Breaking – Jeb Bush Backs Zimmerman Arrest in Killing

Even Jeb Bush Shocked

Zimmerman’s Weapon Illegal Due to Domestic Violence Restraining Order

“The lack of arrest doesn’t make sense to me.”  … Jeb Bush

Federal Law:     18 U.S.C. §922(g)(8):

It is unlawful for a person who has a Protection Order (Florida’s Final Judgment of Injunction for Protection Against Domestic Violence meets federal definition of “Protection Order”) in effect against him/her to possess a firearm and/or ammunition, ship or transport same in interstate commerce, receive any which have been so shipped or transported, or have seized firearms returned.

by  Gordon Duff,  Senior Editor

Florida Gov. Jeb Bush and “stealth” Republican presidential front-runner is a supporter of the “Stand Your Ground” law, but  yesterday admitted that he did not know why an arrest was not made in the case  and further, that the broad-spanning law did not seem to cover George  Zimmerman.

Speaking at an education panel at a Texas university,  Bush said:

“This law does not apply to this particular circumstance… Stand your  ground means stand your ground. It doesn’t mean chase after somebody who’s  turned their back.”

Editors Note:  (audio “damaged” at 1:20)

An AP story filed from Washington reveals that a police video of Zimmerman showed no visible injuries whatsoever, debunking his story of having been “beaten half to death” by the much younger, smaller unarmed teen who begged for his life.

YouTube - Veterans Today -

As his personal history fills out, it begins to fill with tales of a likeable young person with periods of extreme rage.

Most recent quote from CNN:

While walking to the store, Martin was on the phone with his girlfriend, whom he had been talking to for over 6½ hours throughout the day, the family’s attorney said, citing phone records. The girl, who did not want to be identified, said she told Martin to run, but he refused, the family attorney said.

“What are you stopping me for?” Martin asked a man later identified as neighborhood “watch captain” George Zimmerman, according to the girl.

“What are you doing around here?” Zimmerman asked in response.

The girl said she then got the impression that an altercation was taking place and that someone had pushed Martin, because the headset fell out of his ear, and the phone shut off.

Moments later, Martin was shot and killed. The details of what happened are still murky. Zimmerman has said through his legal adviser that he acted in self-defense after Martin attacked him. The family disputes that, and witness accounts vary. Fulton told CNN’s Piers Morgan that she believes Zimmerman “hunted my son like an animal.”

Background on Florida concealed weapon law:

Florida requires a history of violence report for carry permit that would have included a violent brush with the cops.

A domestic violence charge is all it takes for the law for the cops to demand surrender of your guns. Did Zimmerman have a concealed weapons permit in 2005, and if he did, was he required to turn in his pistol and any other guns he had? Or did he get yet another pass on that one to go along side his get out of jail free card.

Then there’s the concealed weapons permit questionnaire. Did Zimmerman fill one of these out? Here’s some of the questions:

“Have you had adjudication of guilt withheld on any felony?” That could be a yes. I presume attacking a cop is a felony. But conviction was withheld when he entered a pretrial diversion program.

“Have you received a suspended sentence on any felony?” That could also be a yes.

Why isn’t anyone demanding that Zimmerman turn over his guns?

Zimmerman in 2005 when he was heavier

This is the most recent witness and the evidence is piling up.  Why was Zimmerman stopping anyone?  How do you stop someone without grabbing them, constituting assault and negating a self defense claim.

Do this, just walk up to any stranger, stop them and demand they tell you what they are doing.  Even if you don’t kill them, you will end up in jail for stalking and assault.

If you are killed by them, they have self defense on their side.  Funny thing, though, many Americans think rules should be different if your father is a judge or the person you stop is black.

We call such people “white supremacists” or “racists.”  When they harm others, we call those acts “hate crimes.”

Earlier in the week police said they thought Zimmerman to be guilty of murder and had been stopped from arresting him based on a call from Tallahassee telling them to stay away “in an election year.”

Zimmerman’s brother describes details in the video below, the “swollen nose” while Zimmerman’s lawyer attacks the video for lack of sharpness.

All the while, background on a very strange family, a Supreme Court Magistrate for a father, acceptance to the Seminole County police academy but no record of attendance, though it was “Zimmerman’s dream job” speaks volumes of facts being withheld from the press.  Now we are told that if we ask questions, journalists face arrest.

YouTube - Veterans Today -

Zimmerman had a domestic restraining order against him which precluded him from, not just carrying a gun, put owning a weapon or even keeping one in his home.  His only other prior problem was an arrest for assaulting a police officer which led to him entering an “anger management” program.

VT wishes to thank readers who tracked down Zimmerman’s background.  From his “police academy” application:

More on Zimmerman’s father:

An ABC affiliate in Florida posted a statement from Kristi Wright, with the Department of Legislative and Public Relations in Virginia, which read:

“Robert J. Zimmerman served as a full-time magistrate from 2000-2006. Please be advised that in Virginia magistrates are judicial officers, but they are not considered “judges” and do not possess trial jurisdiction. More detailed information on the role of the magistrate in Virginia is available on Virginia’s Judicial System Website.”

