Wisconsin Commando team raids shelter to kill Al Qaeda fawn

The faces of innocent cows have been blurred out for privacy concerns during the raid.  I did not know that cows had lawsuit attorneys.

An Al-Qaeda baby deer captured and killed in a dramatic law enforcement coup – Wisconsin Dept. of Natural Resources protects America from evil terrorist bio-weapon

… by Jim W. Dean, VT Editor    … for KIA – ‘Giggle’, a two week old fawn

Baby Giggle – Before death sentence was carried out

Respect for government in America continues to go downhill, but unlike Detroit, where people could just leave, that’s a bit problematic when it’s your country.

Today’s story is a perfect example of what happens when government at all levels wants to have commando raiding teams so they can play SEAL Team Six.

Once they have the capacity, and it is budgeted…they want to keep it budgeted by making sure they crank out some stats on how many bad hombre’s they have bagged.

But nothing is more pitiful that seeing this now in Departments of Natural Resources whose current staff must have grown up with play stations and too many hours playing Call of Duty.

Baby animals from abandoned or killed mothers have been a part of American history. We have reached a high point, or a low one, when a fawn is used as a training exercise for the Wisconsin DNR commando team.

I am not hyping this aspect of the story as local news reports state that two snitches dropped a dime on the fawn, which caused DNR to launch a Red Alert. I had to blink when I read that aerial surveillance confirmed the fawn was at Society of St. Francis’ animal shelter.

But the training does not end here. A highly trained DNR deep behind the lines Recon commando was able to infiltrate the sanctuary and make a ground level ID of baby Giggle. This appears to have been necessary for obtaining a warrant for the “ultimate penalty”.

But mind you, this was not just to have someone go out to ask about the deer, or to remove it for vet testing or to a state shelter. Giggle had been sentenced to death without a jury of her peers.

And of course, due to the danger in apprehending a two week old deer, for the protection of the state’s employees a commando raid was deemed necessary for the safe return for all those involved in this heroic protection of the public.

Shelter employee Gary Schultz could not believe his eyes

The Wisconsin DNR seems to have their legal butts covered, but not their competency and good public relations behinds, which seem to be hanging out big time.

I suggest that we provide them as much opportunity to show us just how big their butts are by making further inquires as to the use of tight state budget funds on a ridiculous operation when so many are suffering from cutbacks. Might the cutbacks have been made in the wrong places, instead of these kinds of commando operations?

I would like to know why a phone call was not made to Giggle to ask her to just turn herself in, to avoid a shootout in return for maybe a life sentence or something. Government people always bet on something like this blowing over, which is usually does.

VT has found that satire is often the most effective punishment, as their paychecks will of course remain secure. But if people are making jokes about them for the rest of their lives about this, it will make all the rest of them screw their heads on a little tighter.

The DNR supervisor’s email address is already out. She will be used to take the heat, even though she deserves only part of it. She appears to be an affirmative action hire because when asked why a phone call was not made, she responded that when you are going on a drug raid you don’t call the target and ask them to bring their drugs down to the station. Yes, folks, this is what this PR genius said.

So I think we should aim a little higher…the top of the DNR and the governor’s office, and see if we can get a total cost breakdown on this anti-terrorism operation.

We might also want to consider some kind of medals or decoration for all those involved, risking their lives like they did. Check back as we will be posting contact info for the higher ups.

U.S. DNR Agents Kill Baby Deer in Overboard Commando SWAT Operation Style

International Business Times – Australia

By Esther Tanquintic-Misa | August 2, 2013

One would think they raced to the crime scene because they were out to topple a terrorist or armed person. But no. The armed agents from the U.S.’s Wisconsin state Department of Natural Resources, complete with squad cars, were just out to kill a baby deer in a barn.

“(There were) nine DNR agents and four deputy sheriffs, and they were all armed to the teeth,” Ray Schulze, an animal shelter employee working for the Society of St. Francis in Kenosha, Wis., told WISN 12. “It was like (seeing) a SWAT team (in action).”

Their target? Giggle, a 2-week-old baby fawn. A local family who had found her earlier decided to bring her to the no-kill animal shelter, thinking she might have been abandoned by her mother.

However, Wisconsin state law forbids the possession of wildlife. Two anonymous callers tipped the DNR about the presence of the illegal baby fawn in the farm. The state warden then took aerial photos, specifically noting the deer’s presence. An affidavit for a search warrant was immediately drafted.

On the day the raid incident happened two weeks ago, the agents detained shelter workers before searching for the fawn. However, Mr Schulze said the baby fawn already actually has a schedule to go to the wildlife reserve the next day.

Such a waste of tax payers’ money.

“I was thinking in my mind they were going to take the deer and take it to a wildlife shelter, and here they come carrying the baby deer over their shoulder. She was in a body bag,” Mr Schulze said.

Mr Schulze asked one of the men why they had to treat the animal in such a way. He was given a curt “That’s our policy” reply. “That’s one hell of a policy,” Mr Schulze told the men.

