A review of 680 “fusion center” reports from 2009-10 revealed not a single indication of domestic terrorist activity: NONE. ZILCH. NADA. ZIP.

“Despite reviewing 13 months’ worth of reporting originating from fusion centers from April 1, 2009 to April 30, 2010, the Subcommittee investigation could identify no reporting which uncovered a terrorist threat, nor could it identify a contribution such fusion center reporting made to disrupt an active terrorist plot.”–US Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs. While this finding appears to be of the greatest importance to the American public, to the best of my knowledge, the mass media has ignored it completely.

We know about the 300 or more FEMA camps distributed around the country.  We know that Congress has authorized 30,000 drones to conduct surveillance on the American people.  We know that the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) had requisitioned 1.5 billion rounds of .40 calibre hollow-point ammunition, which is not even permissible for use in warfare under the Geneva Conventions.  Since DHS does not conduct operations abroad, it must be acquiring that massive stock of ammo for use on us right here in the United States.  That much is alarming enough all by itself.

What we didn’t know is that DHS is some kind of monstrous joke, that it has been squandering billions of taxpayers’ dollars, and that it has turned up no evidence of any domestic terrorist threat!  NONE!  That is not my opinion but the conclusion of the US Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Report about Fusion Centers (3 October 2012). The situation is absurd.  DHS has no financial oversight and cannot even identify how much it has spent, where there is more than $1 billion difference in its own estimates. So what precisely are we getting for our money?

These “fusion centers” have been created to integrate research on terrorist activities at the federal, state, and local level.  So what have they produced? The answers appears to be, NOTHING!  Read and then reread the crucial finding of this extensive study: “Despite reviewing 13 months’ worth of reporting originating from fusion centers from April 1, 2009 to April 30, 2010, the Subcommittee investigation could identify no reporting which uncovered a terrorist threat, nor could it identify a contribution such fusion center reporting made to disrupt an active terrorist plot”!

And there is more.  “At DHS headquarters, Reports Officers who reviewed the draft HIRs from fusion centers before they were to be published found many of the reports useless.  The officers shared those sentiments in written comments they made recommending that particular HIR draft reports be cancelled.  At times they expressed amazement at the poor quality of reporting . . . . Of the 574 unclassified draft reports field officers filed, the Subcommittee investigation counted 188 marked by DHS reviewers as cancelled, nearly a third . . . . Of the 386 unclassified reports published, the Subcommittee found only 94 which related in some way to potential terrorist activity, or the activities or a known or suspected terrorist . . . . some were based on information from publicly available web sites or dated public reports”.  Virtually none of them contained any information of value.

The problem, of course, is that DHS has been consuming vast resources from the national treasury while accomplishing nothing of value with regard to its anti-terrorism function.  Instead, it is acquiring vast stocks of ammunition that is not even permissible for use in combat under the Geneva Conventions.  DHS appears to be preparing to go to war with the American people.  I am reminded of that old cartoon: that we have met the enemy and it is us!  The fear induced in the public by these machinations has reached historic proportions.  Perhaps the best summation of where we are has come from John W. Whitehead of the Rutherford Institute, who has captured the situation we are in.  Everyone needs to reflect on the United States having become obsessed with national security, even to the extent of gutting our Bill of Rights and turning the country into a “surveillance society”. It is long past time that serious consideration be given to dismantling DHS and returning the organization of our government to its far saner past.

The Politics of Fear in America: A Nation at War with Itself

“Fear is the foundation of most governments.” – John Adams

By John W. Whitehead

October 01, 2012

Turn on the TV or flip open the newspaper on any given day, and you will find yourself accosted by reports of government corruption, corporate malfeasance, militarized police and marauding SWAT teams. America is entering a new phase, one in which children are arrested in schools, military veterans are forcibly detained by government agents because of the content of their Facebook posts, and law-abiding Americans are being subjected to the latest in government spy technology.

These threats to our freedoms are not to be underestimated. Yet even more dangerous than these violations of our basic rights is the language they are couched in—the language of fear. It is a language spoken effectively by politicians on both sides of the aisle, shouted by media pundits from their cable TV pulpits, marketed by corporations, and codified into bureaucratic laws that do little to make our lives safer or more secure.

This language of fear has given rise to a politics of fear whose only aim is to distract and divide us. In this way, we have been discouraged from thinking analytically and believing that we have any part to play in solving the problems before us. Instead, we have been conditioned to point the finger at the other Person or vote for this Politician or support thisGroup, because they are the ones who will fix it. Except that they can’t and won’t fix the problems plaguing our communities.

No amount of freedom has ever been won by sitting back and watching things play out, or by voting for a certain person, or giving money to a certain group. Freedom is won through action, not just in terms of nonviolent protest or petition (which are vital), but in terms of daily interactions with friends and neighbors, discussing the issues and how best to equip communities to deal with daily challenges. Freedom is won most effectively by taking a stand, starting at the local level, whether it’s challenging the influx of profit-driven red light cameras at street intersections, taking issue with a school board decision that sends a message to young people that they have no rights, or demanding that local police de-militarize.