Whether that experience helped the elder Zimmerman assist his son out of the various prior legal scrapes he found himself in, including a charge of resisting arrest with violence in 2005 and a domestic violence charge, is unclear. Florida’s laws and Virginia’s are different.

But it does indicate that Robert Zimmerman was knowledgeable enough about the criminal justice system that he may have been a valuable resource for his son.

This appears to be the understatement of all time and raises many questions, as to corruption but also, as the police academy application was approved, why did George Zimmerman never attend?

Another Zimmerman “goes nuts” report, from the New York Daily News:

George Zimmerman was fired from his job as an under-the-table security guard for “being too aggressive,” a former co-worker told the Daily News.

Zimmerman, at the center of a firestorm for shooting an unarmed black teenager a month ago, worked for two different agencies providing security to illegal house parties between 2001 and 2005, the former co-worker said.

“Usually he was just a cool guy. He liked to drink and hang with the women like the rest of us,” he said. “But it was like Jekyll and Hyde. When the dude snapped, he snapped.”

The source said Zimmerman, who made between $50 and $100 a night, was let go in 2005.

“He had a temper and he became a liability,” the man said. “One time this woman was acting a little out of control. She was drunk. George lost his cool and totally overreacted,” he said. “It was weird, because he was such a cool guy, but he got all nuts. He picked her up and threw her. It was pure rage. She twisted her ankle. Everyone was flipping out.”

The year 2005 was a bad one for Zimmerman: he was arrested for fighting with a cop trying to arrest his friend for underage drinking, and he and his ex-fiancée took out protective orders against each other.

The former co-worker, who is no longer in touch with Zimmerman, said he was shocked to hear what happened Feb. 26 in a gated community in Sanford, Fla.

“He definitely loved being in charge. He loved the power. Still, I could never see him killing someone. Never,” he said.

Zimmerman was freed based on overruling police at the scene by an order from Tallahassee originating from Norman Wolfzinger who had not interviewed Zimmerman or any evidence before making the decision.

It is not known if there is a relationship between the Zimmerman family and Wolfzinger, an Army Vietnam veteran.  We have been unable to reach Wolfziner despite calls to his office.

Editor’s notes on ethnicity:  Martin may be African American but originates in Spain and most Martin’s are of English background.  Zimmerman can be German or German/Jewish.  Wolfzinger is German, sometimes Jewish but generally of Mennonite background.  In a better world, I would so much have enjoyed NOT making these explanations.

The case and the release of Zimmerman was entirely irregular.  Police photos of Zimmerman, dozens were made with high resolution cameras, have been ordered withheld by Wolfzinger.  However, the video below shows no injuries, no blood, only a man in hand cuffs clearly larger than the unarmed teen he had just killed.

Forensic reports on Zimmerman’s clothing, photos of the crime scene, blood spatter analysis and a detailed physical report of Zimmerman’s condition, although he received and required no medical attention of any kind, as reported by Sanford police, have been similarly withheld.

There is no examining physician of record for Zimmerman, no record of request for medical care, no police report indicating any injuries to Zimmerman but a statement made by Zimmerman that he had been injured, a statement that arresting officers found implausible and used as a basis for requesting his being held as Zimmerman, by their estimation had no injuries whatsoever though some press outlets have stated to the contrary.

Examinations of Martin show no injuries other than a bullet wound.  There are no signs of defensive or offensive struggle, his hands utterly unmarked.  This examination was done during his embalming and released to the press.  There is no record thus far of any forensic examination of or postmortum examination to indicate either cause of death or to substantiate anything involved in the investigation.

After 30 days, withholding such vital information is a violation of Federal Law.

Zimmerman, Unhurt, Only Photo Not Withheld

From AP:

A new police surveillance video showing the killer of unarmed black teen sporting no obvious injuries despite claims of self-defence has heightened calls for the man’s arrest, with Trayvon Martin’s grief-stricken mother calling it “the icing on the cake.”

“Thank God for surveillance video,” Benjamin Crump, the lawyer for Martin’s family, told “CBS This Morning” on Thursday, “because obviously there was a conspiracy to cover up the truth and sweep Trayvon Martin’s death under the rug.”

Crump said the video refutes the claims of police and George Zimmerman that the 140-pound Martin, 17, beat him up so badly his nose was broken, and that he shot the boy in the chest in self-defence on a rainy Florida evening a month ago.

“This certainly doesn’t look like a man who police said had his nose broken and his head repeatedly smashed into the sidewalk,” he said.

Sybrina Fulton, Martin’s mother, said the video was yet further proof that Zimmerman’s story doesn’t add up.

“This video is the icing on the cake,” she said. “This is not the first part of the evidence that they have had. They have had the 911 tapes and they have also had witnesses. This video is clear evidence that there is some problem with this case and he needs to be arrested.”

