Prosecution of Andrew Adler under Provisions of NDAA

Subject: The Prosecution of Mr. Andrew B. Adler under the Provisions of NDAA, et al.

Dear Senator Levin:

The trial records confirm that so-called “Holocaust deniers” never advocate that anyone be murdered. At the core, they advocate free-speech; a human right that was horribly suppressed by a brethren that formed the Soviet Union, that later orchestrated the Nuremberg Trials wherein, that very same satanic brethren alleged that, the “Holocaust” was evidenced.

America is now overrun with a Marxist-Leninist brethren; an overrunning that is assisted by surreptitious provisions of NDAA. It appears that a complete right to free-speech under the United States Constitution is a matter of exclusivity; now reserved for the likes of Mr. Andrew B. Alder.

Recent history shows that this exclusivity extends to criminals like “Adam Yahiye Gadahn,” the so-called American al Qaeda, whose real name is Adam Pearlman. Exclusive right to free-speech also extends to “Yousef al-Khattab,” another so-called American al Qaeda whose real name is Joseph Cohen; a New York City taxi driver! Pearlman, Cohen, and Alder have not been prosecuted for their crimes. Below we detail the latter relating to Mr. Adler, but let us review some relevant and simple questions:

Suppose a man of German descent, a U.S. citizen living in Dearborn Michigan, a constituent, openly advocated murdering a United States president?

Suppose a woman of Iraqi descent, a U.S. citizen living in Dearborn Michigan, a constituent, openly advocated murdering a United States president?

Suppose a man of Syrian descent, a U.S. citizen living in Dearborn Michigan, a constituent, openly advocated murdering a United States president?

Suppose a woman of Lebanese descent, a U.S. citizen living in Dearborn Michigan, a constituent, openly advocated murdering a United States president?

Suppose a man of Palestinian descent, a U.S. citizen living in Dearborn Michigan, a constituent, openly advocated murdering a United States president?

Senator Levin, how fast do you think the provisions of your un-American Bolshevik-styled NDAA would be inflicted upon these constituents?? The truthful answer is that these fictional constituents would be arrested and perhaps water boarded (owing to Judge Mukasey’s inability to comprehend the simple definition of torture). Under your NDAA provisions, the military arrest of these fictional constituents would occur with your proclamations that the events of 9/11 and the “war on terror” are justification for indefinite internment in the FEMA/DHS archipelago.

Alternatively, barring some deeply clandestine threat chicanery/staging that you may be aware of, which goes beyond the scope of this letter, there is nothing fictional about Mr. Adler. His treason involves at least three interrelated points:

1. Adler and his news media colleagues; their attempts at diversion and exploitation.
2. The implied threat to12-term Congressman and Republican Presidential candidate Ron Paul.
3. Adler as a mouthpiece for widespread long-standing attitudes, not a recent one-off “whacko.”

Point 1: The so-called news media attempted to divert us from Adler’s criminality. The media relies on humanity being naive or too overburdened (sustaining themselves amidst the ponzi-nomics of moneychangers such as Walter Rothschild, Jacob Schiff, Bernard Madoff, Steven Rattner, George Soros, Woodrow Wilson, Lawrence Summers, Henry Paulson, Ben Shalom Bernanke, Timothy Geithner, et al.)

Let us help humanity with an understanding of how the media cannot be trusted regarding the subject. Typical coverage included the Jewish Telegraphic Agency, The Huffington Post, Haaretz, The Jerusalem Post, etc. Their headlines read:

“Atlanta Jewish Times owner apologizes for Obama assassination scenario ”

“Andrew Adler, ‘Atlanta Jewish Times’ Publisher, Apologizes For Obama Assassination Comments”

“Atlanta Jewish Times publisher resigns over Obama ‘assassination’ column: Andrew Adler suggested Israel should assassinate U.S. President Barack Obama to counter Iran’s nuclear weapons program ”

“Atlanta paper owner quits over Obama hit article ”

In his role as a mouthpiece, Adler never made any statement that narrowly correlates to these headlines. Specifically, he did not declare that murder should be limited to our current president, Barack Obama. Entitled What would you do?, published in his widely distributed Atlanta Jewish Times on January 13, 2012, his precise statement reads (ATTACHMENT 1):

“Three, give the go-ahead for US-based Mossad agents to take out a president deemed unfriendly to Israel in order for the current vice president to take his place, and forcefully dictate that the United States policy includes its helping the Jewish state obliterate its enemies.”

