Hello all,
I just wanted to first say that this site is great. I just read through the forums for awhile before I joined and it is very well put together. I have found some really great info here...thank you.
Now, I would like to know if any veterans out there have filed for bankruptcy? I still can't work and there is no end in sight for the bills I have piling up. I have tried to pay them on my own but I'm living off of VA disability right now and it isn't much because of the Recoupment.
I'm so broke I can't even afford to pay the attorney or court fees in order to file Ch 7! I have looked at some VSO's but haven't come up with anything so far. Does anyone know of an organization or firm that does bankruptcies for veteran's at a discounted or free rate?
