As I understand it Russian forces will operate the S-300 systems for the foreseeable future until Syrians resume the task after training. The Israelis of course know how to neutralize the S-300 system – or so they boast but, like Nutty Yahoo today claiming the Iranians have an on-going Nuclear program in full flow, there is only so far you can deceive people, or in Israel’s case, themselves. Did not Mattis say the Iranians were giving ‘robust confirmation’ of meeting the JCPOA guidelines. He absolutely did. So Trump and Nutty – our two verifiable stooges, are agreed on dismantling it – the Joint Comprehensive Plan Of Action, for their own ulterior and nefarious motives. Trump most assuredly has an IOU coming due to the Oligarchs, among other Zionist financiers, for their election funds finagled out of Russia. Will Iran in the meantime, hold fire long enough to acquire the S-300 system from Russia before confronting ‘the dancing Israelis’ whooping it up for an attack before this happens? Putin we can be sure has cautioned patience and if Iran can delay a response to last night’s missile attack putatively by Israel but rumored by i24News to have been the US and Britain out of Jordan they will be in a much stronger position to counter Israel, or better still, ignore them with the ridicule of punishing indifference.
Interesting developments. It seems the S300 units must have been in Syria, but not operational, prior to the Douhma false gas attack. With the units being operated by Syrians, who have the right to defend their nation, the USA will need some kind of super excuse to directly attack the Syrian air defenses. A move which you may be correct in believing will result in the loss of American planes and, lives. If your assessments are right we may expect the Israeli’s to do the heavy lifting now. They have said as much. As Israel launches missile attacks from Lebanon’s air space will the S300 not only protect against the incoming, but also take out the planes from which they are launched? I think I will assume my wait and, see attitude.
Those assets have been in Syria for quite a while as Russian military assets. It seems that Russians have simply transferred the assets to the Syrian military. Smart, as shipping in new assets would have invited illegal Israel attacks prior to them being setting up.