But Jennifer Niemeyer, DNR supervisor, denied killing the poor baby deer on site. They tranquilised her and then euthanised her off-site, Ms Niemeyer said.

Euthanising animals like Giggle are required by law to be culled because of the potential for disease and danger to humans, she said.

“These are always very difficult situations for both parties involved, and we are empathetic to the fact of what happened because we know in our heart of hearts they tried to do the right thing,” Ms Niemeyer added.

But Cindy Schultz, shelter president, is planning to sue DNR for removing Giggles without a court hearing. “I don’t care where they would have killed her, it would have been wrong,” Ms Schultz said. “They went way over the top for a little tiny baby deer.”

How many senseless and brutal acts will it take before America finally sets down whatever it is they’re doing and just get up and walk… together, all Americans, just walk peacefully with one thought: love of your country and countrymen.

I live in a suburban setting on the edge of a 15 1/2 acre natural preserve.Within that eco structure lives a wide variety of wildlife from deer to raccoons.I feed these critters including salt licks with all the needed nutrients so they don’t need to cross a major highway.

If any force came to adduct, kidnap, capture any of these critters without full court approval I would stand with them and for them. These animals can’t speak for themselves so I have taken on the responsibility as a protector. The pay I get is to be accepted into their circle with almost complete trust.Compassion for the world begins with self and like charity, begins at home.Everybody needs to take a stand and stand for some thing.

    Thanks Jim.

Is that foreign entity trying to win the hearts and minds of Americans? They well knew, that local kids might like to see that bambi and maybe feed it. Disease my ass, Moshe Dayan himself told, that Israel must be a rabid, I mean mad dog and DNR should be the best to know how to deal with rabies.

Now that they killed the evil al-Qaeda fawn, I guess Obama can rescind that “terror alert.”

  5. wiggins  August 5, 2013 at 10:07 am

Well Jim……you know the old adage: ‘those the gods wish to destroy, they first make mad.’ Even a blind man on a galloping horse could fail to see our present predicament…….Power to your elbow!

  6. ronaldhoy  August 5, 2013 at 7:37 am

Mr. Dean, perhaps you could use a name that most would be able to identify with in regards to the fawn, or like change the header to read WISCONSIN COMMANDOS RAID St. FRANCIS ANIMAL SHELTER, BAMBI MURDERED This is what people could identify with. What a shame.

    • williammartin  August 5, 2013 at 12:19 pm

Unless you understand they hoax war on terror and the US Police State [Trained by Israeli forces] with the Militarization of Law Enforcement and read the daily hoax threat’s of Al Qaeda, Al Qaeda — Al Qaeda.

You wont see why the Al Qaeda was used to show that our Government wastes so many millions out doing “Stunt’s” like this instead of anything that would benefit “We the People.”

As hundreds of Millions are sent to these same Al Qaeda while America’s cities crumble, bridges collapse a view comes into focus… Your being Played by this Government.

    • ronaldhoy  August 5, 2013 at 8:30 pm

Oh I understand it all, and have been awake for longer than most people watching your once Great Country and a Great neighbor slide into the abyss in slow motion during my lifetime. (born late 50’s) Grew up with some now Walt Disney classics. Ignoring the pedi undertones of the early works I thought putting a name to the fawn that people could really identify with might awaken the sleepy by appealing to their fawness of beloved childhood memories, thus showing the evil intent of those in the power seat. Like playing their game. lol

1-2 yr ago, michigan banned “wild hogs” then proceeded to SWAT TEAM execute penned hogs ON FARMS.
they didnt advocate hunting REAL wild hogs, how to butcher, bad things to look for to reject the meat etc.
it was only about destroying small hog farms in favor of huge corporate ones, eliminating competition, using the peoples money to wage warfare against citizens daring to try to produce FOOD on their land.

    • captain obvious  August 5, 2013 at 6:30 am

years ago ex indiana govorner mitch approved GMO wildgrass substitute to be seeded along highways and waterways that makes a mammal (deer) sterile, with the rationalization thered be less auto accidents.
thered be less GAME, less need for permits, wardens, and “what do you need a GUN for?” bioweapon attack on 2nd amendment. so what if gun toting redneck families become sterile eating venison?

    • captain obvious  August 5, 2013 at 6:36 am

if its happened in indiana, how many other states? how many varieties of “grasses” can the stuff contaminate-pollenate? wheat, rice, corn and more, are all types of relative grasses possibly succeptible to mutations. wasnt a GMO mutant crop discovered in oregon or washington recently?

the assassination of this baby-deer was similar to this one:

I lived in Milwaukee County when Scott Walker was county executive. The man exhibits signs of being a sociopath, so his turning the state into a mirror of IsraHell is not surprising.

Least we know if the deer population get out of hand, and our mighty hunters can no longer thin the herd, our elite commando forces are ever ready. The damn deer posed a threat to an entire county, and how more calm the people of Wisconsin can sleep knowing such brave and courageous men can handle such a delicate and threatening situation. Sounds like another Bush plan to risk the lives of every one else but their own children.
Congratulations commandos! Damn, just like bin Laden raid.

