Dear Mr. DiBlasi,
I have read your response to Prof. Willers, as well as his letter to you. His letter pertained exclusively to WTC Building 7. Your summary statement, “We are confident in the FEMA/ASCE and NIST studies, and the total lack of evidence of any demolition of the buildings, other than by crashing 767s into them,” obviously doesn’t apply to Building 7. However, that error can be excused as it was most likely an inadvertent oversight.
I do note the article Single Point of Failure in Structure Magazine was published in November 2007. NIST issued a Draft for Public Review nearly a year later, in August 2008. The Final Report was published in November 2008. At least one significant change was made between the Draft and the Final Report, as will be explained.
Subsequently, a 9/11 Consensus Panel[1] has been established with the purpose of providing the world with a clear statement, based on expert independent opinion, of some of the best evidence[2] opposing the official narrative about 9/11. As I am a panel member, I find it easiest to explain the significant change by referencing the best-evidence points pertaining to this matter.
1. “The Claim in NIST’s Draft Report that WTC 7 Did Not Come Down at Free Fall Acceleration[3].” This Draft Report of August 2008, and comments by the NIST project manager in conjunction with its release, Dr. Shyam Sunder denies the possibility the building came down at free fall.
2. “The Claim in NIST’s Final Report that WTC 7 Came Down in Free Fall Without Explosives[4].” Dr. Sunder had explained in August 2008 it was impossible to come down at free fall do to fire alone, that is, without use of explosives.
One additional best-evidence point is pertinent as well, “The Claim that WTC 7 Collapsed from Fire Alone[5].” The best evidence shows no steel-frame high-rise building had ever collapsed due to fire. Furthermore, the collapse of WTC 7 was sudden, straight down, and symmetrical. No legitimate peer review should have allowed such departure from empirical evidence to stand without extremely compelling counter evidence. The peer review apparently did not function properly.
The reasons for this deficiency are obvious when one realizes there was no peer review. David Ray Griffin, in his book The Mysterious Collapse of World Trade Center 7 (2010), tells of Dr. James Quintiere, a member of the advisory committee for NIST’s WTC project, saying in a lecture on the WTC investigations at the 2007 World Fire Safety Conference, “I wish that there would be a peer review of this….” But, NIST did not take his advice.[6]
To summarize the situation as the 11th anniversary draws near, the NIST Final Report of November 2008 stands alone on the side of the official explanation. A Google search reveals only one technical authority has spoken publicly on its behalf, and only once. Dr. S. Shyam Sunder, the NIST project manager, was the featured speaker at the Structures Conference of ’09, although the contents of his talk are not posted online. Dr. Gene Corley might be considered such an authority, but his recent commentaries have not delved into WTC 7. On the side of those questioning the official explanation are a number of highly qualified engineers. Some of the more prominent are:
- Dr. John Edward Anderson, Professor Emeritus of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Minnesota, and former Professor of Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering at Boston University.
- Dr. Robert Bowman, former head of the Department of Aeronautical Engineering at the US Air Force Institute of Technology, and the Director of Advanced Space Programs Development (“Star Wars”) under Presidents Ford and Carter.
- Dr. Joel Hirschhorn, former Professor of Metallurgical Engineering at the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and a former member of the Congressional Office of Technology Assessment’s staff.
- Dr. Jack Keller, Professor Emeritus of Engineering at Utah State University, who was named by Scientific American in 2004 as one the world’s 50 leading contributors to science and technology benefiting society.
- Dr. Heikki Kurttila, Safety Engineer and Accident Analyst for Finland’s National Safety Technology Authority.
- Edward Munyak, a Mechanical and Fire Protection Engineer, who has served as Fire Protection Engineer for the State of California and the US Departments of Energy and Defense.
If you wish to only consider structural engineers, an article quoting 29 structural/civil engineers is published on the AE911Truth.org website.
Architects, likewise, have questioned the official explanation. Some of the more prominent are:
- Richard Gage, a member of the American Institute of Architects, who formed Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth in 2006 – which by May 2010 had obtained the signatures of over 1,200 licensed and/or degreed architects and engineers on its petition, which says that a new investigation is needed.