In the video, Zimmerman’s head and face are clearly visible, and there appear to be no obvious signs of any external injuries. There’s also no evidence of blood on the front of his T-shirt, often the byproduct of a broken nose.

The Washington Post has released its own analysis stating that the Zimmerman story is “crumbling” as police on the scene had initially believed when they interviewed him.  The real question is, how did the Chris Serinio, hundreds of miles away, get involved in a local felony charge and where did their authority, in actuality non-existent, come to play in ordering the release.

When Martin was examined, he had no marks on his hands, no blood, no signs of a struggle of any kind.  There is absolutely no forensic evidence of any kind to back up any self defense claims and more than enough evidence to disprove claims of a broken nose and a lengthy fist fight which now appears to have been entirely made up by Zimmerman.

In fact, there is nothing to indicate anything other than an execution style slaying.

Zimmerman, according to the AP, was under a domestic protection order.  No one under such an order can have weapons in their home, much less carry weapons.  A domestic protection order, such as the one issued against Zimmerman, has nationwide standing in limiting, not only carry permits but purchase as well.

Zimmerman’s weapons possession was illegal.

Further interviews of neighbors indicate that Zimmerman had a reputation for racism and regularly targeted African American children of neighbors.

During the incident, both were on their mobile phones.  Zimmerman was telling the police he was chasing someone trying to get away, using language easily construed as “racist” in nature.

Martin was on the phone with his girlfriend, telling her he was frightened and that someone was following him.

Crime scene photos and autopsy results have been withheld.  The funeral director is the best evidence, that and the police video that will put Zimmerman in prison.

Our next question involves Chris Serino and how he got involved.  It is said that orders to release Zimmerman and to overrule police originated with Norman Wolfzinger of the State’s Attorney office.

Previous references to Zimmerman as a “watch captain” of a non-existent group, perhaps a “watch private” or “watch corporal” have not been able to be confirmed.

As yet, no other members of Zimmerman’s watch, the one he told police he was captain of, seem to exist.

Why is there no information on Zimmerman’s family?  The lack of press curiosity on one of the years biggest stories is deafening.

  1. Vader killed Obi Wan… But in his defense, Obi Wan was wearing a hoodie.

  2. We have a bunch of wannabe investigators, condemning a wannabe cop, who killed a wannabe Gangsta based on nothing more than emotionally charged commentary from ideologically motivated masters of deception. And they are laughing their a$$es off right now. It wouldn’t surprise me if the next rumor to pop up was that Zimmerman is the illegitimate spawn of Hugo Chavez. I can hear the codes being programmed into the Tomahawks right now!

No wonder this country is friggin doomed!

    Beam me up Scotty.

    • There you go again. “wannabe gangsta”? Because hes black or because of his twitter handle? Do you remember what it was like to be 17? I’m not going to ask you if you remember what it was like to be a 17 year old black kid. Keep smearing the victim, Breitbart would be proud.

      • I grew up in The City of Brotherly Love. Even wore a badge there for a little while. I kind of have a little appreciation for being black under tough condtions. Kind of lost all faith in the brotherly love slogan when a Black Mayor dropped a satchel charge of white C4 on some Black residents who chose an alternative lifelstlye.

        • West Chester,PA here so I know all about Philly. And yes, you speak of the notorious MOVE bombing that Mayor Goode ok’ed. Not a proud moment for us around here. Most of us anyway.

          • Unfortunately Goode was out of his league. Back then when a Philly cop got killed, there will be blood. In that case lots. But I’d sure vote for him as opposed to Frank Rizzo even after MOVE.

          • Rizzo was a special kind of corrupt. Just f’ing blatant.

  3. This entire situation is turning into a serious clusterf#%k.

Now apparently new HD video from the time of the arrest does corroborate Zimmerman’s story of being beaten. It’s on Breitbart’s site and I have not seen it since they seem to have too much traffic currently. I have not included a link since it takes quite some time for any posts with one to get moderated so Google it yourselves.

BTW, Jeb Bush’s endorsement for an arrest is tantamount to Genghis Kahn’s endorsement for and anger management class!

    • One can only hope that Trayvon got a few licks in considering it was Zimmerman who chose to get out of his car and pursue a kid on a cell phone and ultimately murder him. Fake wannabe cop that he is, with his judge father and 3 prior violent arrests. I for one dont think it makes a bit of difference if Trayvon got a few punches in or not. I’m sure the Fox-Bot/Breitbart sheep do but its predictable they would smear the victim and stick up for Zimmerman.

      • ABC and all the other Zionist propaganda organs have also quite clearly edited the voice recordings from their presentation of the 911 tapes.

Not saying whether Zimmerman is innocent according to the law or that Trayvon got what he deserved either. Just point out that we are all still hypothicating here. And powrful forces are still trying to maniplulate this issue.

Just because Zimmerman was a pussy and relied on his gun instead of his fists or his brain doesn’t make him guilty. That is a Grand Jury’s job!