As an honest person can plainly see, our current president is not mentioned by name in Adler’s article. He broadly declares that “a president” should be murdered by “US-based Mossad agents.” Adler openly declared that assets of a foreign power be deployed on U.S. soil for the purpose of murdering a citizen. (It is safe to assume that Adler is familiar with the following examples of US-based Mossad agents: Oded Ellner, Paul Kurzberg, Sivan Kurzberg, Omer Marmari, and Yaron Shmuel.)

Reading their coverage in-detail, the controlled media attempted to divert our attention from the true Adler issue by exploiting and emphasizing the current disapproval ratings of President Obama, but also the diatribe of entangling interests with respect to the zionist state of Israel. One indicative headline was promoted by Haaretz:

“Jewish publisher is an idiot – but his hatred is shared by many”

And who exactly are these haters? Please see Point 3 below.

Senator Levin, let us not allow the so-called news media to divert our focus from the true issue: The issue is not President Obama’s disapproval ratings, or hateful rants about “American leadership” or an “ironclad commitment” regarding Israel. The true issue is the treason of Andrew B. Adler. Period.

Point 2: For context we must go back to the bigotry and unmitigated hatred of the Republican Jewish Coalition (RJC). In December 2011 the RJC openly confirmed their special brand of treason by disallowing 12-term Congressman and Republican Presidential candidate Ron Paul to participate in the RJC forum. The Huffington Post headline was typical:

“Ron Paul Not Invited To Republican Jewish Coalition Presidential Candidates Forum”

I am confident you remember those headlines. Commenting on their decision, while simultaneously documenting their hatred of President Obama, RJC Executive Director Matt Brooks declared:

“He’s just so far outside of the mainstream of the Republican Party and this organization . . . inviting him would be like inviting President Barack Obama.”

Adler did not limit his call for murder to that of our current president; he declared that “a president” should be killed by “US-based Mossad agents.” He declared that assets of a foreign power should be deployed for the purpose of murdering a citizen that he, and perhaps his brethren Matt Brooks, had decided had failed regarding their “Israel first” demands. But the issue is not agreement or disagreement with self-serving opinions regarding what constitutes the “mainstream.” Senator Levin, the issue is the treason of Andrew B. Adler, and how murder of “a president” was its focus.

Point 3: Building on Points 1 and 2 above, and the most alarming, is the reality that Adler’s ‘stream of consciousness’ is not an isolated singular opinion of some “whacko.” After Adler resigned as editor and publisher of the Atlanta Jewish Times, a torrent of articles quoted scores who echoed the portent of his What would you do? article. On January 24, 2012 the Jewish Telegraphic Agency (JTA) headline:

“Obama assassination column raises question: Why do some Jews see Obama as so sinister?”

The notion that Adler represents an isolated opinion is insulting and absurd. This JTA article states:

“As wacky as Adler’s column was, it was an extreme expression of a viewpoint that carries great currency among Obama’s Jewish critics: that the president represents a serious danger to Jews and to Israel.”

Great currency? Adler was not a young, inexperienced reporter. He was owner and publisher of a major news journal in one of the largest cities in the United States: Atlanta, Georgia. In that position his routine contact with very high level people is obvious; it was implicit, it was part of his job. Confirming that Adler was not thinking or publishing in a vacuum, JTA quoted many interviewees:

“I think Obama’s overriding goal is to have Israel destroyed. He puts steps in motion to bring about the destruction of the State of Israel. He takes baby steps and is slowly putting things in play to do Israel damage in the long run. There’s a strategy behind this.” Randy Silver, Glenview, Ill.