- Daniel B. Barnum, an award-winning Fellow of the American Institute of Architects; founder of the Houston AIA Residential Architecture Committee.
- David Paul Helpern, a Fellow of the American Institute of Architects and the founder of Helpern Architects.
- David A. Johnson, an internationally known architect and city planner, who has chaired the planning departments at Syracuse and Ball State universities and also served as president of the Fulbright Association of the United States.
- Kevin A. Kelly, a fellow of the American Institute of Architects, who wrote Problem Seeking: An Architectural Programming Primer, which has become a standard textbook.
- Dr. David Leifer, Coordinator of the Graduate Program in Facilities Management at the University of Sydney, and former professor at Mackintosh School of Architecture.
- Paul Stevenson Oles, a Fellow of the American Institute of Architects, which in 1989 called him “the dean of architectural illustrators in American”; co-founder of the American Society of Architectural Perspectivists[9].
With such an array of technical experts questioning the official explanation, it is well past time when professional organizations, such as the National Council of Structural Engineers Associations, should begin facilitating an open discussion on the issues dividing the two sides on this matter.

I watched a program on cable TV last night about firefighters and skyscrapers and you guessed it, it was a guy explaining how fire brought down the Twin Towers. I only saw the last ten minutes of the program. No doubt the propaganda is continueing to ensure that the lie is believed.
By the way Reuters, the international news agency, was started by a Jewish guy (he changed his surname to Reuters because he feared that people did not trust Jewish people). Reuters was started when all of the underwater cables starting being laid around the world around the mid 1800s.

Obviously you are referring to the Jupiter Beach, Fla bunch, the smiley faced master-minds of Iran-Contra, Mena, Ark, South Florida Task Force, rust alley, diplomatic pouches filled with pharmaceutical grade stuff, etc. Many of us know about this and have talked and yes many were stalked and persecuted, threatened, some killed, many sent to hell holes like vacaville. Some survived but have been hassled frequently. This crowd and wrs was completely infiltrated by fbi undercover and Darlene K’s reports and jp’s reports were sandbagged and disappeared into a black hole. This was the final take-down of the Republic and a byproduct of the folks who murdered JFK, RFK, MLK and started all these perpetual wars. We got gander and all the rest because these folks were not stopped. They threatened and compromised every level of the USG and turned it into a big RICO crime syndicate based on illegal narcotics, drug money laundering and weapon sales for perpetual wars. The family responsible is viewed by insiders as progenitors of the fourth reich on behalf of the “int’l crime syndicate. I wish it ws only a rumor, but hundreds of the lives of good agents have been ruined or destroyed, and many thousands if not millions of innocent civilians. Unspeakable evil.
Ask Gordon, what I predicted several years ago based on observations around the globe. Things being done that seemed very strange, and not beneficial to US interest. Based on my observations and knowledge of some of the peoples mentioned above, I sent letter to FBI in late 2002, stating the US Tax payers are going to be robbed. This will be greatest bank heist in history, and this based on behavior of some peoples mentioned above. I am certain the FBI still has the record of warning.
Ask what I warned (Eric) about several years ago, find out. I have spent much of my life (job) to study infrastructures to determine problems, for major corporations and country infrastructure projects. If there were problems, it my job to discover these problems. Typically in large infrastructures, that included global suppliers from various countries around the world. Then watch closely…warning.
I have reported high level crime since 2003, with “evidence” attached. It will not be investigated (even now), worked with FBI who was stopped in 2004 (Their investigation was shut down). They were told to simply tell me, there’s too much business, therefore, we have to stop our investigation (Business stops investigations?). What happens thereafter, crimes are committed against people like me, who reported the high level crimes and presented documents and clear evidence? The FBI will not investigate the crimes being committed against the person(s) who reported the high level crime, because it would be tracked back to the original investigation and crimes in 2003. It would simply make it appear they were involved, but actually they were not. But for any agents attempting to do well, they would likely be treated just like the person who reported the crimes, lose job, discredited, cyber-stalked, and worse.
What’s the point, when investigations are impossible? I’m speaking about high level crime “with evidence”, and many simply refuse to investigate or get involved. No promotion, if you investigate?