        • Mark my words, if Zimmerman gets arrested (big IF) and IF he gets to trial, the zionists will be screaming bloody murder (no pun intended) that their boy can’t POSSIBLY have a fair trial, given all the (zionist created) media “attention.”

They’ll use the same argument from jury selection all the way through to sentencing, if it gets that far.

  4. Yes Zimmerman “a Mestizo man, born to a Peruvian mother, and adopted by a Jewish man in Florida” :

    http://www.alternativeright.com/main/blogs/zeitgeist/why-we-don-t-care/

is already getting his just due. Even if for some unimaginable reason the killing was justified, his life is done. Execution would be a mercy killing in his case. He’ll have to move to a deserted island and spend the rest of his days with Casey Anthony to get some peace. Probably deservedly so.

The sad thing of this whole episode as demonstrated clearly here at VT is how powerful the propaganda machine of the MSM is. This article has garnered nearly 60 comments from passionate observers on both sides of the issue. Gordon does a report on the criminal psychopaths that run that propaganda machine and murder millions for profit and power and it’s fading away in to obscurity with only 11 comments.

You guys have your priorities way out of whack as intended. This is a local crime, and yes Justice is for Just Us. Go for the head of this beast and these inequities will find their equilibrium.
As espoused by Thoreau; “There are a thousand hacking at the branches of evil to one who is striking at the root”

Keep pruning branches and all you’ll end up with is 10 more sprouting from that same node. Time for some Roundup!!

    No marks, no attack.
    Zimmerman will go to jail.
the photos alone will convict him
if the state won’t, then the feds will….

    • Excuses, excuses. Stephen Hawking can’t take a sh*t and he can lead a charade as good as any. ;)

Let’s not mince over the facts like a jury or judge and allow the proper authorities to render the verdict of guilt or innocence. Probable cause requires a reasonable belief by the police that a crime may have occurred. When you arrive at a scene and one party admits to shooting the other dead, and the dead person is unarmed, then no matter what the live party says, you must make an arrest as there is no confusion over whether mere probable cause exists. The determination of whether that person had a valid self-defense claim, a duty to retreat (or was validly Standing [His] Ground), is handled in court. It is a defense brought up in court against the charge that Zimmerman legitimately killed someone. Whether that killing was justified or not will be the major underlying issue of the trial.

By not making an arrest on the basis of what Zimmerman may or may not be able to claim in court, the police acted like judge, jury (and executioner). As we continue to debate the innocence or guilt of the parties, we forget that no matter whether Zimmerman was an angel or the devil, probable cause for arrest existed here beyond a shadow of a doubt and without the possibility of confusion. This is not a he-said/she-said. This is a 1+1=2.

      • It’s clear that the cops fu*&^d up, maybe intentionally. That alone should be probable cause for ANOTHER lawsuit against the cops.

  6. @ Mark Seavey above:

Actually, it’s as simple as this: arrest hinges on probable cause. Whether ANYONE, Travyon OR Zimmerman, were guilty is not relevant here whatsoever. When you arrive at a scene and one person admits to shooting the other dead and the dead person was unarmed, you have probable cause without a reasonable shadow of a doubt.

An arrest is not a conviction, it preserves the evidence – and, therefore, the truth. The truth would corroborate your view that Zimmerman may not have been guilty and so on as well. Here, an arrest did not occur because the chief thinks a defense you bring up in court ONLY can give immunity to arrest. This is complete malpractice.

That is why something must be done to preserve justice. The only way the Federal apparatus can be brought in to do that is to invoke a Federal question. Race based crimes are Federal questions. Maybe Trayvon attacked Zimmerman because he hated white (or hispanic) people.

By the way, IF self-defense was available for immunity to arrest, which it is NOT, it would not even work here at all. 0% chance. Why? You cannot bring a gun to a fistfight. The disproportionate force automatically disqualifies the self-defense claim without question.

    • Get a clue: INNOCENCE OR GUILT IS NOT A FACTOR IN DETERMINING PROBABLE CAUSE. THAT IS FOR COURTS AND COURTS ONLY.

COPS ARE NOT QUALIFIED TO MAKE DETERMINATIONS OF GUILT. WHATEVER ELSE GARBAGE YOU’RE TALKING ABOUT HAS NO RELEVANCE.

CAN I MAKE IT CLEARER THAN THIS? :)

      • here probable cause existed without a shadow of a doubt. Whether Zimmerman was the devil or an angel is COMPLETE IRRELEVANT. STOP TALKING ABOUT IT UNTIL WE GET TO ———TRIAL———

holy f*in sh*t im gonna go lie down i can’t stand this ignorance…

        • Thanks for trying to inject some reason into this conversation, although equating our legal system with reason may be a stretch……

  7. you seem obsessed on the race issue, and why so defensive about white crime- Duff has done 2 stories on it- I watched Last Word on line and their whole 1 hour show was about this-the irregularities and the public scrutiny is the reason for getting involved here. Duff could do stories on white lynchings but he didn’t. What does that have to do with anything except you are looking to quibble

  9. The Duffster doesn’t need to stir the pot, Sanford is the epicenter of racism. They literally threw the Dodgers and Jackie Robinson out of town around 50 years ago which eventually led to the Dodgers moving to Daytona Beach. Read about their sad history and you’ll understand the racist mentality that still exists in that city.
    http://socialistworker.org/2012/03/27/sad-history-of-sanford

    • exactly, Allen.