  13. Brian  August 4, 2013 at 4:32 pm

Well I’m totally supporting Jennifer Niemeyer, I actually think she should have sent out about 300 of the nation’s best, Israeli trained officers with assault weapons and armored vehicles and a few evil drones.

Don’t you people remember when the extremely American patriot organization SITE came out and told us they picked up Internet chatter about jihadists exploring the possibility of surgically implanting explosives in angry Arab terrorists? I can see tiny surgical scars on the little evil Palestinian deer smuggled into the woods of Wisconsin pretending to be a lonely orphan.

  14. Martin Maloney  August 4, 2013 at 4:24 pm

Missing from your article, Jim, is that the shelter had made arrangments for the fawn to be transferred the very next day to a licensed facility in Illinois.

Perhaps that was the problem. The al Qaeda fawn was infected with a lethal, genetically-created virus, and federal law prohibits transporting such a critter across state lines.

On a serious note, as we all know, one of the methods that the PTB controls us is by controlling the vocabulary. You know, like the “defense” budget. To fight them, we have to break free from and repudiate their terminology.

Please stop pussy-footing around. The fawn was not “euthanised” — the fawn was “killed.”

  15. adeUK  August 4, 2013 at 2:54 pm

We are not to be outdone by stupidity and waste. One of our British elite police swat teams recently managed to bump off a young heifer ( calf ) that had escaped from a market.

Wearing full Seal Team fancy dress and armed with H&K G36c carbines and a rifle with a moderator the elite squad’s highly trained “expert marksman” took only four shots to kill the cornered animal at short range whilst the chaps with the H&Ks stood guard.

Moronic perhaps but is this about conditioning the public to accept squads of trigger happy armed goons on our streets as part of an EU / Zio occupation force.

No disciplinary action was taken against the orificers as the poor cow was later identified by a foreign intelligence service as a goyem bovine insurgent with links to Al-Quaida. Undisclosed sources reveal that Daisy was engaged in a uranium enrichment program that would very soon lead to Iran becoming a nuclear power. Apparently the NSA recorded a conversation with Daisy and her milkmaid via a bugged light bulb implicating the wayward calf in a plot to wipe Israel off the map.

Picture of the goon squad Google “Placebo Media News! Caution: Red Alert, Large Terrorist COW at Large”

    • wiggins  August 5, 2013 at 10:11 am

      I saw it ….unbelievable stupidity.

  16. Excalibur  August 4, 2013 at 1:27 pm

Jim – I think that you are forgetting that Giggles MAY have been about to utter some anti-semitic ‘hate-speech’ or even send a mobile telephone message that would trigger a terrorist bomb. You really MUST learn to TRUST our all knowing authorities without question Jim.

    Resistance is futile ………..

    • Jim W. Dean  August 4, 2013 at 2:35 pm

Right Excal, I did forget about giggle’s cell phone that could be used as a trigger. But these guys may have opened up a can of worms for themselves…the use of sedation and then euthanasia to eliminate those that could be a threat to society…that puts those how ARE a threat in kind of a bad situation.

    • Excalibur  August 4, 2013 at 3:24 pm

In communist Russia after the Second World War – once the Russian people had saved the bolshevik cabals butt from the Germans – uncle Joe Stalin started to become nervous that some of the brave Russian soldiers who had fought a ‘good war’ were getting a bit too popular with the people. Stalin, by way of a thank you for their service, had thousands of military officers with impeccable service records murdered – just so that they could not become centres of alternative hero worship to him at some point in the future.

They were all systematically denounced as ‘enemies of the state’ and quietly taken away to be exterminated – a job at which by that time they had become expert. Stalin desperately wanted to kill the war hero General Georgy Zhukov whom people adored at that time. He was advised against it by his advisers – because Zhukov was just too high profile. Instead they portrayed him in the newsreels as becoming mentally ill and a figure of fun. Thus a mental asylum saved Zhukov’s life.

    • Worker Bee  August 4, 2013 at 8:29 pm

Thankfully Zhukov was around later to arrest Beria and end the “red terror” in the Soviet Union. Notice that once ethnic Russians instead of “Khazarians” were running things, while still repressive and authoritarian, the Soviet state only persecuted its real enemies, and the mass killings stopped.

  17. captain obvious  August 5, 2013 at 12:37 pm

shame they didnt ambush the SWAT TEAMS eliminating a real threat to Americans.
I’m sure not suggesting something like that might be a good thing in the future,
not advocating violence, its just a shame that they werent somehow deterred or arrested.
about our “pets” that DO happen to be family members,
if a person kills a police dog that’d rip em to shreds in self defense they call it murder of an officer,
but if they kill your pet “too bad its for our own safety concerns HAHAHA”..
I sure cant figure out why people HATE police, judges, etc etc.