These small acts of rebellion are what win us our rights. Yet as information technology rapidly advances and mindless entertainment proliferates, this type of “free” thinking is being squelched. In the absence of individuals who will stand up for themselves and their freedoms, it is all too easy for the politics of fear to gain traction. Having abdicated our responsibilities as citizens, we have ceded power to bureaucrats and government officials who, with our tacit approval, continue to dismantle our basic rights while providing an illusion of safety and security. This lack of ownership and willingness to engage in self-government on the part of the American people has, in turn, given rise to the rapid militarization of the police over the past 40 years, the criminalization of non-threatening activities such as gathering with friends and family in the privacy of one’s home for prayer and worship, the surveillance dragnet which now tracks virtually every American, and the general sense that we no longer have any control over our government.

A perfect example of this masterful use of the politics of fear to cow the populace is the government’s War on Drugs. Reputedly a response to crime and poverty in inner cities and suburbia, it has been the driving force behind the militarization of the police, at all levels, over the past 40 years. While it has failed to decrease drug use, it has exacerbated social problems by expanding America’s rapidly growing prison system and allowing police carte blancheaccess to our homes and personal property.

Undeterred by its failure to check drug use, the governmental machine keeps chugging along. Consider that in 2011, half a billion dollars’ worth of military equipment flowed from the military to local police, with another $400 million worth of equipment reaching local police by May 2012. In addition to direct transfers of equipment, the federal government has given local police departments grants totaling $34 billion since 9/11. The 50-person police department in Oxford, Alabama, for example, has acquired $3 million worth of equipment, including M-16s, infrared goggles, and an armored vehicle. All of these new toys lead to specious SWAT team raids that eviscerate the Fourth Amendment, acclimating us to the vision of police in jackboots with assault rifles patrolling our streets.

Enter the War on Terror, the logical endpoint of constructing government policy based upon fear and paranoia. Marked by constant surveillance, torture, kidnapping, extrajudicial killing by our government, and the resulting loss of our basic rights, the War on Terror is the culmination of a mentality of fear cultivated by the political elite and willingly accepted by the American people.

A case in point is the creation of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in the aftermath of 9/11. Supposedly tasked with protecting the American homeland from terrorist threats, DHS has become more of a domestic army than a security agency. For example, in March 2012, defense contractor ATK agreed to produce 450 million hollow point rounds to be used by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and its Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) office. DHS placed another order for 750 million rounds of various ammunition in August 2012.

DHS is just one of many aspects of a total militarization of government which has been taking place since the 1980s and rapidly advancing since 9/11. Consider that in August 2012, the Social Security Administration (SSA) placed an order for 174,000 rounds of hollow point ammunition. The SSA plans to send the ammunition to 41 locations throughout the United States, including major cities such as Los Angeles, Detroit, and Philadelphia, among others.

It’s unclear why the SSA would need hollow point bullets, which are designed to explode upon entry into the body, causing massive organ damage. However, it’s worth noting that DHS and SSA have already collaborated in police exercises. In January 2012, Federal Protective Service officers with DHS conducted a training exercise at the SSA office in Leesburg, Florida. One officer carrying a semi-automatic assault rifle randomly checked IDs as people filed into the building, while other officers combed the building with K-9 units. The exercise was part of the larger Operation Shield, which, according to DHS officials, involves federal officers randomly showing up to government buildings throughout the country in order to test the effectiveness of their security procedures.

DHS and SSA aren’t the only agencies beefing up their ammunition stockpiles. In August 2012, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), which houses the National Weather Service, requested 46,000 hollow point bullets to be sent to locations in Maine, Massachusetts, New Jersey, and Florida, as well as 500 paper targets. The NOAA later released a statement claiming that the ammunition is intended for the Fisheries Office of Law Enforcement which is entrusted to “enforce[e] laws that conserve and protect our nation’s living marine resources and their natural habitat.”

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and its state level counterparts are also becoming militarized. Consider the increasingly violent campaign against raw milk farmers in recent years. In April 2008, Mark Nolt, a Mennonite raw milk farmer, was arrested in a raid on his property involving six state troopers and a representative of the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture. In April 2010, Dan Allyger, an Amish raw milk farmer in Pennsylvania, was subjected to a predawn raid conducted by agents from the FDA, US Marshals, and a state trooper.

These police exercises are the result of government policies engineered to maximize fear and paranoia. Yet they are only possible because of the acquiescence of the American people to all government programs relating to “security” since 9/11. Despite the fact that violent crime rates are low, and terrorist attacks are radically unlikely (in fact, one is more likely to die in a car wreck or be struck by lightning than be killed by a terrorist), we are seeing government agencies “protecting” us by harassing, arresting, and sometimes killing our friends and neighbors, all in the name of security. This is the inertia of government bureaucracy. Created during moments of fear, such agencies and the corporate entities that benefit from them always resist change once a citizenry gathers their senses and demands are made for the restoration of free government.