    • Do we still judge Kenya by what happened to the white population in Kenya during the Mau Mau uprising in the 1950s? Do you think there aren’t Kenyans who still think that way?

  10. He shouldn’t have had the weapon because of the restraining order, true. That only leads to the conclusion that he is guilty of illegal posession of a firearm, nothing more.

If, as previously reported, Zimmerman was by paramedics at the scene, there will be a record of that. There does not have to be blood in order to have a broken nose. I know, I had one. Bruising, and other indications of being attacked, are not always visible immediately.

Drop the bit about the kid being a donor. His heart would not have been viable for transplant, unless the surgical team had already set up and was waiting for him to arrive. That would be from the place of death, not after the autopsy was done.

While it is clear that Zimmerman is not ever going to be on most people’s Christmas card list, that doesn’t mean that he whipped out his gun for no reason and shot a poor harmless innocent child who was going for a walk to buy skittles.
If this is about Jewish power, where are your stories about child molesting rabbis that are buried by the main stream media on a regular basis? If this is about innicent children being killed, where are your stories abour white female children being savagely gang raped and killed by blacks? How about all of the violent illegal Mexican immigrant crime on children?

All I see is Mr. Duff trying to stir the pot.

    • Gordon doesn’t have to stir the pot. The racist town of Sanford will live forever in infamy for being the town that protected the murderer of an innocent young black man as well as 50 years ago Sanford forced the Dodgers to leave their spring traing facilities and move to Daytona Springs ~ because the Dodgers insisted on playing their brilliant young black rockie ~ Jacky Robinson.

      http://socialistworker.org/2012/03/27/sad-history-of-sanford

    • you basically say nothing every time you post and insult everyone. shouldn’t you be reading the Jerusalem Post you wolf blitzer D Ser?

    • I’ve stated before, and I will state again. There is not one of us posting here, including the staff of VT, that was a witness to the event. Past the fact that a teenager is dead, all of us know sh*t about what happened and are speculating because we weren’t there.
Zimmerman was reportedly treated at the scene by paramedics. If that is true, there will be a record of it. Making a statement, based on a grainy video, Zimmerman had no apparent injuries doesn’t cut it.
There is reportedly a witness to the event by the name of “John”. If that is true, “John” is the only one in a position to confirm or refute Zimmerman’s account of the event.
I have not said that Zimmerman should not be prosecuted for illegal possession of a firearm, or that if the investigation finds his story implausable that he shouldn’t be charged.
I really don’t give a rat’s ass if Zimmerman did time for killing his mother, or is being cannonized by the RC church. The same goes for Martin, My point is that this article assumes that Martin did nothing, and that Zimmerman is guilty of a heinous crime, the basis of which is racism. We simply do not know.

As for the racism bit, was it racist for a black firefighter to tell me to keep my windows up, doors locked, and not to get out of the car, while I sought directions, when lost, in a run down area of Detroit?

  11. We found his domestic protection order and the Federal and State statutes that negate his carry permit, ownership and possession rights, not just to weapons but even ammunition.

    • Another Federal gun law that saved another life. I guess the Congress will have to revisit it and make it tougher next time. Maybe a mandatory minimum of 15 in the closest CCA gulag. When I was Trayvons age I would have been carrying my rifle home from the school rifle team practice and Zimmerman would have thought twice about asking me where I was going. Now you’d get arrested for a spent 22 shell in the bed of pickup.

What ever happened to the “Shall not be infringed” part of the only valid gun law in this country. Oh it’s just a god damned piece of paper, I forgot!

      • The Federal Gun Law applicable to Zimmerman’s prohibition from carrying or otherwise possessing a firearm while under a qualifying restraining order (“Protection from Abuse” orders, etc) is “18 U.S.C. 922(g)(8), punishable by up to ten (10) years in Federal prison on a first offense. It is equivalent, roughly, to a Class C felony, on the state level. Most lawyers advise clients to plea bargain such Fed charges, forgo a trial (even if you think that you’re innocent), and try to avoid the draconian-length Federal sentences. This is, of course, for your ordinary, non-privileged, citizen.

        • The point is the law is BS. It didn’t save Trayvon and probably dozens more since. The restraint orders are routinely applied arbitrarily to INNOCENT men when their spouse gets encouraged or sometimes even coerced by one of the myriad alphabet soup agencies that victimize distraught women and whole families who are coming apart at the seams, in many case due to financial pressures from our contrived economic maladies. I know a man who literally took a women in off the street, never physically abused her and being much more of a gentleman than myself never in my presence or anyone else I’m aware of even respond to her insane tirades. A child was produced from this union from Hell. Eventually this women, an experienced gamer of the system got hooked up with CPS through her drug councilor and got a restraining order filed. He was immediately removed from the home his family had left to him. His guns and gun rights were destroyed. He now was literally on the street himself.

