Just got back last week and another outstanding reunion. About 150 brothers from A,B,C,D, HHC showed up not to include the wives and a couple friends. Actually we have 3 family members whoes husband / sons died in Vietnam. They spoke for a bit and it was very touching.
We went to the ole opry and during the performance the announcer made an announcement of some special guests today and introduced my unit and everyone stood up and clapped..Man that felt great.
My wife and I were picked out of the audiance to go back stage, which was cool, got some autograghs and a couple photoes with the country folk and sat behind the band on stage.
Reunions are great and if you have not been to one, make it your business to attend. We had a lot of first timers this year.