Thus, fear is the root of the problem. The only thing which will improve our present condition is the taming of our fear. We must act on courage. Courage to think differently, speak loudly, and challenge directly the systems which we know to be unjust. Voting will do precious little to circumvent the politics of fear which Democrats and Republicans use to justify their attacks on our personal liberties. As author Mark Vernon has noted, “…the politics of fear plays on an assumption that people cannot bear the uncertainties associated with [risk]. Politics then becomes a question of who can better deliver an illusion of control.”

    We Are The Terrorists

    By Dr. Dahlia Wasfi

We have an obligation to every last victim of this illegal aggression because all of this carnage has been done in our name. Since World War II, 90% of the casualties of war are unarmed civilians. 1/3 of them children. Our victims have done nothing to us. From Palestine to Afghanistan to Iraq to Somalia to wherever our next target may be, their murders are not collateral damage, they are the nature of modern warfare. They don’t hate us because of our freedoms. They hate us because every day we are funding and committing crimes against humanity. …

This is sending the poor of this country to kill the poor of those Muslim countries. This is trading blood for oil. This is genocide, and to most of the world, we are the terrorists. In these times, remaining silent on our responsibility to the world and its future is criminal. And in light of our complicity in the supreme crimes against humanity in Iraq and Afghanistan, and ongoing violations of the U.N. Charter in International Law, how dare any American criticize the actions of legitimate resistance to illegal occupation.

Our so-called enemies in Afghanistan, Iraq, Palestine, our other colonies around the world, and our inner cities here at home, are struggling against the oppressive hand of empire, demanding respect for their humanity. They are labeled insurgents or terrorists for resisting rape and pillage by the white establishment, but they are our brothers and sisters in the struggle for justice. The civilians at the other end of our weapons don’t have a choice, but American soldiers have choices, and while there may have been some doubt 5 years ago, today we know the truth. Our soldiers don’t sacrifice for duty-honor-country, they sacrifice for Kellogg Brown & Root.

They don’t fight for America, they fight for their lives and their buddies beside them, because we put them in a war zone. They’re not defending our freedoms, they’re laying the foundation for 14 permanent military bases to defend the freedoms of Exxon Mobil and British Petroleum.

They’re not establishing democracy, they’re establishing the basis for an economic occupation to continue after the military occupation has ended. Iraqi society today, thanks to American “help” is defined by house raids, death squads, check-points, detentions, curfews, blood in the streets, and constant violence. We must dare to speak out in support of the … people, who resist and endure the horrific existence we brought upon them through our bloodthirsty imperial crusade. We must dare to speak out in support of those American war-resisters, the real military heroes, who uphold their oath to defend the constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic, including those terrorist cells in Washington DC more commonly known as the Legislative, Executive & Judicial branches.

Frederick Douglass said, “Those who profess to favor freedom, and yet deprecate agitation, are people who want crops without plowing the ground. They want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters. This struggle may be a moral one, or it may be a physical one, and it may be both … but it must be a struggle. Power concedes nothing without a demand. It never did and it never will.”

Every one of us, every one of us must keep demanding, keep fighting, keep thundering, keep plowing, keep speaking, keep struggling until justice is served. NO justice, NO peace.

Twenty-five people, most of them U.S. military veterans, were arrested while laying flowers at a war memorial in New York City Oct. 7. They were engaged in a peaceful vigil to honor those killed and wounded in war and to oppose the U.S. war in Afghanistan as it entered its 12th year.

The vigil was held at Vietnam Veterans Memorial Plaza in lower Manhattan and began with a program of music and speakers including Vietnam veteran Bishop George Packard, Pulitzer Prize-winning war correspondent Chris Hedges, and Iraq combat veteran Jenny Pacanowski. At 8:30, the protesters began reading the names of the New York soldiers killed in Vietnam who are commemorated at the plaza and the military dead in Afghanistan and Iraq.

At 10:15 pm, the police informed the group that the park was officially closed and that if they remained they would be arrested. Many chose to continue reading names and laying flowers until they were handcuffed and taken away. One of the arrestees was Word War II Army combat veteran, Jay Wenk, 85, from Woodstock, NY.

      The veterans had four aims:

      * Demand an end to the 11-year war in Afghanistan
      * Demand an end to all U.S. wars of aggression
      * Remember all those killed and wounded by war
      * Stand up for our right, and duty, to assemble and organize

Photojournalist, poet and Vietnam veteran Mike Hastie was the first arrested, after appealing to police not to force the veterans out of the war memorial: “This is a sad day. I was a medic in Vietnam. I watched soldiers commit suicide. I had soldiers’ brains all over my lap. How can you do this? How can you arrest me for being at a war memorial?”

Former VFP President Mike Ferner said, “I bet a lot of the arresting officers tonight were also military veterans; a number of them didn’t look too happy with the job they were told to do.”

EXCELLENT Article! this is so important for people to know about, I still get the nervous giggle from people that refuse to hear it, guess they will have no choice when they kick this into gear, it is way past time to recognize that we are run by a machine that is morbidly obese with corruption and it isn’t going to get any better until we say NO and demand it be dismantled immediately and the corruptors be imprisoned within the very walls they built for us, GOD help them and us if that ever happens, we the people have got to stand with each other or we will all fall separately

The FDA was also called upon to silence and ultimately bring about the termination of Wilhelm Reich. Do your own research to learn about him – here’s a link regarding the trumped up charges that put him behind bars:

Among other things, a device invented by Reich is being used to bust up chemtrails from the ground – I can personally attest to this. What Reich discovered was too dangerous for the PTB – hence jail/death and his books burned.

