It’s Official: US Funding Al Qaeda and Taliban

At Least 43 Reconstruction Contracts Going to Terrorist Groups

by Dr. Stuart Jeanne Bramhall

It’s extremely ironic for the US State Department to be issuing travel alerts for US citizens in the Middle East and North Africa the same week we learn that the Pentagon is contracting with Al Qaeda and Taliban supporters to carry out Afghan reconstruction projects.

Tony Capaccio of Bloomberg News cites a quarterly report to Congress by Special Inspector for Afghan Reconstruction John Sopko. The report reveals Sopko asked the US Army Suspension and Disbarment office to cancel 43 contracts to known Al Qaeda and Taliban supporters. They refused. The reason? The Suspension and Disbarment Office claims it would violate Al Qaeda and Taliban “due process rights.”

Curious, isn’t it? Official terrorist groups have due process rights, but not whistleblowers, Guantanamo detainees, or ordinary Americans subject to continual surveillance by NSA.

The intelligence community has been quietly leaking evidence for more than a decade that the US is secretly funding Al Qaeda to promote political instability (and justify continued military intervention) in the Middle East. In the last two years the CIA has been caught red-handed funding and training Al Qaeda militants in Libya and Syria.

Based on Sopko’s report, Pentagon support for Al Qaeda and the Taliban is official as of August 1.

Let me see if I can think this through: the Pentagon is giving Al Qaeda and the Taliban funding, even though Al Qaeda and the Taliban are planning to carry out attacks on US citizens. How can this be happening? It would appear the US government is at war with their own people.

The 236 page quarterly report Sopko submitted to Congress also raises grave concerns about Obama’s request for $10.7 billion in 2014 for Afghan reconstruction projects. All would be carrying out by civilian contractors, of which 30-40% would be local Afghan businesses.

Sopko argues the Pentagon already fails abysmally in monitoring an existing $32 million program to install bars or gratings in culverts to prevent insurgents from planting roadside bombs in them. He thinks at bare minimum the Department of Defense should now how many contracts they have issued under this program. They don’t. Thus it seems pretty obvious they aren’t vetting the contractors, much less monitoring where the money is going.

The defense department isn’t monitoring where the money is going. What a surprise.
And remember on Sept 10, 2001, Rumsfeld revealed 2.3 trillion gone missing from Pentagon.

    Its only money,

      Just money down the toilet.

“Those who founded the glorious ‘International of Islamic Terror, Al-Qaeda, probably knew too little about common use of Arabic language to know that by using this name for their organization, they risked becoming the laughing stock of everybody who speaks the Arabic ‘public’ language.

The word ‘Al-Qaeda’ is commonly used in the Arab public language for ‘Toilet’

In most Arab homes there are two kinds of toilets: ‘Al-Qaeda’ also called the ‘Hamam Franji’ or foreign toilet, and ‘Hamam Arabi’ or ‘Arab toilet’ which is a hole in the ground.

This name comes from the Arabic verb ‘Qaada’ which means ‘to sit’, pertinently, on the ‘ Toilet Bowl’

A very common and widespread use of the word ‘Al-Qaeda’ in different Arab countries in the public language is for the toilet bowl.

…the potty used by small children is called ‘Ma Al-Qaeda’ ”

“Paul Johnson and two American Officers” by Kawther Salam

So let’s stop the toilet talk and just call them what they are – mercenaries hired by Israel and the Israeli puppets who run the US government.

PS: “Ana raicha Al Qaeda” is colloquial Arabic for “I’m going to the toilet.”

“I have never read any Islamic Rule in the Koran which allows the decapitation of people whether they are Moslems, Christians or Jews, for any reason whatsoever. Islam expressly forbids killing for religious reasons. The Prophet Muhammad said: ‘You should not kill an old man, a child, or a woman. You should not cut a tree or destroy a church’ Murdering and killing is outside of Islamic morals and principles, which are inviolable.”

Every citizen should be incensed at even more taxpayer money being sent overseas while America crumbles into 3rd World status. But there must be a mistake here, because the talking heads on all news outlets tell us Al Qaeda is our avowed enemy, and NSA spying must continue so as to weed them out.

    • Ernest  August 6, 2013 at 7:16 am

“Al Qaeda” is a Mossad joke. It means “the toilet” in Arabic. Anyone using the term “Al Qaeda” as if it was a real Arab fundamentalist Muslim organization is making himself a laughing stock to the Mossad. The Bin Laden Group helped build US bases in Saudi Arabia. That is how the Bin Ladens made their fortunes. It is undoubtedly the Bin Laden Group who are building the US bases in Afghanistan not any boogiemen with their heads popping out of toilet bowels. Saudi royals are probably crypto Jews. That is why they are fighting against Syria for Israel

Go figure Alciada veterans get jobs …

    • michaelathons  August 4, 2013 at 7:47 am

Lets connect the dots, shall we… It’s been alleged that the CIA is just the American subsidiary of the Israeli Mossad. Therefor, is Al Qaeda a Mossad invention, and ally? Shall we conclude then that members of the Israeli Secret Service are receiving these contracts.

Facetiousness is a common comment tactic i use ..

And her family lives in Israel according to Rose Cohen of Australia. Omar, one of Osama’s sons wears Calvin Klein Tee shirts. He says that there are numerous doubles of his father running around pretending to be him. No problem. The Saddam who they supposedly executed was a Saddam double according to Saddam’s wife. The reason why Hillary laughed when she heard that Qaddafi was killed was probably that she saw the photo of his dead double Ali Majid Al Andalus. The real Qaddafi was last seen in Switzerland He told “Stirring Trouble Internationally”

“When you have several billion dollars, like I do, dying is the last thing that is on your mind. I may look stupid, but I’m not an idiot.”

I’m sure the US Corporate-Government Mafia have their reasons . But, like any of their actions, they just don’t have anything to do with the security, empowerment or enrichment of anyone but the Mafia.

    • Ernest  August 6, 2013 at 9:43 am

Let’s be specific, shall we? You are talking about the Zionist Jewish Mafia and the corporations which are controlled by Zionist Jews – including virtually all of the “big 6″ mainstream media mega-corporations, the military industrial complex & “security” corporations which the Neocon Jews have made an alliance with, hoodlums, thugs, and criminals of all types, Arab criminals, Freemasons at the top of the Boston and Newtown Police Departments, corrupt cops and CIA agents, the super corrupt FBI, Televangelists, the corrupt RNC and DNC, etc. etc. etc.

Meanwhile there have been massive Al Qaeda jailbreaks in Pakistan, Libya, and Iraq, and the U.S. is now closing 17+ embassy s due to “credible” threat of Al Qaeda attack.

Interesting how well coordinated this supposedly decentralized terrorist organization seems to be.

    • mpennery  August 4, 2013 at 4:25 am

The jailbreaks are obviously pure “coincidence.”
Got a big laugh out of the understatement of the century:
“It would appear the US government is at war with their own people.”
      You don’t say!!
Though I will refer to Bill Hicks to clarify. He reminded that a war is when TWO military forces are opposing each other. What our government is doing to us might better be referred to as extermination.
