardware as well as ridding us of these tedious warmongers.

    Extracts from:
    http://johnkettler.com/middle-east-war-canceled.html/
War in the Middle East has been narrowly averted. Iran, formerly the leading trouble maker of the Middle East, is now seeking “serious negotiations” and has promised to stop seeking to acquire the means to build nuclear weapons, to include the ultra centrifuges which have been the cargo obtained in a series of Middle East-originated shuttle runs from Iran to Germany and back. Turns out all those runs were made in Russian aircraft, flown by Russian crews, and the last such plane and cargo “vanished.” According to ET/ED (extraterrestrial/extradimensional) sources, “We have the plane and crew.” If so, the Russians are now in the same boat as the Americans, who had a B-2A Spirit Stealth Bomber vanish in front of horrified eyes at Whiteman Air Force Base, Missouri. Terrestrial sources report of the disappeared Russian transport aircraft: “They can’t find the plane anywhere.”

….Having retargeted Israel’s ballistic missiles on Israel and locked out all further reprogramming, the ET/ED forces have reportedly taken the nuclear armed Kfir force from its underground hangars and carried it off, just as happened to recovered UFOs at the Area 51′s S4 in the U.S. For good measure, the ET/ED group has also reportedly ensured no more nuclear weapons will ever come from the super secret nuclear weapon production facility located deep below the Dimona Reactor in Israel. This is the one outed by Israeli nuclear technician and whistleblower Mordechai Vanunu. The sense conveyed regarding Dimona was that the underground levels had been filled in, manner unspecified, rendering the complex useless. Israel still has hundreds of nuclear weapons left, but has been sent an unmistakable signal. Removing Israel’s first strike capability should help bring peace to the Middle East.

  2. Why shouldn’t Iran go underground with its nuclear program? Israel had already done that during the time of JFK.

    In 2005, Vanunu told me:

“Did you know that President Kennedy tried to stop Israel from building atomic weapons? In 1963, he forced Prime Minister Ben Guirion to admit the Dimona was not a textile plant, as the sign outside proclaimed, but a nuclear plant. The Prime Minister said, ‘The nuclear reactor is only for peace.’

“Kennedy insisted on an open internal inspection. He wrote letters demanding that Ben Guirion open up the Dimona for inspection.

“When Johnson became president, he made an agreement with Israel that two senators would come every year to inspect. Before the senators would visit, the Israelis would build a wall to block the underground elevators and stairways. From 1963 to ’69, the senators came, but they never knew about the wall that hid the rest of the Dimona from them.

“Nixon stopped the inspections and agreed to ignore the situation. As a result, Israel increased production. In 1986, there were over two hundred bombs. Today, they may have enough plutonium for ten bombs a year.”-“BEYOND NUCLEAR: Mordechai Vanunu’s FREEDOM of SPEECH Trial and My Life as a Muckraker: 2005-2010″

Corporate Media under Zionist control also ignores that Vanunu is still waiting in Tel Aviv for the right to leave that apartheid State. Keep posted on Israel’s denial of Vanunu’s human rights @ http://www.youtube.com/user/vanunuvmjc

  3. The problem is: war ( and its beginnings) is a stochastic process, meaning there are many (in this case) indeterminate variables. So. we have a developing situation where the flow of events is not under anyone’s precise control. Though logic may inspire Mr. Duff to conclude war is not in the cards, at least in the near term, we may want to rely more on our experience that things can ( and usually do in complex matters) get ‘wild’. In the blink of an eye, we could find ourselves in a whole s***load of trouble. People make mistakes and, in politics and in war, they are usually great big mistakes. So, recognizing the general depravity of our leaders, I betting on war and ruination.

  4. I have no time for Galloway – he is an extreme lefty – and like all lefties he finds ways to punish and criticise the real British people and promote everyone else. Conversely I have all the time in the world for Gordon who is fast becoming a real-life superhero in my eyes. I have never been able to fault Gordon in any of his articles and detail.

All the same I must admit that I have heard Galloway recently referring to Israel’s vast array of nuclear weaponry on a Brit radio programe. He has been arguing with the pro-war brigade that want to attack Iran simply because they have been moronically absorbing all the lies sewn into the background of the establishment media in Britain. It works in the same way that it does in the US of course. So I don’t know where this story of his denying Israeli nukes has come from. It could be some sort of sarcastic joke that he has cracked that was lost in translation. (A bit like Monty Python’s Flying Circus!)

Galloway is a difficult person for Brits to understand let alone anyone else. He does come up with some good information and exposures from time to time – but not for the same reasons that we as veterans and patriots do. He is of the extreme left and as such is never worried about the patriotic national interest – usually some other obscure crusade. From time to time he becomes an ally because of a stance he might take to be controversial – but like all socialists – he has fallen for the big Marxist lie. The one that disguises that evil totalitarian system of slavery as ‘equality’ and humanitarianism.