There is also a raw milk connection re the above, but I dare say no more.

    Dr. Fetzer,
You mention 2 instances above, of the US government harassment of Amish and Mennonite farmers. The US government has targeted Mennonites and Amish (conservative Mennonites) because of their activities as one of the peace churches. I do believe there may have been several FALSE FLAG incidents targeting them, sowing fear in the community. There was one a few years ago, where a lone nut (of course) walked into an Amish schoolhouse and murdered a bunch of kids, all girls, before killing himself. Etc.

Mennonites are tolerated as long as they are quiet and useful, like when the government actually wants a mediator to end a conflict. But in the current endless war on “terrorism”, Mennonites are a pain in the butt to officials. Mennonites have long been active as witnesses in Palestine, for example. Mennonites also had the gall to meet with Ahmadinejad in New York a couple years ago. But the government does not (yet) want to trash Mennonites’ First Amendment rights on this basis, so they use the FDA instead, to go after milk farmers.

I think it may be time for a fresh look at some incidents in Amish and Mennonite country.

    About those 52 years:

For many centuries the inhabitants of the earth were in such fear of Venus that human sacrifice was practiced in both hemispheres in the hope of placating its wrath. The Mexicans were so profoundly affected by the fifty-two year interval between Venus’ two encounters with the earth that they adopted the period in their calendar and made bloody sacrifices to Quetzalcoatl – the feathered serpent” who was identified with the Morning Star – when fifty-two years passed without harm. The years of terror lasted until the seventh century B.C. Venus, as the result of an encounter with another body, took up its present orbit and changed from a wild comet to a tame planet. Venus’ flirtation with another planet – that is, with Mars — is a common theme in mythology.

The battle between Venus and Mars ended with Venus, shorn of its power to disturb humankind, rotating on the the serene orbit it now occupies. Venus seemed to have fallen from its earlier eminence. This was the period of the Hebrew Prophets, men of astronomical skill who from watchtowers built in Judea, as elsewhere in the East (“Watchman, what of the night?”) recorded and predicted Mars’ fifteen-year approach to the earth and warned the people and their kings of coming catastrophes. After an upheaval that took place in the eighth century B.C., “Isaiah, Joel, Hosea, and Micah insisted unanimously and with great emphasis on the inevitability of another encounter of the earth with some cosmic body.” Their prophecies were fulfilled on the days when Mars came close to the earth and moved it from its place.

So, if ancient Hebrew Prophets could accurately predict the approach of a disastrous cosmic body, you think our present day scientists are any less proficient in predicting what the cosmos has in store for us?

“We do not need the celestial threat to disguise Cold War intentions; rather we need the Cold War to disguise celestial intentions!”

Thanks for the detailed information. The ancients who studied the stars interpreted them according to their various beliefs, and did so with astonishing mathematical accuracy with the most rudimentary equipment. Our screwballs, on the other hand, are academic dunces even as they are at the world’s controls. They are prone to occultic craziness and are devoid of the serious study required to understand the skies, so the make up for it as best they can by patching together one astronomical belief system or another. I bet they couldn’t even pick out major constellations or the North Star.

When the Pleiades cluster I suspect they will be howling at it like hyenas and will pull off another stunt to celebrate. It’s like the Peter Principle on crack. I still just can’t believe our country is under the control of these parasites.

DHS Issued False ‘Water Pump Hack’ Report; Called It a ‘Success’

When an Illinois fusion center distributed a report last year stating that hackers from Russia had broken into a water district’s SCADA system and sabotaged a water pump, the Department of Homeland Security stepped in publicly to denounce the report as false, blaming the regional fusion center for spreading unsubstantiated claims and sowing panic in the industrial control system community.

But while DHS was busy pointing a finger at the fusion center, its own Office of Intelligence and Analysis had been irresponsibly spreading the same false information privately in a report to Congress and the intelligence community, according to a Senate subcommittee investigation released late Tuesday. The DHS report was issued five days after the fusion center report was issued.

Even after the FBI and other investigators concluded a few days later that there was no merit to the hacking claims and that the reports were false, the DHS intelligence unit did not issue a correction to its report or notify Congress or the intelligence community that the information it spread was incorrect.

Officials behind the false claims told Senate investigators that such reports weren’t meant to be “finished intelligence” and that despite their report’s inaccuracies and sloppy wording they considered it to be a “success.”

“[It did] exactly what it’s supposed to do – generate interest,” DHS officials told Senate investigators.

The revelation is buried in a lengthy report released by the Senate’s bipartisan Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations, which examines the many failings of state fusion centers, which were set up in the wake of the 9/11 terrorist attacks in an effort to improve intelligence collection and dissemination for state, local and federal law enforcement and counter-terrorism agencies.

