Syria, we were told, had to have a new government though no international authority has approved such a move and no nation, under international law, can impose its will on another without itself becoming an aggressor nation, a war criminal in a very real sense.
Then the talk shifted to Iran. The only consideration given was complying with the wish of Israel to see Iran economically destroyed even if millions starve, their economy is destroyed, they are denied vital medicines, even if all their population centers are subjected to nuclear bombardment.
When we’re told “Nothing is off the table,” that is clear, a “shock and awe” nuclear attack on Iran not only isn’t ruled out but is almost incessantly spoken of by Israel.
After all, Iran has to be wiped off the face of the map so Israel, a nation which does have nuclear weapons and other “weapons of mass destruction” and uses them continually, can continue to talk of the “Samson Option.”
This is official policy of Israel, one every head of state knows well. If Israel feels threatened, all European cities are within range of Israeli missiles.
We are told all major US cities are also in rage of the new ICBM’s India has built, each with 10 nuclear warheads, a dozen of which have been delivered to Israel, none have any purpose other than to be used against North America.
Thus, though Israel and Western Europe and Israel and North America are “allies” of a sort. That friendship is based on implied violence and potential mass murder.
Israel, a nation that prides itself for being the “junk yard dog” of the world feels its strength lies in convincing other nations that the basis of its foreign policy is piracy, pre-emptive strikes, even at friends, and, if threatened, mass suicide.
Anyone who believes that every major power doesn’t have part of their nuclear strategic arsenal targeted on Israel is delusional, and we are talking, not only the United States, but Britain, France, Russia, China, India, Pakistan and even Japan.
North Korea and Israel have agreements and are surprisingly close friends. No hostile acts will ever pass between them.

All is meant to defend decency; Palestinians are protected in Gaza, kept from harming themselves by periodic reminders, napalm, cluster bombs, barbed wire, imprisonment, locked away so they are safe from harm. This is how we now describe decency.
This week, America, curiously close to a national election, is engaging in a frenzy of “decency” for its own people. No expense is spared, credit for “decent acts” is appropriately heaped upon the bureaucracies responsible and perhaps this really is something right and good.
The problem is the hypocrisy and inconsistency. A parallel bureaucracy to the one delivering fresh drinking water, saving people from raging floods with helicopters, distributing food, repairing power lines, that parallel bureaucracy has imprisoned 15 million Americans.
Television shows tell Americans this nation within a nation is made up of degenerate criminals, a ravaging hoard ready to descend upon humanity unless locked away in dark and filthy prison cells where the weak are raped daily, where all are malnourished and abused.
America’s prisons are among the most brutal on earth.
We talked about “parallel bureaucracy.” We should talk about Afghanistan and “drones.” Sometimes, when President Obama slips into the occasional lucid moment, he speaks of us remaining at war so long that we forget the reasons we are there.
He always returns to the iconic events of 9/11, peddling the carefully contrived mythology left him by his sociopathic predecessor.
Colonel Eugene Khrushchev would tell him why America is in Afghanistan. America is there because top members of America’s government produce 98% of the world’s heroin in Afghanistan.
That heroin, combined with other drugs, methamphetamine, cocaine, ecstasy, “oxy” and others are why so many Americans are in prison or jail, on parole or probation, or in “rehab” or dead of overdoses.
Their purpose in life is to serve their nation and the business of that nation which is to not just steal oil but to look for nations to invade.
America, or at least its government, is the world’s largest drug gang. A circuitous industry of intelligence and military, of border guards that look the other way, of police who get a share, of government officials at every level who get “a taste,” drugs and drug money is as American as a burning a Koran or a defiled corpse.
Good became bad, god became Satan, love and forgiveness became torture and murder and religion as it had been so aptly expressed in Europe’s dark ages returned to its roots.
This is why we cherish the concept of decency, the simplicity of it, the scale of it, how it can apply to a single person or a nation, to a race, to a species, maybe eventually to the planet itself.
Decency.