    @ Trowbridge H. Ford
    .
Agree with you that US was always present in Asia. But during Cold War Asia was rather periphery of US attention. China was populous but also economically underdeveloped. India although was allying with USSR but at the same time due to its economic underdevelopment and its involvement in regional conflicts did not represent significant danger to the US. Most of US attention was in Europe with Middle East and South America being also amongst great importance to so called US interests. And then Soviet intervention in Afghanistan, economic development of China, as well as economic development of East Asia in general turned US attention to the region.
    .
It is projected that in the next 10 years maritime trade over Pacific Ocean will overshadow trade over Atlantics. Economic and political power as well as human resources is shifting from Europe to Asia and US is shifting its interests along this.
    .
And also could you please provide any sources to suggested US space weapons involvement as well as to the suggested US Navy involvement in what is thought to be natural disasters?

    Thanks, Uzbek In The UK.

Glad to supply sources about my claims regarding America’s ability to make earthquakes, hurricanes, floods, and other associated disasters.

For what happened in Sichuan, here is the best article, but my other ones in the 16-part series, and it’s not finished yet, should also be read:

    http://cryptome.org/0001/usa-disaster8.htm

The best confirmation about their basic validity is that John Young’s cryptome site posted them all, and he agreed to have a private meeting with me on June 9, 2010 – what I thought would be a nice lunch. Instead it was an intelligence meeting on the banks of the Hudson, and far away from anyone where he asked me why and how I was writing the series.

He obviously thought I was someone’s spy, most likely China’s, or I was getting leaked information from one of America’s axis of evil. Of course, his suspicions were absolute rubbish, as I just arrived at them by finding real information in open sources.

Still he tried to get me to confess by telling me that the Agency was trying to kill me again, and it was, in the hope that I would break down or make most damaging confession. Of course, I just expressed my surprise of their still trying to kill a law-abiding American.

Young still continued posting the articles in the hope that I would reveal something damaging, but I never did.

He did stop having anything to do with my work when I finally talked about his being a deep Agency agent, and its attempts to kill me.

While the activities of the USS Jimmy Carter are discussed in a earlier one in the series, maybe you might find it easier by just using this link:

    http://www.veteranstoday.com/2011/10/02/how-uss-jimmy-carter-blew-apart-the-pacific-ring-of-fire/

The USA, the way it’s going, will soon surpass Hitler and Stalin in its murder of innocents.

    ———————————————

Why other people are not researching such developments?

Fear, I think. They are afraid of being seen as a conspiracy theorist, or someone who has apparently gone off the rails, so the hundreds of billions that that US government has invested is such systems are simply ignored.

  7. Mr. Duff,

could it be that the deliberate and timely convenient outbreak of the Nigerian crisis (general strike and more) have to do with the current situation in the Middle East?

What makes me even more thinking, is the fact that in Europe we just begin to fall into a deep economic depression (beside all the banking and financial scums), which also seems to fall into just the same ime frame as the war mongering.

I get the strong feeling, that this economic crisis is managed cleverly and cold harted by those, who have more goals than only short term financial profits out of an Iran crisis.

The past fundamental upliftings of oil and gas prices where well planned and last until today. This current crises only makes sense to me, if there is more behind it than only short term thinking of special groups and industries. Of course, we should never forget the ever growing influence of the military industrial complex, which watches delightful while cashing huge amounts of money as well as contracts, as all of this is unfolding.

  9. Basically agree that there will not be a deliberate war with Iran, but not for most of the reasons stated, especially that Tehran has already purchased six nuclear weapons from the Russians, and that the Americans don’t have the ability to destroy Iran’s spread-out nuclear facilities.

In talking about Iran’s efforts to obtain nuclear weapons, Reed and Stilliman stressed in The Nuclear Express what the North Koreans and the Chinese were willing to supply in the process. Nothing about the Russians, and I believe them.

As for underground facilities, especially in mountainous and sandy areas, the Chinese have already learned that it isn’t so easy to protect them after the America’s destroyed most of their underground facilities, especially their nuclear testing ones, with the laser-caused earthquake in Sichuan in May 2008.

The Iranianss have already gotten their taste of this, though they have yet to possess nuclear weapons, with the earthquakes they have been subjected to, most recently the underground site in the finishing stages of its construction a year ago last December.

Despite all the scares about some preemptive strikes and the Iranians alleged counterstrokes, the West is following still the measures recommended by Reed and Stillman of keeping up the pressure on the mullahs, especially sanctions, until they quit.