The water pump hack report spawned dozens of sensational news stories when it was leaked to reporters in November 2011. The fusion center report, which was titled “Public Water District Cyber Intrusion,” was distributed by the Illinois Statewide Terrorism and Intelligence Center on Nov. 10 and given to state and federal law enforcement agencies, utilities and other groups.

The report, which was meant to be confidential, claimed that attackers from Russia had hacked into the network of a software vendor that made the SCADA system used by a water district in Illinois and stolen usernames and passwords that the vendor maintained for its customers. The hackers then supposedly used the credentials to gain remote access to the utility’s network and cause a water pump to burn out. The report was leaked to the media by an industrial control systems expert who had gained access to it.

The report was significant at the time because it represented the first known attack of this kind involving hackers breaking into an industrial control system in the U.S. and sabotaging equipment. As the Senate investigators point out in their report, earlier that year Defense Department officials had stated that the U.S. would treat such attacks on critical infrastructure systems as an act of war if they caused widespread casualties.

But none of the information was true, and the authors of the fusion center report could have easily discovered this had they bothered to investigate the matter even a little.

Someone did access the water district’s SCADA system from Russia, but it was a water district contractor who was asked to access the system by water district employees, as Wired first reported. They had called him to seek his opinion on something while he was on vacation in Russia, and he had logged into the system remotely to check on some data for them.

When the pump broke five months later and someone examined the network logs to determine the cause, they found an IP address from Russia listed in the logs next to the username and password of the contractor. No one ever bothered to call the contractor to see if he had logged in from Russia; they just assumed someone in Russia had stolen his credentials.

The assertion by the fusion center that the pump was sabotaged by intruders from Russia was all the more perplexing since the contractor had logged in from Russia five months before the pump broke, the Senate investigators point out.

Nonetheless, five days after the fusion center issued its report on Nov. 10, officials from DHS’s Office of Intelligence & Analysis issued their own report, inexplicably repeating the same claims that the fusion center had made.

“Like the fusion center report, DHS stated the allegations as fact, not as theory, claim or hunch,” the Senate report says, noting that DHS guidelines forbid the department from reporting on information if it’s just a theory, claim or hunch.

The author of the DHS report, a senior reports officer in the Intelligence and Analysis branch, claimed in his report that the information was based on “first and secondhand knowledge of information” that was “deemed reliable.” The report never indicated that the information was based on conjecture.

A slide that the I&A office prepared for an intelligence briefing stated emphatically that the Illinois water district’s SCADA system had “experienced a network intrusion from a Russian IP address” and said that the perpetrator hijacked an “authorized user account” and that “system controls were manipulated resulting in a pump burnout.” The information was included in a daily intelligence briefing that went to Congress and the intelligence community.

A week after the DHS intelligence report was released, investigators from DHS’s Industrial Control Systems-Cyber Emergency Response Team (ICS-CERT) arrived in Illinois to investigate the apparent intrusion. They quickly determined, after speaking with the contractor whose name had shown up in the logs, that the fusion center and the DHS intelligence reports were wrong and that the failed pump was not the result of a hack attack at all.

“Almost no part of the initial reports of the incident had been accurate – not the fusion center report, or DHS’s own intelligence report, or its intelligence briefing,” write the Senate investigators in their report. “The only fact that they got right was that a water pump in a small illinois water district had burned out.”

On Nov. 22, the DHS released a statement saying that there was no evidence to back the fusion center claims that the utility had suffered a cyber intrusion, that credentials were stolen or that any malicious activity was behind the failed water pump.

On Nov. 30, after Wired published a story identifying the contractor who had logged into the system from Russia and revealed the true facts behind the “cyber intrusion”, DHS pointed the finger at the fusion center for releasing information that had not been verified.

A spokeswoman for the Illinois State Police, which is responsible for the fusion center, pointed the finger at local representatives of DHS, FBI and other agencies who she said were responsible for compiling information that gets released by the fusion center.

And then DHS pointed another finger back at the fusion center, saying if the report had been DHS-approved, six different offices would have had to sign off on it.

“Because this was an Illinois [fusion center] product, it did not undergo such a review,” a DHS official told Wired at the time.

But according to the Senate report, DHS had indeed released its own separate report that restated the same false claims that the fusion center report had stated.

When Senate investigators asked officials from the I&A office about their report, the officials acknowledged that they had not included caveats in the report to indicate that the information was uncorroborated and based on hypotheses, but they defended their hurried reporting by saying there was “a premium for getting [intelligence reports] out.”

And despite the fact that their office is called the Office of Intelligence & Analysis, they told investigators that “analytical judgements are saved” – that is, analysis is not included in such reports.

I need to go, but wanted to leave some advice. Use your skills in science and research and study robotics development. The next war will be robotics war, as you are aware, much research and development for advanced systems is performed during wars, WWII, Vietnam, etc, etc. I had mentioned earlier that this next war will move into space, and target will be telecommunication systems. (A number of countries have already developed missile to satellite technologies.) Now, the robot wars have already started, however, the means of tactical deployment will likely change as this technology rapidly progresses forward. By air, ocean, and land, these new systems will communicate with each other, and operate in groups or units if you will. They will have base stations for central communication (repeaters), refueling, charging, and other objectives.