Nor is not wanting to be a victim of militant Judaism being anti-semite. On the contrary, those that pitch the anti-semite smear should be made to wear the TJ badge, ‘Talmudic Jew’, so the rest of us can treat them like they treat people…and so be it…by their hand.

Former Canadian Prime Minister Jean Chretien reminisced about the display of mutual admiration that unfolded when he invited Peterson to a 2001 ceremony honoring Nelson Mandela.

His parents were immigrants from the West Indies; his father worked as a porter for Canadian Pacific Railway, and was an amateur musician. His sister was a highly regarded piano instructor. O.P., as his friends called him, dropped out of school after winning a major Canadian piano competition and went on to his career spanning more than 60 years.

Peterson had arthritis since his youth, and in later years could hardly button his shirt. He had hip replacement surgery in the early 1990s. Somewhat later, in 1993, Peterson suffered a serious stroke that weakened his left side and sidelined him for two years.
He gradually regained mobility and some control of his left hand. However, his virtuosity was never restored to the original level, and his playing after his stroke relied principally on his right hand.

Entirely in your corner on this one Duay. Talked to NHOP in Ronnie Scott’s (where he was dueting with Mulgrew Miller) after Oscar had his stroke and he said that he had really lost any significant use in his left hand (evident in later video clips) Thereafter performed with a guitarist in quartet format to broaden the harmonic sound, something he never needed before (more like a one man orchestra). Had to say that I had seen the great man ‘live’ and eventually did so at the Royal Albert Hall in London 2005. From where I was sitting I could see him come to the stage entrance in a wheelchair. He then got up and walked 40 feet unaided to the Steinway. Proud man ! Proceeded to play the thing beautifully (virtually one handed) for the best part of two hours – a truly inspirational human being.

Most, almost all, Americans are decent. We are a good people, just duped by our government and press. Mostly we don’t care about politics unless it affects us directly, like high gas prices, high food costs, lack of power during an innocuous storm, etc. We have zero clue on how our government directly affects the lives of others around the world…we don’t get that info.
We have no idea how we have been manipulated over the past 100 years. We know that our government sucks, but we don’t know how to fix it…we just do what MSM tells us to do.
How the hell to we get out of this?
We need real disclosure. There are people out there who are true American patriots in the know, who may still care about their country and the environment their kids/grandkids might grow up in. Forgotten, or left out, in the story of these times was with multiple recessions and immigrant populations living on the edge, competition about the different groups was never pretty. Does anybody remember when a politician would automatically RESIGN if he was even thought to be party to ANY scandal or shady business? Even if someone in their department was at fault and this caused raised eye-brows – they would fall on their sword without a whimper.

Cuba offered first responders, aid, etc, for New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina and the USG wouldn`t allow them to help. I think maybe Venezuela had the same problem. Our gov wouldn`t help, but no one else could either.

Here is a positive thought for Dave and greenrecovery: I’ll bet my bottom dollar that during the American War of Independence the VAST MAJORITY of people played no part whatsoever in the fighting or even discussing the philosophical rights and wrongs of it. They will have sat around as usual drinking and subsisting – waiting to see ‘what happened’. I’ll bet that there were some in remote areas of the US that had no idea a revolution had even happened until years afterwards.
There were probably a few who jumped on the revolutionary bandwagon to have their say as soon as all the fighting was over and it was safe to do so – but all in all – the action would have been down to a small number of committed individuals. It is no good waiting around for the general public to ‘wake up’. That will probably never happen – and you certainly wont get anywhere waiting for VOTES to solve things. That opportunity was missed long ago and the ‘modern’ zioworld is now one of endemic corruption. Even if everybody voted green tomorrow – the results would be rigged anyway.
The positive thing, however, is that it only takes a small percentage of the population to turn up and make the major change needed. The rest will sit around watching with their mouths open anyway.

You’re right. During the American Revolution, the active forces in the field against the King’s tyranny never amounted to more than 3% of the colonists. History itself, for good or ill, is made by determined minorities. Never underestimate the power of a small group of committed “decent” citizens to change the world. Indeed, it has never been done otherwise.
