The federal government's surveillance van that was parked within 100 feet of the 67th consecutive Sunday Rally to “Save Our Veterans Land” on June 28th, was an affront to every American Veteran and a mockery against our U.S. Constitution and the American way of life.
Fellow Veterans have repeatedly requested for regime change at the West Los Angeles VA Medical Healthcare Center. These federal bureaucrats have insulted and transgressed against America's Veterans for the very last time.
These insults and transgressions now rest squarely upon your shoulders.
Mr. President, you've stated: “We have a sacred trust with those who wear the uniform of the United States of America.” If what happened last Sunday is your idea of a “sacred trust” toward America's Veterans, then you need to resign as Commander-in-Chief, posthaste.
However, if this is contrary to your beliefs, then it is imperative for you to immediately identify the person(s) in your Administration who issued the order to send a surveillance van to spy upon America's Veterans who were peacefully demonstrating outside the largest VA in the nation?
This is Independence weekend Mr. President. For 233 years, men and women have sacrificed and dedicated their lives for the safety and independence of all others.
To allow this weekend to escape without your naming the culprits who ordered the spying upon innocent Veterans of World War II, Korea and Vietnam will forever remain an insult to every man and woman who has worn the Uniform and will be a blight on you and your Administration.
Moreover, you owe an apology to not only those individual Veterans who had their civil rights directly violated on June 28th, but to every American Veteran for this shameful and disgraceful transgression.

If conjecture and ad hominem attacks were the equivalent of mortars and ammunition, the Veterans Revolution might be well on its way to a military victory. Unfortunately, that is not the case and any legitimate concerns you and other members of the “revolution” may have are being undermined by your over-the-top screeds against everyone from Obama down to the local VA Administration. You twist facts and purposefully omit other information in order to demonize those you see as not sharing your agenda. You also like to talk a lot about victims here, Robert, so let’s talk about a few of your victims. The real victims here are the elderly members of the revolution who stand out on the street corner in the sun every Sunday hoping to sway public opinion in your favor. Do you honestly believe that displaying the American Flag upside down will have any effect on the community other than to alienate it from your cause? I think it is safe to say the average motorist is not intimately knowledgeable with U.S. flag protocol. In the 5-10 seconds of their attention you command, you are doing more damage to your reputation than anything. Ever read “Charge of the Light Brigade,” Robert? You have brought together a valiant ‘light brigade’ of volunteers and ultimately sabotaged any chance of making a difference through your misguided leadership and character attacks.