We both know the above mentioned is in basic development, and presently being used, and being rapidly advanced for the next major war. The next stage in development is for these systems to communicate with each other and work in groups, and will be operate from base or central locations. The base station will be delivered to specific locations for strategic deployments and regrouping.

Remember the Vietnam War, Jim? Through high level clearance, I was able to study the technological developments taking place, and understood these new technologies. The wars thereafter, further advanced these technologies; however, new technologies were introduced as well, and this regarding robotics warfare. The next major war will be the testing or proving grounds for advanced robotics technology, which is already known.

I wanted to write a story regarding on how this technology would likely be deployed and administered, but time is short. That’s your job now, because no more writing for me.

WWIII – Will be Advanced Robotics War – This is “FACT” not fiction. So study and be prepared, the real reason for underground bunkers is stated above. Good luck.

And Jim, the opportunity being pursued is having the “reason to mass produce”, remember only one system advanced for specific requirements is needed for mass volume output, or about 1000-1200 units per day. It is not the perfection in this system, it’s having good reason for mass production of the systems. Any changes can be made during mass productions, or new model types. I understand how this works, and how mass production is achieved in short time.

Don’t be fooled, study the progression around the world. Other reasons can be deceptive.

Do the homework, that’s all I ask. I already know.

There is new vision system that applies HSD Camera Technology with ability to capture 360 degree panoramic field of view instantaneously, thus providing precise target identification and acquisition. This system can instantaneously observe everything on the field of operation, and uses various light wave frequencies such as thermal imaging for target acquisitions. The systems vision and targeting capability is precise.

“If short-period bombardment of our planet by comets or comet dust is a reality (as it increasingly appears to be); and the effects of such an event are deleterious in the extreme; and if we are in fact overdue for a repeat performance of such a visitation (which also appears to be the case); what effect might public awareness of this have on the status quo on the planet at present? Would the bogus ‘war on terror’ not become instantly obsolete and would people across the planet not immediately demand that their political leaders reassess priorities and take whatever action possible to mitigate the threat? And if those political leaders refused to do so and it became known that this grave threat to the lives of billions was long-standing and common knowledge among the political elite (with all that that implies), what then?” ~ Laura Knight-Jadczyk

The distinct possibility of an Extinction Level Event should trump all else, but realistically, it most likely will be HUNGER and AUSTERITY that will finally move the masses to action. And maybe that’s really what all that ammo and Internment/Resettlement armed personnel will be for.

Take into consideration that there is in fact a huge but fairly unknown cosmic event on the horizon–the clustering of the Pleiades ( Gr.- Seven Sisters) every 52 years. The next one is due Dec 12 or 22 of December 2012. These stars move into a cluster that is dazzling but then drift back into separate orbits until the next cycle 52 years later.

It should be noted that among many societies the Aztecs in particular interpreted the clustering as their gods assembling for a feast, and so there was a massive increase in the human sacrifices which were already incorporated into their beliefs.

It would not surprise me if our ruling pyromaniacs used this event to confuse and frighten everyone while they use holograms or projections of Martian invasions or or some other stupid Hollyweird stunt to create order out of chaos. All astronomers should be aware of this cycle so as to debunk whatever crackpot stories come out of the pirate cove of DC.

And no offense to the yesteryear pirates of the high seas either, they actually worked for a living, unlike our spongers. They are more akin to scavengers.

To control the entire target population for a successful revolution two things must be implemented and remain constant–complete control of transportation and communication. The more important of those two is communication. We’re already there for the most part.

During the days of the filthy Rothschild funded French Revolution, false information and communication had turned the entire population into a world of confusion, like our education and media love slaves, and transportation was tightly controlled by the Rothschilds trusted Masonic allies, like today’s DHS traitors and intruders. The process of resistance elimination, random and targeted, was carried out by their risibly named “Committee for Public Safety,” just like our Department of Homeland Security.

Having taken down the whole nation, and immobilizing the unfortunate inhabitants through draconian “laws” which were not laws at all, only tyrannical orders disguised as laws foisted on the people through traitors and intruders who had entered and infected the law system, they increased fear and public murder with what came next–roundups and public execution. Ordinary citizens–they were no longer subjects for the big bad Monarchs had been publicly murdered so as to allow the wonderful new system of freebies, love, unattached houses, etc., — were visible and terrifying lessons as to who was now in charge.

Prisons were packed with entire families waiting their turn for the public murder shows. A bit like the FEMA camps our “leaders” have waiting for us, no? Spies moved among the population listening for the slightest complaint. A bit like our Langley Duds who see us as the enemy instead of themselves as the traitors, no? They brought in rabble from other countries who had no attachment to France or the French to assist with riots and displacement of social order. Hmmm….now why does that sound familiar.