If FBI Agents attempted to investigate, they would simply loose their jobs, be discredited, or often worse. If done once, then again, and again, what’s the point of investigating anything? Witnesses are simply and slowly murdered, and some FBI Departments have to turn their head to these crimes or lose their jobs. Because of the above stated.
There are many know examples of the above, and what happens to good FBI Agents. So what does this tell you?
THERE ARE LIKELY MORE PEOPLE BEING PAID TO STALK to the death PEOPLE WHO REPORTED HIGH LEVEL CRIMES, then “Investigations of high level crimes”. Because no one will investigate the stalking of person(s) who reported the crimes, therefore, it’s big business.
Is this also “TO MUCH BUSINESS”, therefore we can not investigate.
And why was the above investigation stopped? Because the criminals mentioned above, negotiated high level deal through two companies, so high level family would receive big payoff (one company was primarily owned by high level family). Big bonuses, it’s factual, and easily traced to the earlier high level crimes.
People like me, good FBI Agents, and many others during this time placed our lives at great risk. We knew during this time with all above and many other crimes being committed, this would result in grave consequences to the United States. Many did not survive, and many are still being stalked and murdered. And this seems to be creating a “New Market” in the US.
But for most others, “IT’S SIMPLY A FORM OF GOOD ENTERTAINMENT”. In the next several years, reality will show “most others” the result of then, now.
Why do so few have to risk so much, for so many, when the many would risk nothing.
When an entire country of people(s), can not get “One Person” prosecuted, or family, you are no longer a Democracy, no longer a country. Only

Like Mr Ross says – over a thousand people’s bodies simply disappeared into dust – unlike any previous event on this scale. People jumped to their deaths to get away from the horror. First responders went to this event to save people’s lives – and their reward was to have the building deliberately brought down on them. Are we going to let the perpetrators get away with it?
Some jumped, some may have been pushed. I cannot think of a more cruel way to kill a person frankly than to have them make a choice between burning to death or falling 1,000 feet to land on concrete, while helicopters are within site. The absolute and utter terror these people had to have experienced is beyond imagination.
I saw one Youtube clip which showed a woman standing at the gaping hole from one hit, she was looking down, holding onto the side of what was left of the wall. At that moment, I said to myself, I will never stop demanding justice for the truth on behalf of this woman, whoever she is.
Especially because the fit and the healthy are more likely to have just made it downstairs and out of the building in time. Those left would have been all the older and infirm – and those who were trying to help them. The people capable of this HEINOUS ACT are capable of ANYTHING.
Now, we are watching The United States incrementally colapse into IT’S own footprint; and it was all planned and orchestrated, by the same folks who brought us 9/11.
The time for “watching” is over.
We have seen and heard enough.
First step in looking back is to see how clear it looks and where the dots can connect all of the guilty parties. As we all know, “follow the money” will solve the case and best reveal the pattern of deception.

I have a tough question that I thinks needs answering.
Given America’s current financial situation, its massive debt, low growth economy with its financial institutions that are still too big to fail and have not really been reformed, what would happen if another large attack happened on American soil tomorrow. Would the world rush to put its money in the ‘safe haven’ US dollar?
What about in four years time, with increased US Government debt and an economy that is just as slow in growth as today?

Oh for Heaven sakes! It is obvious the NIST is lying about 9-11, that 9-11 was a False Flag. Why appeal to these criminals for a new investigation? Fat chance! Yeah, building 7 “collapsed” without being hit by a plane and the the ‘Two Towers’ fell in their footprints, but it appears that most of the buildings turned to dust before they hit the ground. How did that happen? Takes a lot of energy to do that. Anyway, we will probably never know what really happened to the buildings (how it was done) because of all the lying shits keeping us from the truth. There are a legion of them. We known for sure the government’s narrative is a baldfaced lie. We know Israel was the only beneficiary and the US is collapsing into a police state as a result of the 9-11 False Flag. The next step in the squence of events which 9-11 made possible is a really major war that could get most of us (without first class seats in some underground bunker) killed. Even if we could be of one mind on this, we don’t have time for a new investigation of 9-11. Things are just moving that fast.
