Bibi’s getting desperate – Inventing fake threats from Syria

[Editor’s note: This appears to be a completely fabricated story.  Israel is using their press assets up including insiders at Russia Today and Sputnik and, of course, their own press.  Last week they claimed Russia gave them secret missile codes so they could simply “retask” any Iranian or Syrian missiles, some imaginary deal they claim they cut with the Kremlin.

Russia failed to respond to this, a huge mistake by them because Israel’s lying, all attacks on Russia seemingly backed by the new “Russian hating” Trump, are doing real damage to Russian security.  Why Putin doesn’t put his foot on the neck of this fat little bagel thief I have no idea.  We need to start addressing this as the real problem, because no person on earth has begged for a beating like Netanyahu.

We can find no mention of this Syrian threat anywhere else, not in the Syrian newspapers, nor the Iranian, nor the Russian, no-one else has reported this story, which is very suspicious.

Then there is the claimed source of the story – the Al-Diyar newspaper. There is no Al-Diyar newspaper in Lebanon, however there is one called Ad-Diyar. They aren’t carrying this story either, not one single sentence.

So once again, we appear to have a clear case of Netanyahu putting out fake news stories in order to distract from the ongoing investigations that are likely to lead to his indictment for corruption.

In short, more bullshit from Bibi as he tries desperately to save his own ass. Ian]

ANALYSIS: SYRIAN THREATS TO ATTACK ISRAEL WITH SCUD MISSILES ARE A BLUFF

Damascus threatened to launch Scud missiles at Israel if IAF carries out any further strikes.

A warning from Damascus that the next Israeli airstrike on Syrian targets will be met with Scud missiles targeting both civilian and military bases is due to the regime of Bashar Assad needing to project strength as they continue to fight against rebels and the Islamic State.

Phillip Smyth, an analyst at the Washington Institute for Near East Policy, told The Jerusalem Post that “projecting the image that they can still retaliate against one of the region’s strongest actors works on a rhetorical level.”

The warning of Scuds fired on Israel was published on Saturday evening by Lebanon’s Al-Diyar newspaper, stating that Syria had sent Israel a message via Russia that Scud missiles would be fired towards Israeli targets if Israel carried out any further airstrikes in the war-torn country.

“This new situation was conveyed to Israel by the Russian leadership from the leadership of President Assad that the patience of Syria is running out. Despite a six-year war Syria is not weak and knows how to defend itself,” it said.

Al-Diyar stated that Damascus prepared 4 Scuds out of their arsenal of 800 Scud missiles which carry half a ton of explosives, and would launch them without any prior warning if Israel carries out any new strike “as Israel does not announce their raids against Syrian targets.”

According to the report, any strikes against Syrian military targets will be met with Scuds launched at IDF bases while any strikes against civilian infrastructure will be met with missiles fired at Haifa’s port and petrochemical plant.

Israel is reported to have targeted caches of Scud missiles in Syria several times over the past several years, but according to Smyth, to focus on Scuds “obscures the potential of other longer range, more advanced rockets coming into Hezbollah’s possession. Scuds are a much older technology and wouldn’t fare so well against Israel’s Arrow missile system.”

According to Smyth, “the Assad regime has been facilitating advanced weapons transfers to Hezbollah for some time and even during the current conflict,” Smyth said, adding that “the worry is that Damascus would transfer a longer range rocket of some sort and then Hezbollah could use it when they needed it.”

Hezbollah is known to have various long and medium-range missile systems, including the Iranian-made Fajr-5, the M-600 rockets, Zeizal-2, and the shorter-range M75 and Katyushas. But according to a senior IDF officer in the IAF’s Air Defense Division, the terror group is continuously working and acquiring missiles with larger warheads and longer range.

The report comes after tension on the northern border reached a peak following an Israeli strike on a Hezbollah-bound weapons convoy and the firing of a SA-5 missile towards Israeli jets.

Following the strike, Syria’s ambassador to the UN Bashar al-Jaafari said Syria’s response “appropriate and in line with Israel’s terrorist operation,” and that Israel “will now think a million times before striking again.”

“Syria’s forceful response to the Israeli attacks changed the rules of the game,” Jaafari added.

Israel, which rarely comments on reports of military activity in Syria, publicly admitted that it struck Hezbollah targets in Syria, with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu saying that strikes will continue when “we have information and operational feasibility.”

Defense Minister Avigdor Liberman also warned against any further launching of missiles by the Syrian regime, threatening to destroy Syrian air defenses and IDF Chief of Staff Gadi Eisenkot warned that the Lebanese government would be held accountable for any attack by Hezbollah on Israel, whether it be from Lebanon or Syria.

Call me crazy, but I have never believed those overrated fireworks called missiles that Hamas sends over into Israel (which never hit anything), from an occupied territory no less, were not in fact shot off by Israel itself and blamed on the Palestinians. Victim card anyone?

After all, they did dress up as Arabs when they bombed the King David hotel, did they not?

He pays newspapers to denigrate his political opposition and is paranoid of a new media corporation undermining his dictatorship.

Yes, you can be sure there will be a ‘false flag’ in Israel – extensive structural damage somewhere and sacrifices to Baal that nobody was injured except a few sad migrants from Syria abducted and thrown under the bus for effect. Something akin to the aimless rockets Israeli assets as well as Hamas fire into southern Israel from Gaza to provoke retaliation and keep the Israeli air-force on its toes. Yes, get ISIS to fire the rockets/missiles from a site controlled by the Syrian army to lay the blame on them. The streets will flow with organized ‘spontaneous’ riots against Hezbollah, Iran, Palestinians and Syrians and to salve the US and EU a few hefty MSM blows against Russia. The world will fall in line, fall down and fall all over themselves under the burden of angst and petrified guilt. The effort will be made to twist Putin’s arm – you know, the need to destroy all Syrian air defenses and a few military bases. You don’t become the world’s leading terrorist provocateurs without seeing the advantage of a ‘home’ hit occasionally. And Bibi’s ego – accounting for every square-inch of the geographical area he controls, requires a huge response to match it.

The mention of Scud missiles must be the give away. Old tech, worn out design and possibly they wouldn’t work well by this time anyway.
Bibi has been spouting b.s. for so long anybody who believes it is either a zionist or a member of the western mass media. Just more proof that Bibi is losing it. Desperation is the mother of all mistakes and he is pushing israel into a situation that could become fatal. The fact he is under investigation for corruption and other criminal activities is making him act like a man cornered and that’s exactly what he is. Cornered, about to go down and take the Likud party with him.
It’s either that or sooner or later the state of israel will also go down in flames.

Bibi is looking for potential jobs after his bloody regime gets unelected and overthrown. That’s also how Tony Blair became the special Middle East advisor for “peace”. This sounds a lot like North Korea eternal “threats” which noone ever confirms inside North Korea. Usually it is the case of a MI6 copywriter discussing with himself on the both sides of argument and half of “independent” world media cheer his fake agenda. Maybe Bibi even organizes attacks on Haifa who knows.

This may be the next stage, to create a false flag in Israel and accuse Syria or Russia.

Certainly, the David sling shot is now in the arms of Likud opposition (if there is such thing) in the Knesset, to take down the Goliath of Bibi’s transatlantic imperialism.

Bibi – the biggest Horseshit seller on earth. He should better return to sell sofas and cupboards

    • JohnZ  March 27, 2017 at 5:58 am

Even then he would have a difficult time of it. Would you buy a sofa from this liar? He couldn’t sell a used sofa to a dead man.
The psychopathic sofa salesman from New Jersey. Is there any relationship between him and Chris Christie (el fatso)?