Make no mistake–our traitorous “leaders” have the same waiting for us, only with the benefit of 21st century technology. We will have two choices: go the way of the English, French, Spanish, Russians, Chinese, Koreans, and so many others. Or we can go the way of the Cristeros who recognized the threat to Mexico and all that they held dear, and would not take orders from intruders and traitors, nipped it in the bud and fought back. And won.

It is no coincidence that the valiant Cristeros are unknown, for our “leaders” would not want Americans to know of a non-military population who defeated the NWO. It is imperative for our military to know how they have been usurped and will also be eliminated when the perverts get what they want. They will be ordered to fire on us and in case there are any with second thoughts about that, there will be instigators who will shoot them first, so that they will be then in self defense mode, in addition to attacking us.

The NWO leadership is made up of cowards who cannot fight, and when confronted will run like roaches instead of standing their ground like men. The question is really about their degenerate flying monkeys, domestic and imported, whom they will send to torment us and betray our country. And those same stupid morons will themselves be eliminated in case they know too much. I wish we had a department of pest control for them.

If FEAR is their weapon against us, why not turn it back AGAINST them?!! How you might ask? What could possibly be more frightening than a government, its agencies, Fed-State-and Local, militarized and armed to the teeth flexing its Gestapo muscle? Can you say Cyclical Cometary Bombardment characterized by THERMAL AIRBURST IMPACT?

“Mark Boslough’s super computer generated, comet airburst simulation is a must see. In it we see the exploding comet detonating high in the atmosphere, and becoming a SUPERSONIC DOWN DRAFT OF THERMAL IMPACT PLASMA HOTTER THAN THE SURFACE OF THE SUN. But watch the sequence closely. And pay particular attention to the post impact updraft at the center of the flow. And to the directions of flow of the airburst vortex at the surface, as the impact plume develops at the center of the vortex. You might want to replay it a few times.

And, in fact, in central Mexico, the recent marks of thermal airburst down blasts are terribly common. Forensically speaking there are thousands of square miles of pristine blast effected materials in central Mexico that describe the fall of a super cluster of too many air bursting fragments like the one Dr. Boslough’s simulation shows, and even larger, to count.

I’ve chosen an ordinary-typical example of what a geo-ablative airburst does when the fragment is among the last to fall in a super cluster hundreds of miles wide, lat 29.702168 lon – 105.686617:
The white line in the image is 5 miles long.”

“Meteors sometimes detonate with forces approaching a nuclear blast as they flash through the atmosphere.” – thunderbolts.info

“And with the shower of meteorites the earth stopped turning.” – Eric Larrabee, The Day the Sun Stood Still

“As I’ve mentioned before, fireballs caught my attention a couple of years ago, and I’ve been tracking them ever since. I use the data from The American Meteor Society ( [Link]) complied since 2005.

In 2005, the average number of fireballs reported over the US was 1.28 per day, 38.83 per month. So far as my researches have revealed, the 1.28 per day was relatively steady for many decades.

As of 18 September 2012, the average has shot up to 5.13 per day, 156.4 per month. When you plot the curve it is frighteningly steep.” – apacheman in comments to Airburst article

“Approached by the body of the comet, the earth was forced out of its regular motion; a major shock convulsed its entire surface. The major shift in the atmosphere caused by the approach of the comet and the stasis of the planet, itself produced hurricanes of enormous velocity and force. “The face of the earth changed,” writes Dr. Velikovsky, summarizing the Mayan account from the Manuscript Troano, “mountains collapsed, other mountains grew and rose over the onrushing cataract of water driven from the oceanic spaces, numberless rivers lost their beds, and a wild tornado moved through the debris descending from the sky.

The human population was decimated and many species of animals perished entirely. The surface of the earth burst. Three Mexican manuscripts tell how everywhere in the Western hemisphere new mountains came into being. New volcanos opened and fissures in the flat land threw forth fire and smoke and liquid basalt. The rivers steamed and the sea boiled. The Zendi-Avesta of the Persians says that a star made the sea boil. The Polynesians say that a star caused new islands to appear.” – Immanuel Velikovsky, Worlds in Collision

“We could go on like this almost indefinitely, but I think I’ve made my point: extraordinarily similar accounts of a Great Flood (if not more than one) exist throughout history, amongst cultures and time periods so disparate that we cannot hazard any logical guess as to why beyond the notion that deluges DO occur. And the reason for their occurrence seems to be as a result of – or at least preceded by – periods of social unrest and general disharmony between humans and the natural order of things. There are HUNDREDS of flood accounts throughout written history, in fact, from virtually every area of the world! Of course, floods occur all the time, but that’s not the kind of flooding these stories are referring to; they mean BIG FLOODS, catastrophic deluges well beyond the norm – the kind that consume even mountains!

The most plausible speculations and theories about how changes of the type we are considering actually manifest is not Pole Shift or a mystery planet or axial precessions, and certainly we see little evidence for cyclical enlightenment. What we do have is an impressive volume of evidence for cyclical cometary bombardment. Why don’t you know all about it? The answer may or may not surprise you.