Indictments will be issued on behalf of Canadians killed on 9-11 after a thorough investigation and expert witness testimony. 9-11 was not just a false flag, it was mass murder, insurance fraud and larceny. Never forget. Until 9-11 is called what it is, the fog will not lift in America.
9/11 Vancouver Tribunal Judges Alfred Lambremont Webre & Connie Fogal, June 17, 2012
9/11 Vancouver Tribunal expected to issue Indictments in 9/11 events around Labor Day 2012
VANCOUVER, B.C. – The 9/11 Vancouver Tribunal is a citizen’s tribunal of conscience that was duly constituted by the 9/11 Vancouver Hearings June 15-17, 2012 in Vancouver, B.C.
Alfred Lambremont Webre, one of the Judges on the Tribunal states, “As a duly constituted citizen’s tribunal of conscience for the events of September 11, 2001, the 9/11 Vancouver Tribunal has jurisdiction under natural law and justice; declarations of natural law, such as the U.N. Declaration of Human Rights; international humanitarian law such as the Geneva Conventions; and national laws such as national, state and provincial criminal statues prohibiting murder and conspiracy for any jurisdiction whose citizens died in the World Trace Center on 9/11. The 9/11 Vancouver Tribunal was convened by a worldwide community of citizens who participated in the 911 Vancouver Hearings (June 15-17, 2012) in Vancouver, BC and via streaming internet from diverse locations around the world including the United States, India, and elsewhere.”
During the 9/11 Vancouver Hearings, 19 expert witnesses gave sworn testimony as to names, titles, and implicating evidence for individuals, each of whom is alleged to have acted as part of a common plan as a leading co-conspirator in the events of 9/11 and for whom they are aware of prima facie evidence that is sufficient to raise a presumption of fact.
9/11 Vancouver Indictment
Following the Hearings, these 19 sworn expert witnesses and additional expert and eye witnesses on 9/11 have been requested to file further written submissions and affidavits with the 9/11 Vancouver Tribunal on or before July 15, 2012 as to individuals for whom there is prima facie evidence that they acted as part of a common plan in the events of 9/11. Each expert witness is being asked to provide a detailed summary of implicating evidence for each such individual named.
From these evidentiary submissions, the 9/11 Vancouver Tribunal plans to develop and issue an Information and Indictment of individuals alleged to have participated in a criminal, common plan and conspiracy to carry out the events of September 11, 2001.
Labor Day 2012
The 9/11 Information and Indictment is expected to issue around Labor Day, 2012. The Information and Indictment will be accompanied by an Evidentiary Report, setting out the evidence of probable cause for the indictments of the Accused.
Legal implications of the 9/11 Vancouver Tribunal
Following the issuance of an Information and Indictment against specific named individuals who allegedly participated in a common plan and conspiracy in the events of 9/11, there are multiple legal venues in which the criminal charges in the Information and Indictment can be prosecuted and tried, and verdicts and judgments reached and enforced against the Accused.
A. International law – The alleged crimes of the Accused in the Information and Indictment may be found to violate the Geneva Conventions of 1949 and constitute war crimes, genocide and crimes against humanity. At the 9/11 Vancouver Hearings Judge Alfred Webre stated, “The 9/11 false flag operations may qualify as a war crime, genocide, and crime against humanity, inter alia, if it can be demonstrated that the true intent of the 9/11 perpetrators was to carry out 9/11 as a pretext for invading Afghanistan, which invasion and war has been found to be genocidal because of the use of depleted uranium weapons and other reasons. So the legal chain of culpability is there, under the Nuremberg precedents of a crime against peace and stating an unjust war. The Tokyo Tribunal for War Crimes in Afghanistan, in an opinion by Judge Niloufer Bhagwat, found that U.S. President George W. Bush and his administration had committed war crimes, genocide, and crimes against humanity through the horrific birth defects and other widespread genetic and health damage cause to Afghan civilians through the U.S. use of depleted uranium weapons.”
The 9/11 Indictment can be taken by the 9/11 Vancouver Commission to the national courts of any of the more than 100 nations, such as Germany and Spain, that are signatories to the Rome statue of the International Criminal Court (ICC) for prosecution and enforcement, as well as to the ICC itself. The chief prosecutor of the ICC, to the criticism of many throughout the world, has failed to act on over 400 complaints on war crimes in Iraq and in Afghanistan by US and UK forces, and has privately stated he will not take jurisdiction of 9/11.