His story only gets worse as he now has the child, although custody is legally assigned to the woman. He pays his court ordered child support every month on time without fail in fear she will employ her proxy TERRORISTS on him again and the child will end up in foster care or worse back under the influence of this women. This may be an extreme case, but similar tales are numerous. This is what invariably happens when non productive bureaucrats and lawyers are given license to plunder productive citizens. They’ll use laws like “protection from abuse” orders destroy lives and families and justify their putrid existence. Yes before these parasites foisted themselves upon us domestic abuse was endemic in our society. But since their inception it has become epidemic. No cause effect here. Don’t pay any attention to that guy behind the curtain.

  12. So the obvious question is why are the authorities covering up this blatant scumbags tracks? What relation to the local police, government or regional authorities would feel so compelled to cover up for an obvious local lowlife f***-up?

I guess it is a snapshot of American reality that needs to be told and a wakeup call that the entire authority system today is corrupt and has very little integrity anymore.

The niece stood in the darkened stairwell of the Winbrook Houses, listening, as 20 feet away five police officers yelled at her uncle, who had locked himself in his apartment.

It was 5:25 on a chill November morning. The officers banged loud and hard, demanding that her 68-year-old uncle open his door.

“He was begging them to leave him alone,” she recalls. “He sounded scared.” She pulls her shawl about her shoulders and her voice cracks; she is speaking for the first time about what she saw. “I heard my uncle yelling, ‘Officers, officers, why do you have your guns out?’ ”

The string of events that night sounds prosaic, a who-cares accumulation of little mistakes and misapprehensions. Cumulatively, though, it is like tumbling down the stairs. Somehow the uncle, Kenneth Chamberlain Sr., a former Marine who had heart problems and wheezed if he walked more than 40 feet, triggered his medical alert system pendant. The system operator came on the loudspeaker in his one-bedroom apartment, asking: “Mr. Chamberlain, are you O.K.?” All of this is recorded.

Mr. Chamberlain didn’t respond. So the operator signaled for an ambulance. Police patrol cars fell in behind — standard operating procedure in towns across America. Except an hour later, even as Mr. Chamberlain insisted he was in good health, the police had snapped the locks on the apartment door.

They fired electric charges from Tasers, and beanbags from shotguns. Then they said they saw Mr. Chamberlain grab a knife, and an officer fired his handgun.

Boom! Boom! Mr. Chamberlain’s niece Tonyia Greenhill, who lives upstairs, recalls the echoes ricocheting about the hall. She pushed out a back door and ran into the darkness beneath overarching oaks. He lay on the floor near his kitchen, two bullet holes in his chest, blood pooling thick, dying.

  14. Hey numbuts, his name is Wolfinger, not Wolfzinger. You would think someone that knows this case so well would get the name of the State’s attorney correct.

    • the family is wolfzinger

my my family is MacDuff but we use “Duff”

I live in “Wolfzinger” territory….surrounded by them.

      g

      • Then you might want to tell him his name is mispelled on his website. You know, his official one located here:

        http://sa18.state.fl.us/

        Meet Your State Attorney
        Norman R. Wolfinger

Real life experiences—from growing up in a Pennsylvania row house neighborhood to fighting in Vietnam—shaped the fair-minded, tough-on-prosecution State Attorney for the 18th Judicial Circuit, Norman R. Wolfinger.

Are you really the chief editor when you can’t edit even simple facts?

      • Gordon:
His name is Norm Wolfinger. There is no “z” in the spelling. The name originated as a habitational name for someone from Wolfing in Bavaria. Wolfing is a small hamlet very near the city of Pocking which has a street to Wolfing running through it named Wolfingerstrasse. This is visible on Google Earth.

My ancestors bore this same name when they settled in Pennsylvania Deutsch country in 1732. I use my nickname ‘wolf’ on VT for the sake of brevity.

        • wolf,
real mennonite names end in “zinger” not “finger”
this is an “ellis island error”
here is the worst..my mothers family is from switzerland..the Magerts…

when they got to the US they became Maggards.

  15. In light of this new info, it’s becoming clear that this may have been a planned Psyop from the beginning. How did the machine get into motion so quickly. Was George able to phone daddy before the first cop got there? Or did the police know him and protect him as though one of their own like they did in the Orange County Police murder of Sgt. Manny Loggins? It’s seems to have been too organized to be happenstance. The control of info is reminiscent of a recent military fantasy where a lone, crazed, gasoline pissing Rambo performs a triathlon of murder and mayhem worthy of a Stephen King novel. Maybe will get a confession from George where he claims that Jody Foster’s voice told him to do it for her.