The “powers that be” have good reason not to tell you about something they can’t do anything about. They’ll push man-made global warming agendas instead, and bring down buildings with airplanes and blame it on muslims, and feed you some nonsense about collective awakenings and positive thinking so you don’t notice – or choose not to look – at the 11 years of war, trillions of wasted dollars, the obliterated economy, the deaths of millions, while you foolishly try to decide which savior to vote for who promises everything he can’t deliver and serves only his corporate overlords. The last thing they want you to know is that they cannot protect you from the wrath of heaven.”- The 2012 Collective Shift & The Secret History of End-Times Prophecies

Even without FEMA camps, this deprivation of freedom has already been happening…

Civil Commitment / Preventive detention / Civil confinement / Involuntary commitment / seem to be synonymous terms used. This stuff is rarely reported and figures are hard to find.

In contrast to the NDAA, mental health laws provide a stealthy procedure for ridding communities of non-compliant citizens. In contrast to the NDAA, it doesn’t seem that a person is being incarcerated for his political beliefs.

“On paper.” it seems this has been used primarily for violent sexual offenders (and drug offenders). How many veterans have been disappeared with such methods and not falling into those categories, or not in those state statistics, is yet to be investigated and reported.

20,000 per year in state of Virginia,
Using 2010 figures for 1st quarter of that year alone:
    4,082 hospitalized
    1,358 voluntary
    2,724 involuntary
897 Dismissed (almost 19% but varies a lot by court)
    26 Mandatory Outpatient Treatment

    source: pgs 103-104
    courts.state.va.us/ programs/ cmh/ reports/ merfish_vol_admissions_study.pdf

Extrapolating from those figures, and assuming most states to be doing it (maybe not true) we could easily have a half million souls per year being held, probably drugged. Even if most were violent sexual offenders or whatever, it wouldn’t be difficult for thousands of political dissidents or non-complying citizens to have disappeared per year. Fusion centers could be utilized in this process and I suspect were in the case of Brandon Raub. I hope Mr Whitehead will look into that. (He got Sgt. Raub freed, and knows the case.)

There are reports indicating hospitals holding these souls being privatized.

(Putting on my best paranoid conspiracy-theorist’s hat…)

Wouldn’t it be something if the NDAA and (especially) FEMA camps were a planned distraction from the actual ongoing use of Civil Commitment / Preventive detention / Civil confinement / Involuntary commitment. With the fusion centers providing the list and coordination, feeding it to local (increasingly militarized, federally equipped, Israeli-trained) law enforcement agencies.

2,527 Department of Homeland Security (DHS) employees and co-conspirators convicted of corruption and other criminal misconduct since 2004, according to a federal auditor.

Among the 2,527 criminal convictions as of July 15, 2012
    1,644 (about 65 percent) stem from FEMA-related investigations;
    358 (about 14 percent) from those linked to the Customs and Border Protection agency;
166 (7 percent) from Immigration and Customs Enforcement-related investigations; and
133 (5 percent) from investigations linked to the Transportation Security Administration.
226 (about 9 percent) convictions are categorized as “other.”

“Currently, the DHS has over 225,000 employees while the department’s IG has 219 investigators. ”

An excellent article that puts homeland security (the new american gestapo) and its illegitimate stepchild, the fusion centers, in proper persepctive. Who ever would have thought America would be nazified so quickly right before our eyes, or that it would ever be possible to see such corporate fascism appear on the scene visibly in such a short time? Of course 911 was the catalyst for all this, but behind the scenes tyranny was secretly emerging long beforehand. Such events as Ruby Ridge, Waco, Murrah, the first Trade Center bombing, all had the fingerprints of the alphabets and the secret shadow govt behind them. But few paid attention and those that did were considered “crackpots”. Congress as usual was too busy taking campaign payoffs from lobbyist to get involved. And the rest is history.

America has the worst govt the most money can buy and this is what it produces. Let’s all face the facts: in 1913-14, America was hijacked by foreign banksters who can issue and distribute all the money they want and buy off almost any politician. Those they can’t, well, you know how they take care of them. If you doubt this hold that money has on power, just look at how the original dollar is not longer backed by anything but massive debt (all our notes, by definition, used to be backed by silver and gold) and focus on how it is now worth only about 3 cents of its original value. Looks like Ron Paul was correct in identifying the so called “fed” as the source of all this corruption.

I sure wish the US Military would take out the Fed/international banksters. They’re the #1 enemy of the last century & greatest threat our country has ever faced. Our military would become the greatest heroes ever lived.

    • Dan  October 5, 2012 at 2:45 pm

Who ever would have thought America would be nazified so quickly right before our eyes…

Certain American intellectuals have been nazifying America–in words until recently–since at least the late 1930s. In 1945 Arthur Miller wrote his novel Focus for the sole purpose of nazifying the very Americans who fought and died to end fascism in Europe and protect Jews from persecution. When the novel’s WASP protagonist Newman is taken for a Jew and begins to think like Arthur Miller, he becomes as paranoid as his creator, to the point he subsequently discovers Nazism is the essence of America itself. What happened in Germany, the thrust of Miller’s argument goes, will happen here, which of course reveals nothing about America, but instead that Miller and his ilk psychotically assume the unfathomable hatred they have for America is reciprocal.