The process is bound to drive up the price of oil while making it harder for Tehran to get the funds it hopes to survive on.

    • You speak about earthquakes, made with laser weapons just as “normal” or “shure” as other authors speak of of earthquakes made with Haarp.

Now, this makes me a bit curious. What makes you so shure about this and why don’t we here more about this “fact” on other places?

      D. Reimers

  10. “the one with the plane that hit the Pentagon after we finally got a hold of the video of the missile?”

    We did? Where is it?

  11. Charlotte NC Bill

“Mega dittos” as they say on the Limbore show.

  12. Why use the idiot Galloway to further discredit Iran, when he’s already accomplished that gargantuan feat, along with demolishing what’s left of Press TV in the process?

  13. Yet, the little puke Georgie Stephanopoulos proudly announces that war is on the doorstep with Iran, etc etc. With no cover from the MSM, none of these adventures would be possible. As such, Georgie and his ilk should be subject to the Sedition laws, yet it will never happen. In this regard, Rush Limbore and others on the other side of the issue are absolutely in the same canoe. This can only mean that left and right, Democratic and Republican, sides are one and the same. Limbore has fooled the American public with his “I love America” tripe for over 20 years. He’s merely a ten cent traitor, proudly dispensing his mendacious tripe in the impassioned voice reeking of internal rot. We lose both ways, Limbore is just another major cog in lies and deception as practiced by the media.

    • The media is a GIANT disinformation racket and they’re ALL in on the cover up. Every damn one of ‘em. I worked in the TV biz long before 9/11 and to criticize Israel or anything Jewish was (and still is) a one-way ticket to the unemployment office.

Not to mention blacklists, they are real, too. Once you go against the Boss, you’re out, even if you were lucky enough to get in, in the first place.

I found this out the hard way, although the bastards did me a favor, in the end.

  14. Of course every country plays to its interests, and especially spins events as they unfold to suit those interests. Iran is not going to become purely a victim of a unilateral smearing of its international reputation and economy if it can help it.

Now, to assume that Iran would become bedfellows with factions that it has no reason to trust and allow them unprecedented access to its sovereign borders is unlikely. Many would like to think Iran’s government are irrational actors who preach about a 12th Imam and look forward to bringing about Armageddon — we call these idiots Zionists, who appoint themselves other peoples’ land based on a special message from their equally absent sky captain. Unfortunately, it takes a shrewd and calculating bunch to usurp power over a cosmopolitan and educated people.

I think the spat has everything to do with a US/Israeli belligerency to claw at whatever remains of their degrading share in Middle East soft power and Iran’s moves to close that out completely. For instance, by retaking security of the PG, booting the US out of Iraq, and giving the US little reason to be in its backyard.

Now, is Iran at fault for escalating this issue? I don’t know, would you expect a rape victim to not put up a fight, and then would say the rape victim “was asking for it”? Where is the Persian Gulf again, off the coast of Louisiana or…?

    • ps – the move to reveal the underground facility is completely legal under the NPT and actually complies with the provisions for notifying the agency about such facilities to a tee. The complaint here is rendered by the Media – a fifth column – and a bunch of amateur yellow journalists who should be the first to be assassinated.

      • no doubt the facility is legal
my question…why not announce it next month?

there is more than this to it but this article is long enough

        • Bingo. The Iranians have had ample opportunity to nip much of this in the bud. This supports your thesis fully – and I agree, Iran is taking advantage of the psy-ops regarding the real goal of preventing Iran’s natural regional hegemony. They rarely, however, shoot from the hip or employ gut-reactions to make decisions. As do China and Russia. The sanctions they signed advanced their own interests: they rid the Iranian verticals of a West willing to give up its own share of that market (and it’s a large, significant market). China, for instance, then turned to Iran and used the reduction of competitors for Iran’s oil, purchasing power and other market goods as a means to advance their own bargaining positions (we want your oil/goods for cheap since no one else is now there to buy it; or now that you cannot buy these goods from the West, they are double the price, etc.)

The NPT asks for notification (without exceptions as of 2005) for all facilities ready for nuclear materials reception within at least 6 months’ time (so a 6 month advanced notice before nuclear material is transferred) and the IAEA reserves the opportunity to inspect the site whether or not nuclear material is present there. It would seem to me that Iran made a risk-benefit calculation here and found that letting the world know of its legal move would allow the US to continue a poorly handled and transparent campaign to build a war against Iran. It could also be the case that Iran announced this location in a move to eliminate any chance for a “causus belli” to be falsely exploited by the warmongering West. Imagine what would have happened if this site was not completely legal and announced first by Iran?

Yes, it needs another article ! ;)