And now the Neo Con choirboys are squealing with the usual passion about Zimmerman’s “White Hispanic” moniker. Being of a somewhat pale persuasion myself it might be a good idea for others of similar tint to get out of places like Watts or maybe Jacksonville. As unfortunately, when Blacks get screwed over by anybody else they usually take it out on themselves.

Will this reach critical mass? Seems to be the plan! It’s not going away anytime soon. No matter how many holes the story gets they’re still sticking to it. Me smells a perception management team that is loosing some sleep over this one.

  16. Charlotte NC Bill

Who did die to keep Cheney out of Hell a little longer?

  17. As sick as it sounds! Could Martin’s heart have been the source of Big Dick’s transplant. Just wondering!!!

    • lol ! it feasibly could be true and would even make sense given the story that Trayvon was shot in the chest (giving corridor to remove the heart without too many questions being asked as to the chest wound). BUT, the probability of killing a citizen over an unarmed illegal immigrant or a homeless person without a family is low. Staying below the radar is a must and there are just too many options I have not even named other than a 17 year old black kid in Florida.

    • Ah, a needed humorous sidebar to this tragic hate crime … wonder no more, follow the money.

  18. The plot thickens! Not doubting any of this info at all. If correct and pursued George will have some company in Cellblock C. Obstruction, accessory, conspiracy, terrorism maybe, are a few words that come to mind. Not holding my breath but miracles do happen. Motive? I think that is obvious and has been iterated here already; Divide, obfuscate carry on with the plans. A riot or deadly confrontation between the Tea Party types and their current alter ego / nemesis the “New Black Panthers” Would be a great excuse to implement the long established EOs that will make low flow toilets seem like a fond memory.

Meanwhile a murderer and maimer of countless souls like Big Dick Cheney gets a new heart and poor old Trayvon gets a hole in his.

  19. Gordon,

I posted this in your previious article just a few minutes ago and I post it here again because this is my thoughts on the subject.

I don’t really know how to weigh in on this other than to say its a tragedy that has been used unfortunately by some sort of political or otherwise gain.

This is clearly being used to divide groups of people and I’m quite frankly sickened by it.
I hope everyone here examines both sides of this story and clearly “sees” how both sides are manipulating and spinning.
I don’t know what else to say other than this is tragic for us and I fear what the consequences are for all of us. I feel (I don’t know the facts and I trust none of the reports) this is all designed to divide us and pit us against each other.
    Michael

    • “This is clearly being used to divide groups of people and I’m quite frankly sickened by it.”

      Bingo.

      • that is wolfZinger’s job

        and he is a vet

        but

there are vets and there are vets…and, were i to investigate him, there is a good chance i might be arresting him also….if things have happened as i see it..as jeb bush sees it…

        g

    • Maybe both sides are “spinning”, like you say. On one hand, we have someone who is dead, undeniably murdered. On the other side, we have someone who just killed, obviously lying through his teeth, protected by The Establishment quite probably because of his racial background, with a mounting history of criminality / mental issues, walking free. Just a LITTLE unequal, don’t you think? Like comparing apples to oceans.

      • UNDENIABLY killed? I wonder if that’s true anymore. I can only find the funeral director speaking about Travyon’s corpse condition. My thoughts can’t break orbit from the fact that the media seems to selectively pay attention to instances (suspicious timing to boot).

    • article updates

there will have to be an arrest

zimmerman has been lying, that is obvious…but everyone lies..no big deal in that

his mistake isnt his alone…police and neighbors let him do it

don’t we have any real cops here? Please? someone who can explain things?

if and when the truth is told, you will learn that zimmerman has some serious anger and stress problems, and other issues

nothing seem yet on martin except usual underachiever stuff

what i hate is putting people in jail for so many damned years

zimmerman may.may be who he is because of power and money…..that also

      real facts will help

i just wish we could make it all as though it never happened

30,000 people read this article here today, another 50,000 elsewhere

      thank g-d i don’t get paid…news lives on tragedy

for those who i really believe to be racists..imagine martin to be your own kid…try losing a child

      i have

      any others here?

  20. Look, if Sanford PD is going to completely do something ONLY the courts can do, like judge whether a self-defense claim has merit, at least do it right.

When the party dead is unarmed and the other with a gun, there is no possibility WHATSOEVER of a self-defense claim under the law.

His dad was a judge, his mom a court clerk. Have you seen the photo of Trayvon Martin’s dad as a Mason however?

Is that him? What do you think, G? Internet rumor swirling. If you read my other posts on VT re: this you will see I am trying to finger something far bigger here than a murder and non-investigation. As a lawyer, I find great oddity in anyone discussing Stand Your Ground when it comes to probable cause for an arrest. Many of the figures and graphs that appeared in the news were supplied by the NRA. The correlation between a surge in gun sales and simple APPEARANCES of cultural or legal movements against gun possession makes this clearer.