“I will admit to serious questions about whether he’s a Muslim and whether he hates Jews. It’s a possibility. I’m very uncomfortable with him.” Noah, New York physician.

“We know that Pharaoh hired Joseph because it suited him, but down the road when it didn’t suit him he made his family slaves.” Clive, New York, NY.

“The President of the United States is advancing jihad against the oath of office that he took. If he is agitating Muslims against Jews, will he declare war on Israel?” Pamela Geller, author.

“I’ve never seen as much enmity toward a president by American Jews as I do toward Obama. I’ve never heard people say, as they say to me, ‘I hate him.’ ”  Morton Klein, national president of the Zionist Organization of America.

But if there is any doubt that Adler was parroting a broad base of hatred toward “a president,” then his very words confirming this reality should be highlighted:

“Yes, you read ‘three’ correctly. Order a hit on a president in order to preserve Israel’s existence. Think about it. If I have thought of this Tom Clancy-type scenario, don’t you think that this almost unfathomable idea has been discussed in Israel’s most inner circles? …You have got to believe, like I do, that all options are on the table.”

Adler’s attempt to diminish his treason as “unfathomable” cannot overwrite the well-known history of Alan Dershowitz, and the latter’s boasting of having served on “an Israeli assassination panel” while promoting his psychotic, lawless notion of “the virtue of targeted assassination.” Nor can Adler undo the vileness of the American Jewish Committee Commentary Magazine article by John Podhoretz (son of hate and war mongering Norman Podhoretz) of July 2009 entitled, The Turn Against Israel.

The media promoted notion that Adler is isolated and recent is laughable. But again, the true issue is his demonstrated, documented treason against the United States of America and “a president.”

Do you (Senator Levin) recall your December 10, 2006 interview wherein you openly declared that you did not “know” that Israel possessed nuclear weapons?  With your pusillanimity in full view (ATTACHMENT 2), let us ask a simple question: Suppose a high level official of the Islamic Republic of Iran proclaimed:

“We possess several hundred atomic warheads and rockets and can launch them at targets in all directions, perhaps even at Rome. Most European capitals are targets of our air force.”

As you know, and as your constituents are aware, that statement was not made by an Iranian. While also indicating hatred for the Christian Church, Professor Martin Van Crevel of Hebrew University in Jerusalem was openly promoting the nuclear holocaust planned by Israel under their “Samson Option.”

The senatorial record proves that you never criticized that hateful outburst by the terrorist Van Crevel. (Neither has your associate Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu (heading a regime that continues to accept massive U.S. aid while refusing to sign the Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty). Senator Levin, why is it when Andrew Adler openly declares the Sampson Option against the Office of the President of the United States, we are also deafened by your silence? This is no trivial question.

That the House and Senate are corrupted by entangling interests is partially reflected in the lowest public approval ratings in history. That the media is controlled, corrupt and untrustworthy is well-known.

The public is also increasingly aware of the exclusivity of the so-called justice system. For example, violation of the so-called “Holocaust” laws is enforced with Inquisition-like brutality and expediency. A notorious prosecution involved years, millions in taxpayer funding, a clandestine extradition process, and a prison sentence of five years! At no time did the most ardent prosecutor of this “Holocaust denier” even attempt to establish that the accused advocated murdering anyone, let-alone “a president.”

The reality that you have remained silent on this subject borders on complicity, and I will not tolerate being represented by that level of apparent inveracity. We certainly do not demand ‘Inquisition-like brutality,’ nor do we require the unconstitutionality of your NDAA provisions. We merely ask that, as a Senator involved in lawmaking that allegedly protects us from terrorists, that you assist in the legal process that brings expedient justice, at both the state and federal level, to the terrorist Andrew B. Adler.

Just so we are clear Senator Levin, I am an “America First!” patriot, with no real second place in mind. Anyone that threatens the Office of the President threatens all Americans. In this context I expect you to uphold the law. To this end I will be telephoning your Washington office shortly.