B. U.S. Congress – The Indictment of the 9/11 Vancouver Tribunal can be taken by the 9/11 Vancouver Commission to the U.S. Senate and to the U.S. House of Representatives Judiciary Committee for the appointment of a Special Prosecutor to prosecute the Accused Treason under Article III of the U.S. Constitution, which provides, “Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court. The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted.”
There is legal precedent for such an action. In November 2007, a Memorandum was presented to senior Congressional staff and personally to Rep John Conyers, Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee setting out sufficient prima facie evidence of Article III(3) treason in connection with the events of 9/11 by George W. Bush, Richard B. Cheney, Donald H. Rumsfeld, and other Jane and John Does. Senior Congressional staff acknowledged the seriousness of the allegations in the Memorandum. Rep. Conyers took the Memorandum home to Detroit, MI over the Thanksgiving 2007 holidays promising an answer as to whether he would move on the file after the Holidays. To this date, no answer has been forthcoming from Rep. Conyers.
C. Canadian Parliament – There are various concurrent efforts to have the Parliament of Canada investigate the 9/11 events, as NORAD is a joint Canada/USA function and 26 Canadians were killed at the World Trade Center on 9/11. The 9/11 Vancouver Indictment can be taken by the 9/11 Vancouver Commission to members of Parliament and the Senate, including the Prime Minister and the Opposition Leaders in the Parliament of Canada to appoint a Public Inquiry to investigate and report on possible criminal violations by Canadian persons or U.S. persons, including U.S. government employees or contractors/agents, and other individuals flowing out of the 9/11 events.
D. Prosecution for murder – The 9/11 Vancouver Indictment can be taken by the 9/11 Vancouver Commission to any District attorney and/or U.S. Attorneys in the United States of America, and to any Public Prosecutors in other nations whose citizens were killed in the World Trade Center or the events of 9/11. The alleged Accused, Co-conspirators and persons acting in a common plan to cause, facilitate or support the events of September 11, 2001 can each be prosecuted for murder by a U.S. attorney, by a district attorney or by public prosecutors of a nation whose citizens were killed at the World Trade Center or in any aspect of the false flag operation on September 11, 2001.
E. 9/11 Vancouver Tribunal – The 9/11 Vancouver Commission can establish a formal Tribunal for a trial of the Accused under the 9/11 Vancouver Indictment. This trial would be heard by
the 9/11 Tribunal Judges, with appointed prosecutors, counsel for the Accused and due process for the Accused. A sister tribunal of conscience, the Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Tribunal, has successfully tried George W. Bush, Tony Blair, Richard B. Cheney, Donald H. Rumsfeld, et al. for war crimes in Iraq.

Judges on the 9/11 Vancouver Tribunal include Constance (Connie) Fogal, B.A, B.Ed, M.A., LL.B, and Alfred Lambremont Webre, JD, MEd. Connie Fogal is former leader of the Canadian Action Party, former Vancouver Parks Board Commissioner, former Director, Kitsilano and Vancouver Community Resource boards; lawyer with the Defence of Canadian Liberty Committee to oppose what Fogal sees as threats to Canadian constitutional sovereignty. Alfred Lambremont Webre is a Judge on the Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Tribunal, submitted a Memorandum to the Chairman of the U.S. House of Representatives Judiciary Committee calling for the appointment of a special prosecutor to investigate 9/11 and was a co-architect of the Space Preservation Treaty.

The 9/11 Vancouver Commission, charged with rolling-out the Indictment and Information to alternative legal venues, includes Prof. Jim Fetzer, Josh Blakeney, Kevin Barrett and John Duddy. Kevin Barrett is a Ph.D. Arabist-Islamologist and one of America’s best-known critics of 9/11, is co-editor of 9/11 AND AMERICAN EMPIRE: CHRISTIANS, JEWS AND MUSLIMS SPEAK OUT (2006), and author of TRUTH JIHAD (2007) and of QUESTIONING THE WAR ON TERROR (2009). John Duddy is a philanthropist with a deep interest in bringing justice in 9/11.