The Mason connection may be moot. But if not, it may be connected then to the other murder in the magnifying glass of the selective and controlled media (let’s be real, people die everyday in tragic ways, some way worse) – the Iraqi mother of 5 slain brutally with a note telling her to “Go Home, Terrorist!” Was she really murdered? Was Trayvon really murdered? Why on the 911 call does the operator not go frantic hearing “Help!” and a gun shot silencing that cry for help? Sounds unnatural. The father’s explanation: unnatural. The police’s explanation for not arresting: unnatural. The media’s analysis into this: unnatural. There are so many oddities in this case.

      • Now that you know Zimmerman had a domestic protection order against him, you should be more surprised. Many years ago, long before “dangerous liberals” took over, police officers lost their weapons privileges if subject to a domestic protection order. If we didn’t have anything available in the evidence/property room or as a “meter maid,” they lost their jobs.
There are similar legal complexities for members of the military, thousands of whom have no right to carry arms inside the US. Do some research on this one.

        • With respect, I have to say that I believe we are all being played on this one.

There is an incredible amount of black on white, white on black, Hispanic on black etc crime committed all across the USA every day – not always with lethal consequences admittedly.

It is tragic when a child is killed in any circumstances.

However this near to an election, what surprises me is the amount of media hysteria about this particular situation – in my mind this is more division of an already very divided population.

Again, we are all being played.

Whether the police force was covering this up or not is circumspect – police forces have been covering up since time immemorial.

Note the recent LA story http://news.yahoo.com/911-caller-arrested-deadly-police-shooting-074541485.html

This is more to do with cops shooting first and asking questions later and then blaming it on the 911 caller, no? The lawyer for the family is now saying that this is a race crime also.

          1) Guy gets robbed and says on 911 call he believes the people that robbed him had a gun

          2) Cops go looking for thieves and shoot one of them

3)Police chief wants to prosecute the 911 caller (victim) for involuntary manslaughter for saying he believed the thief had a gun.

          4) Police Chief said that cops went in with a “thief has a gun mindset” and thats what lead to the killing.

          Am I missing something here???

I thought police forces are trained to determine whether someone is armed first and then take appropriate action be it lethal force or not.

So is the lesson here is next time you are robbed you must think twice about saying if there is a weapon or not? as you may be prosecuted for involuntary manslaughter if the cops loose control and shoot someone dead because they did not follow protocol.

What is the world coming to?

We are living in the age of insanity!

          TY

          • of course we are being played….a GOP politician decided to let a nutcase off on murder because the victim’s name “sounded Jewish” and he is trying to raise Jewish campaign money.

            end of story

    • Zimmerman’s father was a judge?

      • Yes. I posted a link about him on a previous story you wrote on this case.

        • His father (retired) was a Magistrate in Virgina, according to this radio interview with Joy-Ann Reid with Nicole Sandler, starting at 42 min in and on for about 10 min. Reid is covering the story for the Miami Herald and MSNBC. She has a lot of facts you’re not hearing.
          http://radioornot.com/site/?p=5567

          • get the story out in comments

this has been long enough…we are now dealing with a police coverup…..even jeb bush had to point it out

i hate it when i agree with jeb bush

        • Zimmerman’s father finally gave a video interview, in blacked out silhouette mode, though…which is reasonable. But if the media has failed to take a month to get out that he is a judge, strange indeed.

        • Virginia has weighed in. Magistrates are not judges there. No grey area.

      • 2000-2006 – Retired Virginia Supreme Court Magistrate Robert Zimmerman, Mother: Gladys Zimmerman. Here is his application to the Seminole County Citizen’s Police Academy confirming, in his own words, that his father is a retired Virginia Supreme Court magistrate and his mother a deputy court clerk for over 20 years: http://www.scribd.com/heidi_vries/d/87064208-George-Zimmerman%E2%80%99s-application-for-the-Citizens-Police-Academy-in-2008

There are side-effects to a deviant agenda, like that we are no discussing a doctrine of the law that has been blurred by megalomaniacs who pre-emptively strike and claim everything is within their right of “self-defense”. If there were a way to seize moments like this to provide that clarity to the conventional wisdom, war by deception becomes more difficult than running the reality show that is known as CiviliZION.

      • I thought for sure this was going to turn out to be a Mossad assassination. Maybe our Mossad media FOX/MSN are just fanning the flames. My father was an L.A. prosecutor and I got cut alot of slack up till I was 18, but if I ever shot someone I better be half dead before I shot an unarmed man. There is no way I would have been set free without posting bail, waiting for the upcoming hearing.
If I shot someone, there is no way in hell my Dad would make any speech, one way or another, this is pure insanity.
There are 3 scenarios: I would be guilty of murder, manslaughter, or it was self defense, of which a hearing must determine my fate.
BTW originally it was said Zimmerman was ADL, is that true?

        • I actually feel sorry for Zimmerman. He is going to do 15 years and simply needed counseling and treatment.

These are all like my kids, both of them.

I am a gun believer but not in playing cop. I understand the frustration some feel. I work with a crew that is totally integrated….and totally colorblind.

I wasn’t always that way. I was blind.

My point was about the “spin”. And its in full force. Think about the end game.
